TO GOD’S PEOPLE

For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.”
CRITIQUING CURRENT EVENTS
We are currently in the post event phase, or I should say the wringing of hands and recrimination phase, of the wild, irresponsible, and stupid media assessment of the mass killing of innocents in Tucson, Arizona. It is with great interest that I watch the ignorant pretend to intelligence with their inane comments and silly conjecture, this not only from the foolery of the ideological morons of a self-directed communist press, but also from the dimwitted ravings of a Democrat sheriff. This is another good reason that these vital offices ought to be filled by non-partisan constitutionally correct upholders of the rights of the people, rather than by ideologically slavish political buffoons.
One would think that this man would have attained a modicum of wisdom during his thirty- year tenure as sheriff, but instead he jettisons common sense to follow the same tired old dictum of employing a completely discredited, but continuing, liberal psychobabble that appends the blame for a vile and egregious act to the philosophies of the political party opposite of the one that he worships. His disjointed ravings on the tube were mindful of the old adage about fouling one’s own nest. Most certainly if the sheriff was to - as a Democrat - lay the blame where it belongs, which is the thinking and orientation of the lunatic left of the Democrat Party, he would most assuredly be fouling his own nest.
Independent thinking people - there are so few of these in these times - know who must shoulder the responsibility for the aberrational mental state of the killer. And the sheriff, if he had an ounce of integrity, might well have kept his mouth shut and confined his comments to the investigative aspects of the event instead of mouthing the same tiresome and irksome rhetoric of the madcap’s of the Democrat socialist camp. His intemperate ravings simply mark him as a member of the asylum, rather than as an impartial upholder of the law.
A headline affixed to a recent article by a liberal Democrat reads: “We Should Strive For Civility within Our Conflicts.” Civility is a one-way street with social progressives, they expect it, but they never ever extend it. This is ostentatiously evident from the actions, the demeanor, and the words of the political and media liberals in the wake of the Tucson massacre. Certainly Rahm Emanuel expressed best the Democrat credo in regard to the converting of disaster and tragedy to a furtherance of the socialist agenda of progressive Democrats with the following bold statement: “Never waste a crisis” The unspoken message behind that utterance is that if a crisis does not exist one can certainly be created that will detrimentally reflect upon the opposing legitimate beliefs of others.
THE TRUTH NEVER PREVAILS IN A SICK SOCIETY
Let’s cut to the chase here, I am not one of those who are so in love with this society and the world that they are blinded to the truth. The fact is that the Tucson gunman Jared Loughner is a product of the unbalanced psyche of the liberal progressive collective that has seized control of the social institutions, the judiciary, and the legislative and administrative branches of government and appending bureaucracies. These people, like the Nazis and Bolsheviks before them, are possessed of a demonically induced mindset. It is convenient to think of them as psychologically afflicted or diminished, but that would be a mistake. They are in fact “mentally healthy miscreants”. The fact that they obfuscate their sociopathic nature with a gilded and spurious façade as compassionate defenders of the downtrodden and helpless is an effective use of guile and deception that is eerily evocative of Satan’s ability to masquerade as a beautiful angel.
Dear readers please know that I do not defend the Republicans as saints. The Neo-cons of this party have on both the national and international fronts committed some egregious acts of inhumanity. Many of these reprehensible deeds are defended - by those who ought to know better - as patriotic and in the interest of national security. This is another prevarication of the type that we have come to expect from both of the national parties and redolent of the now debased integrity of not only the commonwealth, but of the people who inhabit it.
The fact is however that no faction of either party can approach the Godlessness, the vindictiveness, the revengefulness, the single-minded hatred, the deep down maliciousness and spitefulness, and the scorched earth mentality of the progressives of the far left Democrat totality. That these are now in control of the nation, and have been for the better part of the last half century, tells us that their intentional machinations for a soviet style communist replication has advanced to the point of irrevocability. Their intemperate ideology has been inculcated into every facet of our society. Our schools, the unions, and the social services on all levels are woven of the fabric of a socialistic/communistic ideological makeup.
It is these who are entirely responsible for the likes of the Tucson killer Jared Loughner, and the now thousands - possibly millions - such as him in society today. One can expect these progressive communist knockoffs to use this tragedy to strive mightily for the confiscation of the guns of the law-abiding that they might be controlled and whipped into compliance with a socialist one-world agenda. If the progressives cannot hitch their wagon to extreme acts by irrational nationalists, they will sacrifice one of their own to attain their inimical ends. Such is the case in regard to this Tucson champion of the communistic manifesto who the liberals now strive powerfully to deny and disown.
AFFIXING THE BLAME AND ASSESSING THE REALITIES
It would seem that there is no end to the completely unsustainable belief by some that this nation can be rescued from its present scurvy circumstance and that the liberties of the people can be restored by the political machinations of fallible men acting coordinately to restore long suppressed constitutional principles. There is a continuous crusade to identify the bogymen that have delivered the nation unto its abysmal condition of disrepair and to declare remedies to counteract the damage that they have done. I would think that at this point it would be clearly evident that the people as a whole do not wish to be rescued.

To be rescued would mean that they would have to back away from the government trough, abjure their indolent ways, and rely upon personal initiative, diligence, and hard work to sustain their livelihoods. Surely they would rather live in a society where an industrious few are forced to provide for the well-being of a slothful and dependent many. Cradle to grave dependence suits them quite well and they would rather go down with the ship than to give up the unearned monetary perks that they have become accustomed to. Truly this nation is falling apart by the numbers, and it is the people who are undeniably responsible for its impending demise.
NOW MEET THE ENEMY
Walk down the street, listen to the radio, light up the boob tube, visit a restaurant, go to a movie, engage a neighbor on public transportation, observe fellow travelers, sit on a bench in a mall, attend a social event of one kind or another and you will find that the enemies of liberty and freedom are neither clandestine or undercover, they are so conspicuous as to be inconspicuous. As Pogo once said, "I have met the enemy and he is us."
Truly the people of this nation have reached a profound stupidity that I wouldn’t have thought possible in bygone years. If this were not the case they wouldn’t be so easily deceived, so conveniently misled, so spitefully used, and have become so spiritually diseased and debased.
The secular, the worldly, and the culturally oriented nominal Christians continue to hold on to the slim hope that they will be delivered from a dreadful fate that every ounce of their being tells them is hard upon them. Desperately these cling to the hope that men will save this country from the ash heap of collapsed nations. One would think that the Obama experience would have finally disabused them of such thoughts, but hope seems to spring eternal in the carnal heart.

By their iniquity and their apostasy the people spit in the eye of Almighty God with a haughty arrogance that defies belief. That they would attempt to withstand the very God who created their being and put a spirit into the bag of bones that they are testifies to their foolishness and the folly of their thinking.
The cold hard humbling truth is that men believe themselves to be gods and divinely endowed when in reality they are a buck’s worth of dirt and of no value beyond that imparted by the God who owns them.
Light up the world with truth, embrace the Father and honor the Son, and all of God’s people say, Amen!
