CONSERVATIVES? WE DON'T NEED NO STINKING CONSERVATIVES

Badges? We don’t need no stinking badges. — B. Traven, The Treasure of the Sierra Madre

I still don’t understand why some people who claim their love for America call themselves “conservatives.” The word “conservative” is a derivative of the word “conserve,” which means to keep, protect, preserve, save, maintain, perpetuate. And I ask myself, what do conservatives want to keep, protect, preserve, save, maintain, perpetuate and conserve?

Do conservatives want to conserve teachers brainwashing our children in the public schools that we humans evolved from a piece of rock and that gay is cool?

Do they want to protect university professors who tell their students that truth is just a social “construct” that has nothing to do with reality?

Do they want to keep Big Pharma hooking their children on psychotropic drugs that turn them into senseless, cold-blooded mass murderers?[1]

Do they want to maintain the borders open to an invasion of illegal aliens?

Do they want to keep the largest prison population in the world?[2]

Do they want to preserve the US military fighting wars all around the world to protect the spurious interests of oil magnates, world bankers and transnational corporations that are not American anymore?

Do they want to keep the CIA aiding Muslim terrorists to get in power in the Middle East?

Do they want to perpetuate a government that lied to us about the Benghazi incident, the Boston bombings, the capture of bin Laden, the Sandy Hook hoax, the massacre at Waco, the 9/11 events, the Gulf War syndrome and the Oklahoma City bombing, just to mention a few?

Do they want to save the Federal Reserve Bank and the IRS?

Do they want to maintain the total current surveillance and police state in the U.S.?

Do they want to perpetuate the transformation of the police into an enemy military occupation force?

Do they want to preserve the corporations who have sent the jobs abroad and the government that encouraged them to do it?

Do they want to maintain the new slavery of student debt?

Do they want to perpetuate the corporations who are poisoning our air, food and water?

Do they want to keep the CIA, the NSA, the FEMA, the DHS, the TSA and the rest of oppressive organizations created by the NWO conspirators to spy, harass and intimidate us?

Do they want to conserve the Patriot Act and the National defense Authorization Act?

Do they want to continue providing their children as cannon fodder to fight wars on behalf of the international bankers?[3]

Do they want to maintain the gayification of the U.S. military?

Do they want to protect a corrupt Congress that does not represent us anymore?

Do they want to perpetuate the two-party charade?

Do they want to keep electing CFR agent and traitor John McCain over and over?

Do they want to preserve forever the unconstitutional executive orders signed by Republican and Democratic presidents alike?

Do they want to preserve the Invisible Government of the bankers, by the oil magnates, for the corporations?

Do they want to keep unelected individuals, all of them CFR members, dictating the domestic and foreign policies of the United States?

In synthesis, do they want to conserve the communo-fascist totalitarian dictatorship the CFR conspirators call the New World Order?

If that is what “conservatives” want to conserve, please, count me out.

Conservatives love blaming Obama for all the bad things currently going on in America. But most of the problems we face are not Obama’s creation. Obama’s policies are just the seamless continuation of George W. Bush’s policies. And Bush’s policies were the seamless continuation of Clinton’s policies. And Clinton’s policies were the seamless continuation of George H.W. Bush’s policies. And George H.W. Bush’s policies were the continuation of the policies of most previous presidents back to Wilson. And their policies are so similar because they were not conceived by them but by their master puppeteers at the Council on Foreign Relations.

The truth is that the current state of things is not only the result of the efforts of liberal traitors who are trying hard to destroy America. It is also the work of conservatives who are doing exactly the same as the liberal traitors, as well as of many true patriots who apparently are either confused or lack what is needed to firmly oppose them.

Granted, fifty years ago, conservatism made sense. Though there were some bad things in America, by far there were many good things that we needed to conserve. Currently, however, most of the good things are gone, and the bad things are growing exponentially. So, it becomes obvious that conservatism has become obsolete. We don’t need conservatives anymore. Once and for all, like Hercules, we need to clean the Augean stables. For this we need revolutionaries.

Moreover, we need radicals.

To most Americans, a radical is a person, most likely of the Left, who has extreme political or social views that are not shared by most people. To them, a radical is a synonym of a leftist extremist. But they are wrong.

As Cuban patriot José Martí rightly pointed out, the word “radical” comes from the Latin word for “root.” Therefore, a radical is a person who tries to go to the root of the problems. Unfortunately, as Henry David Thoreau observed, “There are a thousand hacking at the branches of evil to one who is striking at the root.”

The American Republic is in grave danger, and we are past the time for Band Aid cures like today’s conservatives propose. In order to achieve the major changes we need, we must find first the true source of the problems and strike at it hard. For this, we need to become revolutionaries.

Yes, we need to stop thinking and acting as conservatives and become revolutionary radicals in the sense pointed out by Martí and Thoreau.

Is this radical? Yes, it is.

Is this a new idea? Not at all.

Who made America? Conservatives who wanted to keep the British oppression, just making it more tolerable, or revolutionaries who decided to put an end to it? Just a perfunctory look at the history of this country shows that America is not the creation of conservatives, but of revolutionaries who saw the true root of the problem, firmly opposed it, and finally uprooted it.

The Declaration of Independence is not a conservative document by any stretch of the imagination. It did not advocate changing, slightly modifying or fixing a way of government. On the contrary, it proposed to destroy it and begin anew from scratch. It is a revolutionary document.

What about the Constitution? Is this document conservative? I don’t think so. Establishing a Representative Republic — not a Democracy — of the people, by the people and for the people was, and still is, a revolutionary idea. Neither it is a conservative idea stating that life, liberty and property (“property” was later changed to “the pursuit of happiness”) are innate rights, not privileges granted by the government.

And what about the Bill of Rights? Can we call “conservative” a document that acknowledges[4] “the right of the people to keep and bear arms,” and firmly states that this innate right “shall not be infringed?” Or that clearly states: “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people?” How many countries around the world have produced similar documents?

As for myself, I didn’t come to this country looking for a better job. I came looking for freedom and liberty. Unfortunately, thanks to liberals and conservatives alike, every day America looks more and more like the Cuba under Castro I was lucky to escape from 33 years ago.

In a televised speech during the 1964 U.S. presidential campaign, Ronald Reagan said:

“Not too long ago, two friends of mine were talking to a Cuban refugee, a businessman who had escaped from Castro, and in the midst of his story one of my friends turned to the other and said, "We don't know how lucky we are." And the Cuban stopped and said, "How lucky you are? I had someplace to escape to." And in that sentence he told us the entire story. If we lose freedom here, there's no place to escape to. This is the last stand on earth.”

Well, I don’t know about you, but, as an admirer of Patrick Henry, I don’t plan to escape back to Cuba.

4. Contrary to common belief, the Second Amendment to the Constitution does not authorize, grant, protect or guarantee the people’s right to keep and bear arms, it only acknowledges the existence of this innate human right. This means that, even if the Second Amendment is cancelled, or the Constitution is modified or totally eliminated, the people still has this fundamental right. Actually, keeping and bearing arms is the only way the people can protect their life, liberty and property.
