WHAT HAPPENED TO SHERIFF ARPAIO'S 'COLD CASE POSSE'?

A question that comes into my email box a dozen times a week. What ever happened to the “universe-shattering” revelations promised by the sheriff's lead investigator, Mike Zullo, in late 2013? It is a valid question because there has been a tremendous amount of money donated by Americans who seek the truth. They have a right to know how that money has/is being used to get to the truth about Barry Soetoro's (aka Obama) manufactured past.

The 'Cold Case Posse' came about in 2011, two years after the criminal impostor in the White House usurped the office of President, enabled by every member of the U.S. Congress, when an Arizona Tea Party group ask Sheriff Joe Arpaio (Maricopa County, AZ) to look into Barry Soetoro's birth certificate.

Much fanfare has been made over the years and yes, now we're talking years.

At the beginning it was determined by experts in their field the birth certificate released by the professional liar at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue was indeed a forgery. It seemed like every other day there was something new about the smelly background of Soetoro. Many fine, talented individuals were working feverishly gathering evidence in the hope there was one member of the U.S. Congress with integrity and courage would stand up and say there must be an open investigation, televised, so we can determine who this person in the White House really is.

Didn't happen and it won't because those same incumbents (both parties) reelected in 2012 sat mute once again and accepted the electoral college vote. One can surmise the gutless cowards in the Republican Party (we already know the Democratic/Communist Part USA are morally and ethically bankrupt) decided it was too far down the road by then. The damn fools also bet the farm 'Godfather' of sexual deviant marriage, Mitt Romney, was going to get elected in 2012 and that would fix the problem.

Of course it didn't happen because the Democrats play down and dirty. We know provable vote fraud once again helped decide who the shadow government would shove down our throats. There is no defense for the Republicans and their absolute refusal to investigate Soetoro's constitutional eligibility since they've held the majority in the U.S. House and now both the House and Senate. Do they know?

Cruz 'as eligible as Obama is' - House member deflects MSNBC host's 'birther' assault: "MSNBC host Chris Matthews didn't have the slightest issue with Barack Obama’s constitutional eligibility. But he is grilling Republican supporters of Sen. Ted Cruz's presidential ambitions with reckless “birther” abandon." Act surprised: the Republican house member being interviewed did the usual political tap dance with a stupid smirk on his face - but read his words. They know. They all know. “I'm telling you that President Obama is the president,” Farenthold said. “If he's eligible to be president, Ted Cruz is.” “Was he legitimately elected president?” Matthews responded. “I wasn't in Congress to make that determination,” Farenthold said. “That was determined before I got here.”

What Rep. Farenthold said is that if Soetoro/Obama can run for office with dual citizenship so can Cruz. Doesn't matter Cruz is not a natural born citizen. Soetoro/Obama got away with it so now it's just fine with Republicans so they can get their candidate elected if one of the three ineligible candidates (Cruz, Rubio, Jindal) gets the GOP nomination.

A huge part of the blame for allowing the most anti-American, pathological liar to remain in the White House goes to charlatan journalists and reporters in the "mainstream" media as well as anchor news networks and that includes FOX. "Your humble correspondent", Bill O'Reilly and the rest of the crew over at FOX absolutely vilified anyone questioning the constitutional eligibility of the fraud in the People's House.

Republicans simply threw in the towel. A newly minted congressman showed, at least to me, why Republicans continue to lose the war. They won't want to fight for the truth if it might cost them votes in the future - even if it's about one of the worst crimes perpetrated against the American people in this history of our republic.

Oklahoma Congressman Admits Obama ID Fraud… But Also Says “I don't even give a sh*t” (August 2013)

"Freshman Congressman Markwayne Mullin took an oath to defend the constitution. We don't defend the constitution only when it's convenient or when it will not embarrass us. We defend it all the time. Congressman Mullin (OK-2nd District) may be regretting his decision to schedule Town Hall meetings all over the State of Oklahoma for August 8th and 9th because it was at one of these small gatherings that he ran into the self-proclaimed “birther princess.”

"The birther princess asked a simple question, “What do you know about Obama’s identification fraud?” Mullin immediately went on the defensive and his stance is that, “We lost that argument November 6th.” When the “birther princess” tried to present a copy of Mike Zullo’s 71-page affidavit, Mullin lost his cool momentarily and said “I don't even give a shit.”

Mullin was reelected last November.

Former Congressman Steve Stockman, made big headlines a couple of years ago that seemed like prayers might be answered:

"News came out over the weekend that Steve Stockman is busy drumming up support for a bill that will pursue the Obama ID Fraud case. As Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo has been promising, the issue has finally made it to congress on the back of Steve Stockman. Who else would have the guts to sponsor such a bill? There are a few but you could certainly count them on one hand."

Stockman served in the U.S. House [R-TX] from January 1995 - January 2015. He was on the floor of Congress in January 2009 and January 2013 when the electoral college vote was offered up to allow Soetoro/Obama to usurp the office of President of these united States of America - twice. He did not stand up and make objection; see In the Shadow Of Nemisis. Although in fairness, there was no Republican in the U.S. Senate in January 2009 or 2013 who had the integrity or guts to make the objection from that side of Congress so they simply pulled another con job on we the people.

Naturally, Stockman was labeled the usual nut case, birther and so on. Who knows who he lobbied in the Outlaw Congress. I'm not aware after he left office if Stockman's come out with a full accounting of all his efforts. At least we would know which Republicans in the U.S. House he tried to get get on board. We the people remain in the dark.

Some seventeen months ago lead investigator, Mike Zullo, once again went on the radio and got everyone revved up by saying "they" had “universe-shattering evidence” that was going to be the game changer. March 2014, was tentatively the date given for a big press conference, but that the date was "fluid".

Back in February 2014, Carl Gallups said on his weekly radio show that "major media" was definitely involved, big names according to him and that they (I assume Zullo and whoever) were "chomping at the bit" to cover some unidentified criminal investigation. More coming in March, 2014. We're still waiting.

Periodically, Zullo has appeared on Carl Gallups radio show out of Florida since that time. Gallups is a former decorated police officer, has his own ministry and seems like a straight forward guy. But, each and every interview I've listened to with Zullo for the past two years tells us nothing. Just more 'cloak and dagger' type intrigue with no answers. Be patient we're told.

And, finally on July 9, 2015, there's an update: 'Universe-shattering' info on Obama eligibility delayed

"Reached by telephone, Zullo told WND in an interview his Cold Case Posse team commissioned by the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office must resolve three legal issues before the new evidence can be revealed regarding the validity of the document posted online by the White House in 2011 as Obama’s birth certificate and a subsequent investigation of its origin.

“We've cleared two, and the last one is problematic,” Zullo said of the legal hurdles. “If we can't clear it, it may preclude this information from ever reaching the light of day. It may prevent me from ever disclosing what this is. But it does not mean we are not cultivating new evidence.” Zullo explained that when he said in 2013 he was preparing to release the information, he anticipated “we were going to have these answers within weeks.”

“As this was progressing, the legal issues started coming up, and it's just put everything on hold,” he said."

Really? That update is nothing but more of the same 'I can't tell you'.

What legal issues? I'm not some neophyte when it comes to investigations or the law. I've learned much over the past 24 years. This just doesn't cut it for me. It's understandable you don't want to hurt your investigation, but if you've cleared two legal issues, tell us what it involves as much as you can so at least we know who, what and possibly when. What I don't like is his comment if they can't clear the third legal issue it might prevent them from ever disclosing what it is he won't talk about. Crimes have been committed; Zullo and/or Arpaio need to talk.

I also don't like "...does not mean we are not cultivating new evidence".

Really? Where should I send my check?

The WND interview above goes on to say: "Zullo said he has taken a completely new approach to proving that the document is fraudulent, starting virtually from scratch and not relying on previously submitted evidence."

What the heck? Zullo has been saying for years the birth certificate is a forgery. How many which ways from Sunday is he going to say the same thing only now to come back with "starting virtually from scratch"?

Are you kidding me? What's wrong with the "old" evidence you and Arpaio have relied on to conclusively state these past three years that the birth certificate is a forgery?

Books and reports have been published along with Zullo's own 71-page report; here it is with a sworn affidavit. There's NO question the birth certificate and Soetoro's draft registration card are forgeries.

It should be obvious to anyone at this point in time the con artists in Congress are not going to hold any hearings or hold any committee meetings to present all the evidence that's been out there for years proving the occupant in the White House is guilty of multiple felonies. .

John Boehner has stated repeatedly there will be no impeachment proceedings against the fraud in the White House. Rep. Paul Ryan [R] has stated several times the actions of the usurper do not rise to 'high crimes and misdemeanors' and therefore, there will be no impeachment. I know there's a lot of activity on that issue, but John Boehner is the keeper of Obama and he intends to keep him in the White House regardless of the destruction to our nation or Soetoro's crimes.

For Zullo to come out half way through 2015 with more double talk makes me wonder what's really going on? If he and Arpaio wait much longer, some of the felonies committed by Soetoro will have run under the statute of limitations. And, at this point, why wait any longer? What are they going to do, wait until the next president is sworn in and then suddenly here's the evidence? Release what you claim you have while you work on the third legal issue you claim is holding up "universe shattering" information.

A ton of money has been donated to the 'Cold Case Posse', although just how much is anyone's guess:

PHOENIX (CBS5) - "After two years of denying he personally profited from the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office investigation into the validity of President Barack Obama's birth certificate, the head of the sheriff's Cold Case Posse admitted to CBS 5 Investigates that he accepted a large monetary gift from one of the sources in the investigation."

Okay, that's fine. If someone wishes to make a gift to Zullo, the donor is entirely within the law to do so. I don't know if Zullo is being paid any kind of salary from donations to the CCP, but like most of us he probably has a family to feed and can't work for free. I don't know his circumstances. There's an accusation of "pay to play" regarding evidence and Zullo accepting personal donations. But, so far they are just that because CCP won't release financial records.

Here's what I also don't like from the same news item above:

"Zullo has come under fire in the past two years for failing to file 990 tax returns for the Cold Case Posse, which is listed as a non-profit organization separate from the sheriff's office. "I don't have to," was Zullo's response when asked why he hasn't filed returns, which would show how much money the posse took in, paid out, and where the money went. Zullo has claimed an exemption that allows non-profits that are overseen by government agencies to avoid filing their returns.

"On Thursday morning, the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office sent CBS 5 Investigates an email stating that the law enforcement agency had no oversight of the posse's finances. "While the posse acts under authority of the Sheriff's Office, financial oversight by the Office is precluded as posses, to include those that are 501(c)(3), are solely responsible for raising their own money and controlling their own finances," said the statement. Breaking: Sheriff Arpaio's (MCSO's) Posse Policies Will Get Fresh Set Of Eyes; Arizona Auditor General's Office Responds - April `16, 2014

"However, the Cold Case Posse tells the IRS that they do not have to file 990 returns because they are MCSO-affiliated. And, the MCSO has repeatedly told Arizona's Politics and others that the Posses do not report financials to them and that the MCSO exercises no oversight on these MCSO-affiliated organizations.

"The Cold Case Posse's lack of transparency likely hides donations and expenditures that violate the MCSO's own policies and procedures and federal tax law, and call into question the MCSO's (and, the County's) complicity in at least one of these fundraising-machine Posses.

"CCP's leader, Mike Zullo, had told former Posse member Brian Reilly in mid-2012 that the CCP had received more than $80,000 in donations that year. The threshold for filing an IRS 990 is $25,000. Thus, it was the claim of County-affiliation that permitted CCP to not file with the IRS. If the CCP was able to use the same databases with which the Sheriff raised $3.5 Million the following year, the potential amount of donations flowing to the quasi-governmental organization - with no contribution caps - is very large."

In April 2014, CCP tells the IRS they don't have to file 990 returns because they are MCSO affiliated. But in October 2014, the MCSO said the CCP's non profit is separate from the sheriff's office. Now, which is it?

I would be shocked if the total amount raised by mid-2012 was only $80,000. Every time a new revelation or tease by Zullo hit the Internet, people opened their wallets. We're now halfway through 2015, so how much has been donated?

But, why not file a tax return since they are a registered 501(c)(3) tax exempt entity? I know it's a drag, but just part of being a tax exempt organization. It sounds like no one has any oversight about the money poured into the 'Cold Case Posse'. The CCP is also listed as "not in good standing" with the State of Arizona for failing to file a return there as a tax exempt operating in that state.

This is not acceptable to me and it shouldn't be to anyone who has given five cents to the CCP. Soetoro/Obama has famously stated: "The only people that don't want to disclose the truth, are people with something to hide."

As it relates to Zullo and the CCP, it sounds like the pot calling the kettle black.

I think two things must happen or Zullo and by extension, Arpaio, are going to lose any credibility they have left on this issue:

First, release everything you have except for the third legal issue Zullo is allegedly trying to resolve. I think it's fair to say from reading on the Internet and the email I get on a regular basis, people are sorely disappointed to put it mildly. A radio update every three or six months for years simply isn't cutting it anymore. Many are making the accusation the CCP is a scam. A couple of people sent me email. They wrote to the CCP asking for their donations back. Their certified letters were never picked up at the given PO box for the CCP.

Second, release a full accounting of all donations and where they went and what's left for operating expenses on the date they release everything. Zullo and Arpaio have a moral obligation, I believe, to disclose all their financial dealings because thousands of Americans desperate for the truth to see the light of day have a right to know where their money has gone.
