Independence Day and the Protection of Posterity

Independence Day. It is on this day that we celebrate the bold declaration whereby Americans before us, relying on their belief that their right to life, liberty and property were gifts of God, resolved before him to sacrifice their lives and fortunes for the benefit of their loved ones and for generations to come.

John Adams predicted that this day would be remembered and celebrated as the great anniversary festival. Adams said the day ought to be solemnized with pomp and parade, with shows, games, sports, guns, bells, bonfires and illuminations from one end of the continent to the other. In this much, one might say that we have followed the advice of our second president.

But Adams also said that the event ought to be commemorated as the Day of Deliverance by solemn acts of devotion to God Almighty.

And I believe that it is here that we Americans have disappointed the memory of Adams.

You see, John Adams expected and trusted succeeding generations to continue to defend innocent life.

But the murder of over 60 million Americans in their mother’s wombs is evidence of America’s betrayal of that trust.

So on this Independence Day, I pray for God’s mercy on a wicked generation and for renewal and revival and a restoration of a republic that honors its fathers by protecting its children.

Martin Guitars and Gender

While Michael is on vacation, he asked me to read you an email that he recently sent to the Martin Guitar Company.

Dear friends at Martin Guitar, While I usually don’t take the time to answer online surveys, my admiration and loyalty to Martin Guitar prompted me to pause to answer the one you recently sent me by email.

Regrettably, however, when I got to the question regarding my gender and the question presupposed that there were more than two genders, I had to stop. My sincere respect for your company prompts me to suggest that whoever decided to put a question on your survey, which presupposes that there are more than two genders, is not qualified to work for or to represent your company in any capacity.

My mother used to say, “If Johnny jumped off the cliff, would you jump off the cliff?” Your mother probably said this also. Just because the current American culture is “jumping off the cliff” with respect to their grip on reality, it is not necessary nor prudent for the otherwise respectable Martin Guitar Company to do the same. Genesis 1, verse 27 tells us that God made them male and female. That’s it. End of story. There are only two genders.

The Supreme Court of Peroutka Family Poker

When I was a little kid, I asked my dad to teach me the rules of poker so I could join in the family card games he would play with my big sisters after the supper dishes were cleared away.

So, Dad taught me what beats what – like one pair is beat by two pair which is beat by three of a kind, etc. He explained that, even though we were just playing for fun, it was important for me to know and understand the rules.

So, imagine my surprise when my big sister Mary reached for the first pot even though I had a flush and it turns out she just had one pair. Looking for justice, I turn to my dad, who of course, is the Supreme Court of Poker at the Peroutka dinner table.

“Sorry Michael, but the rules of poker are a living, breathing, set of rules.” he says. “Sometimes we follow them but we always have to be ready for them to evolve.”

You see, he continued, “the rules of poker were invented a long, long time ago by crusty old men who never thought about having little girls play poker. And some little girls feel that they should win when they have a pair no matter what anybody else has.”

At this point my other sister, Kathy, chimed in, “I have a pair of Queens and Mary just has a pair of nines. So, I win, right, Dad?”

As I listened, my Dad gently reminded Kathy that while normally she would be right, in THIS case, the “bad weather rule” was in effect. You see whenever there is any bad weather, like rain or sleet or it gets really gusty, the Supreme Court of Poker always lets the big sister Mary have her way.

But, now Kathy is pointing toward the front window and raising her voice, “But Dad, (I mean Your Honor), it’s sunny and clear outside.

That’s right says Dad, but, the weather report says it might drizzle tomorrow. You see, when those crusty old dead guys wrote the rules of Poker, they couldn’t even envision modern stuff like accu-weather forecasts. Nowadays, we are able to see bad weather coming in advance and so it gives us the ability to change the rules more often.

(Mary smiles sweetly as shows her pair of nines and rakes in the pot.)

“Isn’t evolution wonderful, Dad smiles? Aren’t you happy we play ‘living, breathing’ poker?”

Well Mary seems happy, but Kathy and me – we’re looking for a new place to live.

Senility or Sabotage

The Constitution is the supreme law of the land.

And at Article IV and Section 4, the Constitution says this:

“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion…”

So, the federal government has an affirmative duty to secure the borders of our country against invasion.

But Joe Biden and his agents are doing exactly the opposite.

Under his direction, agents of the federal government have not only failed to defend America’s borders, but they are deeply complicit in aiding and assisting the invading enemies.

Now, on the other hand, despite a diligent search, I can find no Constitutional provision which authorizes Joe Biden to protect the borders of the Ukraine.

But, for some reason, Joe Biden has decided that Ukrainian lives and property are worth defending but American lives and livelihoods are not. (In fact, he is willing to risk American lives to defend Ukrainian lives.)

When you consider all this together with lawless vaccine mandates, lockdowns, reckless spending, endangerment of the military and the abandonment of Americans behind enemy lines, at some point, don’t you have to question his allegiance?

Many of his most strident critics such as Sean Hannity and Mark Levin question Biden’s competence and his cognition, but isn’t it beyond time to question his motives?

Is this senility? Or is this sabotage?

Lawlessness Breeds Lawlessness

Across America, many Governors, County Executives, and lesser officials have blatantly and completely violated the God-given and constitutionally protected rights they have sworn an oath to protect and defend.

Using fear, fake statistics, and the cover story of a health emergency, they have criminally and treasonously aided and abetted our country’s enemies. Their subversion, inversion, and perversion of American law is so base, so vulgar, and so massive that, should the country (indeed the world) survive their wicked designs, nothing less than Nuremberg style tribunals will be necessary to redress the evil they have unleashed.

And, because lawlessness breeds lawlessness, the evil they have unleashed is multiplied and spread throughout the country just like (excuse me) a virus.

Here’s just one example from my home state.

Citing a spike in violent crime in Baltimore, Maryland Governor Larry Hogan recently announced that he will conduct a thorough investigation into the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office.

Hogan strongly rebuked Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby for plea bargaining too many serious crimes and for failing to prosecute others.

Now, I do not bring this to your attention to offer any defense of State’s Attorney Mosby.

But, in light of the colossal and continuing criminal conduct of Hogan over these past two years, every breathing soul has to be aghast at the boundless hypocrisy of this pretender to power.

For, no other man in the 400-year history of this state has damaged it so dreadfully and so completely.

Hogan’s contempt for the people of Maryland and for their liberties, is unspeakable.

Witness his pretended assumption of lawmaking power.

Witness his misuse of the police power which constitutionally resides in the people.

Witness his threats to imprison legislators who oppose his mandates.

Witness his complicity with others to enforce lawless lockdowns, mandates, edicts and orders.

Witness his closing of churches and interference with the free exercise of religion and assembly.

Witness his forced isolation of the sick and elderly from loved ones.

No man in the history of the “Free State” has so viciously assailed freedom.

Lawlessness breeds lawlessness. And because we have a lawless governor, and a lawless president, we have lawlessness everywhere.

So, Hogan’s claim that Mosby has failed to prosecute criminals is true in one respect. So far, she has failed to prosecute him.

They Are Willing To Kill You

The FDA has announced that, starting next year, they will begin using a test that can distinguish the covid 19 virus from the flu.

Say what?!?

You mean the test that has been used for the last two years – along with the statistics that were relied upon to lockdown, isolate, and otherwise violate the liberty and the livelihood of Americans — does NOT differentiate between Covid-19 and the flu?

You mean all this time, all the reported “cases” of covid, and “positivity rates” and “deaths” attributed to a pandemic are a lie and a fraud?

Well, yes…

You see, if the test statistics are fraudulent, then all the other statistics which are based on the test are also fraudulent.

Well, there’s more…

Did you know that the so-called “vaccine” does not prevent you from contracting or from transmitting the so-called “virus”?

In fact, it’s not designed to…

And since the so-called “vaccine” has only been administered for less than a year, there are no studies regarding its long-term effects.

How could there be?

If you also consider reports that the vaccine is more deadly than the flu – especially among younger people –then why would you take it or let your children take it?

Well, that’s a good Question.

To be clear, while there may be a virus, there is no dangerous pandemic that justifies the destruction of our lives, our livelihoods, our liberties, our economy, our health care system, our military and our constitutional system of government.

No lawful, legitimate, constitutional government would care so much for your health that they are willing to kill you if you don’t let them heal you.

Ignorance of the Law is Slavery

Let’s suppose you are challenged to a game of “Chrombus.”

Let’s also suppose that if you lose the game, you will be a slave for the rest of your life and so will your children.

Let’s further suppose that the game of “Chrombus” has already started and it’s your turn. Would you know what to do? Would you know how to line up? Or what equipment to bring? Would you know how to dress for the game? And how would you know if you are winning or losing?

Can you see that if you don’t even know the rules of the game, you have no practical hope of saving your life, or securing your liberty.

In America, we don’t declare allegiance to any man or group of men (including political parties). Rather our oath of allegiance is to a document (The Constitution).

With this in mind, can you name the five freedoms that are protected by the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution? Have you ever read the Maryland Declaration of Rights, which is the supreme law of the state? Were you expecting these documents to enforce themselves?

Liberty under law is our heritage and it is the blessing we earnestly seek to preserve for posterity. But Liberty under law is not possible if the citizenry doesn’t know the law.

According to Thomas Jefferson, “Anyone who desires to be ignorant and free desires what never was and never will be.”

The criminality and chaos we now face is primarily due to our ignorance of the rules of constitutional government.

Sheriff Chris Brown

What is the recourse for a patriotic citizenry when those who are entrusted with upholding the law conspire together to use the law to break the law?

The answer for our Founders – and for us – is the Doctrine of Interposition. The Declaration of Independence is a document of interposition.

Under that doctrine, the local magistrate is duty bound to defend against the oppression of the tyrant by interposing on behalf of the people he represents.

The good news (that the “Fake News” won’t tell you) is that across America, local officials such as sheriffs are starting to do this.

For example, on September 10^th, Sheriff Chris Brown of Cleburne County, Arkansas issued a statement regarding covid mandates which said in part:

“As law enforcement officers, our first duty…is to support the Constitution of the United States, and…of the State of Arkansas. In that defense, the Cleburne County Sheriff’s Office has not, and will not, mandate the COVID vaccine for any of our employees…The choice to get vaccinated or not is theirs and theirs alone..

I am not pro-vaccine, and I am not anti-vaccine. I am pro-freedom, and I am for each person’s ability and responsibility to decide for themselves.

I am appalled at…the…things we are seeing from the Federal Government, and several of the State Governments. It is absolute tyranny, and completely abhorrent.

It’s time for our politicians and other public servants to stand up and remember that their first responsibility is to protect people’s rights, not to run their lives.”

What Else Do You Need To See?

Only days after presiding over the worst military disaster in American history, Joe Biden told us that his “patience is running thin” with those who have not agreed to be lab rats in the most massive human experiment in the history of mankind.

Chastising those who have not yet taken the jab, he asked, “What more do you need to see?”

In just seven months, Biden has decimated the American economy, destroyed the livelihoods of millions of Americans, opened our borders to our enemies, allowed the massacre of at least 13 American soldiers, left Americans in Afghanistan to be tortured and murdered….

And now,… HIS PATIENCE IS RUNNING THIN…?!?

Did you know that Biden’s vaccination mandates for every American don’t actually apply to every American?

That’s right.

There are some groups who are exempt.

For example, United States Senators and Representatives are exempt. White House Officials are exempt. Likewise, the Judiciary. So, these people who make the laws, execute the laws, and make judicial rulings about the laws, don’t have to follow the laws. They are exempt,…and so are the members of their staffs.

Isn’t that interesting?

It gets worse.

Those folks who work for the vaccine makers, Phizer, and Moderna, and Johnson…They’re exempt, too. Oh, and so is everybody at the CDC, the FDA and the WHO,

More interesting still…

Oh, and although American soldiers and sailors are required to take the shot, all those thousands and thousands of Afghan “refugees” are also exempt.

Do you get it yet?

A Question of Allegiance

The disorganized departure of American troops from Afghanistan was difficult to watch and even more difficult for patriotic Americans to contemplate.

On the one hand, Joe Biden is congratulating himself for an “extraordinary success,” despite the fact that his policies resulted in the death of 13 American soldiers, the abandonment of Americans behind enemy lines, and the loss of 85 billion dollars in military equipment.

On the other hand, conservative pundits are denouncing the withdrawal as an historically humiliating defeat – an immense failure by an incompetent administration and a mentally deficient commander-in-chief.

In my view, this public debate over the incompetence of the Biden administration is yet another smokescreen designed to disguise what just happened.

And what just happened was the largest surrender of the military weapons and machinery in the history of mankind. And at the same time, the airlift of more than one hundred thousand of America’s enemies inside her borders.

This is nothing less than the intentional destruction of our defense capacity, the murder of American troops by their own commander in chief, and the deployment of the enemy behind our lines.

Did this happen because our leaders are incompetent?

Or did it happen because our leaders are our enemy?

There is no question that Joe Biden is incompetent.

But, under the guise of Biden’s stupidity is the very real evidence of his treason – and that of many others.

This is not a question of competence.

This is a question of allegiance.

You Are Not Alone

While doing research last week I came across a term that was new to me.

The term is “menticide” which means “murdering of the mind.”

According to the Oxford Dictionary, “menticide” is “The undermining or destruction of a person’s mind or will, especially by systematic means… and is a characteristic activity of totalitarian regimes.”

Totalitarian regimes historically achieve and maintain control over a population targeted for enslavement by means of menticide, which is accomplished more quickly and effectively when the subjects are isolated from one another.

So, it’s no surprise that the enemies of liberty, who are desperately seeking to enslave the entire planet by means of a fake pandemic, would use strategies like lockdowns, masks, social distancing, censorship, to not only isolate us physically from our loved ones, our neighbors, and our church communities, but from any ideas or opinions which contradict their sick agenda.

This systematic effort to undermine and destroy our values and beliefs, and to induce us to accept and even promote radically different ideas can be successfully defeated but only if it is understood and resisted.

So, please commit yourself to remembering and reminding yourself and others that you are NOT ALONE.

In fact, the overwhelming majority of your countrymen agree with you. You are in your right mind. Don’t allow them to murder it.

Be encouraged. Encourage others.

Let not your heart be troubled.

Just Get The Damn Vaccination

Last week, Larry Hogan announced that he will require employees in 48 different Maryland state facilities to be injected with an experimental gene therapy. If they refuse, they will be subject to strict mask requirements and frequent invasive testing.

Summarizing his tyrannical and treasonous policy, he blurted “Just get the damn vaccination!”

This was a paraphrase of his earlier policy when he curtly ordered Marylanders to “Just wear the damn mask!”

Sadly, and tragically, this is what now passes for public policy in Maryland and elsewhere.

“Just do what you are told.”

The Office of Governor is established by, and draws its authority and power from, the Constitution of Maryland and from nowhere else.

The Constitution of Maryland specifically declares that no plea of emergency can ever justify a violation of the liberties that it protects, including the right of the people to be “secure in their person” and to make their own medical decisions.

Hogan’s contempt for the Constitution – the contractual document which both grants and limits his authority – is treasonous. He should have been impeached and removed by the General Assembly months ago. And the failure to impeach is why no member of the House of Delegates is worthy of reelection.

Not one of them demonstrated a commitment to the oath they swore to support the supreme law of the State.

They have allowed their constituents to be violated and abused, and in some cases killed by the reckless and ruthless dictates of a governor who explains lawless policies with thuggish phrases like;

“Just wear the damn mask” and “Just get the damn vaccination.”

All lawmakers and all law enforcers and all citizens should send this message to Hogan:

“Just read the damn Constitution.”

Door to Door Tyranny

If you have already voluntarily submitted your body to the human experiment that Joe Biden is peddling as a vaccine, I pray and sincerely hope that it goes well for you. I am at a loss to understand why you traded a known 99% recovery rate for all the unknowns of an experimental procedure, but that is your choice.

And that’s the point, isn’t it?

It’s your personal, constitutionally protected choice.

Last week Biden announced that has commissioned “strike forces “to enter communities with “low vaccination rates” to knock on doors and pressure people to get vaccinated.

His press secretary said these federal agents “care” deeply about you.

Please consider: would you send “Strike Forces”, to “strike and to force” people you care deeply about?

Despite a dismal record of deaths and complications from the shot, and massive credibility issues, these people think that if they keep repeating the mantra “safe and effective”, you will come to believe it.

The Most Lethal Weapon

In the course of my years on this earth, I have been blessed with a loving and caring family, as well as many friends whose opinions and judgment I rely upon.

But I must admit that the events of this past year have placed a massive strain on many cherished relationships.

I am becoming more convinced that we are experiencing a mass hysteria—an act of war–which has been purposely and demonically inflicted by enemies of our Constitutional Republic and the Biblical worldview on which it was founded.

For example, I am astonished to hear friends tell me that they have voluntarily submitted to a Covid-19 vaccination (which is not, by the way, a vaccination, but rather an experimental gene therapy).

When I ask them to please tell me why they would submit to an untested procedure when they already enjoy a 99.99% survival rate;

Or when I ask why they would continue to follow the advice of Governors who have deprived them of their right to travel, to assemble and to worship;

Or why they would trust talking heads like Fauci and Gates, who have repeatedly lied, misrepresented, and censored data and opinions that conflict with their narrative…

My friends and loved ones, effectively, have no answer.

Mostly, they just want to change the subject.

Sometimes, they admit that they just want to be able to travel and get back to normal.

But it should be clear by now, that those who have inflicted these lawless lockdowns and insane mask mandates have no intention of letting us get back to normal.

It comes down to this:

People mindlessly got the shot simply because…

…the television told them to.

Friends, and fellow Americans:

We are in the middle of a war, and our enemy’s most lethal weapon is right in our living room.

Public Disservice Announcements

For more than a year, agencies of state and local governments have purchased airtime on radio stations to reinforce unscientific and unlawful mandates to wear masks and stay 6 feet apart. Now, there is a full court press to influence you, to scare you, even to bribe you to be a guinea pig in an experiment they are calling a “vaccine.”

These advertisements presuppose that the virus was, and remains, a serious threat to health.

But this is not true.

Whatever the COVID-19 virus is, or was, its morbidity rate is so low that the actions taken by governors to destroy the economy, destroy the election process, destroy the constitution, destroy the healthcare system, and destroy the rule of law, were totally unnecessary even if they had been lawful.

Which they were not.

So, the public service announcements amount to a fraud designed to cover a fraud.

They are using your tax dollars to run ads to continue the hoax of COVID-19.

The State Constitutions provide methods for redressing these atrocities, but they are not self-enforcing documents.

Those we elect must act.

State Legislatures can, and should, impeach and remove lawbreaking governors and other complicit politicians.

Attorneys General (as well as local law enforcement agencies and prosecutors) can, and should, investigate and indict those who have misused the police power of the State to violate the rights of the people.

That is their duty. That is their job.

And, public service announcements should not be used to do the public a disservice.

Hard to Convince, But Easy to Fool!

Mark twain wrote that it is “…easier to fool people than to convince people that they have been fooled.”

I am now convinced that you and I have been fooled.

Did you know that the number of Americans who died in 2020 did not increase from the prior year? How can this be?

How can a health emergency – a pandemic– which government and media reported as so serious and so threatening that it necessitated the false imprisonment of the people;

And, the economic destruction of millions of businesses;

And, the unlawful misuse of police and health department officials to tyrannize the populace;

And, the evisceration of the Bill of Rights, including the closing of churches and courthouses, and the denial of the right of the people to assemble…?

How can something so reportedly dangerous to life fail to cause an increase in deaths?

Here is a clue…

During 2020 there were significant decreases in reported deaths from heart disease, cancer, other strains of flue, and other common causes of death. Why?

Well, it might be because federal and state governments paid huge sums (bribes) to hospitals to recategorize deaths as Covid-19, so as to facilitate a massive fraud.

There is no pandemic. There is no reason to social distance. There is no need to wear a mask and there is no law that says you must. There is no catastrophic emergency.

To regain our health, we must become convinced that we have been fooled. And then we must act, including bringing those who fooled us to justice.

The Whole “Pandemic” Is a Lie

The World Health Organization has recently confirmed that the Covid-19 PCR test is a flawed procedure. This means that all the estimates of “Positive Cases”, which you have been hearing about incessantly for more than a year, are totally meaningless.

This, in turn, means that the worldwide lockdown has no scientific basis.

This also means that social distancing and mask wearing likewise have no scientific basis.

As Dr. Michel Chossudovsky, details in a new ebook entitled “The 2020 Worldwide Corona Crisis: Destroying Civil Society, Engineered Economic Depression, Global Coup d’État and the “Great Reset”, the WHO now recommends “Re-testing” everyone who underwent the faulty PCR test.

Are you kidding me?!?!

Now you probably realized, or at least suspected, that this whole so-called “pandemic” was a fraud, but now it is publicly admitted by its WHO perpetrators.

At least one reason that might have led you to suspect the motives of Fauci, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and the mainstream managed media, was their overbearing and desperate censorship of anyone or anything that challenged or even criticized their narrative.

But, as we have said here before, constitutionally, lawfully, all this does not (and never did) matter.

You see, even if the whole pandemic was NOT the fraud and hoax that it clearly is, the Constitution, – the rule of law – is not affected by “pandemics”, or any other emergencies or circumstances. The people, whose rights have been criminally violated by governors, police, health department officials and others, have a right and a duty to seek justice.

As the false narrative continues to unravel, this may well occur.

Why the Carrot and Stick?

Joe Biden, and those for whom he acts and speaks, want you to keep living in fear of a fake pandemic and to keep wearing a useless facemask as a sign of your submission to their will.

They are so desperate about getting you to be a guinea pig, they are offering bribes, ranging from lottery tickets to free hunting licenses, to get you to submit to a human experiment that they call a “vaccine”.

They are not telling you that it is not tested…

If you are wondering why they are both waving the carrot and poking the stick to coerce your voluntary compliance, it might be because they see their fake narrative falling apart.

You see, it is becoming clear that there never was a serious health emergency…

And that there was no “scientific method” to the “science” they claimed to be following…

And that the pandemic was just a pretext for the theft of an election, the weaponization of the medical profession, and the destruction of constitutional government.

They fear the righteous anger of a people that they have treacherously, lawlessly, and violently abused.

But, if enough people take their untested shot, they can claim that their fake vaccine was the reason their fake pandemic disappeared.

Stop Enslaving Yourself

When the founders of America decided to secure the Blessings of liberty for themselves and for future generations, they took up arms and risked their lives and fortunes in that noble cause.

They were willing to fight and die and otherwise suffer extreme deprivation for the benefit of those that came after them.

That is to say…for you and me.

Even though they never met you or me, they sacrificed immensely for us.

Today, America is again under attack by enemies foreign and domestic whose goal is also to reduce us to despotism and slavery.

The tactics are different. Rather than an invading army, we are assaulted and manipulated by disinformation and propaganda. Our liberties have been abused by the very officials whose sworn duty is to protect them. We have been lied to by public health officials who have perpetrated a fake pandemic locking down our economy and society on a false pretext, and weaponizing our doctors and medical institutions against our interest and welfare.

This is not a physical attack but a mental one. Our enemy’s strategy is to reduce us to slavery by mentally manipulating us to enslave ourselves.

Here’s the good news.

You can defeat this enemy.

But you need to decide to resist its lawless mandates.

No matter how inconvenient or embarrassing:

Stop wearing a useless mask.

Stop staying distant from other healthy people.

Stop taking experimental vaccines.

Our founders risked their lives for you.

All you need to do for your grandchildren is stop enslaving yourself.

Washington Despises What Judge Roy Moore Stands For

This week Republican voters in Alabama chose Judge Roy Moore as their nominee for the United States Senate.

You might say that Washington just can’t stand what Judge Moore stands for.

Judge Moore prevailed by more than ten percentage points despite the fact that both the President and the Vice President visited Alabama to campaign against him.

But what made this election more remarkable was the fact that a Political Action Committee with strong ties to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell poured more than thirty million dollars into a negative radio and television campaign attempting to smear the integrity of Judge Roy Moore.

Last week Republican voters in Alabama chose Judge Roy Moore as their nominee for the United States Senate.

It didn’t succeed.

But, in my view, it brought two truths into sharp relief.

First, it shows just how much the establishment despises what Judge Moore represents. Remember , this is considered a Republican seat so the expensive campaign was not designed to maintain a Republican majority in the Senate.

You see, Moore is a stalwart adherent to and defender of the the need to acknowledge and obey divine Authority and to follow the Constitution. And neither the Bible nor the Constitution are welcome in today’s Washington.

Secondly, Moore ‘s victory reveals that the people of Alabama saw through the negative campaign onslaught of the past few weeks, kept calm and voted for a man who has demonstrated that he will stand on principle, obey his oath, and defend the Constitution even when to do so carries a severe personal price.

For someone such as myself, who has studied and taught about a biblical and constitutional approach to government for more than 20 years, this is an epoch event one that I pray will be studied and imitated at all levels of government.

Fake Racism And Real Racism

America – traditional, moral, Constitutional, Christian America – has always had, and still does have serious enemies. Because the foundation of American law and government rest on the acknowledgement of divine authority, the efforts of these enemies to destroy America has for decades focused on the separation of American culture from the principles on which it was founded.

For example, over the last sixty years, the Supreme Court’s peddling of the phrase “separation of church and state” as phony First Amendment jurisprudence has been a major vehicle in this subversive agenda. Now, with the tearing down and removal of statues in the middle of the night, absent anything like a democratic process, we are witnessing a ratcheting up of this radical agenda to include the destruction, denial and the denigration of the connection of America to her own history and heritage. That is to say, the destruction of the American memory.

Now, these enemies of America are screaming about racism, but it rings quite hollow and, well…fake.

Supposedly these statues represent racism. But the ignorance of the protestors, journalists and politicians is stunning. Consider Robert E. Lee. Lee emancipated slaves that came into his family by inheritance while the General he surrendered to at Appomattox, Ulysses S. Grant, both purchased and inherited slaves that served his family during the war. Grant did not emancipate the slaves inherited. So, the Southern General freed slaves while the Northern General’s family had slaves during the war. So, why aren’t they tearing down all the statues of Ulysses S. Grant?

Again, this is fake racism. And to promote it is to detract from real racism in our midst. And what could be more racist than a national program designed to eliminate black people? What could be more racist than a black genocide?

Such a program not only exists in America but is funded by millions of taxpayer dollars. It is known as Planned Parenthood and its founder, Margaret Sanger made her racist vision and purpose quite clear. Sanger desired to rid the nation of those she deemed ‘defective’ and ‘feeble-minded’ by stopping the growth of their populations, particularly blacks and other minorities.”

Sanger supported black eugenics, a racist attitude toward black and other minority babies; an elitist attitude toward those she regarded as “the feeble minded;” Sanger spoke at rallies of Ku Klux Klan women and developed the notorious “Negro Project” which sought to limit, if not eliminate, black births.

Despite these well-documented facts of history, her bust sits proudly in the Smithsonian’s National Portrait Gallery as a hero of justice. The obvious incongruity is staggering!

Meanwhile, Sanger’s brainchild, Planned Parenthood, continues to market its murderous services to minority populations by locating its abortion mills in minority neighborhoods.

There is real racism among us. We shouldn’t allow charlatans to obscure it with fake racism. This is a tactic of America’s enemies.
