Directing Local Action - Globalist Organizations
Researchers at Freedom Advocates and others can take any area in America and show you the nationalized soviet structure that has begun to take control of your local government apparatus.
You ask, “How does this happen? How is it coordinated?” It happens and is coordinated through a soviet-style tiered system of councils. One such council is the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives or ICLEI. ICLEI is a United Nations NGO located in Toronto Canada. As early as 1997 Santa Cruz County was listed by ICLEI as an ICLEI participant. It has become one of the premier implementers of Agenda 21/Sustainable Development.
What does ICLEI do? It works with directly or indirectly with local governments in building a “tool box” to institute the programs necessary to get local government onto the Sustainable Development locomotive. You’ll see ICLEI designing communities throughout the United States today.
Apex coordination is provided by U.S. federal agencies. Here is a page from the website of the United States Department of Agriculture, USDA.
This makes it obvious that this federal agency supports and implements Sustainable Development. The USDA is all over Santa Cruz County offering free money to landowners if they sign up for Sustainable Development programs. For a dime today the increasingly regulated and desperate farmer assigns the future management control of his farmland to government and/or its partners.
A combination of UN-accredited NGO’s, federal agencies and power seeking foundations are directing the implementation of Sustainable Development. The State Department tracks and reports on our nation’s progress in implementing Sustainable Development. They report directly to the United Nations.

Regionalizing government in America is being promoted by the Alliance for Regional Stewardship. Here is their website:
These
regional government headquarters across the country duplicate what I
showed you earlier for the state of California. The political consequence
of regionalizing the United States is that we lose our form of government
because regionalism obliterates federalism and the separation of powers.
Representative democracy goes away because these councils are making
the decisions that the politicians, dependent upon party support, simply
rubberstamp. The political parties’ machines are committed to
Sustainable Development political theory.
Sustainable Development demonstrates how the wrongful use of money can be used to manipulate the innocent. Money grants are everywhere and these grants are destroying America.
Regionalization is happening without Americans understanding it. Checks and balances that are inherent in a system of free enterprise and private property are being systematically eliminated.
America is being “reinvented” by replacing political boundaries with “regions” that are directed by regulators. These regulators serve on unelected regional “councils” and operate at taxpayer expense.
These councils govern by watershed jurisdiction or over “ecosystems” and neighborhoods. This method of governance was used in the Soviet Union.
Here is a UN map that shows how globalists intend to regionalize the Americas and ultimately, the world.
There are ICLEI hubs in existence all around the world. The apex of sustainability councils lies outside the United States. Go and see what they are planning, what they are doing and the worldwide extent of their activities. It is eye-opening.
