SACRIFICING AMERICAN PATRIOTS TO A SOCIALIST CAUSE
By Jim R. Schwiesow October
30, 2006 I am looking for President Bush to come forward with a washbasin to ceremoniously wash his hands on national television while proclaiming no culpability in the ritual sacrifice of the lives and careers of two veteran Border Patrol Officers with distinguished service to their country. Standing next to Pontius Bush, oops President Bush I would expect to see two of his most obsequious cohorts in this sell out of U.S. justice to totalitarian socialism, U.S. Attorney General Alberto Gonzales and his henchman U.S. Attorney Johnny Sutton. I dont know of any lineal connection here to the bank robber Willie Sutton, but one never knows. Together with the president they round out an unholy cabal of three for American slavery to international interests. No matter how well you scrub your hands boys, they will not be clean. Ah, but these are just the ringleaders in this perversion of justice. They had accomplices in their persecution and torment of Border Patrol Officers Jose Alonso Compean and Ignacio Ramos. Those accomplices include the members of the jury, who voted for conviction, three of which have since, shamefacedly, alleged that they were coerced into their votes for conviction, the prosecutor, Assistant U.S. Attorney general, Debra Kanof, and the U.S. District Court Judge who handed down the sentences of eleven and twelve years in prison for these two guardians of our borders. Indeed Prosecutor Kanof shined in her stupidity as she argued for stiff sentences for the officers who ironically had heretofore sworn to oaths to protect her ungrateful behind. Kanof argued to the court that Border Patrol Officers are not allowed to pursue criminal suspects, and that Officers Ramos and Compeon had violated the fourth amendment rights of Osbaldo Aldrete-Davila, a Mexican national criminal drug smuggler. Yep, you heard correctly. She said, that they had violated the fourth amendment rights of an alien invader who had infiltrated the border, unlawfully, to commit another criminal act, to wit: the delivery of illegal substances for distribution to the dim-witted in the U.S. who use these debilitating substances. Dont you just marvel at the chutzpah of a federal prosecutor who would argue that the fourth amendment rights of an illegal border crasher, with no claim whatever to the constitutional protections granted to American citizens, had been violated, while she knows that almost daily black clad agents of one bureaucratic government agency or another crash through the doors of innocent U.S. citizens, and, at the point of a gun, blatantly violate their fourth amendment rights. Egad! The hypocrisy boggles the mind! And speaking of these hit squads, uh, I mean swat teams, have you noticed how they are being increasingly used to enforce the decrees of their masters in government to by-pass the due process provisions of the constitution? When a U.S. Attorney uses a swat team to effect and sensationalize an arrest of two upstanding and distinguished defenders of our borders who have no propensity for violence and exhibit no indication that they would do other than to comply with lawful orders of the court, we have hit bottom in regard to the actions of those who are supposed to be protecting the rights of our individual citizens. Just when one thinks that we have seen it all these cretins descend two more steps down the ladder to complete government turpitude. That these baleful teams are being used to aggressively threaten and terrify lawful U.S. citizens should be of grave concern to the people of this country. It is just a short step from the uncontrolled use of federal swat teams to the terrifying use of hit teams and death squads to squelch dissent in regard to perverse government policies. That this case against the unsuspecting and hapless Ramos and Compeon was prompted by government clods at the instigation of an administration committed to the establishment of a North American national socialistic order is not only evident, but one would have to have his eyes in the back of the head to not see that the evidence used to railroad these two Border Patrolmen was fabricated. And only the U.S. government would have the international access and the power and authority to bring into place the various building blocks of such a transparently fictitious case for prosecution.
The complicity of the Department of Homeland Security, the US Attorney for the Western District of Texas, and the Department of Justice in the program to bring this mockery to a sloppy fruition reaches out and grabs even the most nave and unsophisticated. This certainly doesnt say much for the understanding and discernment of those who sat on that jury. And dont you just imagine that the judge most likely commended them for the exemplary service that they rendered? Arrrgh! Just makes me sick! 2006 - Jim R.
