In the beginning, when America was occupied by real men, real freedom and liberty loving patriots, the price for committing treason against the United States was swift and permanent. The price was death…
239 years later, the “new patriot” is much more politically correct, a kinder-gentler “patriot” no longer capable of protecting or defending freedom and liberty, because doing so comes at a price they will no longer pay.
18 U.S. Code § 2381 – defines Treason as – “Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason…” and the law states that those convicted of treason - “shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.”
According to our laws, the price for treason is the same as it always was, death… But according to “modern patriots,” we no longer charge anyone with treason in the United States. Blatant acts of treason, tyranny and treachery are now mere disagreements in political perspectives. A problem to be dealt with in the next election, or the one after that…
The “new patriot” no longer acknowledges the severe nature of these high crimes. Frankly, they no longer care about such trivial matters. They are far more interested in playing politics in an arena where they don’t even have a seat at the table. They are focused on raising money for their “patriot PACs” and liberty groups. They are not focused on holding anyone accountable for any act of treason, tyranny or treachery in the United States…
“No man thinks more highly than I do of the patriotism, as well as abilities, of the very worthy gentlemen who have just addressed the House. But different men often see the same subject in different lights; and, therefore, I hope it will not be thought disrespectful to those gentlemen if, entertaining as I do, opinions of a character very opposite to theirs, I shall speak forth my sentiments freely, and without reserve.” – March 23, 1775
While most of the men gathered at the Second Virginia Convention searched for a way to avoid the bloody price of freedom and liberty, one man stood before them and called the nation to arms…
“This is no time for ceremony. The question before the House is one of awful moment to this country. For my own part, I consider it as nothing less than a question of freedom or slavery; and in proportion to the magnitude of the subject ought to be the freedom of the debate. It is only in this way that we can hope to arrive at truth, and fulfil the great responsibility which we hold to God and our country. Should I keep back my opinions at such a time, through fear of giving offence, I should consider myself as guilty of treason towards my country, and of an act of disloyalty toward the majesty of heaven, which I revere above all earthly kings.”
Such is the case again today, as the most impeachable administration in United States history sits safely in the people’s White House, free from any real consequences for the treason, tyranny and treachery they have committed daily since illegally seizing power on January 20, 2009.
While most Tea Party and Liberty Group members try to escape their responsibility for the ongoing destruction of a once great nation, playing partisan politics with the future of freedom, only a few stand tall and call the nation to a proper defense.
“Mr. President, it is natural to man to indulge in the illusions of hope. We are apt to shut our eyes against a painful truth, and listen to the song of that siren till she transforms us into beasts. Is this the part of wise men, engaged in a great and arduous struggle for liberty? Are we disposed to be of the number of those who, having eyes, see not, and, having ears, hear not, the things which so nearly concern their temporal salvation? For my part, whatever anguish of spirit it may cost, I am willing to know the whole truth; to know the worst, and to provide for it.”
Little more than a year later, the same sentiments were recorded in the Declaration of Independence – “Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.” – Sentiments that would be proven true again over the coming 239 years…
But for one man, the truth was inescapable…
“They tell us, sir, that we are weak; unable to cope with so formidable an adversary. But when shall we be stronger? Will it be the next week, or the next year? Will it be when we are totally disarmed, and when a British guard shall be stationed in every house? Shall we gather strength by irresolution and inaction? Shall we acquire the means of effectual resistance, by lying supinely on our backs, and hugging the delusive phantom of hope, until our enemies shall have bound us hand and foot? Sir, we are not weak if we make a proper use of those means which the God of nature hath placed in our power. Three millions of people, armed in the holy cause of liberty, and in such a country as that which we possess, are invincible by any force which our enemy can send against us. Besides, sir, we shall not fight our battles alone. There is a just God who presides over the destinies of nations; and who will raise up friends to fight our battles for us. The battle, sir, is not to the strong alone; it is to the vigilant, the active, the brave. Besides, sir, we have no election. If we were base enough to desire it, it is now too late to retire from the contest. There is no retreat but in submission and slavery! Our chains are forged! Their clanking may be heard on the plains of Boston! The war is inevitable²and let it come! I repeat it, sir, let it come.
It is in vain, sir, to extenuate the matter. Gentlemen may cry, Peace, Peace²but there is no peace. The war is actually begun! The next gale that sweeps from the north will bring to our ears the clash of resounding arms! Our brethren are already in the field! Why stand we here idle? What is it that gentlemen wish? What would they have? Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery?

Though many politicians and pundits have uttered the words treason, tyranny and treachery, even “impeachment,” referring to the most impeachable cabal of evil actors to ever seize and hold governmental power in the United States, few have taken a real stand, demanding that these evildoers be held fully accountable for their acts against the United States…
Few have acted in the spirit of Patrick Henry, preferring instead to sit idle, pretending to be “patriots” in coffee clutches and tea parties across this land, as the treason, tyranny and treachery continues unabated.
One group of legal minds in America has taken a proper stand, demanding the immediate impeachment of the most impeachable administration in American history. One law center in America has gone to great effort to carefully research, investigate and craft proper Articles of Impeachment, because no one else would dare…
Can there really be any doubt in any American mind today, that Usurpation of the Oval Office via criminal identity fraud, Malfeasance, misconduct and abuse of the Oval Office, and Aiding and Abetting known enemies of the United States all meet the standard for the terms treason, tyranny and treachery, rising to the level of High Crimes requiring immediate impeachment, removal from office and criminal prosecution following removal? I fail to see how…
One group of real patriots decided to stand with that law center, in support of proper Articles of Impeachment, initiating a nationwide state-by-state effort to build a coalition of real patriots no longer willing to sit on the sidelines and wait to see what anyone else may or may not do to defend freedom, liberty and the rule of Constitutional Law.
That one group, working with one legal research center, has since built state coalitions for proper Impeachment in at least 22 states and growing rapidly, each group communicating with their own House Reps in DC, calling upon them to act on behalf of all Americans in defense of freedom and liberty and to immediately IMPEACH!
The case for impeachment of Barack Hussein Obama is beyond compare… Bill Clinton and Richard Nixon are in no way comparable to Barack Hussein Obama and every red blooded American patriot knows it… Only fools and cowards would even dare to compare those circumstances to the treason, tyranny and treachery that has fallen upon America under the hand of Barack Hussein Obama.
One House Rep has recently expressed his shock and dismay over the fact that Americans have not already demanded impeachment of their House Reps. A constitutional duty that no House Rep or Senator can escape without breaking the law themselves.
Meanwhile, most “modern patriots” still search for a way to escape their duty, avoid their responsibility to end the destruction of this great nation, by peaceful and constitutional process, impeachment.
As a result, as of today, there is NO PRICE FOR TREASON in America…. The law says otherwise, but the people lack the stomach, the courage, to do what must be done, that which no one else on earth can do…
As the nation is being intentionally and systematically burned to the ground, “the people” play armchair politicians as if they are living in a virtual world with no consequences for any actions or inactions. All of a sudden, everyone thinks they are Karl Rove… a political strategist or pundit.
The list of offenses against the United States grows hourly, and the damages done to our country are multiplied by the multi-faceted open assault on all things American. Decency, honor, integrity, honesty, courage and true patriotism are not only a thing of the past for today’s politicians, it’s a thing of the past for most American citizens as well.
Yet, there is one group in American, one Veterans organization, who are still hopeful that the balance of the nation will soon be shaken out of its malaise. While others focus on non-stop electioneering, or VA benefits, or how to gain a seat at the table of DC corruption, a few who live in the spirit of Patrick Henry and other Founding Fathers remain focused upon upholding, protecting and preserving the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights.

While many now support “ineligible” candidates of their own, these few remain focused on holding the “ineligible” fraud in our White House accountable. While many flock around Donald Trump simply because he is willing to be politically incorrect on the political stage, the few stay focused on building a national coalition of real patriots ready, willing and able to uphold and enforce the U.S. Constitution, including all of the provisions in Article II.
Yes, the politicos, pretenders and profiteers are many… and the true patriots are few….
Still, if only the true patriots will unite and fight, they have the power to win… if they only will!
Until they do, there will be no price for treason in America, and eventually, no America…
