During the week of November 14--18, 2005, Texas honored me with a speaking tour on five major university campuses concerning the crisis of illegal immigration in the Lone Star State.

Why was I asked to speak in Texas? Texas suffers over 1.1 and as high as 1.5 million illegal aliens residing in that state. So many work off the books and avoid authorities that no one knows for sure. This is another side of Third World Momentum or what has become known as: "Corruption in Third World countries becomes a mechanism by which their societies operate...when millions of their countrymen illegally immigrate into the USA--they think crime is acceptable...however, for the host country, it is a nightmare of lawlessness."

Texas Governor Rick Perry stands in a devil of a conundrum as his state suffers this invasion while his Texas-grown President Bush and the Republican Party stand by with careless confusion. While Texans struggle, their own native son in the White House stands with his hands in his pockets while whistling in the wind. All the while, Texans pay the bills. And folks, the bills are into the billions of dollars.

Because of illegal alien immigration, Texas taxpayers shell out $4.1 billion annually to educate over 200,000 illegal alien kids. That figure is over and above any taxes illegals pay or do not pay. Texas taxpayers give up $150 million to pay for illegal alien prisoners in Texas prisons. That doesn't show the thousands stolen cars, millions in shop lifting, drunken drivers driving without a license or insurance, Officer Jackson being killed two weeks ago by an illegal, or the thousands of Texans suffering from illegal alien crime and death as in Austin, Texas four weeks ago. Texas taxpayers give away their taxpayer dollars in excess of $100 million annually for 'anchor babies' and medical costs for illegal aliens. No one knows how much Texas taxpayers pay for assisted housing, food stamps and other types of fraud perpetrated by illegal aliens. But they are really upset with the unkindest cut of all: HB 1403.

In 2001, a Hispanic Texas lawmaker decided to give 193 illegal alien students attending Texas universities in-state tuition. When, in fact, they should be paying out-of-state or out-of-country tuition. But in 2005, like flies to honey, their numbers swelled to over 4,000 illegal alien students not only gaining in-state tuition, but greater affirmative-action grades and lowering of academic standards at Texas Universities. Once �into the system� illegal alien students enjoy financial aid out of Texas taxpayers� pockets. At the same time, slots for Texas students vanished into the hands of kids from another country who should be deported, and then, accepted legally as an out of country student.

Little known to most Texans, state taxpayers shell out two-thirds of the cost of college expenses. Therefore, when they have already paid out $4.1 billion annually for primary and secondary schooling for kids that shouldn't be in Texas, they are now expected to give away not only millions of dollars, but also give up college slots for Texas kids. What's wrong with this picture?

It's called Third World Momentum or 'corruption at all levels' that aids, abets and encourages lawlessness within Texas. Who pays? Law abiding Texans who have maintained and lived by the law since Texas became a state!

Yet another disturbing aspect of my Texas tour occurred in Houston and Austin. While registered for a time and place to speak, I was shouted down not only by advocates for illegal aliens, but hundreds of illegal aliens themselves! Illegal aliens carry no respect for an American's First Amendment rights. Those who supported their lawlessness didn't support my First Amendment rights. Makes you wonder how fast our country waxes into chaos without reasonable debate! Illegal aliens are so used to lawlessness they think it�s normal.

Finally, I arrived in Texas to talk about the crisis every Texan faces as immigration adds another 12 million people by 2025. That's right. What will future generations do with an added 12 million people in Texas? What will they do about the air pollution, crowding, costs of building schools, fire stations, roads, grid-lock, houses and other infrastructure? What about the limits of water? Los Angeles is already a national nightmare as well as any other crowded, congested and overwhelmed city. What will they do with hordes of immigrants that overwhelm taxpayer funded institutions? How will Texans be able to communicate in 50 different languages by people who would rather shout an American down than listen to what an American has to say?

Paris, France suffered riots based on race. What will happen as this wave of illegal aliens matches the numbers of immigrants that France suffers?

"The one absolutely certain way of bringing this nation to ruin, or preventing all possibility of it continuing as a nation at all, would be to permit it to become a tangle of squabbling nationalities [and languages]" Teddy Roosevelt 1915.

What can Texans do? They need to take action. They need to demand Governor Rick Perry declare a state of emergency like Arizona and New Mexico governors did. They need to step up border protection and call out the National Guard. Texans need to take employers of illegal aliens to court under RICO laws. Texas Minute Men need to stand up for Texas. Ordinary citizens need to stand up for Texas at every immigration group and they need to shout out to city councils, senators and congressmen that they refuse to allow Texas to descend into another Los Angeles or Mexico City. Texans need to swing their feet over the saddle and ride against an illegal invasion that threatens every red-blooded man, woman and child in this 21st Century battle.
