Here’s the solution to the outrageous DOJ corruption that is jeopardizing the Trump agenda. Attorney General, Jeff Sessions, is clearly compromised. The Deep State power boys have something very bad that they are holding over his head that they will expose if he gets rebellious and decides to oppose the perpetuation of the Deep State. This has quieted Sessions and made him into a mouse instead of a tiger.

So Trump needs to bite the bullet and fire him while replacing him with a top legal Washington outsider who is clearly a conservative and possessed of a squeaky clean record. The new AG will then “reassign” the rodent Rosenstein and bring in someone more supportive of the Trump agenda as Deputy AG. Give Rosenstein the job of cleaning out the Justice Department restrooms.

The reason why Rosenstein (who is a George W. Bush appointee to the DOJ but asked to remain by Obama) is now in the powerful position of Deputy AG is because Trump was persuaded to appoint him by none other than the accommodative little RINO, Reince Priebus. God, what a disaster Priebus was. He has no idea what the Deep State is all about. But then how can he? His sentiments and instincts lie clearly with the Deep State, just as Paul Ryan, Mitch McConnell and all the other RINOs. Priebus was trying to make Trump into a soft revolutionary, a promoter of superficial changes to the system, but no upsetting of the system in its fundamentals. Sort of like rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.

The new squeaky clean AG will then pressure Mueller to close down his investigation because he has exceeded his mandate. He can hold over Mueller’s head the past skeletons in his closet, such as his involvement in the Uranium One affair. There are other skeletons that need to be used as leverage also. Mueller will see things differently as soon as his little weasel ally, Rosenstein, is gone, and there is no one in the DOJ to protect him anymore for his excesses.

Possible candidates for Sessions’ replacement are Kris Kobach, Secretary of State for Kansas, a tough conservative, and clearly a Trump supporter. Also Pam Bondi, Florida AG and a solid conservative supporter of Trump. Kobach is first choice because he will not take any push back from Mueller. He will tell Mueller to close down or else the seedy doings of his past are going to be unleashed. His place in history will be remembered as a totally amoral statist flunky who has crossed several lines of propriety and perhaps even criminality. This is what everybody is missing. Sure Sessions has friends in Congress who will be upset, but half of them are already clearly disenchanted with his timidity on running the DOJ. They will not squawk at Trump’s decision to let Sessions go. They will know it is in the best interests of the country. But Trump has to step up to the plate. If not, then Mueller will continue to investigate Trump lawyer, Michael Cohen, to unleash all the dirty laundry he can.

Mueller will try to build a case against Cohen and his past business dealings that brings a lengthy spell in prison, but will promise him “probation” if he will turn on Trump and implicate Trump in something illegal. But Cohen has to be “persuasive” in his testimony – code for “making something damaging up” that will be winked at by Mueller if there is nothing illegal in Trump’s background.

This is the way modern prosecutors operate. They go after associates of their main target and flip them against the main target with a promise of leniency for the flipper if he will “cooperate” with the prosecutor and give them something damaging on the main target. If there is nothing damaging to give, then the flipper is encouraged to reassess and check their memory bank until the flipper finally decides to just make something up, which allows him to avoid prison. This kind of “false implicating” by the flipper is used all the time by prosecutors whenever necessary. Draining the Swamp

The cesspool that comprises today’s Washington is so rank and ugly it would never make it into the most sensationalist of novels. Any author who tried to write a tale with today’s partisan treacheries, sell outs and venalities would probably be accused of hyperbole by his publisher, and urged to tone down his rhetoric and characterizations. “No one will believe that our politicians and bureaucrats are this dirty, this egregiously unprincipled,” the publisher would say. Such is the real reality of human nature when it is given power to strut and push people around, while totally devoid of any moral guidance and decency.

Lord Acton warned us a century ago that, “Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.” The snakes, charlatans and malevolent operators of Washington permeate the bureaucracies and the Congress, and the support lackeys in the media condone every dreadful deed they partake in because it validates their collectivist-statist ideology.

If Trump is going to go down in history as a modern day knight come to slay the Godzilla of tyranny in the federal government, then he must now know that this monster he is going after has many hideous heads, and it will fight back with the most outrageous lies and abominations conceivable. Trump may not be able to live up to Sir Galahad, the purest of Arthur’s knights; but he can clearly be a Sir Lancelot, the tainted but heroic knight of the Round Table.

Trump has the strength of personality to do this. He just needs to realize that most advisors among the Republican Party may express sympathy with his cause, but secretly will not endorse it and even work to sabotage it whenever possible. Thus they will be fake supporters. Reince Priebus was one such pseudo-supporter.

Under no circumstances, however, should Trump fire Mueller. This would cast doubt among many of his supporters out in the hinterland. He must use leverage on this Deep State cobra who is out to destroy him, his family and his agenda in any way he can. Mueller is the epitome of what statist politics is all about. Just look at the photo of him at the head of the Roger Stone piece cited above:

This is the face of Big Brother’s prosecutor-executioner, tyrannical, totally amoral, devoid of all principles, willing to smear the opposition with lies and the dirtiest of tactics, willing to get a conviction at any cost. Truth is not something that Robert Mueller is interested in at all. Partisan witch-hunting is what he is all about. He is the prosecutorial face of today’s Deep State, which is the foremost ally of the Deep State Swamp’s perpetuation.

The first step to end this nightmare is to let Sessions go and bring a man of great credentials to the post who is not compromised in any way, then reassign Rosenstein to some perfunctory position to which he is better suited. This will not alarm the country, but it will serve notice to Mueller that his days as a witch-hunter are over, and he had better gracefully bow out of his malignant pursuits.

Justice prevails today in our court system like sunlight in a sewer. Today’s system is a travesty of judicial arrogance, prosecutorial suppression of evidence, attorney greed, and special interest cupidity. More and more the goal of justice is being replaced by simply “volume of convictions” achieved by any means in order to convey the appearance of effectiveness. Gold stars for one’s performance board have become everyone’s obsession. The sheer weight of numbers now rules our motives in the world that modernity has created for us.

The root cause of this travesty is our abandonment of an objective code of morality (via the teaching of MORAL RELATIVISM in our schools), which has turned our prosecutors, attorneys and judges into shameless Machiavellians rather than high-minded upholders of truth. Consequently our courts today have become Orwellian madhouses, dragging gullible victims through trials of ruthless expediency and irrationality, and pawning it all off as a “justice system.”

In their book, The Tyranny of Good Intentions, Paul Craig Roberts and Lawrence M. Stratton dramatically expose how our present system has deteriorated. In a corresponding article to their book Roberts writes:

For centuries prosecutorial behavior was restrained by conscience and by the carefully inculcated ethic that the prosecutor’s duty is to serve justice by finding truth. The purpose of a trial was to weigh the evidence for and against the defendant, not to convict him at any cost. A prosecutor’s career and self-esteem did not depend on his conviction rate and the number of people he put behind bars, but, as Supreme Court Justices Robert Jackson and George Sutherland put it, on seeing that justice was done. A prosecutor who suborned perjury or withheld exculpatory evidence in order to win a case was seen as a shameful figure.[1]

Sadly this is no longer the case in America. “Crowded court dockets, bureaucracy, budgetary pressures, and careerism,” says Roberts, have “contributed to elevating ambition over justice.” [2]  Robert Merkle, Former U.S. Attorney in the Reagan administration, puts it quite frankly: Prosecution is “a result-oriented process today, fairness be damned.” Prosecutors, he tells us, are pressured to justify budgets with convictions, “and that causes them to prosecute absolutely bogus cases to get those statistics.” [3]

The fundamental principles of legal fairness and justice are cynically ignored by almost every prosecutor in the system today in a frenzied chase after gold stars for their performance boards – i.e., more convictions at any cost.

“Withholding exculpatory evidence has become routine,” states Roberts, “and suborned perjury is often the only ‘evidence’ in a case.” He continues:

Juries are unaware that in many cases the witness giving incriminating testimony is not only rehearsed in the role but also paid by the prosecutor with money or reduced prison time. In 1998 the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette summed up its investigative reports of prosecutorial misconduct: “Hundreds of times during the past 10 years, federal agents and prosecutors have pursued justice by breaking the law. They lied, hid evidence, distorted facts, engaged in cover-ups, paid for perjury and set up innocent people in a relentless effort to win indictments, guilty pleas and convictions. Rarely were these federal officials punished for their misconduct.…Perjury has become the coin of the realm in federal law enforcement. People’s homes are invaded because of lies. People are arrested because of lies. People go to prison because of lies. People stay in prison because of lies and bad guys go free because of lies.”[4]

Answer to the Denials

Establishment defenders of the system are quick to deny validity to these claims. But the axe they are grinding clearly clouds their interpretations. In the past five decades, the number of cases surfacing of FBI and prosecutorial misconduct in which gross miscarriages of justice have taken place are legion. The FBI siege of Randy Weaver in Idaho, the Waco, Texas Siege, the Randall Dale Adams murder case in Dallas, the Clarence Chance and Benny Powell murder convictions in Los Angeles, the McMartin Pre-School molestation fiasco in Manhattan Beach, California, and others like them are just the tip of a monstrous iceberg.

Why we know it is an iceberg is because appellate court decisions rule only on those police and prosecutorial corruption cases that surface; and then publish only 10% of such surfaced cases. The rest never appear in any official legal books; they are merely sent to the litigants and are not widely known. Thus thousands of surfaced cases of misconduct and corruption go undetected by the public. But the real monstrosity of this problem is the tens of thousands (maybe hundreds of thousands) of cases that never surface – i.e., all the perjuries, intimidations, suppressions, and frame-ups that government agents successfully pull off without detection. They remain totally below the water line.

Teaching Moral Relativism

Herein lies the downfall of America’s system of ordered freedom. Judges, prosecutors, and attorneys are moved by their ideological premises. If we teach MORAL RELATIVISM in the schools to flawed human beings (which we have been doing since the 1920s), it will not be just our arts and sexual habits that self-destruct. It will be our entire legal and political structures as well.

Where there once were numerous Frank Serpicos pursuing bad guys and great legal eagles seeking truth for all, we now have swarms of petty, unscrupulous “ladder climbers” impervious to principle and obsessed with ruthless careerism. We now have a morass of prosecutorial fanaticism and power-crazed judges concerned only with maintaining their social status amidst cushy connections and the material pleasures of life in the fast lane.

This corruption has taken over all court systems – local, state and federal. Most heinous and dangerous, however, is its cancerous development in the federal DOJ. We now have a DOJ and FBI that have become seriously degraded because they are frantically defending the Deep State’s control over American life. This is not just what Obama gave us; it is what George Bush, Bill Clinton, and George H.W. Bush gave us. What we have are the initial stages of a police state. Powerful political partisans have corrupted the FBI to be used as the gestapo arm of the DOJ. This is what President Trump confronts as he tries to drain the swamp.

Criminalizing Trump

Enter the Russian-Trump collusion probe headed by Robert Mueller. The Deep State’s DOJ is moving via the Obama worm, Rod Rosenstein, to destroy President Trump by criminalizing his election if possible, and if not possible, criminalizing Trump himself via manufactured “obstruction of justice” charges.

In the Book of Revelation, the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse are War, Famine, Pestilence, and Death. In today’s Washington the “Four Horsemen of Anti-Justice” are Robert Mueller, Rod Rosenstein, Andrew Weissmann, and Peter Strzok.

These four Washington power players represent the legal henchmen of the Deep State. They have built their careers feeding off a centralized government that has stultified freedom and brought America under the total control of Washington. They may not be the official ideologists of big government collectivism (our professors in the universities play that role); but the Mueller Gang members are the creatures that slither out from under the rocks to rise to elite status whenever tyrannical government overreach occurs. They thrive on the necessary deceit, intimidation and sophistries that sustain statist despotism. Their kind has been around for thousands of years, always feeding on amorality and ruthless governmentalism.

Robert Mueller is the leader of the coup d’etat now trying to defend the Deep State’s control over American politics from Donald Trump’s assault on its tyrannical vision. In the process Mueller also hopes to atone for the firing of his friend, James Comey. Unfortunately many conservatives cannot see that this man is not a “pillar of impartiality” as the media paint him. He is deeply committed to statist corruption.

Rod Rosenstein is the Deputy Attorney General appointed by Obama and inexplicably left over to serve in Trump’s administration. This, of course, is why he was so insistent on appointing Robert Mueller as a Special Counsel to investigate Trump for alleged collusion with the Russians. His agenda is preservation of the Deep State as is Mueller’s. He would have been much happier if Hillary had won. In fact he was surely expecting it.

Andrew Weissmann is the primary hatchet man of the Mueller team assembled to investigate Russian collusion. He is a notorious pit bull prosecutor with a record of suppressing exculpatory evidence in overreaching prosecutions that have been overturned by higher courts. He was an ardent Obama supporter. Known widely for bare knuckle tactics in flipping underlings to force testimony against the major target.

Peter Strzok was the leading FBI agent brought in by Mueller because of his experience in counterintelligence cases. An eager Clinton supporter and one of the agents who interviewed Hillary about the email scandal, which turned out to be a powder-puff interview. He also edited Comey’s Clinton investigation resolution by replacing the words “grossly negligent” with “extremely careless” because the former action can be prosecuted in the handling of classified information while the latter cannot.

Is this, as the media claims, an objective team of investigators committed to ferreting out the truth? Hardly. This is a coup d’etat to delegitimize the election of Donald Trump and find a means to impeach him, which Mueller and his cronies hope will discredit the “people’s revolution” against the Deep State that Trump has fashioned.

This horrendous nightmare is taking place because of the collectivist corruption of the DOJ and the FBI under Obama, Clinton and the two Bushes. Corruption in practice takes place in men’s institutions only after corruption of ethics and ideology takes place in their minds. Moral relativism (along with political collectivism) took over the minds of our professors, politicians and prosecutors in the aftermath of World War II and exploded throughout our culture from the 1960s to today. The chickens are now coming home to roost and usher in an authoritarian society.

To thwart this coup d’etat, we must hope that there are no activities in Trump’s background that Mueller can spin into “collusion” or “obstruction.” We must also hope that conservatives in Congress will show some backbone and counterattack against Hillary with an investigation of the egregious Uranium One deal in which she authorized the sale of 20% of America’s uranium to Russia, which brought tens of millions of dollars into the Clinton Foundation from Russian sources. The fingerprints of Mueller, Weissmann and Rosenstein are also on the Uranium One deal, for they worked assiduously to facilitate and protect its completion, knowing full well but not caring that it compromised American security. [5] Why? Because their stalwart political horse, Hillary Clinton, was benefiting. Thus the Deep State’s aggrandizement was benefiting.

What May Take Place

What I fear taking place is that the Mueller-Weissmann team, by holding a prison term over the heads of Flynn and Manafort, will induce them to “cooperate”, i.e., perjure themselves and claim that Trump urged them to solicit Russian help in the 2016 election. This is the way Weissmann operates (along with many other high powered prosecutors throughout the country). Of course, they won’t ask Flynn and Manafort to testify falsely. They’ll just say to them:

“Think back in your recollections over the last two years. Surely you can remember an instance when Trump urged you to solicit a Russian official to help him in the election. We need you to cooperate with us, and then we can drop the lying and tax evasion charges that hang over you. There’s no need for you to go to prison. Just think back in your recollections; we’re sure you can remember some instance in which Trump urged you to approach the Russians.”

What do you think Flynn and Manafort are going to do if this is what is presented to them? Will their lawyers stand strong and object if both Flynn and Manafort “suddenly do recollect” what Mueller-Weissmann are suggesting? Doubtful. All attorneys want to win cases. They want to get a good deal for their clients. They probably will let Flynn and Manafort make up their own mind whether to cooperate with the prosecution in the way it is suggesting.

The prosecutors will not care that (under GIGLIO v. United States) they have to divulge to the jury that Flynn and Manafort were promised a dropping of charges in return for their testimony. They will simply say to the jury that “Michael Flynn and Paul Manafort have agreed to cooperate in the interests of truth.” The word “perjure” is never mentioned in any discussions that Mueller-Weissmann have with Flynn and Manafort and their attorneys. The whole process is veiled in innocent language, but the message gets through clearly to both Flynn and Manafort that they need to “recollect better” and “cooperate” with the prosecution.

It will take an extremely strong patriot lawyer to try and talk Flynn and Manafort out of “cooperating.” Maybe they have such lawyers, but the odds are against it. Almost all attorneys today are corrupt also and merely go along with the prosecution’s game of defendant intimidation. Most attorneys urge their clients to plead out and “cooperate” to stay out of prison. In other words, they do not advise their clients truthfully or properly. It’s all part of the rigged game that comprises our Justice System. Attorneys are just as greedy and amoral as the prosecutors. Both of them subconsciously work together to feather their own nests, attorneys for more money, and prosecutors for more gold stars.

It should be noted here that prosecutors are also ultimately motivated by monetary rewards. If they can build up enough “gold stars”, i.e., convictions while acting as a prosecutor or U.S. Attorney, they can then, 8-10 years down the road, go into private practice and command a million dollar annual salary with any number of powerful and influential law firms. This is especially so in all the metropolitan areas, New York, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, etc.

Mueller and Weissmann are as corrupt as they come. This kind of venality is what Weissmann has partaken in numerous times in the past, and of course why Mueller chose him to head up the team. He’s an unscrupulous pit bull devoid of conscience. What’s so exasperating is that naïve conservatives continue to parrot the line about Mueller being so high-minded. Mueller is no different than Weissmann persona-wise. He is the quintessential tyrannical bureaucrat – treacherous, unctuous, and ruthless.

I hope to God I’m wrong, but I doubt it.

5. Uranium one deal Obama administration complicit not just

The German philosopher, Friedrich Nietzsche, warned us back in the 19th century with his famous theme, the “Transvaluation of Values.” An ominous world dictatorship was coming where good would become evil, and evil good. Freedom would be thought of as slavery, and slavery would become freedom.

He “boldly prophesied that power politics and vicious wars were in store for the future. What he sensed was an approaching period of nihilism, the seeds of which had already been sown.”[1]

Ironically, even though Nietzsche warned against this, it was his philosophical thought that helped to usher it all in because he rejected the notion of universal moral law. “Man himself becomes the determiner of values,” he asserted. “[Man] does not require to be approved of; he passes the judgment….he is [the] creator of values.”[2]

Thus the traditional sources of morality that had built Western civilization – Natural Law and the God from which it springs – were rejected vehemently by Nietzsche. And his intellectual progeny in our schools throughout the 20th century have vigorously preached, in their teachings, this moral relativism.

If you wonder why the world is awash in the criminality of statism and why screaming youth saturate the streets throwing rocks and shouting down speakers at their gatherings, here is the reason. The mindless brute has returned to our society because our professors teach “moral relativism” and “political collectivism” (the philosophical underpinnings of the brute) throughout the schools of America.

A ruthless moral relativism dominates the pathways of our lives today because Nietzsche fashioned a philosophy of Man himself as the creator of value. Man, he said, was not meant to discern values transmitted from God and Nature (as the sages of Western civilization had taught for thousands of years). He was to actually make values. Truth was not found; it was to be formed. God and nature were myths of primitive people.

The intelligentsia of the 20th century bought this apostasy lock, stock and barrel, and intertwined Nietzsche’s nihilistic relativism with Marx’s political collectivism to attack traditional freedom’s economic manifestation of capitalism. The result is the decadent tragedies we see before us in our media, in our universities, in the streets, and in the halls of Congress.

This Nietzschean “transvaluation of values” is the source of Orwell’s three famous slogans in his novel, Nineteen Eighty-Four, that were inscribed on the entrance to the Ministry of Truth headquarters:  “War Is Peace. Freedom Is Slavery. Ignorance Is Strength.” Since Nietzsche, everything is turned upside down. Everything is inverted. Slavery is now taught to our children throughout the school system as a “new kind of freedom.”

This is the scourge of the political left today. This is why the establishment elites work so hard for more collectivism in America, and protest harpies throw tantrums and rocks at anyone who represents less government and more freedom. Their value systems have been inverted in the deeper recesses of their minds by their professors. They see capitalist freedom as slavery, and of course, they see Donald Trump (who advocates freedom) as a tyrant.

Corrupt the language and the money, and capitalism will fall, Marx maintained. We no longer have education in the schools; we have ministries of propaganda pumping the poison of servitude into callow minds.

Nietzsche told us also that there are millions of humans who are born “slave mentalities.” They will naturally gravitate to a slave system because of their abhorrence of the rigors of freedom. Thankfully the bulk of humans want to be free; but a sizeable minority of humans do not. It is these “slave mentalities” who are so susceptible to the professorial poison in the universities and thus man the front lines of the rock throwers. They become the cannon fodder for the George Soros ilk of this world.

Can we who love freedom overcome this? The jury is clearly still out. The forces of leftism, collectivism, and globalism are so entrenched in modern American society that they may do what Ayn Rand warned, “usher in a thousand year Dark Ages” if not countered with a surging movement for the restoration of reason and Constitutionalism among the American people.

The Leftist Factions Against Trump

There are five basic factions in today’s society that have a visceral hatred for Donald Trump and have forged a resistance to his administration that is destroying any hope for American restoration from a Trump presidency. Their goal is to produce legislative stagnancy over the next three years for his “Make America Great Again” agenda, to therefore neutralrize him, and thus doom his re-election chances in 2020. The stage will then be set for resumption of our march toward the globalist World Government that has animated American politics for the past century.

These five basic factions aligned against Trump are: 1) the liberal multiculturalists of the Democrat Party, 2) the collectivist professors of our universities, 3) the “fake news” media pundits, 4) the quisling RINOs and Neocons of the Republican Party, and 5) the CIA, FBI, NSA, Pentagon complex.

Let’s elaborate on these factions:

1) Liberal multiculturalists have, for over 50 years, promoted open borders and an immigration system based on “compulsive diversity” rather than the “rationality of merit.” This has led to a myriad of different ethnic groups becoming citizens who shun the speaking of English and possess no knowledge of, or respect for, our Constitutional system of limited government.

Compounding this problem of ethnic chaos is a sinister stream of Islamic terrorists sneaking in under liberal laxity that ignores national security and common sense to promote political correctness, and then makes use of “chain migration” to allow terrorists to sponsor fellow terrorists as immigrants also.

For example, the ISIS inspired, Muslim immigrant, Sayfullo Saipov, who recently plowed his truck into a crowd of New Yorkers killing eight and wounding twelve others, arrived in 2010 and apparently sponsored 23 fellow Muslims by means of the policy of “chain migration.” How many of his sponsorees were fellow terrorists?

2) Collectivist professors in our schools indoctrinate their students with Marxist-Keynesian statism rather than presenting to them the great ideas of Western civilization and the founding principles of America, and then encouraging them to draw their own conclusions. Consequently we are breeding historical-philosophical eunuchs, not men and women of independent intellectuality.

3) The media pundits of the major TV networks, ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, CNBC, in addition to the major newspapers, New York Times, Washington Post, LA Times, etc., all oppose Trump’s advocacies of less government, tight borders, low taxes, and a non-hegemonic foreign policy. Only Fox supports Trump, but only on domestic issues. They reject his desire for a non-hegemonic foreign policy and détente with Russia.

4) The RINO-Neocons make up the bulk of the Republican Party (men like John McCain, Lindsey Graham, Mitch McConnell, Lamar Alexander, Rob Portman in the Senate, and the likes of Paul Ryan, Kevin McCarthy, Peter King, Mike Simpson, and Cathy Rodgers in the House). They are advocates of mega-statism, soft on amnesty for illegals, desirous of more spending, and advocate a hegemonic imperialism in foreign policy. They are anti-Tea Party conservatism and free-market libertarianism.

5) The Military-Security bureaucracies are comprised of the CIA, FBI, NSA, and the Pentagon. Except for the NSA, these bureaucracies are necessary for the defense of America. But unfortunately they have expanded way beyond that function since the fall of the Soviet Union in 1991. They now wish to spread American influence and control over the Mideast, Russia, and China via intervention and the butt ends of their rifles rather than let America be a shining light of liberty to be emulated rather than obeyed.

These five factions are consumed with irrationalism and power lust. They dominate the culture, the corridors of politics, and the halls of academe. Since Trump opposes four of these factions and is very distrustful of the fifth, he is now under a vicious attack. He still has a huge constituency of patriot American voters with him and sundry groups of supporters in Congress. But will that be enough to fend off the liberal elites and their “Never Trump” comrades of the GOP? This is the crucial question that stands before us today.

I believe most Republicans subconsciously support the Deep State and want Trump to fail, which is why they dragged their feet so badly on Health Care. They want Trump gone so vehemently that they are willing to sell out the people’s wishes on this crucial reform and risk a Democratic take-back of Congress in 2018 in order to deny Trump any semblance of success. In 2020 many RINOs and Neocons will surreptitiously support whoever the Democrat presidential candidate is. After all the Republican Party (except for the Freedom Caucus in the House and maybe a dozen conservatives in the Senate) is nothing but Democrat light. They would actually be happier had Hillary won.

RINOs and Neocons are blatant quislings. They wouldn’t know a “principle of freedom” from a kindergarten nursery rhyme. The Constitution is but a scrap of paper to them. Political correctness governs their minds like repugnance enshrouds Harvey Weinstein.

Monstrous lies prevail everywhere. The Washington establishment is in huge denial of truth, and hates those who speak it. This is the source of the intense animosity that the liberal, neocon, RINO creeps of mega-statism hold for Trump. He speaks the TRUTH, which these traitors to “Americanism” do not want to hear because it exposes exactly who the real villains are in the destruction of America – they themselves. Thus they, and the Deep State bureaucracies lurking behind them, must use every smear tactic they can conjure from their septic tank of tricks to try and destroy Trump’s presidency.

It’s going to be a ghastly and tumultuous next three years. If Trump survives this Orwellian nightmare, I will be surprised. The hideous forces of opposition against him are frightening.

For example, the neocon elites at the State Department and the Pentagon have already brought about capitulation on Trump’s views regarding the Mideast wars. Neocons have also effectively destroyed any hope of détente with Russia by ratcheting up their demonizing of Putin with flagrant lies about his handling of Ukraine and Crimea. Thus the swamp creatures are clearly winning in this contest of patriot outsider versus the piranhas and pythons of Washington.

Most alarming is the fact that the CIA looms always in the background with Trump clearly in their gun sights. Their powers of intimidation are overwhelming as anyone who has studied JFK’s assassination understands.

The 28th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution

In 1848 Karl Marx wrote The Communist Manifesto advocating a heavy “progressive income tax” as the means to destroy freedom and capitalism. By 1913 his tyrannical philosophy had reached America and resulted in passage of the 16th Amendment to our Constitution. It was the beginning of the end of the American Republic. Bolstered by this huge taxing power, the federal government has been able to grow into the Godzilla monster that dominates our lives today.

But thankfully millions of Americans now wish to do away with progressive tax rates. The 2014 Reason-Rupe poll showed that 62% of Americans favor a “flat tax,” or what we at AFR term an “equal-rate tax.” The following essay will show how we can bring this about.

The present tax reform bill that President Trump and our Republican Congress are now working to get passed in Washington is a good start toward a new found rationality in the halls of the capitol city. But it is far from what is truly needed to stop the malignancy of domination that government has become.

If we are to stop the runaway growth of government in America, we must end the source of that growth – “progressive tax rates” and their redistribution of wealth. AFR’s 28th Amendment plan does precisely that. Here is the wording for the amendment:

This amendment will create “equal rights under the law” for our tax code. Equal rights mandate equal rates. This is the fundamental basis of America. This means ending all special breaks, exemptions and rate progressivity.

This will necessitate the adoption of a simple 15% equal-rate income tax that ends the usage of all legal favors and loopholes. Period. The only exemption that would qualify would be our standard deduction of approximately $6,000, granted to everyone, which would exclude all Americans below the poverty level from being taxed.

Such a 15% equal-rate tax would mean that the millionaire would have to write a check for $149,100 dollars ($1,000,000 income minus $6,000 = $994,000 X .15 = $149,100). He would not be able to use expensive accountants and loopholes to reduce his bill to zero.

Likewise the man who earns $10,000 dollars would have to write a check for $600 dollars ($10,000 income minus $6,000 = $4,000 X .15 = $600). He would not be able to use egalitarian sophistry and progressive tax rates to reduce his bill to zero.

“Simplify, simplify, simplify,” said Ralph Waldo Emerson in the 19th century. This is what an equal-rate tax will do for us. It will purge the convoluted briar patch of idiocy and greed that comprises today’s Washington / Wall Street corporatism, and which is propelling our lives into the madness of dictatorship with every passing decade.

Opposition to an Equal-Rate Income Tax

The major objection liberals make to equal-rate taxation is that it will “place a burden on low-income earners who pay minimal taxes.” But this is not true. It will NOT impose a net burden on them at all. In fact it will do just the opposite.

Here’s why. Because of its huge simplification of our tax code, an equal-rate tax will save American industry billions of dollars annually in compliance costs. This will greatly lower the costs of goods and services for all citizens.

An equal-rate tax will also restore annual real wage growth, which we haven’t had in America in 45 years. And if we also combine an equal-rate tax with Milton Friedman’s 4% auto-expansion plan for the Federal Reserve and the money supply, we would create a huge annual increase in the standard of living for everyone.

It is not possible to explain the details of this in the space permitted, but AFR has published an 11-page Tax Report that explains the reasons for this thoroughly in layman’s language.

To sum all this up, an equal-rate income tax will light up the sky of economic productivity in this country. Everyone (rich, poor, and in between) will receive a higher standard of living with this much needed reform. Moreover, everyone’s lives will be so much simpler. Our monstrous tax code could be reduced from 17,000 pages to one or two pages. America’s relentless march toward ever-bigger government would be ended. The American Republic would be saved.

The Moral Component

It’s very important to understand, this is not just an immensely practical cause that is needed for the country; it is also a profoundly moral cause. Think back to the 1840s and 1850s when the northern abolitionists were fighting against slavery. Their leaders took a vehement moral stand on the principle of EQUAL RIGHTS UNDER THE LAW. They proclaimed that black people had the same right to their freedom as white people, which is what carried the day and won the cause of freedom for them.

Well, that same principle exists today in the tax arena. Productive people have the same right to their income as less productive people do. We are all supposed to be equal under the law in America. We who are productive are no different than those who are less productive. Progressive tax rates are unjust, unconstitutional, and immoral.

Some have asked, why do we need a constitutional amendment, which may require 8-10 years to ratify? Why not just work to pass an “equal-rate tax” into law? The reason is that launching the 28th Amendment to the Constitution greatly dramatizes the issue. It makes it a matter of morality and constitutionality. In addition it makes it impossible for liberals to go back to “progressive rates” when they get into power.

But the most important aspect of employing an “amendment strategy” is that we can attack the present tax code as “immoral and unconstitutional.” All lofty aims of history have a MORAL connotation to them. Tax reform is no different. We have to make use of this crucial aspect.

Radical tax reform is the great unifying cause that can break the stranglehold collectivism has over our country’s politics. Americans are ready to scrap “progressive tax rates.” Yet this monumental reform will not happen unless conservatives, libertarians and independents unify behind this vital revolutionary issue with moral fervor.

Just lobbying for the practicality of a flat tax will never bring us victory. This is the big mistake of America’s tax reformers over the past 50 years. They have fought only a practical battle with mundane activism and dreary statistical seminars. Taxation is the nefarious power of tyranny; it requires a heroic challenge of the forces of evil. Visualize the power of the lone Chinese citizen standing in Tiananmen Square in 1989 against the ominous column of tanks before him. Visualize the patriots of early America relentlessly stumping the towns and taverns and churches to sell the Constitution to their fellow citizens. That is the kind of courage and commitment that will be required from us.

The ultimate goal is to end the hated income tax itself, which our Tax Report demonstrates how to accomplish. But no historic revolution descends upon a country instantly; it proceeds in steps. The first step for such a dramatic goal as actually ending the income tax must be to first end the Marxian policy of wealth redistribution and implement into our tax system a structure of objective law, i.e., equal rights under the law.

This means no privileges and special favors for anyone above the poverty level. America was not meant for sluggards. She was meant for stalwart men and women of principle who desire to get out of life only what they are willing to put into life. We need to do much better than the Republicans and quislings such as Paul Ryan are promising to do. We need to find again the sublime idealism that our Founders instilled into this country, and which lasted until that fateful year of 1913. We need to end “progressive tax rates” in America unequivocally without apology.

On the 17th of this month, Judge Andrew Napolitano was dropped as an official commentator for Fox News. His show, Freedom Watch, had ended in 2012 after a run of three years. It wasn’t renewed, which in my opinion was because Rupert Murdoch and the head honchos of Fox News felt very uncomfortable with his staunch “libertarian conservative” views on today’s politics.

Judge Napolitano, from the beginning in 2009, was a thorn in the overall ideological make-up of Fox. This is because Fox does not stand for freedom and strictly limited government. They merely stand for a “conservative mega-state” instead of a “liberal mega-state.”

What’s worse, Fox endorses the neo-conservatives’ drive for world hegemony. All their pundits mindlessly repeat the mantra that Putin’s Russia seized Crimea and is looking to now take over Europe. Actually Crimea voted democratically three years ago to return to Russia, and one year later they are overwhelmingly happier as part of the Russian Federation than they were as a province in Ukraine. Forbes Magazine reports in March of 2015:

“The U.S and European Union may want to save Crimeans from themselves. But the Crimeans are happy right where they are.

“One year after the annexation of the Ukrainian peninsula in the Black Sea, poll after poll shows that the locals there – be they Ukrainians, ethnic Russians or Tatars are mostly all in agreement: life with Russia is better than life with Ukraine.

“Little has changed over the last 12 months.  Despite huge efforts on the part of Kiev, Brussels, Washington and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, the bulk of humanity living on the Black Sea peninsula believe the referendum to secede from Ukraine was legit. At some point, the West will have to recognize Crimea’s right to self rule. Unless we are all to believe that the locals polled by Gallup and GfK were done so with FSB bogey men standing by with guns in their hands.

“In June 2014, a Gallup poll with the Broadcasting Board of Governors asked Crimeans if the results in the March 16, 2014 referendum to secede reflected the views of the people. A total of 82.8% of Crimeans said yes. When broken down by ethnicity, 93.6% of ethnic Russians said they believed the vote to secede was legitimate, while 68.4% of Ukrainians felt so. Moreover, when asked if joining Russia will ultimately make life better for them and their family, 73.9% said yes while 5.5% said no.”

The American media, under the sway of neoconservatism, refuse to accept the Crimean vote because they favor a hostile view of Russia [more on this shortly]. The majority of Crimeans (65%) speak Russian. Crimea had been part of Russia for over 200 years until Khrushchev made them part of Ukraine in 1954. Putin’s Russia wants peace with the West. The Cold War is over; but the neocons cannot face this fact.

Demonizing of Russia

Why do the neocons (and their support pundits at Fox) persist in demonizing Russia and Putin as a mortal threat to America? Because neoconservatives want the vast “military-industrial-security complex” to be preserved and expanded. It is a huge funnel for money and power to the Defense Department and the CIA-NSA bureaucracies (which they dominate and want to continue dominating). Lord Acton told us long ago about this terrible tendency of men in politics. “Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.”

At the risk of hyperbole, the neocons are insane and are driving us toward WW III with Russia because they believe since we are the primary world superpower we must strive for hegemony over as much of the planet as possible. Washington’s neocons orchestrated the overthrow of Ukraine’s democratic government back in February of 2014 and put in place a regime that they are hoping will be favorable to allowing missiles to be placed in Ukraine and even up on Russia’s border. The neocon pundits (people such as Bill Kristol, Richard Perle, Robert Kagan, Paul Wolfowitz, Dick Cheney, etc.) wish to restart the Cold War.

They dominate America’s foreign policy establishment and are obsessed with an aggressive supremacy over Russia rather than peaceful detente. Putin saw all this developing and, of course, could not allow for such an aggressive danger to Russia to stand. He had to defend himself, which he moved to do in 2014 by pressuring Crimea to vote up or down for rejoining the Russian Federation. Once Washington intervened in Kiev in the February 2014 coup, Putin realized that Crimea was in danger of being subsumed in NATO if it remained with Ukraine. Crimea is Russia’s only warm water port. Naturally Putin wanted it returned to Russia where it had been for 200 years.

Herein lies a major threat to the world. The neocons are driving us into war because of their lust for American hegemony and intervention into Russian territorial disputes in their own backyard. The answer is to make peace with Putin. End our aggressive actions in Ukraine (such as the overthrow of a duly elected government in Kiev back in 2014, our disingenuous distorting of the Crimea issue, and our attempts to put missiles up to the Russian border). As former Reagan budget director, David Stockman, points out so clearly in Christmas 2015: Why There Is No Peace on Earth:

“The current Ukrainian policy farce emanating from Washington is not only a reminder that the military-industrial-beltway complex is still alive and well, but also demonstrates why the forces of crony capitalism and money politics which sustain it are so lamentable. The fact is, the modern Warfare State has been the incubator of American imperialism since the Cold War, and is now proving itself utterly invulnerable to fiscal containment, even in the face of a $19 trillion national debt.

“So 101 years after the Christmas truces along the Western Front there is still no peace on earth. And the long suffering American taxpayers, who foot the massive bills generated by the Warfare State’s demented and destructive policies, have no clue that Imperial Washington is the principal reason.”

As Stockman has suggested, what needs to be done is for Trump to orchestrate a grand meeting between himself and Putin at Camp David and work out a New Détente with Moscow. Sure Putin is no democrat, but America deals with “non-democrats” all over the world in foreign policy matters. Nixon negotiated with Brezhnev over détente in 1972. And Trump could do the same. It would strike a stake into the vampire heart of the neocons and their hideous hegemonic foreign policy dreams.

Communism is dead. Russia is no longer an imperialistic nation. Putin actually wants to join the West. But the neocons in Washington insist on “demonizing” him because that is what will keep them in power and their ideology influential. They need to present some kind of terrible danger to the American people in order to continue to funnel billions into our bloated military budget and keep their dream of “world hegemony” alive. This is how all dictatorships develop. They demonize an alleged “horrendous enemy” to create enough fear among the people to justify their usurpation of rights and centralization of power in an omnipotent state.

Anyone who has read Orwell’s Nineteen Eighty-Four will remember Big Brother’s constant demonizing of Eurasia to the people of Oceania. “Perpetual war for perpetual peace,” is how Orwell described it. Well that is precisely what the neocons are doing to us today with their relentless demonizing of Putin and their obtuse demands for American hegemony throughout the world. Napolitano realizes all this because he is a true advocate of freedom. The pundits at Fox are not. They have drank the “kool-aid” of neoconservatism and are firmly in league with a Washington mega-state that seeks world supremacy rather than the traditional peaceful co-existence that wise geopolitical powers have sought throughout history. The neocons are bankrupting America and driving us to war with Russia. But Putin is not going to let them put missiles up to his borders. How would we like it if Russia was in Mexico doing to us what Washington is doing to them? Putin will react to defend himself. A horrific war is coming if the neocons continue to dominate our foreign policy.

What Is Trump’s Stand?

Does Trump realize this and see it this way? Apparently not. He has put in place neocons at the Department of Defense (headed by General James Mattis), and he has stated that he expects Russia to return Crimea to Ukraine. His choice of Tillerson at the State Department seemed at first a voice for sanity; but it appears that the power of the Deep State neocons at the Pentagon have brought both Trump and Tillerson into alignment with their hostile view of Russia. Thus the demonization of Russia by MSM is what most Americans continue to believe.

What’s important to grasp from all this is that Fox and the rest of MSM are moving us toward globalism, not Americanism. They want world hegemony for America. They are “neoconservative” and imperialistic, when what is needed is “libertarian conservatism” and a mind-our-own-business foreign policy to save America. I believe Judge Napolitano got axed by Fox as a commentator because he was too much of an opponent of globalism, too much of a critic of Fox’s imperialistic conservatism for them to tolerate him any longer. The Judge’s famous What If Speech on his Freedom Watch show back in 2012 laid the groundwork for his recent suspension on March 17, 2017.

Napolitano’s controversial reporting on a possible British connection to an Obama surveillance of Trump was merely the excuse to fire him. He lost favor with Murdoch’s neocons long ago, and they were looking for any excuse to rid themselves of his exuberant Americanism and attacks against Murdochian globalism.

Some are reporting that Fox will bring him back in due time. That would be great, but it is doubtful. The Judge adamantly speaks the language of strict constitutionalism. This is not the language of Fox, nor the mindset of Murdoch and the men who run the network. They are men who have bought into the 20th century myths of Keynesian economics and Marxist politics. Mega-statism is their vision, not that of America’s Founders. The Deep State has its grip firmly on Murdoch, and he is not astute enough historically or philosophically to grasp the big ideological picture that is sweeping America and the West into a tyrannical globalism. He is a corporate mind. History and philosophy hold no lure for him. Thus America suffers, liberty falters, and the Orwellians in Washington advance.
