REPLACE OBAMACARE WITH NOTHING

Obamacare. If not gutted and allowed to die off, that monster will be one of the single largest contributors to the final death of the economy already on life support.

Comrade Nancy Pelosi's famous let's get it passed and then everyone will find out what's in the bill is spewing anger across the country. Americans are now experiencing sticker shock! They didn't read the bill signed by an impostor president into "law" and now, oh how it hurts:

Democrat Voters Confused: "I Didn't Realize I Would Be The One Who Was Going to Pay For It Personally"

"Cindy Vinson and Tom Waschura are big believers in the Affordable Care Act. They vote independent and are proud to say they helped elect and re-elect President Barack Obama. Yet, like many other Bay Area residents who pay for their own medical insurance, they were floored last week when they opened their bills: Their policies were being replaced with pricier plans that conform to all the requirements of the new health care law. Vinson, of San Jose, will pay $1,800 more a year for an individual policy, while Waschura, of Portola Valley, will cough up almost $10,000 more for insurance for his family of four.

“I was laughing at Boehner — until the mail came today,” Waschura said, referring to House Speaker John Boehner, who is leading the Republican charge to defund Obamacare. “I really don't like the Republican tactics, but at least now I can understand why they are so pissed about this. When you take $10,000 out of my family's pocket each year, that's otherwise disposable income or retirement savings that will not be going into our local economy.” Both Vinson and Waschura have adjusted gross incomes greater than four times the federal poverty level — the cutoff for a tax credit. And while both said they anticipated their rates would go up, they didn't realize they would rise so much. “Of course, I want people to have health care,” Vinson said. “I just didn't realize I would be the one who was going to pay for it personally.

"Prior the passage of Obamacare Congressional switchboards lit up with 99 out of 100 Americans urging their representatives to throw the legislation out. They didn't listen. They passed the bill without even reading it. In fact, they didn't even make it public until a few hours before the vote and by then it was too late."

Really? You didn't have a clue about who would pay for 20 million or so uninsured people? We're all going to be raped in more taxes under Marxist Barry Soetoro aka Obama's grand communist scheme of "equality" and wealth redistribution. Obamacare is loaded with subsidies in the billions that will be paid for by you, me, our children and grand children. Obamacare is the 4th and by far the biggest Ponzi scheme shoved down our throat by corrupt congresses. Just add 17 million illegal aliens if any form of amnesty goes through and costs will go to the moon and back.

As I write this, Social security, Medicare and "free" prescription pills are running debt of $125.9 TRILLION dollars. The debt burden to every taxpayer in this country: $1.1 MILLION and counting. That will be chump change if Obamacare isn't defeated and it can be because the U.S. Supreme Court and lower courts have already ruled on the side of employers and doctors. You can read about those cases here.

Over the past few months, anti-Constitution Republicans (Reps. Eric Cantor, Daryl Issa, Steve Scalise, Paul Ryan and Phil Roe to name but a few) have been touting their replacement for the unconstitutional Obamacare. More rape:

The GOP's NEW plan to repeal, replace Obamacare (Sept. 18, 2013)

"In an effort to contend with one of the more popular aspects of Obamacare, the Republican bill — which was drafted by a committee subgroup headed by Rep. Phil Roe, a doctor — would also create a 10 year, $25 billion fund to lower costs for Americans afflicted with pre-existing conditions such as cancer."

Where will that $25 BILLION dollar fund come from? YOUR wallet. Think that number won't triple or quadruple? Cancer "treatment" is astronomical. That $25 billion will run dry, the people who have bought into socialism will demand more, more! Then the poltroons in the Outlaw Congress will pass another bill to steal more from you and me while the paper tiger is chasing them.

The bandits in the Outlaw Congress have ZERO constitutional authority to steal from you to give to someone else for their medical treatment. Cancer is nothing more than a multi-billion dollar a year industry. States Attorney Generals and gangsters in the FDA continue to persecute and destroy doctors who CURE patients with many types of cancer. There's no money in the cure, only the treatment. For decades, the Federal Death Administration (FDA) continues to approve dangerous drugs that cause cancer:

How many more will die before FDA ghouls are held accountable?

"How about the widely popular, HRT (hormone replacement therapy) drug, Prempro, found in the government's own study to increase a healthy woman's risk of breast cancer by 24%, stroke by 41% and heart attack by 29%? April 24, 2007. 70 women 'die each year from cancer after taking HRT. "But the UK-sponsored Million Women Study now suggests HRT resulted in 1,300 extra cases of ovarian cancer between 1991 and 2005. Of these women, 1,000 died of the disease."

"2008: Wyeth, Pfizer ordered to pay $27 million in punitive damages. "A Little Rock, Ark., federal jury found Wyeth Pharmaceuticals and Upjohn (a Pfizer unit) liable for $27 million in punitive damages to Donna Scroggin, who sued the drug manufacturers in 2004 after developing breast cancer after taking hormone replacement therapy. The award includes $19.3 million from Wyeth and $7.7 from Upjohn.

"Wyeth manufactures Premarin, an estrogen replacement, and Prempro, which is a combination of estrogen and progestin. These, along with Upjohn's Provera, which contains progestin, are commonly prescribed to treat the unpleasant effects of menopause....About 25 million American women use hormone replacement therapy (HRT) to ease the discomfort of menopause. There are about 5,300 similar cases pending across the country for Premarin and Prempro." And people wonder why breast and cervical cancer has struck so many women? I've never taken an HRT and never will. Vulnerable women in their "older" years used as guinea pigs for profit.

How about the tragedy of the HPV vaccine pushed on young girls and women across this country? Too many now plagued with permanent, massive health problems; too many who have died. Manufacturers, Merck and GlaxoSmithKline (Cervarix), have hauled in billions while state legislatures look the other way or force via legislation that dangerous cocktail on teens and young women. Those pharma houses have used young girls and women in this country as guinea pigs.

Americans must start fighting back against the cancer money grubbers. It breaks my heart that so many Americans are dying horrible deaths from cancer when those who have done the research are curing their cancer, stunning their oncologist. Three books I can't recommend highly enough: Cancer - Step Outside The Box by Ty Bollinger and World Without Cancer by G. Edward Griffin and Murder by Injection: The Story of the Medical Conspiracy Against America by Eustace Mullins (deceased); book is free on line here.

Lower courts and the U.S. Supreme Court have already declared the two key parts of Obama as unconstitutional, yet "conservative" Republicans want to replace one nightmare with another while they ignore their oath of office and the U.S. Constitution.

If you're going to solve a problem, you have to go back to when and how it started. Congress destroyed the finest health care delivery system in the world with HMO act:

The HMO Act Turns 30 - few are expected to celebrate (signed into law by Tricky Dicky Nixon)

"Congress turned the entire American health care system on its head hoping the HMO could solve the budget problems they created with Medicare. It didn't work, but patients everywhere have suffered as a result," says Twila Brase, president of the Citizens' Council on Health Care (CCHC)."

First, the incompetent poltroons in Congress meddle where they have no authority creating a mess and now 30 years later, the "solution" from both parties is yet another unconstitutional mess. Billions spent while constitutional solutions are ignored. Health care is not a constitutional or human "right". Health care was affordable UNTIL the HMO Act began the destruction of affordable health care costs. The constant meddling by politicians in the Outlaw Congress has brought us to this gigantic mess called Obamacare.

Why is health care so expensive? Many reasons. The American people continued to reelect the same incumbents who made the mess to begin with. They continue to reelect the same incumbents who are now proposing more unconstitutional "solutions". Congress has never had the authority to bury doctors and health care providers with absurd, endless regulations that only keeps some "non-essential" federal employee on the payroll. The result is higher costs to the patient because doctors and health care providers have to hire staff to keep up with all the filing requirements.

The health care system in this country is over loaded with Americans who have many health problems as a result of their bad choices. Americans who like being fat, obese and plagued with medical problems like diabetes. They must like being fat or obese because they're doing nothing to lose the pounds. Losing weight is one of the hardest things in the world to do, but one can do it. The Internet is full of natural eating and nutrition web sites, it just takes time to do the research and will power to turn your life around. The key of course is to keep your weight at a healthy level and don't allow yourself to gain more than 10 pounds. Watch the scale and then scale back on goodies like pizza and pasta. Processed foods aren't real food and neither are "fast foods".

When I travel, I do not eat any junk "food"; I always stop to get fresh cooked food. At every restaurant I stop at most of the patrons are fat. They're eating pancakes covered in sugary concoctions at lunchtime. They're stuffing their face with high carb meals and more food in one sitting than I eat all day while their bellies hang over belts. While up in Denver recently, a couple at the restaurant where I ate shocked me. Both husband and wife must have weighed in at 350 pounds or higher. His stomach sat between his open legs. If the chair wasn't propping it up, the blubber would have just hung there. The wife looked like Jabba the Hut's sister. Their plates were piled with food; not a piece of bread in the basket remained. Both looked pasty; they just sat and ate and ate and ate. I wondered how they fit in the same bed.

The other day at the grocery store the woman in front of me was at least 80 pounds overweight. Her belly was rolling blubber; she wasn't wearing a bra to contain her mammoth breasts, so watching her unload her cart was rather nauseating. Her shopping cart was full of processed "food", chips, frozen pizzas and no vegetables. She might as well take her family to the nearest dumpster for dinner.

When all the medical problems start from being fat or obese, up go health care costs per patient to treat conditions brought on by carrying around double digit pounds of blubber -- especially in the stomach area. Aren't they ashamed or embarrassed? I guess not. America is known throughout the world as a fat country. It doesn't have to be that way. We can all help by doing our best to get and stay healthy.

The High Price of America's Gluttony (2003)
Sloth, Gluttony And The Coming Medical Financial Tsunami (2007)

I also highly recommend Code Blue: Health Care In Crisis by Edward R. Annis, M.D., past president of the AMA. That outstanding book published in 1993, clearly and succinctly lays out the extreme danger of socialized medicine and real solutions:

"On managed competition/care, the author observes, "Government cannot preserve high quality health care, prompt service, and freedom of choice without allowing health care providers the freedom to meet demand; Government cannot reduce the regulatory burden...government cannot apply price controls without creating shortages and rationing care...." Dr. Annis points out, "Finagle all they will, bureaucrats and entrepreneurs will never overcome the problem of excessive costs without correcting the basic flaw: the system of third-party payers, whether government or corporate."

"Dr. Annis' leadership of the AMA in the early 1960s, with his championing of the principles of individual rights and free markets, is in sharp contrast to the philosophy of the current AMA leadership, who refuse to confront the current administration but instead seem satisfied to ask for 'a seat at the table.' "- Jerome C. Arnett, Jr., M.D., Journal of the American Medical Association."

EVERY member of the Outlaw Congress and state legislatures should read Dr. Annis' book. It's 'cheap' on Amazon, but pricesless in content.

We will see more of this: Obamacare effect? (Yes) companies exit Nebraska's health insurance market

"Seven of the nine companies have notified the state of their plans to leave since August. Most of them have a minor piece of the major medical market in Nebraska, and likely don't think it's worth it to make the changes necessary to comply with the federal health care law. Aetna, American Family Mutual Insurance, Humana, Independence American Insurance Company, Reserve National Insurance Company, Standard Security Life Insurance Company of New York, Companion Life Insurance and United Security Life and Health Insurance have all informed the state insurance department of their intent to stop selling health insurance to individuals - and in some cases - groups."

I also urge you to read two very important articles:

We Need Free Market Healthcare - Not Obamacare
No Third Party Payments

There are other factors, but the biggest is labor. Payroll. Withholding taxes to prop up the Ponzi schemes. We're talking payroll not just for hospital staff or your personal physician, we're also talking the employees of a company that makes Band Aids, supplies sheets, manufacturers all types of equipment one sees in a doctor's office right down to tongue depressors.

It doesn't matter if you're a nurse making $100 bux an hour, as long as the value of the dollar continues to decrease, the purchasing power goes down. Unless and until Americans study and learn the problem with fiat currency and the unconstitutional "Federal" Reserve, they will simply continue demanding more and more in wages. Sort of like trying to climb a sand dune. If you haven't read Congressman McFadden's famous speech in 1934 on the "Federal" Reserve, do take the time. Heck, just book mark this column so you can go back and read as time permits....but time is running out.

And of course, a two volume set which should have won a Pulitzer Prize: Pieces of Eight by Dr. Edwin Vieira. Difficult to find copies; sellers want astronomical prices, but there are used copies on rare book sites. An alternative are these: The U.S. Monetary System and Descent into Fascism An Interview with Dr. Edwin Vieira, Return To Constitutional Money and, Sound Money Project (video).

There will always be the poor. County hospitals take care of the indigent with our county taxes. Medicaid cares for folks who absolutely have no money to pay for health care. Of course, Medicaid, just like Medicare is riddled with fraud because there are too many individuals who have learned how to scam the system. Doctors all across this country do take care of the poor as well as religious organizations who run health care facilities.

The bottom line besides being unconstitutional, Obamacare is a financial nightmare. Don't let the incompetent Republicans ram another Band Aid down our throats. Get the U.S. government out of health care and see how things get turned around for everyone regardless of political party or any other "identifier". The ones who hate that idea are the insurance companies who will make out like bandits under Obamacare.

In the meantime, there are several court cases making their way through the courts on Obamacare. I sure wish employers and doctors would file lawsuits in every state as I outlined in my column here. We cannot give up and we cannot stop getting in Boehner's face as well as other anti-Constitution politicians: Replace Obamacare with nothing. One can only pray they lose their primaries to constitutional candidates running on a Republican ticket.
