Soldiers killed themselves at the rate of one per day in June, making it the worst month on record for Army suicides, the service said Thursday.[1]

From 2005-09, Barclay’s tried to rig benchmark interest rates to benefit its bottom line.[2]

Those familiar with Conan Doyle’s tales of Sherlock Holmes know that the detective’s friend and chronicler, Dr. Watson, was wounded fighting for Britain in Afghanistan in the mid 19th century. Britain spent decades in the area fighting various Islamic tribes to expand and buffer India (which then included Pakistan and Bangladesh) from the Russians and to control what the first geopolitical theorist later termed, “the center of the world island.”

In a little known novel that describes a world much like today’s era of enforced diversity and population control, of swarming multicultural societies with government mandates for every job and activity, Anthony Burgess describes a state of constant war centering on Afghanistan, inter alia, where armies murder their own soldiers and re-cycle them for food.[3] Government-sponsored sterility leads to crop scarcity and massive species’ collapse. Cut emissions, live in caves…

If soldiers do not know what they’re fighting for which may well occur when the mission is permanent attrition of spirit and national impoverishment, they take their own lives. The Secretary of State recently said we are in Afghanistan to defend the ‘human rights’ of Afghani women (?). Soldiers returning home since 1975 often get dragged into divorce courts; even when they are terribly disabled, the ‘no-fault’ charade leads to their veterans’ and even disabilities benefits being seized. The rest of society is deluged with heart-warming patriotic appeals to support veterans that major institutions seem committed to destroying. It is the era of the big lie.

At the grand old ball park in Boston many appeals are made for Vets and presentations of various kinds are frequent. The voice on the loudspeaker exhorts the crowd’s respect for “the brave men and women in uniform who are fighting to defend our way of life.” To paraphrase Tonto, “what you mean ‘our,’ Kimosabe?’” Who is “our” and what exactly is “our way of life”? Note the script writers have been coached so as not to say ‘to defend our liberties’ or, much less, ‘the Constitution’ whatever that has become. “Our way of life” includes the open border, for illegal immigrants, long lines and snarling police dogs for Americans returning from north or south of the border and defending the lifestyles and health care for athletes who make $5-25 million / year. Do not forget the human rights of Afghani women or the beneficence of the insurance tax-penalty–tax… which also includes a 3.8% tax on home sales beginning January 2013. Sell a home for $300k and you owe DC $11,400: the housing market will find new bottoms barring total regime change.

Job creation: while vets commit suicide and get husked by the divorce industry a new example of ‘lies, damned lies and statistics emerges. Go the Bureau of Labor Statistics at bls.gov and search life/death. Then click on CES net birth/death. It explains one of the convoluted ways unemployment #s are contorted by formulas.[4] The official June jobs gain was 80,000 but CES added 124k theoretically-created jobs. So as independent analysts explain, truer June job #s would show a net loss of 44,000.[5] Such displacement of the genuine by illusions has been going on for years but neither the media nor ‘our’ elected reps have explained it. But then, who could explain, and how many bureaucrats making how much money did it take to write this brief example: “The sample-based estimates are adjusted each month by a statistical model designed to reduce a primary source of non-sampling error which is the inability of the sample to capture, on a timely basis, employment growth generated by new business formations. There is an unavoidable lag between an establishment opening for business and its appearing on the sample frame and being available for sampling. Because new firm births generate a portion of employment growth each month, non-sampling methods must be used to estimate this growth…” Say what? You pay to be ruled by tens of thousands of pages of this chaos.

Also in the ‘missing’ category: as above the ‘affordable care’ [sic] tax, actually a large basket of taxes, includes a 3.8% home sales tax going into effect January 2013.[6] How far has America fallen? What was it once like? “John Holt, editor of a New York paper, emblazoned on his newspaper the motto: ‘Liberty, Property and No Stamps.’ A British officer who had boasted that he ‘would cram the [excise] stamps down their throats with the end of his sword’ had his home burned down.”[7]

Even in the best Colleges they don’t mention the LIBOR except perhaps for some economics majors. Potential voters, those over 18 living or dead don’t need to know. The BBA, British Bankers’ Association sets the London Interbank Offered Rate which controls short term interest rates from overnight (the Prime) to one year by which major banks lend to and borrow from each others. For these 223 key players it all goes through London. As the articles cited above explain, it seems that during 2005-09, at least, the BBA (surely it was not only Barclay’s that was involved though they now are taking the fall for HSBC, Citi, USB and others) was manipulating rates. Perhaps this helps explain how Britain, with a 230% debt/ GDP ratio much worse than that of Greece or Italy gets little attention from the media re their economy. This may have to do with that genius for deploying media as part of a war strategy in attacking the minds of the ‘reading public’ whose “will to think” has become “a willingness to think to order”[8] as instructed by ‘thought leaders’ and talking hairstyles. Owning the WSJ via Newscorp assists this total war strategy.

Note that during the ‘credit crunch’ of late 2008, the corresponding market and housing collapses, subsequent inflation of money supply, soaring debt and ravaging of the dollar, the BBA via LIBOR was obstructing credit, rising to 7% for short term rates. That is, London was a nexus of the global collapse. Despite the ensuing pillaging of taxpayers, part of the impoverishment of the West that includes vitiation of rights and government accountability, cash-rich banks are reluctant to lend. "Because mortgages, student loans, financial derivatives, and other financial products rely on LIBOR and EURIBOR as reference rates, the manipulation of submissions used to calculate those rates can have significant negative effects on consumers and financial markets worldwide."[9] This is an understatement. “Almost every city and town in America has investment holdings tied to Libor.”[10] The BBA kneecapped America. This is the end game of its plan to re-subjugate the colonies by financial, diplomatic and military means. Rule, Britannia…

Britain has been bankrupt for a century. During that century America was dragooned into WW I which it won for the British and paid for by melting down millions of silver dollars via the Pittman Act (1917), with the IRS, official government theft which required an amendment to legalize it and a Federal Reserve System which has wrecked the dollar, driven the nation into debts it cannot pay and, thus, working with government, become its owner and master. To govern means to rule, command and control. But what happened on the 4th of July?

“Pre-revolutionary America was an experiment in practical anarchism that worked beautifully. There was no central state at all and, therefore, no taxes or regulations. The homeland was not a code word for a bureaucracy, but merely the self-organizing community in which people lived. If the community became oppressive, people moved to the next one. This created a dynamic that unfolded over time with a trajectory toward evermore liberty.”[11]

The American Revolution was considered sedition by the masters in London and punished with a ferocity that those frantic about ‘water boarding’ should study. They could consider the treatment of well-known men like Philip Freneau, poet, anti-slavery advocate, journalist and friend of Thomas Jefferson. The murders of family, burning of homes, the torture and starvation on prison ships was gruesome. Hence revolution:

"It is the greatest absurdity to suppose it in the power of one, or any number of men, at the entering into society, to renounce their essential natural rights, or the means of preserving those rights; when the grand end of civil government, from the very nature of its institution, is for the support, protection and defense of those very rights; the principal of which, as is before observed, are Life, Liberty and Property. If men, through fear, fraud or mistake, should in terms renounce or give up any essential natural right, the eternal law of reason and the grand end of society would absolutely vacate such renunciation. The right to freedom being the gift of God Almighty, it is not in the power of man to alienate this gift and voluntarily become a slave."[12]

But under the numbing disinformation of ‘democracy,’ the universal franchise and conditioning by ‘public education,’ America has fallen a long way from its once self-evident principles “liberty, property and no excise… liberty and property!”[13]

Neville Chamberlain, one of the most relentless and successful politicians of the 20th century, destroyed the League of Nations in giving Europe to Nazi Germany in order to, 1) create a terror that would bind America to Britain in perpetual servitude in the name of ‘freedom and democracy,’ 2) to enable the Nazis to slaughter the Jews whom Britain was mandated to settle in a re-established “Jewish National Home” and instead fulfill the RT goal of a British led “Arab Protectorate with its front door on the Mediterranean,” and 3) to bog the Germans down in the continent and crush them only to be used again.

After enthralled America fought and won WW II whose onset Britain enabled, the colonies again paid for the rebuilding of Europe; then, tutored and shamed by Churchill, for example, in his “Sinews of Peace” speech[14] it became the backbone, main funder and home of the UN. The purpose of this future global government (Kofi Anan called the UN Security Council the template for world government) was to direct from London, under the aegis of Julian Huxley and his associated population controllers, the synthesis of “communism and capitalism” with London mediating the fusion of Moscow and DC. The English then fostered and steered the German plan to control Europe through trade and have once more bogged their cousins down in a morass of debt and monopoly money. The Germans prop up the bankrupt Euro zone so its nations can continue to buy German exports, about 40% of their economy. It’s all part of the process of collapsing nations and national currencies on schedule for introduction of ‘the Phoenix’ about 2018 and facilitated management of generic human inventory. Chaos, of course, requires control and the land of Chaucer, Shakespeare, Shelley and Orwell is the most monitored land on the face of the earth. England’s Home Secretary recently urged legalizing oversight of every phone call and email to insure ‘peace.’

So the mechanism is submission by financial, diplomatic, intelligence and military means. While the BBA has been using the LIBOR to manage and crush global markets, solvency and national strength, the LBMA, London Bullion Market Association manages the price of gold, suppressing its natural appreciation against devalued fiat currencies by massive short selling. Jim Sinclair and others have noted that LBMA daily conducts trade in ‘paper gold’ contracts four to ten times the amount of all the gold in the world.[15] While central governments appear returning de facto to currencies pegged to gold (abrogated in 1971), investors and mining companies are sandbagged by manipulators of leveraged and leased paper transactions on in clouds of electrons that pass for paper. Media discussion of markets is a cloud of vaporware filled with chattering, twittering munchkins.

Credit, interbank loan rates that affect everyone in the world, in the West most directly, and manipulated selling of precious metal contracts are part of the nexus of control of which the wars to restore the British project of “Iraq” and Afghanistan are military facets.

The will to power and sanctimonious skill of an ancient aristocracy that has made itself into a multinational directorate is impressive.[16] Its fictions become impoverishing facts that consume the substance of the world which, under the aegis of ‘green technology’ and ‘environmentalism’ becomes their game park. The field beasts must give their labor and lives to feed the illusions which conceal how naked are the kings and queens of a world being forced into artificial scarcity and de-population.

As many Americans understood two centuries ago, the government hardly can be too small because its nature is to command, rule and control. Hi-tech facilitates management and oversight enabling government to become the behemoth about which the founders warned. Driving down taxes is the beast-slayer of the modern quest for it could constrain the “New Idol,” the Nimrod of these times.

“The Sons of Liberty of Windham at New London, Conn., resolved:

‘That every form of government rightfully founded originates from the consent of the people...

That whenever those bounds are exceeded, the people have a right to reassume the exercise of that authority, which by nature they had before they delegated it to individuals...”[17]
