President Obama has made no secret of his passion for all things global. Even from the campaign trail where he spoke of being a “global citizen.” In 2008 he spoke at a rally in Michigan where he envisioned “a picture of a world where all boundaries are disappearing… not only is it impossible to turn our back to the tide of globalization, but efforts to do so can make us worse off”
President Obama has made no qualms of his support for the G20 and the climate conference in Copenhagen where it was touted as a basis for global governance. In fact the New European President, Herman Van Rompuy, stated: “2009 is also the first year of global governance, with the establishment of the G20 in the middle of the financial crisis. The climate conference in Copenhagen is another step towards the global management of our planet.”
President Obama has also made no secret of his support for the United Nations and their mission. An INTERPOL web site press release (PR200992) stated they had the support of over 60 nations for INTERPOL becoming the “United Nations Department of Peacekeeping Operations (DPKO) and were participating “governments establish a plan of action to promote international police peacekeeping as an essential counterpart to the military…”
On the 16th of December the heads of EUROPOL and INTERPOL agreed to enhance co-operation “for a global police response to serious crime and terrorism. (INTERPOL web site)
On the same day that the expansion of cooperation of this international police organization President Obama signed an Executive Order to amend Executive Order 12425 granting INTERPOL expanded privileges, exemptions and immunities.
The International Organizations Immunities Act which grant certain dignitaries, their family, and staff special privileges, was limited to INTERPOL by Executive Order 12425 issued by President Reagan.
What this new EO provides is the ability of INTERPOL to be treated with consular like status with such privileges as:
•
Freedom from searches or confiscation
• The archives of the organization become inviolable
– meaning free from violation or trespass, we cannot touch their
documents. (Section 2c)
• The officers, families, servants, employees,
or representatives shall be admitted into the country free from customs
duties and from of IRS importation taxes. (Section 3)
• This would grant INTERPOL freedom from ALL IRS
taxes for wages, fees, salary, employment taxes, communications taxes
(like on your phone bill), transportation taxes for persons or property,
(Section 4)
• INTERPOL would be exempt from paying any Social
Security or FICA taxes (Section 5)
• And finally they would be exempt from all Property
Taxes. (Section 6)
All of this following a meeting by Deputy Attorney General David W. Ogden with justice ministers at the Interpol General Assembly in Singapore last October where they discussed the expansion of organized crime around the world.
It was also reported in the Washington Post, October 12, 2009, that: “Ogden's international trip follows an announcement in May by Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. on the creation of the International Organized Crime Intelligence and Operations Center, tasked with evaluating international crime threats and coordinating investigations. That group of nine law-enforcement agencies includes the FBI, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Internal Revenue Service, and the departments of Labor and State.” Those organizations will evidently also include INTERPOL.
What is curious is why we need to give a “police” organization consular status, providing diplomatic immunity, to perform police coordination. Is there another mission the President has in mind for the new Global Police Force?
With the enormity of the myriad of moving parts that have been put in motion since this administration has taken office one would have to assume that an agenda is being put into play. An agenda that places increasingly greater segments of the private sector under government control. An agenda that continues to march toward the zealot beat of environmental drums even in the face of corrupt scientific data. An agenda that is hell bent on destroying our healthcare system by creating legislation behind closed doors saying we have an open administration. An agenda driven by the socialistic ideal of “spreading the wealth”. An agenda bent on equal outcome vice equal opportunity. An agenda that takes more an more property from the people for transient purposes. An agenda that uses the power and violence of government to steal more and more of the people’s money for wasteful things. An agenda that pushes legislation that MUST be completed by the end of the year yet takes months to make a decision to support the troops in harms way. An agenda that in less than one year has spent more taxpayer money than all previous administrations combined. An agenda that tells us the recession is over the week before it is announced that even more banks have failed.
We have legislators who scoff and ridicule those who would ask for constitutional foundations for the actions of government. We have entire departments of government that exist with absolutely no constitutional basis. We have admitted communists, socialists, Marxists, and Maoists with the ear of the President, although I think he wants it that way. And yet those of us who stand against them for our belief in the founders and the Constitution are castigated as potential threats and possible terrorists.

To this administration and all that follow it I say enough is enough and to remember the Declaration of Independence which says “that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariable the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security, -- Such has been the patient sufferance of these” states.

Michael is a strict constitutionalist who believes in interpreting the constitution by the original intent of the founding fathers. His research has led him to the conclusion that the republic founded by the Constitution is no longer honored by our government. That those who rule America today are doing so with the interest of the federal government in mind and not the Citizens. Michael believes that all three branches of government have strayed far from the checks and balances built into the Constitution and they have failed the American people. A clear example is the Second Amendment, which the Supreme Court and the founders have all said was an individual right and could not be "infringed" upon, now has more than 20,000 state and federal laws regulating every aspect of the individuals right, a definite infringement. He has traveled around the world living in 14 States of the Union including Hawaii, and visited (for various lengths of time) in Spain, Afghanistan, Kuwait, Korea, Scotland, Pakistan, Mauritius, Somalia, Diego Garcia, Australia, Philippines, England, Italy, Germany, and Puerto Rico.
Michael now lives in Nebraska with his wife, two of his three children, Mother-in-Law and grandchild. His hobbies include shooting, wood-working, writing, amateur inventor and scuba diving when he can find the time.
