ICE is Immigration and Customs Enforcement under the Department of Homeland Security:
“ICE’S mission is to protect America from the cross-border crime and illegal immigration that threaten national security and public safety.
“This mission is executed through the enforcement of more than 400 federal statutes and focuses on smart immigration enforcement, preventing terrorism and combating the illegal movement of people and goods.”
That government agency operates under laws passed by the U.S. Congress. The key word here being laws. Laws that are meant to be enforced.
What I have seen over the past several years has more than made my blood boil. Never in my long life have I seen elected public servants so openly defy enforcement of our laws. Never. Too bad so few understand the Second Amendment or we’d have the constitutional militia in many states.
Using the same warped logic as those who demand illegals be left alone because “they want a better life for them and their families”, I demand bank robbers all be let out of jail. After all, they only robbed a bank because they want a better life for their family or themselves.
Illegal aliens are no better than bank robbers. They sneak across our for free medical, dental, steal jobs, steal Americans identity so they can obtain documents for welfare, work and murder, rape and rob OUR citizens.
The blood of tens of thousands of murdered Americans drips from the hands of the scum in Congress and their supporters. Every damn day more Americans die at the hands of illegals and what do elected officials do? They are bending over backwards to protect CRIMINALS, freeloaders and leeches here to steal your paycheck because We the People are paying for this invasion with borrowed debt. OUR treasury is $22 TRILLION in the hole and the crooks in Congress are going to raise the debt ceiling limit again.
Driver who struck and killed Corey Cottrell of Normal is in country illegally, ICE confirms, July 8, 2019
“Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has confirmed to Prairie State Wire that Jose Rodriguez, who struck and killed Corey Cottrell, 39, of Normal on June 22, is in the United States illegally. Border Patrol agents, in fact, issued the 27-year-old from Honduras an expedited removal order all the way back on April 17, 2013, according to a statement from ICE.
“Then on March 6, 2014, a federal immigration judge ordered him removed in absentia,” the statement said. “He is considered an ICE fugitive.”
“ICE said that it placed an immigration detainer with McLean County Jail on June 23 in light of Rodriguez’s criminal arrest.
“But the detainer is powerless since Illinois is a sanctuary state and Bloomington a sanctuary city, said Don Rosenberg of Advocates for Victims of Illegal Alien Crimes (AVIAC).
“Officials in sanctuary jurisdictions are not permitted to cooperate with ICE regardless of the crime,” said Rosenberg, a Californian whose son was struck and killed in 2010 by a car driven by someone in the country illegally.

“It’s not surprising that Governor Newsom would violate federal law without hesitation. He did the same when he was Mayor of San Francisco, maintaining and defending San Francisco’s sanctuary city ordinance, which violates 8 U.S.C. 1373(a).”
The U.S. Department of Justice needs to arrest Gavin Newson and charge him, period. Quit pussy-footing around and show some stones, AG Barr. No one is above the law or none of us should be required to follow any federal laws.

“A mass email sent out on Saturday by Ocasio-Cortez’s campaign and signed “AOC Team” reads: “The email suggests those who “think that you might be likely to interact with ICE” should download, print out and hang in their homes a poster available in 17 languages that lists recommendations on how to respond to ICE raids, including the following text: Here is a link to the poster.”
Seventeen languages from dozens of countries. All those bottom feeders, criminals and terrorists using the invasion to get into our country aren’t just from Mexico (since they’ve already supported an estimated 25% of their population since 1986 when Reagan opened the flood gates), Guatamala, El Salvador or Honduras.
Members of the United States Congress, mayors, governors and sheriffs who think they’re above the law, if not held accountable and if nothing is done to hold them accountable, will continue to pick and choose which laws they want to violate.
By the time you read this I will have already called Attorney General William Barr’s office to give his staffer a piece of my mind. Not threatening or vicious, just these bullet points:
Elected officials across this country are aiding and abetting illegals to avoid court ordered deportations and ICE detainers.
They, as in the case of NYC Mayor, De Blasio, publicly stating he will do everything in his power to protect them.
Any elected official who violated our federal immigration laws must be arrested and charged, Mr. Attorney General. If they can violate the law with impunity why should I have to obey any federal law?
No one is above the law and if you as AG don’t take the courageous stand against these lawbreakers now, the resentment in this country will continue to grow. Remember what the U.S. Constitution says:
Article IV, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution: “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.”
It’s the job of the Department of Homeland Security – specifically ICE – to stop this invasion and deport illegal aliens. It’s your job to prosecute those who violate our federal immigration laws, aid and help illegals avoid deportation regardless of who they are or what party they belong to.
And, please don’t send me email telling me it doesn’t do any good to make the phone call, blah, blah, blah. I’m tired of reading emails full of excuses. After all, excuses mean that person doesn’t have to become part of the solution; let someone else do all the work. When you do nothing, nothing gets done. When you step up to the plate we can win:

How do you do this? You put together information (see my GMO column) and get you, friends, family to county commission meetings and present your information. That 40 countries have banned them. Six counties in California. Why GMO crops must be banned in your county. Don’t you care about what those Frankenfoods are doing to you and your family?
You stay in their faces. Attend every public meeting. Go to your local newspaper and ask for a reporter to attend so they can report on what you’re doing. Talk to people where you live about this; you’d be surprised how many are interested. See that number below? Two million is a lot of people.
California governor bans commercial GM salmon production

No freshwater or ocean cultivation
“The California law, AB 504, was authored by Wes Chesbro, D-Arcata, in order to protect the state’s native populations of salmon and steelhead trout, a closely related species. The law was also supported by the Pacific Coast Federation of Fishermen’s Associations.
“If these ‘frankenfish’ were to escape into our waters, they could destroy our native salmonid populations through interbreeding, competition for food and the introduction of parasites and disease,” Chesbro said. “The only way to ensure this never happens is to ban commercial hatchery production, cultivation or stocking of transgenic salmonids in California.”
“Under the new law, no cultivation or spawning of “transgenic salmonids” will be permitted in any of California’s fresh or Pacific waters. Even research into GM salmonids is prohibited, if it is intended for commercial purposes.
“California has taken an important step to protect its native salmon and trout stocks. Genetically engineered salmon pose a serious risk to our waterways and our native fish populations,” said Rebecca Spector, West Coast Director of the CFS.”

Get on the phone today. At lunch, stuck in traffic. Tomorrow or the next day if the line is busy. If Barr gets two million calls, he just might buck up and take the tough road instead of do nothing while the invasion continues and elected public officials give the American people the finger.
