NATIONAL SAFETY AND OTHER FOSSILS
Dr. Laurie Roth Ph.D.
My head is rattling with all the safeguards our Government is putting in place to secure our land. What an improvement since 9/11! Lets stand back in awe as we look at all the intelligent measures our Government has implemented, such as closing the borders, taking a national census, expelling illegal aliens and sending civil defense preparedness packets to all US citizens. I am also comforted to know that we really beefed up the quality of security around our airports and nuclear plants. Every Granny and Scottish Highlander now gets a pedicure and groping for free at most airports. I especially like that over 200 keys (many, leading to the plutonium rooms) from our nuclear plants have gone missing since 9/11. Fortunately, the keys are missing at a time when we are at orange alert and nuclear scientists are running around the country in fear of a dirty bomb going off. Also, some of the terrorists rounded up a few weeks ago were working at nuclear plants. Remember the brothers picked up recently in the Philippines. The icing on the cake is that Bin Laden is promising to break the back of America in the next 30 days and plans to make 9/11 look like a sparkler.
I just love it when things work out so well for the terrorists. That way it doesn't hurt their feelings as much. What! Did you think therapy was cheap? Actually, I thank God that evil Lt. Colonel Allan B. West got what was coming to him. Gee! How rotten can you be, making a terrorist pee his pants in fear. Cruel to the core I tell you! His men probably weren't worth saving anyway. I bet they had bad breath and bad credit. However, that terrorist now sees monkeys on the wall. Poor thing.
Now our President has decided the next step in protecting us is to offer amnesty to 8-12 million illegal aliens! It is estimated that half that number is from Mexico and the other half is from other countries. Isn't that precious? Once again, I can feel the love flowing toward the other, mystery country people that will get legal status in the U.S. Why worry about whether they all broke the law to get here? DA! They all help the economy and do jobs you or I wouldn't do. Of course, that means that every high school kid, entry level worker or person between jobs can no longer find work, but don't worry, there is a bridge somewhere you can live under. Perhaps you can roast stale hot dogs while watching the desperate illegals work the job across the street you would have gotten. Why don't you entry-level U.S. citizens just become drug traffickers. I'm sure there will be an amnesty program in the near future for you as well.
As far as risk.lets be realistic and not wax drama Queen on this. There are probably only 5% of the illegals that are actual terrorists that would actually do us harm. The way I figure, with 4-600,000 foreign illegals building up the 5-10,000 active sleeper cells already here, and teams of 20 being assigned to the top 400 cities..they would only need to burden 8000 of their group to basically wipe out America. The rest could do Jihad dances and get engineering degrees so they could build new Saudi Mosques where our down town areas once were. We could be the United States of Parking lots!
Last night on air, I could hear the profound disappointment in my callers. All had voted for Bush and all planned not to vote for him again. We all found ourselves talking of the many jobs we had to do along the way to survive. I remember, working in the farm fields in Walla Walla in high school, selling mats at the parades, working in clean up crews for construction companies, pulling weeds and always getting minimum wages. I needed those jobs. They helped me buy my school clothes, my first horse, and down payment for my first, used car. I deeply resent being lied to by my President about "US workers not being willing to work the jobs that illegals will". If that isn't the biggest crock of bull I have ever heard!!! We all have to start someplace!
How is it that I am supposed to feel comforted by the new fingerprinting program of foreigners when we have just turned our country into a very large coffin by creating protection for millions of "mystery" people. Why bother with playing tough ball with the finger print deal? Does it make sense to close all the windows and to lock the back door when you have thrown open the front door?
Why don't we just stop stalling..It's boring already. Lets just assign the terrorists a city each and give all the US citizens guns and ammo and we will go at it. The color code deal is getting a tad stupid. The Truth isits been "red" since 9/11 and although we did great in Afghanistan and Iraq, we are rapidly setting up our mainland to be a smoking parking lot!
Right now I have more faith in Grannies with bad attitudes and a gun than our politicians. Grannies care about their Grandchildren's future. Politicians seem to care more about votes..from dead people, dogs, illegals, clones, terrorists.maybe they will find voters on Mars.
Once again, I am put in the voting position of picking the lesser of two evils. God help us all!
