In March of 2014, I wrote a column about four critical bills sitting in the U.S. House with virtually no support. Solutions everyone says they want but when a member of Congress gets a bill introduced, they die in committee.
H.R. 156: To provide for the withdrawal of the United States from the North American Free Trade Agreement
NAFTA (No American Factories Taking Applications) according to Soviet traitor, CFR/Trilaterialst, Henry Kissinger: "What Congress will have before it is not a conventional trade agreement but the architecture of a new international system...a first step toward a new world order." July 18, 1993
NAFTA was the first in a long line of unconstitutional treaties/agreements destroying nearly 10 million good paying jobs; career, steady employment destroyed in furtherance of world government. H.R.156 was introduced January 4, 2013.
H.R. 75: American Sovereignty Restoration Act of 2013 - To end membership of the United States in the United Nations. Bill introduced January 3, 2013.
The United Nothing has never kept peace anywhere in the world. The UN's purpose is to act as law enforcement for one world government. Since 1945, we the people have been raped in hundreds of billions of dollars in UN "dues" and related UN expenses. "You can expect to see a one world government, Communist controlled, under the United Nations. You will see the United Nations run up astronomical debts which we, under the terms of the treaty, are bound to pay." Congressional Record, House of Representatives, January 15, 1962, pg 215, Congressman James B. Utt - who gives the truth in his speech that day: None is So Blind as He Who Will Not See.
Every penny in UN "dues" is borrowed money - more unpayable debt with the interest slapped on our backs. For what? In 1971, Rep. John Rarick attempted to get us out of that evil body; I highly encourage you read the information here. Besides Rarick's bill, you'll find an action that might surprise many. Agenda 21 is a key tool to destroy personal property rights and much more. See The House That Evil Built. The diabolical "sustainable development" was birthed by the United Nothing; it must be killed once and for all.
H.R.129 - Latest Title: Return to Prudent Banking Act of 2013. Restore Glass-Stegall - House Committee on Financial Services. Bill introduced January 3, 2013.
H.R.3894 - Senior Citizens Tax Elimination Act to do away with federal income taxes on social security. Introduced by Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.), January 15, 2014. Referred to House Committee on Ways & Means. Another re-introduction because no one in the Outlaw Congress was interested in helping senior citizens by stopping double taxation. Social Security is a tax. That tax goes to paying you benefits at retirement. Then, they tax you again on those benefits - double taxation. The bill had a whopping two cosponsors.
The dung bags in Congress yell every election cycle about how they want to help seniors! BULL. Nothing but more lies because if they did that bill which was introduced in two separate sessions of Congress would have passed in a NY second. Remember that next year during the primaries.
All four of them died because there wasn't much support for them. Oh, I know, how can people get behind a bill if they don't know there is one? Well, how did parents across this country blow back on the insidious 'Common Core' forced down their throats?
By networking, groups coming together to lobby their state legislatures, get on talk radio when possible and in general put up such a ruckus 'Common Core' has been terminated in many states and likely will in many more to come. 'Common Core' would make any communist ecstatic. Parents could see behind the fancy double speak and said no loud and clear. He who shouts the loudest gets heard.
There are two important bills - SOLUTIONS - sitting in house committees right now that are absolutely essential we need to get out of committee and to the floor for a vote. Then the senate does their dance. We constitutionalists wait and wait for some congress critter to get a bill introduced. Now we've got two very important ones and we need everyone to push them over the top.
1. Rep. Massie Introduces Bill to Abolish Federal Department of Education
WASHINGTON, D.C. —" Today, Representative Thomas Massie introduced H.R. 899, a bill to abolish the federal Department of Education. The bill, which is one sentence long, states, “The Department of Education shall terminate on December 31, 2018." On the day of Betsy DeVos’ scheduled Senate confirmation for Secretary of Education, Massie said, “Neither Congress nor the President, through his appointees, has the constitutional authority to dictate how and what our children must learn."
"Massie added, "Unelected bureaucrats in Washington, D.C. should not be in charge of our children's intellectual and moral development. States and local communities are best positioned to shape curricula that meet the needs of their students. Schools should be accountable. Parents have the right to choose the most appropriate educational opportunity for their children, including home school, public school, or private school."
“For years, I have advocated returning education policy to where it belongs - the state and local level,” said Rep. Walter Jones, an original co-sponsor. “D.C. bureaucrats cannot begin to understand the needs of schools and its students on an individual basis. It is time that we get the feds out of the classroom, and terminate the Department of Education....
"The Department of Education began operating in 1980. On September 24, 1981 in his Address to the Nation on the Program for Economic Recovery, President Ronald Reagan said, “As a third step, we propose to dismantle two Cabinet Departments, Energy and Education. Both Secretaries are wholly in accord with this."
While campaigning for his doomed-to-lose bid for the presidency, Bob Dole said on Sept. 9, 1996, while in Georgia, “We're going to cut out the Department of Education.” At that time, the GOP presidential platform read, in part:
"Our formula is as simple as it is sweeping: The federal government has no constitutional authority to be involved in school curricula or to control jobs in the workplace. That is why we will abolish the Department of Education, end federal meddling in our schools, and promote family choice at all levels of learning.
"We therefore call for prompt repeal of the Goals 2000 program and the School-To-Work Act of 1994, which put new federal controls, as well as unfunded mandates, on the States. We further urge that federal attempts to impose outcome- or performance-based education on local schools be ended."
Of course, just the opposite has taken place and, in fact, the goals for creating the “New Communist Man” was given a huge boost with President Bush's deceptive “No Child Left Behind” program. As for the repeal of the School-To-Work Act of 1994, Council of Foreign Relations kingpin Henry Hyde explained it this way:
"When carried to its logical extreme, it chooses careers for every American worker. Children's careers will be chosen for them by Workforce Development Boards and federal agencies at the earliest possible age …
Statewide Workforce Development Boards have formed to study which labor skills are needed in each state to determine “human resources” training requirements. Of course, this will decide also where these human resources will reside."
In 2010, 111 Republican incumbents in the House and senate and candidates for Congress pledged to abolish the unconstitutional Federal Department of Education. Of course, it never happened. Why? (1) Private entities like the National Teacher's Association and National Education Association (both should be kicked out of every state in the Union) and teacher's unions bought the favors of Congress men and women, and (2) Americans, with or without children, simply don't have all the facts about that cabinet.
Well, now we're down the road many years and more awakened people. The unconstitutional Federal Dept of Ed is nothing more than a propaganda tool to mold America's children into global citizens who care nothing about the history of this country and are taught to ridicule the Founding Fathers. They know nothing about the sacrifices made or what freedom and liberty is really all about. It is the incubator for destroying children's minds with propaganda through curriculum so by the time they get to a college or university they're good little socialists ready for full blown Marxist ideology.
I hope everyone will use social media, their Facebook pages, and email lists to get the word out:
1- H.R. 899 is a HUGE step in the solution to fixing our education problem in this country. Not more money but getting the feds out of education altogether. Try to call in to Rush Limbaugh's show or Sean Hannity or Laura Ingraham or other conservative talk radio hosts and tell them about that bill and how important it is to America's children. Make it the talk of the town. I'm doing my best on my radio show and others when I'm a guest to get the word out.
The bill is sitting in the House Education and the Workforce Committee which should also be abolished since Congress has no legislative authority in that area. Here are the committee members. Please take the time to call as many as possible (DC offices) telling them we want that bill voted on and out of committee. AND , if your congress critter isn't on that committee, please take the time on your lunch break or when you can during the work hour days and call their DC office to tell them we want that bill passed.
There's no doubt in my mind House Speaker Paul Rat Ryan will oppose as will all the special interest groups. But, if we the people make our voice heard on this as we did at the ballot box last November we can make it happen.
2. This is a reintroduction since it died before due to lack of support:
H.R.193 - American Sovereignty Restoration Act of 2017
"This bill repeals the United Nations Participation Act of 1945 and other specified related laws. The bill requires: (1) the President to terminate U.S. membership in the United Nations (U.N.), including any organ, specialized agency, commission, or other formally affiliated body; and (2) closure of the U.S. Mission to the United Nations.
"The bill prohibits: (1) the authorization of funds for the U.S. assessed or voluntary contribution to the U.N., (2) the authorization of funds for any U.S. contribution to any U.N. military or peacekeeping operation, (3) the expenditure of funds to support the participation of U.S. Armed Forces as part of any U.N. military or peacekeeping operation, (4) U.S. Armed Forces from serving under U.N. command, and (5) diplomatic immunity for U.N. officers or employees."
Getting us out of the UN was one of my campaign issues when I ran for Congress (1996) because it is the tool of global tyrants seeking to destroy our sovereignty once and for all and suck us into a world governmental body.
If ever we had the chance to get this done it's now but it won't happen without a massive effort. President Trump is trying to drain the swamp and so must we. Please do the same thing as I outlined above for the bill to abolish the unconstitutional Federal Department of Education. The bill is sitting in the House Foreign affairs Committee.
Solutions - that's what everyone says they want so let us roar from coast to coast, border to border to get these two important ones through the U.S. House. Please remind your congress critter that we the people have caught on to how the game is played: The real election in 2018 starts in February 2018 during the primaries, not November. That's when you oust your incumbent so come November you don't get the party's choice shoved down your throat or you simply vote for the incumbent because there's no other GOP choice. No more. I'll keep everyone up to date on these bills.
