ALL I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS

By Mary Starrett

All I want for Christmas is more Americans who would do what a minority of colonists did when they stood up to a tyrant king over two centuries ago.

All I want for Christmas is a country so well versed in the founding document of this republic that Acts allowing warrant-less searches would not fool the masses despite being stamped and smeared with the word Patriot.

All I want for Christmas is vast numbers of Americans who refuse to buy the lie that Democrats and Republicans have different agendas other than continuing their stranglehold on the political process as they march us first into bankruptcy, then slavery.

All I want for Christmas is for imprisoned U.S. Border Patrol agents Compean and Ramos to come home. In their place, I would like to see Mexican drug dealer Aldrete- Davila, that criminal favored by our president over two dedicated law enforcement officers who were guarding our border.

All I want for Christmas is for the U.S. to enforce the Constitutional mandate to protect us from the ongoing invasion that threatens our lives, health, safety and economy. I also wish for relief from the added insult to that injury by government, which requires us to buy food, shelter, clothing, medical care and education for those invading us.

All I want for Christmas is for Americans to question why Mexican meth cartels supplied by super labs south of the border have been allowed to flood our country with what is by all accounts the most addictive illegal narcotic and why the meth problem is now harder to fight than ever before.

This, despite the fact vast numbers of US-based labs shut down when cold medicine used to make methamphetamine was locked behind pharmacy counters. Maybe my fellow Americans could also ask their elected officials why law-abiding campers and hikers have been shot at by Mexican drug gangs guarding marijuana crops on US forestland. [Read]

All I want for Christmas is newspapers and newscasts that scream Outrage because our FBI has labeled those who defend the Constitution as terrorists. [Read] and [Read]

All I want for Christmas is hordes of citizens who refuse to be groped and prodded at airports by ham fisted TSA agents given the authority to intimidate Americans while open borders invite dangerous foreigners in with impunity.

All I want for Christmas is for Americans sickened enough by the thought of 50 million dead babies to demand an end to the sacrament of abortion.

All I want for Christmas is to watch televised accounts of smiling US troops disembarking from planes, which flew in from Iraq, Afghanistan and the more than 100 countries we sent them to play Globo-cop, policing the world.

All I want for Christmas is for more than just a small and weary segment of our country to email, fax, write letters to editors and politicians and pay attention to the political process.

All I want for Christmas is an end to the free trade pushed by both Republicans and Democrats that has decimated industry, agriculture and the jobs that propped up a vibrant and upwardly mobile middle class. That trade we now call free has cost us more than jobs. Tainted food, lead in childrens toys and cheap slave labor products are anything but free.

All I want for Christmas is genuinely fair and balanced news reporters, not media sock puppets who tell us bad is good and that we should say yes and nod when they opine.

All I want for Christmas is an end to the duopoly choking the life out of political choice.

This Christmas I want to know that next year, in states all across America ballots will list a solid option on voting day; that well get to vote our conscience and not have to choose between Socialist A or Socialist B, Tweedle Dee or Tweedle Dum representing what amounts to one menu item on different colored plates.

All I want for Christmas is a candidate who has committed to honoring the Constitution. If not Congressman Ron Paul running as a Republican, maybe my wish will come true and hell continue his campaign as a Constitution Party candidate. Barring that, Im working hard to make sure Plan B(Ballot Access) will be firmly in place giving all liberty-loving Americans a third option on election day!
