"When evil men take office, the whole gang will be in collusion. They will keep the people in utter ignorance and steal their liberty by ambuscade. A standing army we shall have, also to execute the execrable commands of tyranny. Your guns are gone! What resistance could be made? Will you assemble and just tell them? Even if you could assemble, how will you enforce rightful punishment when due? Your guns are gone! My great objection to this government is that it does not leave us the means of defending our rights, or waging war against tyrants. Have we the means of resisting disciplined armies, when our only defense, the militia, is put in the hand of the congress?" Remarks made by Patrick Henry while he was opposing the Constitution when it was unguarded by a Bill of Rights (Courtesy of the Second Amendment Committee)
Since 9-11, our freedoms and liberties have been crushed on a regular basis by incumbents in the U.S. Congress who have overstepped their legislative authority in erecting a police state in this country comparable only to the old Soviet Union. This is becoming an everyday headline:
"Birthmarks, be damned: the FBI has officially started rolling out a state-of-the-art face recognition project that will assist in their effort to accumulate and archive information about each and every American at a cost of a billion dollars."
State and local law enforcement have also jumped on the bandwagon of killing the Bill of Rights because the General Government has thrown trainloads of money at them to get on board the police state:
"Photographers in Los Angeles considered terrorists under official LAPD policy, September 7, 2012: "A memo released last month by Police Chief Charlie Bucks re-categorizes certain behaviors — including photo shoots in public spots — to constitute suspicious activity, which is enough to have cops file a report, open an investigation and forward any further information about a suspect to the federal authorities — all over just an itchy shutter finger.
“In an interdepartmental statement dispatched on August 16, Beck writes, “Taking pictures or videos of facilities/buildings, infrastructures or protected sites in a manner that would arouse suspicion in a reasonable person” is enough of a red flag to have authorities file a suspicious activity report, or SAR. According to departmental policies, those SAR files are then sent into a Consolidated Crime and Analysis Database (CCAD), where they are occasionally added to a Crime Analysis Mapping System (CAMS) for further investigation. From there, intelligence can be stored in a Information Sharing Environment (ISE) Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR) Shared Space and accessed at fusion centers across the country, such as the LA area's Joint Regional Intelligence Center, where other intel is interpreted, dissected and divulged by agencies like the FBI and the US Department of Homeland Security."
There's no need to rehash the TSA and their daily molestation of American citizens. The bloated money sucking Department of Homeland Security needs to go. The 2011 budget for DHS was a whopping $47.1 billion borrowed dollars. Yes, borrowed with the interest slapped on our backs, our children and grand children because the people's treasury is overdrawn $16 TRILLION dollars. And, for what? America is no safer today than we were on September 11, 2001.
Every move you and I make is now considered fair game, all in the name of national security. It doesn't matter how loudly we scream and complain for it to stop, the agenda of Washington, DC, is to put us under the yoke of a brutal, ugly police state. Is that what you want for your children and grand children? To live as people do in communist China? Look what happened in Russia recently with some silly females speaking out against that government:
MOSCOW — "Three young women who staged an anti-Putin stunt in Moscow's main Orthodox cathedral, and whose jailing became a cause célèbre championed by artists around the world, were convicted of hooliganism on Friday and sentenced to two years in a penal colony."
Think it can't or won't happen again? Try this one in case you haven't read about it:
"A circuit court judge has dismissed the government's case against Brandon Raub and ordered that the Marine veteran, detained over anti-government Facebook posts, be released from a state psychiatric hospital because authorities had no grounds to detain him, Catie Beck of CBS 6 News reports."
Think that can't happen to you? It will if you meekly surrender your God-given rights to thugs allegedly acting under the color of law.
Who is really responsible for the security of a free state?
All is explained in the fourth working paper for our state legislatures for the 2013 session. Please remember: all bills for your state legislature have to be written and ready before Thanksgiving. On Sept. 7, 2012, I received an email from one of our state representatives here in Texas which reads: "Getting legislation together for the session. Do you have any Agenda 21 model legislation and info. I have copied my chief of staff on this email." I sent him the index page for all the working papers I've been writing with a short note regarding Agenda 21.
As I have so many times written before, there are many, many fine militia groups in this country who train for natural disasters and other events which might occur in their areas. But, none of them are the constitutional militia. Law enforcement across this country too frequently look at any militia group as the next Timothy McVeigh when nothing could be further from the truth. Dr. Edwin Vieira addressed this in depth some years ago. It's critically important to know the difference between private militia and the constitutional militia:
One of the benefits of getting constitutional militias up and running in all 50 states is starving out the Department of Homeland Security. I am fully aware of how many jobs desperate Americans have taken with DHS, but sadly, most of them have no idea they are working to enslave all of us under a totalitarian iron fist. This nation needs to create jobs with your consumer dollars by buying Made in America or go without. The people of this country need to understand they hold the power to restoring our most important job sectors along with U.S. Senators appointed by their state legislature, not voted into office by rapacious mobs. You understand what I mean if you have read Working Paper No. 1.
I'm probably going to take some flak for this, but it's how I honestly feel. There is an event being called 'The Million Patriot March on D.C.' scheduled for September 17, 2012:
"The Million Patriot March will descend on The People's Capitol Hill in Washington DC on September 17th 2012.
"We the People" have had it with Treason & Lawlessness!
"~September 17th, 1787 is the Birth of The US Constitution
"Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just Powers from the Consent of "We the People", that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive to these Ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government. When the government willfully engages in theft, corruption, manipulation and deception, "We the People" the rightfull owners of America will make the change our Declaration of Independence guarantees us!
"We the People" of the 50 Sovereign states of North America revoke and repeal the unjust and unconstitutional power of the Federal government of the USA under The Declaration of Independence 1776. Notice to Abolish or Alter effective Sept 17th, 2012!
"September 17th 2012 all congressmen and women having broke their oath of office will be relieved of duty. These 500+ people may vacate their office or face trial for treason & sedition! "We the People"
Why do I think this isn't the best use of time and resources? (1) Unless this has been in the works for at least a year, drawing one million people to the den of vipers might prove disappointing and (2) With this economy, I would guess that a large number of those who might wish to attend simply don't have the money for travel, hotels and expensive food.
What is the purpose of this enormous and expensive undertaking? To tell the outlaws in the U.S. Congress they revoke and repeal unjust unconstitutional power and so forth. Notice to abolish or alter what? Who is going to put the 535 members of the Outlaw Congress on trial for treason and sedition?
Let me tell those well meaning folks something: As a veteran of the "freedom movement" for 21 years full time and having put on a very successful event at the nation's capitol in 1993 (nine months of advance planning) - those liars and thieves in our house don't give a tinker's damn what you say, yell or demand. If you've been to DC, since 2001 as I have (as late as 2009), those ten square miles are locked down tight. Those folks will be lucky to get within two blocks of the capitol. Who will hear them then?
As for me - no way would I ever get near Washington, DC, for such an event as long as the NDAA and Patriot Act are still on the books. Not because I'm a coward, but because it's a waste of time and why needlessly tempt the dragoons carrying rifles on every street corner? Good time for a false flag event to further discredit the freedom movement.
May I suggest those folks put all their financial resources that will be spent on the above mentioned event, as well as their time, into getting a constitutional militia bill introduced in your state legislature? Put all that energy into hounding your state representative until a bill is written (properly) and demand it get submitted to the proper committee.
Save those dollars for massive rallies at your state capitol beginning in January and have a rally once a month - thousands - at your state capitol. THAT is where to put the pressure and your precious financial resources to work. Not shouting at deaf ears in the District of Criminals.
What exhibits do you need to attach for this package? Because there is too much to print for the exhibits below, burn them onto a CD and attach it to the working paper you print out. If you don't know how to burn a CD, ask someone you know or call your local library. I'll bet they have someone on staff who can help you.

Are You Doing Your Constitutional Duty for "Homeland Security"? - Part II
Are You Doing Your Constitutional Duty for "Homeland Security"? - Part III
This is the last bill I will do with a column because time is running out and I still have five more issues to cover with a working paper. In the future, those working papers and exhibits will be posted on the index page I've set up here.
If you are on my free email alert system, you will get it hot off the press as they say.
I will be adding links for the nullification movement on the index page because it is also a vital step towards freedom.

We can do this if we unite across the states and hammer on our legislatures.
Washington, DC., is the seat of tyranny. There's no other way to describe the treachery coming out of that once lovely area now known as nothing more than a criminal syndicate.
Your state house is where freedom can be regained.
Is this the future you want? Is this the future you want for your children and grand children to live under?
