SETTING THE STAGE FOR AMERICA'S DEGRADED FUTURE

Part 3: Immigration overfilling the glass
This continuing series expects to educate Americans as to the accelerating ramifications brought upon our civilization by adding 70 million immigrants in the next 25 years and 300 million people within 70 years. It’s interesting how many emails I receive that ‘deny’ and ‘defend’ unlimited immigration, and utterly disregard the facts, figures and realities exposed by this series. It’s like they cannot or will not extend their heads “out” of their outmoded and unworkable paradigms.
The Pope in 1600 arrested Galileo for stating that the Earth revolved around the sun and not the other way around! It’s difficult if not impossible for many to change their knowledge base for fear of something they dare not address, i.e., the Pope as God’s authority on Earth, or “How can anyone prove the Pope wrong?” Well, for the record, the Pope stood on the opposite side of reality.
As to adding 3.1 million immigrants to this country annually, our president and Congress stand on the opposite side of reality and what our citizens demand: stop mass immigration!
Unfortunately, the laws of Mother Nature don’t care one way or the other. Today, in our country, we cannot keep feeding more people with less gasoline, i.e., Peak Oil bearing down on us within 20 to 3o years as we run out of it. We cannot feed more immigrants with static water supplies. We cannot continue destroying the environment with pollution, carbon footprint and ecological footprint. Those advancing facts cannot be ignored or evaded.
Recently, I received a letter saying, “I can’t handle this author’s ‘Oh my God!’ writing about the future. ‘Why even try?’ he lamented. ‘Why not give up!’ he cried.”
I responded as follows:
Instead of giving up, how about taking action for a better future? How about taking the facts and figures and the websites provided and jumping in to change course. It takes a new thought, a new concept, a new understanding to create a new idea which creates a ‘consciousness shift’ and then moves to a ‘critical mass shift’ and then, ‘tipping point’ to a viable future. Check out how Tom Jefferson did it, George Washington, Ben Franklin, Gandhi, Susan B. Anthony, Dr. Martin Luther King and John Muir for starters.
Check with Norman Meyers, Oxford University, as his estimates show that 80 to 100 creatures suffer extinction daily around the world via his 40 years of research. Google it and find out for yourself. No, not end of the world, but complete disregard for our fellow creatures by our reckless fecundity. Here in North America, about 250 creatures annually suffer extinction as we humans degrade and destroy their habitat as we add 3.1 million each year. How about working to stop mass immigration that assures your progeny a degraded world? How about enlightening others with your knowledge gained from my series, books and presentations?
As with all human encroachment in the natural world, wildlife cannot escape, no place to procreate—as the human mob continues its addition of 80 million added annually net gain, and 1 billion added every 13 years, net gain! And the more humans grow, the more they poison, pollute and destroy this planet’s ability to sustain life.
If you’re not up for “Oh my God” as a delivery system, perhaps I could rock your cradle with some Snickers or Hersey chocolate candy bars, or perhaps a lollipop. What exactly would cause you to take action other than waiting for the “Human Immigration Train” running over you or your kids?
I’m not researching and writing this work for my health, but helping this civilization to change course toward a viable future. How about you jumping in and helping all of us? Everything you do—counts! Everything you avoid—counts likewise!
“The USA continues losing more than one million acres of farmland every year to urban sprawl and erosion.” Mark W. Nowak
The world already manifests itself in diseases such as two million deaths from TB annually worldwide, one third of the world’s people do not have access to clean drinking water, species extinction tops 2,500 plants and animals in the USA every decade from human population encroachment on wild life habitat, growing acid rain, global warming, and the poor of America suffering more and more from legal and illegal immigration and dozens of other consequences—what else is there to argue about relentless immigration?
In this series, I used the Katrina cataclysm to make it clear to you the scale of the mass immigration tragedy we face. As it slowly comes ashore, driven by the winds of unrestricted immigration, it will strangle this country into third world slums and destruction you saw in New Orleans. I’ve shown you Obama’s incompetence as well as that of most national leaders including our governors, senators and congressmen. They fail or won’t address this immigration issue as it propels us into the clutches of a crisis that will make Katrina look like a kindergarten birthday party in comparison.
“The more extreme our immigration numbers, the more extreme our children’s consequences.”
Finally, we beat back the incongruous Dream Act with all its folly and fraud. Let’s build on that to move toward a 10 year moratorium on all immigration and ultimate reduction to 100,000 a year or less in order to work toward a sustainable and viable civilization.
“Imagine a country which employs the principles of personal responsibility, freedom and accountability for future generations. Everything you do-counts! If you do nothing, that counts likewise. When you read sobering information, do you want to give up or fall apart? Or, do you want to engage like Thomas Jefferson, Ben Franklin, George and Martha Washington, John and Abigail Adams, Lincoln, Susan B. Anthony, Dr. Martin Luther King, Oprah, Barbara Jordan, John Muir and other Americans. You represent the Jefferson’s, Oprah’s and Dr. King’s of the 21st century. Consider it your honor and privilege to become a part of the solutions. Engage the present to change the future! Become an agent of the change you wish to see.” FW
