HETEROFLEXIBLE IS JUST
GAYISH
Derry Brownfield A recent article in the Washington Post carried a story about teenage girls and their love for one another. The writer stated that they may be copying Britney and Maddona but at least one school had chosen a lesbian pair as the school's cutest couple. These girls say they don't know what they are and don't need to know. Adolescence and young adulthood is a time for exploration and they should feel free to love a same-sex partner without assuming that is how they'll spend the rest of their lives. These youngsters didn't figure this all out by themselves: they had excellent teachers. Ellen DeGeneres emerged from the closet when these girls were seven or eight years old. Now that they are seniors in high school, they've had 10 years of indoctrination by the best instructors that our tax dollars can buy. In November of 1995 the University of Iowa hosted the Sixth North American Lesbian Gay and Bisexual Studies Conference. The conference was part of a growing trend on college campuses to offer courses in homosexual related courses, and even minor degrees in "gay studies." The City College of San Francisco has a department of gay and lesbian studies, and schools such as the University of California and the University of Iowa have established minors in gay studies. The discussion was not limited to college courses, as one panel was titled, "Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual Curriculum Inclusion at the K-12 Level." The National Education Association (NEA) educators' handbook for "Affording Equal Opportunity to Gay and Lesbian Students Through Teaching and Counseling." Contains such recommendations as avoiding the word Marriage in favor of the neutral term Permanent Relationship and using Partner instead of Boyfriend or Girlfriend. The goal is to infuse the gay/lesbian propaganda into every level of education and every school and social activity. What our tax supported educational system is NOT teaching our students is what the ramifications of the homosexual lifestyle will be. According to THE CANADIAN INTELLIGENCE SERVICE Supplementary Section NO 2 published in January 1993, titled "Medical Consequence of What Homosexuals Do" the alternative lifestyle can be very detrimental to one's health. 5,371 obituaris from 16 US homosexual journals were compared to a large sampleof obituaries from regular newspapers. The median age of death for homosexuals was virtually the same nationwide, and overall, less than 2% survived to old age. If AIDS was the cause of death, the median age was 39. For the 588 gays who died of something other than AIDS, the median age of death was 42 and only 9% old. The 106 lesbians had a median age of death 45 and 26% died old. 2.5% of gays died violently. They were 87 times more apt to be murdered; 25 times more apt to commit suicide; and had a traffic-accident death rate 18 times the rate of comparably aged white males. Heart attacks, cancer and liver failure were exceptionally common. Twenty-one percent of lesbians died of murder, suicide or accident - a rate 532 times higher than that of white females ages 25-44. According to the Canadian Intelligence Service, regardless of what is being taught in our public supported "government" schools, "Homosexuals are sexually troubled people engaging in dangerous activities. It is neither a kindness to those tempted by homosexuality, nor wise of us to encourage or legitimize such a destructive lifestyle." Walter E. Williams (townhall.com) writes. "How come life insurance companies don't advertise lower life insurance premiums for heterosexuals? After all, life insurance companies do ask applicants about other forms of behavior that have an impact on life expectancy, such as: Are you a pilot? Do you abuse alcohol and drugs? Do you have DUI arrests? Why not also: Are you a homosexual? I think I know the answer. Life Insurance companies would be charged with lifestyle discrimination. But, isn't it also lifestyle discrimination to charge higher premiums to smokers, airplane pilots, drug and alcohol abusers and drunk drivers? None of these lifestyles has the devastating impact on life expectancy than homosexuality does. The only answer I can come up with is that some forms of discrimination are politically acceptable, while other aren't" 2004 Derry Brownfield - All Rights Reserved Sign
