WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION: POWER & MONEY

Any crisis, national or state, that brings in the federal government is going to have one result. The citizens of this country are going to lose more of their constitutionally guaranteed freedoms as the federal government imposes more regulations under the guise of protecting us. As the regulations flow from the elite, who are never affected by the crisis, our Constitution is being dismantled, piece by piece. With any crisis, war or otherwise, someone is going to have to clean it up or manufacture massive amounts of weapons. Some well connected entities, such as Halliburton or the Carlyle Group, are going to make major money.[1] It is also handy if these well connected companies have the right allies.[2]

In order to go to war, there must be an enemy. The government designated enemies for 11 September 2001 were the terrorists. The propaganda ministry told us that fifteen of them were discovered to be from Saudi Arabia and that the master mind was Osama bin Laden. And certainly he must have been a master mind to pull off such a major event against the most powerful country in the world. No matter, Saddam Hussein had long been a thorn in the side of one of his neighbors which also made him a thorn in the side of the neo conservatives in the Bush Administration. Ignoring government intelligence and within hours of the attack, Rumsfeld said in talking with his neo conserve cronies and trying to connect Saddam Hussein to the 9/11 attack: Get the "best info fast. Judge whether good enough hit S.H. [Saddam Hussein] at same time. Not only UBL [Osama Bin Laden]. Go massive. Sweep it all up. Things related and not."[3]

So all they had to do was manufacture a tie between these two well known enemies. If that scheme failed then how about providing evidence that Iraq was harboring, supporting or sponsoring terrorism? And, if that didn't work how about claiming that Iraq was producing weapons of mass destruction and thus was a threat to the United States. And if that didn't work, how about bombing them into democracy? Whichever contrived reason worked produced the same results: we went to war against a country that was devastated because of the sanctions, they could hardly care for their basic needs - forget weapons of mass destruction. Then after the bombing subsided we could have our friend's companies rebuild the entire country. What a plan! War was the tactic but money was the objective. And the objective of money - POWER! The powerful obtained more power by imposing the Patriot Act which encompassed all kinds of personal abuses against others - some U.S. citizens and some the unfortunate who were designated and incarcerated as terrorists.

There you have motive, opportunity and desire. Desire and motive are easy. Opportunity is harder. Wars can be sold to the public by the propaganda ministry via the elite owned press and some expensive public relations. Combined, this can either garner our sympathies or perpetuate our worst fears. War puts money into the pockets of the elite while young and patriotic Americans put their lives on the line. And the rest of us stay home, listen to the evening news on fair and balanced cable TV and accept deprivation of individual rights for the good of the masses. If anyone speaks out they are demonized by the fair and balanced news purveyors as being anti-American. After all, the administration is just doing what is best for us and trying to protect the fatherland.

There are other catastrophes in addition to war that precipitate huge stacks of money being deposited into the coffers of the international bankers. They are the real benefactors of any catastrophe in whatever country you might name. They are the recipients of all the interest on government loans. They print the bank notes, and loan the money, often to both fighting factions, who fight the wars and then collect the interest from each side, the triumphant and the vanquished. Even if there is no definitive winner, such as the case of our fifteen year resource sapping Vietnam. War is not only hell - it is expensive, both monetarily and in lost lives. Not only does it deplete a country's resources, it promotes cultural divisions. Sometimes, the country itself breaks apart - like the Soviet Union did after their own resource sucking Vietnam - Afghanistan. Whatever the national negative results in any country, the international bankers experience gross profit. All the resources that were drained end up in their pockets - just like a big conduit.

Unlike war, blame is usually never attached to natural disasters. However, government response, whether it is rapid or as slow as molasses in January, demands either praise or justifiable accountability.[4] Mike Brown seems to be an exception but apparently better him than any real culprits. Local governments are the most qualified to know the immediate needs of the affected victims.[5] Federal government interventions always include more red tape regulations which inevitably mean more loss of freedoms. And the victims become double victims.[6] Our government controls the expenditure of taxpayer money and it often goes out of the country.[7]

Rather than helping the victims, our government actually appeared to be hindering the available and willing services offered by others.[8] Rather than escaping the terrible toxic waters of Katrina, many victims are trapped indefinitely in New Orleans.[9]

When the federal government does step in and accept responsibility for the safety of its citizens, then they should act with as much swiftness as they exhibited in discovering the 9/11 perpetrators. There should be no hesitation, no dilly dallying around listening to goat stories or catching that last fish or taking that final bike ride in Crawford. At least, Bush is dismally consistent. Catastrophes demand determination and action, not hesitancy![10] Of course, Hesitancy may serve a genuine monetary purpose.

Natural disasters are acts of God, right? Weather is something that is out of the control of human beings, right? We can predict it and that the extent of man's power, right? Advanced technology which includes splitting the atom, interpreting DNA, satellite imaging and cloning sheep are scientific realities. What about scalar weather warfare? Is there such a thing or is it another one of those conspiracy theories that often are more plausible and make more sense than what any of the highly compromised government commissions allege.[11]

Global warming has long been a political tactic for gaining more control over the citizens. It is especially useful as it lays all culpability on the citizen and their wasteful misuse of the environment and requires drastic lifestyle changes. I doubt that the elite will ever make any lifestyle sacrifices. However, weather manipulation cannot be laid at the feet of the masses. Call me crazy - it will not be the first time but I believe the government manipulation of weather is a fact.[12] I am not alone!

Katrina is the worst "natural disaster", thus far, in this country. The economic affects will be horrendous. The personal loss of property and lives will be astronomical. The body count and identification have yet to begin. The tolls are too great for a normal person to imagine in their worst nightmare. This was the United States version of that earlier tsunami that hit citizens in another part of the world, far from our shores.[13] Who knew we were just as vulnerable? That is a significant question. Up until 9/11 Americans felt secure. Are there people whose lust for money and power is more important than anything else, even the lives and properties of others?

Scalar weather engineering is a reality. It is the most effective and dangerous weapon of mass destruction on the face of the planet. It does more damage than a bomb - we should know! If a bomb does not kill - even the more lasting effects of depleted uranium bombs take time to appear. Weather is sudden and immediately devastating.

Catastrophes bring the worst and the best out in people. We all saw the video of looters with their television sets. We heard about the drug crazed gun totting gangs arbitrarily killing anyone in sight. And worse - there were rapes and beatings. People who commit such atrocities are "past feeling" - their uncompromising conscience is completely insensitive to the suffering of others.

People willingly opened their homes and their pockets to aid the victims of this terrible devastation. We have cried as we have witnessed people looking for lost family members. We have cried as we viewed the son whose mother perished in the nursing home along with all of the other elderly patients who could neither walk or drive out and their families were unable to get to them. Their caretakers perished with them.[14]

There are web sites which have recently gone online where one can donate money to help the victims. Some web sites are of course better than others. One must take precautions in using these web sites. One web site that is particularly interesting is the one established by the new public best buddies: Bill Clinton and George H. W. Bush who were old challengers for the white house. George apparently has more empathy for the victims than his wife, Barbara. It is related: "While touring the Houston Astrodome, where thousands of Hurricane Katrina refugees have been huddling, Barbara Bush said they didn't have it so bad because, heck, they were poor to begin with." She said: "And so many of the people in the arena here, you know, were underprivileged anyway, so this is working very well for them." She was quoted as saying in an interview on National Public Radio. "What I'm hearing, which is sort of scary, is they all want to stay in Texas,"[15] the elite simply do not think the same way that the normal people think. In fact, some of the elite may have a lot in common with those who are "past feeling".

The Clinton/Bush web site went on line 2 September 2005. It is called Bush - Clinton Katrina Fund. Everyone should visit this site. You will note that the domain name is www.bushclintonkatrinafund.org. Domain names are purchased. This one was purchased by the Bush-Clinton Katrina Fund, 55 W125th St., New York City, New York 10027. This is the office of the former president in Harlem.[16] You may also view more about their charitable endeavors here.

These two are really pitching in and making a difference. Apparently, they did the same for the Asian tsunami. The only thing that I do not understand is the date that the domain name was designated as "Data as of" - 14 June 2005. According to information received from Network Solutions about the unusual date they state:

"Regarding your inquiry, the information reflected on the "data as of" field is actually the last updated information for the ip address connected to that domain name." How does one create a domain relating to a hurricane that is going to happen more than two months in the future? To verify this date for yourself go to WHOIS and type in bushclintonkatrinafund.org. I am not going to make any assumptions. I am just reporting what I find very interesting. Bill has always had a hard time covering his tracks.

I am also not making any assumptions about weather catastrophes. I do not want to think that anyone could possibly be that sinister. However, I recognize that "He who controls the weather - also controls the world, militarily, economically, socially, monetarily, completely."[17]
