TRANSPACIFIC PARTNERSHIP

[Note: Please go to the website gofundme.com and type my name in the search box to read about myself and my mother's medical expenses. You will also see a short video about my books and hear a song I composed and am singing titled “Just Say No to the New World Order.”]

The Oklahoma Supreme Court has ordered the removal of the 10 Commandments from the state's Capitol grounds. The hypocrisy of these judges can be seen by the fact that they have had no problem with the pagan deity Columbia on the state seal and their own pagan goddess Themis (blindfolded woman holding scales of justice) in the court.

Relevant to the terrorist attacks in Paris on November 13, one of the first things Osama bin Laden said after the attacks of 9/11 was that we would lose our freedoms because of them. Watch and see if the Paris attacks result in more government monitoring of everyone's activities. Relevant to my warnings, one attack in Paris was at a sports stadium, and in my article, “It might just as well be Sept. 10, 2001” (PHILADELPHIA DAILY NEWS, August 4, 2004), I asked if anyone had asked if there is a plan to prevent an attack on a sports stadium. Other November 13 attacks in Paris were also made at night, on restaurants, and from the streets. In my NewsWithViews column for April 15, 2013, I said terrorists at night could attack restaurants from the streets.

While the Russian plane that crashed in Egypt was probably brought down by a bomb. don't forget that TIME (March 11,2013) reported that Iran “is reportedly handing out shoulder-launched missiles capable of downing civilian airliners to loosely allied terrorist groups in the region.”

While the radically liberal American press has recently been obsessed with whether Dr. Ben Carson applied to West Point when he was a teenager because, they say, it is a question of his “honesty and truthfulness,” they hypocritically ignore similar questions regarding Hillary Clinton. Isn't it racism to attack the black man while giving the white woman a pass? Why isn't the press/media asking Hillary about her statement on “60 Minutes” in 1992 that “I'm not a ‘stand by your man’ kind of woman” when she was asked what she would do if Bill Clinton was found “fooling around.”?

While the Power Elite's (PE's) controlled press/media were distracting the oblivious American public with questions about Ben Carson's veracity, the Transpacific Partnership (TPP) was made public on November 5. In my NewsWithViews column for October 3, 2011, I wrote: “Another part of the PE's plan is to link regional arrangements, and in that regard, on September 13 (2011) negotiations began in Chicago regarding the Transpacific Partnership (known as the “NAFTA of the Pacific”). The original members Chile, New Zealand, Singapore and Brunei joined on June 3, 2005; and Australia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Peru and the U.S. are now negotiating to join. This will mean an additional loss of jobs for American workers, especially in manufacturing, because nations like Vietnam have few (If any) labor, health, and environmental regulations as the U.S. does.”

According to U.S. Senator Jeff Sessions (November 6, breitbart.com), the deal is “an erosion of sovereignty,” which is the goal of the PE. As you will recall, PE member Cecil Rhodes in 1891 formed the secret Society of the Elect “to take the government of the world,” in Rhodes' own words. Remember that Rhodes scholar Richard Gardner wrote in the Council on Foreign Relations' FOREIGN AFFAIRS (April 1974): “...an end run around national sovereignty, eroding it piece by piece, will accomplish much more than the old-fashioned frontal assault.”

Gardner in the article also explained how GATT would be part of this, which followed W. Warren Wagar's THE CITY OF MAN (1963) statement: “The coming world civilization will have a single, all-embracing religion, just as it will need a world federal government and an integrated world economy.” This followed what Rhodes' Association of Helpers member P.E. Corbett wrote in POST-WAR WORLDS (1942): “A world association binding together and coordinating regional groupings of states (nations) may evolve toward one universal federal government.... World government is the ultimate aim, but there is more chance of attaining it by gradual development.... Men... are looking to... common economic agencies for advice and control. An Economic and Financial Organization, embracing Trade, Development, and Migration Commissions, and a Central Bank. The functions of these institutions... would be to regulate the production and distribution of raw materials and food, control the flow of inter-regional investment and migration, etc.”

Sen. Sessions in the Breitbart News interview mentioned above also said the Obama administration is “not even asserting that it (TPP) will create jobs in America, raise wages in America or reduce our trade deficit because these agreements in the past have been bad for all three.” Relevant to the Corbett quote above, Sen. Sessions told Brietbart: “I think for President Obama, I do believe the driving force behind this is a belief that this is some sort of unified governmental structure. It creates judicial bodies. The language of it confirms what I've been saying.” And Sen. Sessions finally said, “The most dangerous part of it (TPP) to me is the long-term establishment of an international committee that overrides American will.”

According to the November 5 press release by Public Citizen (PC), the director of PC's Global Trade Watch, Lori Wallach, remarked: “Apparently, the TPP's proponents resorted to such extreme secrecy during negotiations because the text shows that the TPP would offshore more American jobs, lower our wages, flood us with unsafe imported food and expose our laws to attack in foreign tribunals.” The press release explained that “the TPP Investment Chapter would eliminate many of the risks and costs of relocating American jobs to low-wage countries, incentivizing more American job offshoring. The TPP procurement chapter would offshore our tax dollars to create jobs overseas instead of at home by giving firms operating in any TPP nation equal access to many U.S. government procurement contracts, rather than us continuing to give preference to local firms to build and maintain our public libraries, parks, post offices and universities. Contrary to Fast Track negotiating objectives, the TPP would grant foreign firms greater rights than domestic firms enjoy under U.S. law and in U.S. Courts.”

The press release further indicated that “the TPP Intellectual Property Chapter would roll back the ‘May 2007’ reforms for access to medicines,” and “the TPP E-Commerce Chapter would undermine consumer privacy protections for sensitive personal health, financial and other data when it crosses borders by exposing such policies to challenge as a violation of the TPP limits on regulation of data flows.”

Donald Trump was recently criticized for remarks he made about the TPP and China at the latest televised national Republican presidential debate, because China is not currently a member of the Partnership. However, there have been Russian news reports that China and Russia had been invited to join the TPP. In addition, remember that in his State of the Union speech on February 12, 2013, President Obama declared: “Tonight, I am announcing that we will launch talks on a comprehensive Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership with the European Union....” If this TTIP is anything like the just concluded TPP negotiations, the erosion of American sovereignty could be irreversible.
