THE INSIDIOUS 'MENTAL HEALTH' PLAN

Did you know that mental health is in every school today? In 1965, the Joint Commission on Mental Health of Children was established. In 1969, the commission released its report, which stated, "As the home and church decline in influence ... schools must begin to provide adequately for the emotional and moral development of children ... The school ... must assume a direct responsibility for the attitudes and values of child development.

"The child advocate, psychologist, social technician and medical technician should all reach aggressively into the community, send workers out to children's homes, recreation facilities and schools. They should assume full responsibility for all education, including pre-primary education."

How did the Joint Commission on Mental Health know back in 1969 that in the future there would be a decline of influence in homes and churches? Was the moral breakdown problem of today socially engineered (deliberately created)?

In Oregon, the legislature passed in 2001 SB 965 and HB 3659 that was signed by Governor Kitzhaber for state social workers to come into homes and evaluate all first born. [read: Oregon state to evaluate first born] This was all done under mental health. Unsuspecting young parents would not be told before hand, that they have the right to refuse the evaluation.

The state's hidden motive behind evaluating the first born was to evaluate people as parents and the child's environment.

How in the dickens can a child, in a crib, be evaluated for mental health, unless the state's true motive is indeed to evaluate the child's environment, and of course, the parents. How could state legislators be so blind and naïve as to pass something as insidious as this (mandatory or voluntary), in the first place and not see anything wrong with it?

Yes, there are those who are unfit and shouldn't have children, i.e. alcoholics, drug users and those with AIDS, etc. If you honestly believe that the state should have the power to determine who should or should not be allowed to have children, then what makes you think you're immune from becoming their next victim yourself?

Who's going to evaluate the insane evaluators? The church leadership certainly isn't. They teach people the false doctrine that we must obey government authority unconditionally.

The illlinoisleader.com recently reported [IL Launches Compulsory Mental Health Screening for Children and Pregnant Women] that their state legislature passed a compulsory (mandatory) mental health screening for every pregnant woman and child up to 18 years. Is the screening of pregnant women leading to forced serializations and abortions? No doubt this draconian legislation will come to every state, including yours. This is all part of Agenda 21 and Sustainable Development.

The Illinois Leader quoted [read:IL Children's Mental Health Plan Gives Legislators Headache] State Senator, Chris Lauzen (R-Aurora), who said, "I believe that the last people who should be defining what is normal and abnormal are Springfield politicians, including myself!"

The Leader also quoted "The Children's Mental Health Act 2003 is the tip of an insidious iceberg," said Allen Jones, a former investigator in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Office of Inspector General and the Bureau of Special Investigations.

Jones went on to say, "The pharmaceutical industry is gaining a back door access to all of our children by compromising key decision makers and by gaining rubber stamped endorsements of groups like the Illinois Children's Mental Health Partnership."

This 'back door' attempt will not only give the drug manufacturers access to our children, it will eventually lead to the licensing of parents. The government will have the final say as to who can and cannot have children. All this is part of population control. A similar attempt to license parents was introduced in the Minnesota state legislature and failed to pass.

Words of warning.

When social workers come to your home for an evaluation, you may not want to open your door. An open door is a silent consent for them to come in. Once they're in, it could lead to terminating of your parental rights. Then, $250 per hour attorneys will relieve you of all your savings in order to reclaim your children (if you're lucky). As I have said before, there are those in public service who will sell their soul for a paycheck.

This is a wake up call for everyone. Since most of your pastors are not encouraging you to stand up to evil, it's up to you to act, within the law.

Get involved in your local community. Attend city council, county commissioner or board of supervisor meetings. Wake up your local representatives or better yet, run for office yourself. Make them aware, because some of them are good people who, unknowingly, may be blindly passing legislation that will be harmful to your liberties. We are all responsible for leaving behind a better world for our children and grandchildren.
