I have to say, sometimes — MANY TIMES — I feel like Jeremiah, who was known as the “weeping prophet.”  I do not claim to be a prophet, but I know what I know, and I cannot UNknow what I know…  Life would be much easier, I suppose, if I were to simply tune out and live like the rest of the world; focused on sports, worldly entertainment, easy living and comfort.  But I know God’s Word and I see what is coming upon this Earth, and surely, the judgment of God is coming soon, to all those who now live in ignorant bliss.  I feel such an urgency to sound the warning signal and call people to return to God in repentance, seeking Him with all their heart, NOW, while He may still be found.

The Holy Spirit has made it clear to me that the topic of Godly marriage is one of the most important and URGENT things we must come to UNDERSTAND as a people once again. Our culture is self destructing and it’s because we have purposely DESTROYED our very foundations. Godly marriage IS the foundation of the family, and Godly families are the most basic building blocks that make up a civilized, righteous society. When we shun God and His perfect design for life, the only POSSIBLE outcome is utter destruction. Look around. What do YOU see?

Marriage between one man and one woman is God’s PERFECT PLAN for us, one of the first, most basic and essential things we learn about in the very first chapter of the Bible. In Genesis 1 we read, “God created man in His own image. In the image of God created He him; male and female created He them. And God blessed them and God said unto them, ‘Be fruitful and multiply.’” There we have it: God’s DESIGN for marriage and family. And God’s DESIGNS are ALWAYS perfect! One man united with one woman in HOLY MATRIMONY, for LIFE. Couldn’t be simpler. Yet we think we know better.

By the way, the word “Matrimony” literally means “Motherhood.” Not so long ago, people understood this. It’s God’s PERFECT design that only in the bonds of Holy Matrimony should a woman become a mother. You see, ANY male and female couple can fornicate, and sadly, in today’s permissive, Godless culture, more often than not, precious innocent children are viewed as “accidents,” “inconveniences,” born as the result of unbridled sexual lust — with NO sacred bond — between two unmarried, uncommitted people…or worse yet, murdered in the womb.

Now compare that to the security of an intact, Godly home with a devoted Mother and Father, who have given themselves, one to another and entered into the SACRED BONDS of Holy Matrimony, where the “D” word is not even in their vocabulary; where they build their lives together and their homes, and their families on the Word of God. A home where Jesus is not only welcome, but earnestly sought after! We have more dysfunctional families today than ever before because we have CHOSEN to turn from God and ignore all the precious wisdom He has imparted to us in His Holy Word, the Bible.

Today, I’m speaking from the point of view of a husband, father and grandfather, from a MAN’s point of view. In the past when I have encouraged men to be Godly husbands and fathers, leaders and ministers in their homes, and shared with them the importance of honoring, adoring and serving their precious wives, I have frequently received calls from angry, bitter men who are currently living in relationships that are fractured, broken and dysfunctional. These men are bitter toward their wives (or the women they are living with) and want me to preach about the responsibilities and shortcomings of the women — actually they want me to CONDEMN the women, and say it’s all their fault.

But I’m not going to do that. I speak here, specifically to the men, because that’s who I am, that’s what I have personal experience with and knowledge about. And God’s Word instructs us that the MEN are the ones who are to be the leaders in their homes, to LOVE, HONOR AND SERVE their wives. If only the men of this world would ACT like men and uphold Christ’s commands, there would not be so many women who are so lost, so confused, so empty inside and so very disillusioned.

You see, men are called to be MINISTERS to their wives and families. That doesn’t mean your wife becomes your slave as we see in the Islamic culture. Actually, in a Christian home it’s the exact opposite: the very definition of “Minister” is SERVANT. Pay attention, now, guys: Jesus said, we are to be the “servants of all.” In our homes, and in every area of our lives, our JOB is to SERVE. We are not here to be waited on hand and foot and served by others. WE are to be the servants. THAT is the example Jesus gave us to follow.

It would be easy to make a comparison between the dysfunctional family and the dysfunctional church, where so many professing “Christians” are confused, lost, and laden down with sin burdens. And WHY IS THAT? Because they have not been LEAD by those charged with shepherding and discipling them in the whole counsel of God. Instead, they have been MIS-LEAD by those who preach a phony, false “feel good,” “love gospel,” where Jesus never judges anyone, where there is no need to follow God’s Word or the commands of Christ, and certainly no need of repentance.

“Come as you are,” is the call of the apostate preacher looking to pack the auditorium and fill the collection plates…. and “stay as you are, all are welcome… Jesus loves you unconditionally!” How many of us have heard these lies preached from the pulpits? And so these baby believers start off in a “honeymoon state” with stars in their eyes. They begin with unrealistic expectations of what God can DO FOR THEM, how God can WORK for THEM, providing health, wealth, easy living and eternal trouble-free lives. This fictional god becomes OUR servant. How goofy is THAT?! The Creator of the universe created us so He could become OUR servant? But ultimately, they WILL discover the truth and when that disillusionment hits, they divorce themselves from the church entirely — some never to return again.

They were promised wonderful, happy, trouble-free lives but what they found was that the GENUINE Christian life — like Godly marriage — is HARD. It is NOT for the weak or faint of heart. They discovered what the preacher would never reveal: God doesn’t work for US; instead, WE are here to SERVE HIM! And so the “honeymoon” abruptly comes to an end. So it is with marriage today.

Proverbs 18:22 tells us, “He who finds a wife finds what is good and receives favor from the Lord.” If you are a young man, engaged to be married to a young woman, praise the Lord — you have found a wife! And if you have been married for 70 years, praise the Lord, because you have been GREATLY BLESSED by God to have a lifemate, a “help-meet,” and an intimate partner in your lifelong journey, …and whether you realize it, or acknowledge it or not, she is the greatest blessing God has ever given you. Be thankful, for you are greatly blessed by the Lord!

It’s very sad that so many men just don’t understand that. They are all excited and infatuated with their brides-to-be … at first. But the honeymoon is often short lived… And I don’t think I’m going out on a limb here, to say that every time a marriage and home becomes dysfunctional, the root of the problem is that God has not been welcome or active in the home — or in the lives — of the couple. But when God dwells there, in the homes and hearts WITH them — and the MAN understands the great blessing he has received from the Lord by giving him a wife, he naturally appreciates so great a blessing and easily learns to honor, adore, protect, provide for and SERVE his wife, because he understands, as Solomon wrote in Proverbs 31, “…She is far more precious than jewels.”

Do you understand that guys? SHE IS YOUR WIFE! Your greatest blessing in this life! A Godly man of integrity will honor her, treat her with respect and seek to win her heart each and every day, just as he did at first. How did he win her heart? He SERVED her, he sought to PLEASE her. His greatest goal in life was to be found acceptable in her sight, and he would do everything in his power to win her dear heart. The “honeymoon” does not have to EVER end, if you are a man who understands these concepts and embraces them.

Speaking as one who has been married for nearly 27 years now to the greatest blessing the Lord has ever given ME, I can tell you, I am more in love with my wife, Lisa, today than I have ever been, and our love for one another, and our spiritual bond just grows more solid and more close and more beautiful with each passing day. Because I am her SERVANT; I minister to her. I do my utmost to make her life easier, to protect, provide, care for and LOVE her. That is my job as her husband. As Christians, we must do no less for our Lord. He is not our errand boy to satisfy our wandering desires. We are His ministers, His servants, His hands and feet in this world, and we must understand that — and we must make it a priority that all we do is designed to please Him and be found faithful, acceptable and righteous in His sight.

The institution of Marriage is a serious matter… and as couples SHOULD be admonished during the wedding ceremony, something “not to be entered into lightly.” Indeed, when two people are united in the bonds of Holy Matrimony, the two become one flesh. It’s all wonderful at first, as you start out. But then LIFE happens…. the cares of this world come upon us. Don’t think it’s all going to be easy, nor will it always be “fun.” Giving one’s life to their beloved COSTS something; we must learn to give up OUR selfish desires and learn to minister (serve) and seek to please our wives. That is our job. It’s also what Christ requires of those who would follow Him and be called by His name. He doesn’t call us to a life of luxury and ease. No. He calls us to “take up our cross DAILY and follow Him.” Godly marriage, like Christianity, is a life of selfless devotion to the one we love, the one we have pledged our lives to. It is NOT for the faint of heart, the cowardly or the weak.

That’s how things SHOULD BE. But we are now two, if not three generations past the time when God was revered in America and when divorce was a shameful thing and very rare. It seems lifetime commitments are a thing of the past for most. All because of selfishness, an unwillingness to submit and serve, and a total disregard for God’s Word and Christ’s commands. So now, we’re reaping the consequences of everyone doing what they feel is “right” in their own eyes, completely APART from God. How’s that working for us?

Sadly, MANY today even go IN to what is SUPPOSED to be the sacred marriage covenant with very low expectations. I once attended a marriage ceremony of two people who did not believe in God at all, gave Him no acknowledgement whatsoever, but they still wanted a “church” wedding, for the “atmosphere” and “tradition.” Atmosphere and tradition; that is what we have reduced God’s Word to in our modern world today. Indeed, that is what “religion” is now, to most. The ceremony was held in a FORMER church which has been turned into a Community Music and Arts Center. This building still has the original stained glass windows and the church pews, and it LOOKS like a “church.” But this is no church. And the official who performed the ceremony was no righteous man of God either…. he was strictly in it for the fee he received for his services.

This particular couple also wrote their own meaningless “vows.” When they got to the part that USUALLY says, “as long as we both shall live,” they CHANGED the words to say: “as long as we both shall LOVE.” In other words, as long as they FELT like being together, they would stay together. How’s that for a commitment? Whatever happened to: “til death do we part?” No sacred bond, no “two becoming one flesh.” Just selfish, self-centered, “whatever feels good, and only for as long as it feels good” so-called “marriage.”

People today are so narcissistic. It’s all about THEM. Is it any wonder, then, that our divorce rates are what they are? Is it any wonder that sexual perversion and depravity is running rampant and being celebrated with wild abandon? Is it any wonder that even HALF of professing “Christians” today believe it is perfectly normal for men to “marry” other MEN?! And the other half, the half that still believes it’s wrong, are so cowardly and so fearful of speaking the truth, they simply say “who am I to judge?” And “to each his own.” This is the result of a culture that has completely abandoned God, choosing instead to believe the LIES the “snake” whispers in our clueless ears.

“To each his own.” And therein lies the problem. Forgetting the commands of God Almighty, and each doing what he feels is right in his own eyes. Even professing “Christians.” Shame. And no one wants to serve or minister to anyone anymore. Friends, without Jesus as Lord of our lives, without the Holy Spirit to guide us and teach us, without following the perfect plan of God for our lives, marriages, homes and families, we are a lost people, doomed to destruction. So MEN, it is time for you to “Man-up!” It’s time for you to LEAD, and by “lead,” I mean “Minister.” And by “Minister,” I mean SERVE. It’s time you learn to serve God, your wife, your children and God’s people.

We’ll continue this discussion next time, as we address specific problems — and reveal practical, biblical solutions for men who truly want to live and SERVE as Christ commanded us, creating lifelong, covenant marriages, Godly homes and families, and truly living up to the commands of Jesus, with the wisdom of Scripture and the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Today’s message is not pleasant. In fact, it is utterly revolting. Yet, if we really intend to be true Salt and Light in a world ruled by the demonic, we MUST face the facts of the spiritual war that is raging all around us. We MUST be informed, lest we perish for lack of knowledge. I pray the Lord will open some eyes to the truth of the topic at hand today: The Homosexual Agenda.

I can hardly believe things have “progressed” this far down the path of deviancy, here in the United States and across the entire globe. As I read about what the world was like in the days of Noah and Lot, I have a hard time imagining that it could have been any worse or any more deviant than the days we’re living in RIGHT NOW. Those on the “left” will equate the depravity of sodomy and the right to commit acts of sexual abomination with such things as “civil rights,” “freedom,” and they will use phrases like “love wins” — when even the Supreme Court of this nation hands down a demonically-influenced decision and seeks to legislate this ugly immorality and impose it on us all.

And it does so by FORCE — as it must — for “where the Spirit of the Lord is,” Scripture reminds us, “there is liberty, (or freedom).” And CERTAINLY, the Spirit of the Lord is nowhere in this picture. One need only observe what Satan does every single time to all the laws of God and nature — he perverts them, twists them, whispers confusion into the minds of even God’s people, and he turns them 180 degrees to the opposite… So, in order for this Homosexual Agenda to go forward, there must NOT be, there CAN NOT be, ANY freedom…. it must be MANDATED, it must be FORCED upon the people. For this sin of sodomy is so wicked and so perverse, there are very few who would accept it willingly of their own freewill. (Statistics show, it’s less than 3%).

I have no doubt that there are SOME listening to me right now with smoke coming out of their ears, calling me a “hater,” a “homophobe” and worse things. While claiming to be fighting for love and tolerance, many of those who practice sodomy would readily kill me if they could. No “love” or “tolerance” for me. On the contrary, they — and their legions of advocates — are the LEAST tolerant and LEAST loving people on earth. “They are filled with lust and rage, with murder in their hearts, indwelled with the same demonic spirit that inhabited the men who marched through the streets of the city of Sodom in one of the world’s first “Gay Pride Parades,” then surrounded Lot’s house, demanding their perverted lusts be satisfied. Hear this people:” IT IS THE SAME SPIRIT! This is nothing new, it has simply resurfaced in our world today — and it is back with a FIERCE vengeance.

What we know today as the “LGBTQ” agenda has been accepted and normalized by MOST — hear this now, I said MOST — of the people of the world, including MANY pro- fessing Christians and many professing Christian churches. THAT is where we are at. Our culture has embraced it under the guise of “equality,” “civil rights” and “tolerance.” The Homosexual Agenda has MASSIVE funding by just about EVERY major corporation in the world. Recently many of us were aghast over the flap about Target opening their restrooms to so-called “transgender” individuals, so that men can now use the womens’ facilities. Yes, Target is one of the most pro-sodomite corporations out there. But they are only one of THOUSANDS. The better question might be, which corporations DO NOT support the Homosexual Agenda… because you’d likely be able to count those on one hand. Let’s face it; you cannot get away from this depravity. It’s everywhere, infiltrated into our churches, our government, our schools and colleges, our businesses, our factories, the news media, the entertainment world, the internet… You name it, it’s everywhere.

Let me give you one quick example. Go online and look up the definition of “Homosexual Agenda” on Wikipedia, which is the free “encyclopedia” on the internet. Here’s what it says, and I quote: “Homosexual agenda is a term introduced by sectors of the Christian right (primarily in the United States) as a disparaging way to describe the advocacy of cultural acceptance and normalization of non-heterosexual orientations and relationships. The term refers to efforts to change government policies and laws on LGBT rights-related issues. Additionally, it has been used by social conservatives and others to describe al- leged goals of LGBT rights activists, such as recruiting heterosexuals into what they term a “homosexual lifestyle.”

This is a direct quote from Wikipedia… and it only took them 11 words before they vilified CHRISTIANS in their supposed “unbiased” explanation of what “The Homosexual Agenda” actually is. Even I was amazed that Wikipedia would be SO pro-sodomite on their website, which I thought was alleged to be socially and culturally neutral. Yet in their first sentence, they basically stated “it’s those HATEFUL CHRISTIANS, those horrible “homophobes’ who want to squelch the rights of the wonderful freedom fighters who’ve been locked in a closet of shame for so long.” Wow.

But let’s delve a little deeper, and go back to the year 1987, when a man named Michael Swift penned a commentary for the “Gay Community News,” entitled “Gay Revolutionary.”

The “LGBT” community will be quick to ridicule me for sharing this, saying it was meant to be “satire.” But one need only look at what has happened to our world to see that the sodomite Utopia Swift dreamed of in 1987 is here today.

It took me three tries to read the entire essay, because I was so repulsed by it. Let’s see if I can just give you the gist of the message here… time and space does not permit me to include all of it, nor will I bring myself to repeat some of the language used in this… but you’ll get the idea. Here we go…. “The Gay Revolutionary,” by Michael Swift, written in 1987:

“We shall sodomize your sons… We shall seduce them in your schools, in your dormi- tories, in your gymnasiums, in your locker rooms, in your sports arenas, in your seminar- ies, in your youth groups, in your movie theater bathrooms, in your army bunkhouses, in your truck stops, in your all-male clubs, in your houses of Congress, wherever men are with men together. Your sons shall become our minions and do our bidding. They will be recast in our image. They will come to crave and adore us.

“Women, you cry for freedom. You say you are no longer satisfied with men; they make you unhappy. We, connoisseurs of the masculine face, the masculine physique, shall take your men from you then. We will amuse them; we will instruct them…Women, you say you wish to live with each other instead of with men. Then go and be with each other. We shall give your men pleasures they have never known…

“All laws banning homosexual activity will be revoked. Instead, legislation shall be passed which engenders love between men. All homosexuals must stand together as brothers; we must be united artistically, philosophically, socially, politically and financially. We will triumph only when we present a common face to the vicious heterosexual enemy.

“If you dare to… (I am substituting the word ‘object’ here)… we will stab you in your cowardly hearts and defile your dead, puny bodies… We shall write poems of the love between men; we shall stage plays in which man openly caresses man; we shall make films about the love between heroic men which will replace the…heterosexual infatuations presently dominating your cinema screens.

“Our writers and artists will make love between men fashionable… and we will succeed because we are adept at setting styles. We will eliminate heterosexual liaisons through usage of the devices of wit and ridicule, devices which we are skilled in employing.

“We will unmask the powerful homosexuals who masquerade as heterosexuals. You will be shocked and frightened when you find that your presidents…your industrialists, your senators, your mayors, your athletes, your film stars, your television personalities, your civic leaders, your priests are not the …heterosexual figures you assumed them to be. We are everywhere; we have infiltrated your ranks. Be careful when you speak of homosexuals because we are always among you; we may be sitting across the desk from you; we may be sleeping in the same bed with you.

“There will be no compromises. We are not middle-class weaklings. Highly intelligent, we are the natural aristocrats of the human race, and steely-minded aristocrats never settle for less. Those who oppose us will be exiled.

“We shall raise vast private armies…to defeat you. We shall conquer the world… The family unit…will be abolished. The family unit, which only dampens imagination and curbs free will, must be eliminated…

“All churches who condemn us will be closed. Our only gods are handsome young men….We are free to live our lives according to the dictates of the pure imagination. For us too much is not enough.

“…Any man contaminated with heterosexual lust will be automatically barred from a position of influence. All males who insist on remaining stupidly heterosexual will be tried in homosexual courts of justice…

“We shall rewrite history, history filled and debased with your heterosexual lies and distortions….We shall be victorious because we are fueled with the ferocious bitterness of the oppressed …We, too, are capable of firing guns and manning the barricades of the ultimate revolution. Tremble, hetero swine, when we appear before you without our masks.”

There you have it, folks. This was written in 1987. The sodomites will argue this was meant to be satire, and perhaps at one time, by some, it was. But just look around you today, and see how much “progress” this Homosexual Agenda has made, especially in just in the past eight years under the sodomite tyranny of Barack Hussein Obama.

The devil has a team, and his demons are ORGANIZED and highly effective and de- ceptive. Meanwhile, those who claim to be God’s people scurry about… confused, dis- jointed, not knowing which way to to turn or what to believe. Why? Because they do not know their Bibles, and the Shepherds who are charged with the task of leading the flock, teaching them to obey all Christ has commanded are too ashamed of their Savior, too timid and too weak, too afraid of being called a “homophobe” or “un-Christ like” or “unloving” to tell the people the truth. They’d rather be well liked and popular. They prefer the praises of the people to the commands of Jesus. Let’s face it: MOST PASTORS WILL NEVER, EVER speak a single word about this. But it’s time we get informed. It’s time we SPEAK the truth, even though, in our world today, the TRUTH sounds like hate, because SO MANY HATE THE TRUTH!

I would like to begin today with a few verses of Scripture that I believe you are all fa- miliar with. The first passage is from the book of Deuteronomy. For those who are un- aware, Deuteronomy contains the messages of Moses written in the final days of his life. The Israelites had wandered in the desert for a generation. Many of those who had wit- nessed God’s miracles during the Exodus had, by now, passed away, and so Moses was speaking to a new generation, one that had not witnessed God’s power, miracles or the giving of the Ten Commandments at Mount Sinai. As Moses’ life was coming to an end, he was speaking to the KIDS of those who had been firsthand witnesses, giv- ing a final reminder of the most important things this new generation needed to know. He was passing down the sage advice and wisdom of an elder, as a leader, as God’s chosen man.

His listeners at the time were fearful. Moses had been their leader their entire lives. Now, Joshua was about to assume that role. The people were camped on the plains of Moab, about to enter the Promised Land. They were doubtful, afraid, facing impending war with the inhabitants of the land, and tempted to run away, yet there was nowhere to run. No direction to go but forward — led by a new leader they were not quite sure of yet. Additionally, they were about to start a whole new way of life. Rather than being wanderers, they were now to become settlers, pioneers. Finally, they would have a place to put down roots and call “home,” in the land the Lord had promised their parents and grandparents. An entirely new concept to them.

So in his old age, as Moses wrote these words, you can imagine he was careful to make sure he emphasized those things that were most vitally important. Thus, his writ- ings in Deuteronomy were his last chance to give final instructions as to how to live a Godly, righteous and pleasing life before the Lord, and thereby receive the blessings of God, raise healthy families in Godly homes, create a nation and a culture that would flourish and be pleasing before the Lord. And it was his hope that these precious words would be heeded and followed for all future generations. He didn’t just make a speech or give a sermon — he WROTE THESE WORDS DOWN — for his people then, and for all of mankind, for all time. Ancient wisdom of antiquity, yet we can still read these very words for ourselves today. Despite the fact that evil men have done their best to stamp out God’s Word from existence, from the minute it was originally written and in every gen- eration since, it simply cannot be done… praise the Lord for His loving instruction, not willing that any should be lost, or left without His divine guidance.

In Chapter 5 of Deuteronomy, Moses repeated the Law given to him by God Himself, as recorded in the book of Exodus. Then, in Chapter six, he emphasized this: “And these words that I?command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them dili- gently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise.”

As you read the Bible and understand the history of God’s people — and perhaps more importantly, the history of the WORLD — you realize that when these words of Moses were followed, the family unit — and the culture at large — was always blessed by God.

But when the wisdom and instruction of God were abandoned, families collapsed, chil- dren ran wild and anarchy and cursing of nations resulted, every time. Today it has been more than 3400 years since Moses penned the words of Deuteronomy. Few today read them anymore at all; and when they are proclaimed in our churches, they seem to go in one ear and directly out the other. They’ve become nothing more than “nice plati- tudes” — but almost no one really takes them seriously anymore.

As a result, we see our entire WORLD in turmoil, and here at home in the United States, the word “family” has been completely redefined to be the exact OPPOSITE of God’s design. Men sodomizing other men and calling THAT a “family.” Women aban- doning their natural affections, turning instead to other women and calling THAT a “fam- ily.” And now we’ve strayed so far from God that we can’t even say for sure which gender we are…. how twisted we become when we abandon the laws of God and nature!

The basic building blocks of a Godly, righteous society have been undermined by the enemy of our souls, working through evil men and women who despise God’s author- ity. The definition of “family” has now been replaced by moral relativism, re-written to mean whatever WE want it to mean. As we go about being “wise in our own eyes,” the foundation of our families has crumbled and we no longer look to God for wisdom and rescue. Now we look to secular thinkers and government to be our saviors. How’s that been working for us? Surely abandoning the antiquated precepts of a “superstitious, Pa- triarchal religion’” would free us and bring about utopia on earth, right? Take a look around. I report, YOU decide.

Next, I would like to remind you of a verse we hear often, written by the wisest man on earth, Solomon. Proverbs 2: 6, “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” Paul reiterates the concept of properly raising chil- dren in Ephesians chapter 6: “bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.”

Yet what has happened to our kids today? I certainly do not mean to criticize ALL young people, because I know MANY who are stellar examples of integrity, honor, courage and Godliness. In fact, I know SOME who are more Godly, courageous, bold and honorable than most adults. But as I follow the news from our college campuses around America, I am NOT encouraged. Their worldviews and ideology are twisted and demented, their minds depraved. As I see the herds of young people after public High School and Middle School lets out for the day, walking in packs down the street, all looking down, all staring blankly, mezmerized by their smart phones, I can guaran- tee you, they’re not reading Scripture. Statistics bear out the fact that our public schools here in America are failing our kids. Despite the fact that there are many good, well- meaning teachers in these schools, the dumbing down of America, I truly believe, is in- tentional and orchestrated. This is by design.

Here are some statistics: According to the website RankingAmerica, the US ranks 24th in LITERACY, while at the same time, 2nd in IGNORANCE of moral, social and historical knowledge. We also rank 1st in all the nations of world when it comes to ANXIETY DISORDERS, 4th in the world in PORNOGRAPHY USE and 21st in over- all HAPPINESS. Meanwhile, more and more Americans are leaving church, aban- doning their faith and embracing either no faith at all, or choosing Secular Humanism and Moral Relativism; not to mention the concept of “Democratic Socialism,” which could be better described as “Mobocracy.” According to studies, a full 85% of young people leave their faith in Christ the minute they leave home and begin college. I dare say that many never had much faith to begin with, due to inadequate Christian educa- tion from their churches and a lack of consistent, Godly leadership in the home.

In the book “Soul Searching: The Religious and Spiritual Lives of American Teenagers,” authors Christian Smith and Melinda Lundquist Denton report: “The ma- jority of teenagers are incredibly inarticulate about their faith, religious beliefs and prac- tices, and its place in their lives. The de facto dominant religion among contemporary.

U.S. teenagers is what they call ‘Moralistic Therapeutic Deism’: A God exists who cre- ated and orders the world and watches over human life on earth; God wants people to be good, nice, and fair to each other, as taught in the Bible and by most world religions; the central goal of life is to be happy and to feel good about oneself; God does not need to be particularly involved in one’s life except when God is needed to resolve a problem; and good people go to heaven when they die.”

These are the predominant beliefs of modern American teenagers; and while most attended a Christian church during their childhood, their faith and theology is absurdly shallow. So what WAS their church experience growing up? Bible STORIES in Sun- day School and “Childrens’ Church” where they heard a story, presented like a fairy tale, then colored a picture page and were given a snack and had play time. Then they returned to the secular public schools where God was never allowed, but foul cursing of His name was readily accepted in the hallways; the truth of His Word was replaced by the lies of secular science, and the radical leftist opinions of God-hating socialist in- structors formed the worldviews of our precious children. Parents did NOT keep the commands of God on their hearts, nor teach them to their children diligently in their homes, when they walked by the way, when they laid down or when they rose up. They left all that to the “Church.”

Then the kids went off to college where the instructors seem to have two main goals for incoming freshmen: 1) get them to abandon any shred of Christian faith they may have left and 2) get them to question their sexuality and experiment freely with alterna- tive lifestyles. When those children returned to their parents, their parents no longer recognized them, and wondered where they went wrong… after all, they took them to church every Sunday!

Now, it’s confession time for me. And I hope you will grant me some grace. I was raised in a Christian home. I was the first kid in my town to ever sign up to be an “AWANA clubber.” We attended a rock-solid Bible church and I learned and memorized God’s Word from my earliest childhood. But as I became a teenager, I began to drift. AWANA, for me, had ended. I was too old. Our youth group at church was not the best. I still read the Bible on my own, but the enticements of the world drew me in. I made many poor choices as a youth and many mistakes I still regret today.

I never finished college, but while I was there, I wrote for the college newspaper. Be- lieve it or not, I wrote an article advocating Jesse Jackson for president. Yes, within just a few months of attending a state-run public college, I had already sipped the liberal Kool-aide. I attended only one year, and decided it was not for me. I can’t imagine what would have happened to me had I stayed for four years or longer. Instead, I went out and learned a trade and opened my own business — a photography studio. That was the best education I could have ever obtained, because I not only taught myself a trade, but the experience also trained me up for life in the real world, and the Holy Spirit con- tinued to work within me, and guided me back to clear thinking.

It took a while to shake off the indoctrination of liberalism I had received during my time in college. I remember hearing Rush Limbaugh speak on the radio for the first time, and thought he was a real “jerk” because of his conservative stance. And it’s incredibly embarassing for me to admit today, but I also stood in line for four hours in 1990 to hear Jerry Brown, now the governor of California, speak as he campaigned for president. Then I stood for another hour afterwards to shake his hand. (Incidentally, he had the soft- est, most delicate hands I’ve ever encountered on a human being ever before, or ever since — clearly, he has never done a single day’s hard work in his life).

But I DID grow up. As the Scripture says, “when they are old, they will not depart from it.” The thing with this, though, is, it takes some people a LOT longer to grow up, and “old” is not a specified age. Yet the promise remains. But the promise includes a com- mand: “Train up a child in the way he should go.”

Our country’s culture and our world is in complete disarray today because we have multiple generations that have never done that. They have let their kids “decide for themselves” regarding any sort of faith. They have NOT trained them up. They have NOT taught them in the home and parents have NOT modeled the Christian life in front of their children.

When my wife and I got married, we determined to do life right, and to raise our children knowing Jesus. We prayed for each one from the moment they were conceived, and together as a family every day. Our kids are not perfect, but neither have they de- parted from what they know is true, or ever strayed, for very long, from the narrow road.

God’s Word lays out, clearly, to all who will hear, instructions for building the Foun- dation of the Family, which truly IS the Foundation of a Godly society, culture and na- tion. Doing life any other way will only bring calamity, which we see now, regularly, in our daily news.

We are seeing the words of Scripture play out in living color before our very eyes every single day now, though the unsaved world can not comprehend it. With all we have to contend with, it’s easy for us to get distracted, focusing on the things we see in this physical world every day, and forgetting about the invisible, spiritual world all around us. But this is where the REAL war is actually being waged.

The abominations we SEE on this earth are actually just the manifestations of intense warfare being played out in the spiritual realm. Ephesians 6 tells us, “We do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but…against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.” There is a whole SPIRITUAL WORLD “out there” that we do not see while we live in these earthly bodies, yet it is as just as real as the ground we walk on. And these “spiritual forces of evil” are working overtime against all of us. Peter warns us to be aware of this. “Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour.”

Scripture tells us that these last days will be times of great deception and delusion. People will have seared consciences and reprobate minds — they will be unable to think or discern truth any longer, because they have chosen — get this: they have CHOSEN to deny God!

You may think that “all” I do is publish a Christian newspaper, and broadcast a Christian commentary program on the radio. I won’t go into ALL I do, but part of my work includes taking and responding to prayer requests that we receive here by mail, email, telephone and through our website. We get a lot of prayer requests, we always have. But now increasingly, the prayer requests are for matters pertaining to spiritual warfare, demonic attack, loved ones denying God, following strange religions, cults and demonic deception. There is a pattern to this and it is increasing at an alarming, exponential pace.

I’d like to share some of these prayer requests with you here. I am not giving any names or betraying any trust here, but I want to share some examples of what I’m talking about. This first one came from a concerned mother and grandmother in Minnesota: “Please pray for my son and his son. Please pray against witchcraft attacks through the birth mother of my grandson. There has been intense spiritual warfare over my grandson since he was born 15 years ago. His mother is heavily into the occult.”

From a young woman in Wisconsin: “Please pray for me. I grew up going to church but for the past ten years I have been studying a lot of different religions, mainly practicing Wicca for the last few years. Recently I have been reading your newspaper and the Bible and have had intense mental anguish over all this. I feel like the devil is pulling at me with a dark presence I can’t explain.”

From a man in South Dakota: “My wife and I were married in a Christian church ten years ago, but we haven’t been following God for most of our marriage. I’ve been more serious than she has, and now I just really feel like I need to get right with God again and I wish we could do this together. My wife has been into New Age stuff for a while now, like earth worship and native American spirits, and she has gotten more and more hostile to Christianity. She says if I want to be a Christian that’s fine, but Christianity doesn’t ‘work’ for her, and she is happy doing her own thing. But the closer I get to God, the meaner she gets toward me. I even have to hide just to read my Bible if I don’t want a fight…”

The great spiritual battle rages on: it is God, our Creator versus Satan, the deceiver. Where did it all start? Satan rebelled against God by refusing to worship Him, and by demanding to be worshiped himself. God cast him out and so now he seeks revenge. His greatest revenge is achieved by destroying the lives and souls of God’s precious children — you and me. He preys on the ignorant, the weak and vulnerable. He lies, he tempts and he leads his victims to eternal damnation. The worst thing anyone could ever do to me would be to hurt one of my kids. Surely any loving parent would feel the same. How much more must our Heavenly Father be crushed when His own dear children are led astray and slaughtered.

Now, if you don’t know God and understand Scripture, I’m sure this sounds as ridiculous, as primitive and superstitious as tales of Greek mythology. But I assure you, the story is true. And frighteningly real. In our human arrogance, we think we have “evolved,” that our intellect has expanded and our knowledge increased. We think we understand things now, because we’ve opened our minds to an amazing “universal consciousness,” through the teachings of the New Age.

Of course, most everyone believes in a Creator, a higher power. The true atheist is rare, indeed. But those who practice “New Age Spirituality” believe that all paths lead to God. Like the spokes of a wheel, leading to a central point. All peoples of the earth have their own traditions, their own understandings of who God is. God reveals Himself to all of us in many different, but “loving” ways, and it is our job to find, and then embrace the path that “works” for us, …accepting that all people are given their own special path to God, the ‘Great Spirit’ — and each one is equally valid and true.

Do not judge anyone by the path they choose, because we are all “one,” we are all on this journey together, and regardless of how we choose to get there, we will all eventually take our own personal path and arrive at the center of the “wheel,” as long as we embrace this journey with love. We will all find God in our own way, and that’s ok.

Have you heard this before? These are the modern teachings of the “New Age.” This “New Age” spirituality manifests in many ways and goes by many names… but the root of all these false teachings is the same: Lucifer, Satan, the devil. Now, I am sure that statement sounds terribly narrow minded and exceedingly arrogant. But please, if you are as open minded and loving as you claim to be, my enlightened New Age friends, I challenge you to hear me out.

Many New Agers delight to find some secret knowledge, perhaps even “ancient” wisdom that the world has long forgotten. Perhaps ancient wisdom that has been suppressed by self-serving religious leaders (namely Christians) who have hidden this knowledge away to maintain their own power over the people. Now, New Agers revere all sorts of writings and books, and often the older a book of knowledge is, the better. Yet they will recoil at the thought of reading God’s Holy Word, the Bible, which, ironically, has been proven beyond the shadow of a doubt, to be the most reliable work of antiquity the world has ever seen. Friends, know this: just because the Bible is freely available and not some “secret, hidden thing” does not mean it is not true. It simply means that no matter how much Satan and evil men through the centuries have tried to destroy it, it is still here. Miraculously and lovingly preserved by God for all generations, so we can know Him in a personal way, …if we really want to.

The first incidence of Lucifer deceiving mankind was in the Garden of Eden. There, he approached Eve, the first woman, when her husband was not around. This is significant. I am not being a “male chauvinist” when I say that God’s plan for a man included protecting and defending his wife. Not because women are stupider or more incompetent than men. Because Satan specifically targets women for abuse and deception. He goes after them deliberately and intensely because he hates women. Why? Perhaps it has something to do with the fact that God’s Son, Jesus Christ, would be born of a woman. Scripture tells us that there is enmity between Satan and women. He hates them intensely and he targets them directly.

The first thing Lucifer did to deceive mankind was to get Eve to question and doubt God. The lure was the promise of becoming “like God” with great knowledge and wisdom. This is the same lie that is told today in the form of “New Age Spirituality” — some forms of this religion even promise that you can become your own god when you evolve high enough spiritually and are reincarnated enough times.

Ever wonder why, in our culture today, it is “cool” to talk about all kinds of religion and spirituality — EXCEPT Jesus? The daytime talk shows are replete with pagan spirituality. Wicca, Transcendental Meditation, Yoga, Gaia worship, along with channeling, reincarnation, shamanism, occultism. Anything goes. EXCEPT Jesus. And if they DO speak of Jesus, I guarantee it will be by a teacher or author with some “new” concept of God and Christ that goes directly AGAINST the teachings of Scripture. They will claim to have some profound new way of looking at God, some brilliant new enlightened insight, but it is a lie. You see, God doesn’t change, and Satan doesn’t care which god you worship, as long as it isn’t the real one.

The Bible tells us in 2nd Timothy that these false teachers will go after women specifically, just as Satan does. In Chapter 3, Verses 6 & 7 we have this: “They…worm their way into homes and gain control over gullible women, who are loaded down with sins and are swayed by all kinds of evil desires, always learning but never able to come to a knowledge of the truth.” Once again, I am not bashing women here, nor is God’s word. But it is significant that Oprah, Ellen and other shows of this nature are watched mostly by women. And the content of these shows is often glorifying of New Age, false spirituality, NEVER true Christianity. This is by design. Because Satan hates women and he targets them purposely. These women love this stuff, and if you are one of them, I dare say you find my message today particularly offensive and possibly even cruel. But just as the Scripture tells us, you love studying these alternative spiritual practices, don’t you? They challenge your mind and excite you. You find it fascinating. You can’t get enough. But read the Scripture again: These false teachers have wormed their way into your home; they have gained control over your thoughts and your mind so that you will reject the God of the Bible and believe it is really YOUR idea, making your own choice; just as the Scripture says, you are “always learning, but never able to come to a knowledge of the truth.” In short, biblical Christianity “doesn’t work” for you. You don’t get it.

Another great lie of the devil is that “all you need is love.” If your “spiritual path” is done in love, then it is peaceful, good, pure and right, and all such beautiful paths will take you ultimately to God. But this is contrary to the Bible. What did Jesus say? “I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father, except by Me.” Since both concepts cannot be right, one must be wrong. The seeker sees two options: all paths are equally valid as long as they are loving. Except the Christian path, which is arrogant. Result: reject the Christian path… it is not loving or inclusive. Satan is big on counterfeit love. Currently, he is having a field day with the deception that “love is love” and that marriage can even be between two men or two women if that’s what you want; after all, if no one is hurt by it, why not?

This is another satanic deception. The theme of the Wiccan religion is: “if it hurts no one, do what you will.” Many of those practicing paganism and Wicca believe they are operating in love and benevolence. They see themselves as “good” witches, practicing “white” witchcraft. They really believe and embrace the freedom of, “if it hurt no one, do what you will.”

But have you heard of Aleister Crowley? He is one of the most famous satanists in history, and the author of the satanic “Book of the Law.” He channeled the book while on a trip to Egypt with his wife in 1904. While in a trance, he was given the words by a mysterious spirit who said, “I am the snake that giveth knowledge. To worship me, take wine and strange drugs whereof I will tell my prophet (Crowley)… and ‘Do what thou wilt’ shall be the whole of the law…”

And so here is the serpent, the snake, Lucifer, Satan admitting who he is. He comes promising to give knowledge. His succinct message: “Do what thou wilt.” To the Wiccans he says, “If it hurt no one, do what you will.” To Eve he said, “Did God really say…?” “You won’t surely die; for God knows that when you eat of it, your eyes will be opened and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.”

Satan is still promising to give knowledge and wisdom. He is still promising you can do as you please, that all paths lead to the same promise of god, and he even cloaks his demonic claws in a disguise of love. Scripture tells us he appears to us as an angel of light, so that we will believe him. If you’re caught up in strange spirituality that goes contrary to the Word of God, I challenge you to think on these things today. There is so much more to learn on this subject, and I will continue this teaching next time. Meanwhile, please, consider this: If what you THOUGHT you knew about your spirituality turned out to be WRONG, WHEN would you like to know?

“When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice; But when a wicked man rules, the people groan.” (Proverbs 29:2). Have you been groaning for the past eight years? As I sit down to write this message, Obama has less than a week left to occupy our White House. For some of you, by the time you hear this program, he will, Lord willing, already have left. I dearly HOPE that this will be the last time I need to speak about Barack Hussein Obama, but I feel it is necessary to bring closure to what has arguably been the most devastating eight years our country has ever endured at the hands of a single enemy within.

I remember the day he was chosen. Millions rejoiced and danced in the streets. The press labeled him the “new messiah,” because of the way millions seemed to worship him. As I watched the events unfold on televison that night, I?was reminded of the Israelites dancing around the golden calf, a false idol, as our rebellious country shook it’s collective fist at God Almighty. “At last,” the ‘liberals’ rejoiced — “we have an advocate who will do away with the last vestiges of our American heritage, and help us remake America in our own image.”

His first order of business was to make phone calls to leaders of Islamic countries around the world. No one knows what was said in those conversations, but immediately after that, he called a meeting of the joint chiefs to order “a new mission” for how our military would proceed going forward. He has since proven himself to be a loyal ally and adherent to Islam. He even wears a sacred ring on his finger, inscribed with the words, “There is no other god than allah.”

Time does not permit to even begin to address ALL the ways this single individual has harmed our nation. But let’s take a few minutes and reveiw the Obama legacy.

After a world-wide apology tour, bowing down to Islamic kings, princes and leaders, he got to work. He filled his staff with devout Muslims. Perhaps you are not aware of this. Let me clue you in: John Brennan, current head of the CIA is a Muslim. Obama’s top advisor is Valerie Jarret, a Muslim born in Iran where her parents still live. She wrote her college thesis on how she wanted to change America into a Muslim-friendly nation.

Hillary Clinton’s top advisor, even as Secretary of State, was Huma Abedin, whose family is part of the Muslim Brotherhood. The Assistant Secretary for Policy Development for HOMELAND SECURITY is also a Muslim. The Homeland Security Advisor HIMSELF is a Muslim. Another Obama advisor has been Salam al-Marayati, founder of the Muslim Public Affairs Council. And are you aware Obama has a “Sharia Czar?” That would be Imam Mohamed Magid of the Islamic Society of North America.

Nancy Pelosi appointed Representative Andre Carson as the first Muslim lawmaker on the House of Representatives Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. Carson receives intelligence on the threat of Islamic militants in the Middle East. He has suggested that US?schools should be modeled after Islamic madrassas, where education is based on the Qu’ran. And you may remember Minnesota congressman Keith Ellison, as he took HIS oath of office on a copy of the Qu’ran.

Before Obama took office, intelligence reports and training manuals for the military showed clear evidence of the threat of Islamic terrorism. But Obama took care of that, literally ERASING from every official document, every instance where Islam was linked to terror. Many have wondered, why, in the face of clear evidence, on a CONTINUAL, DAILY BASIS, why Obama would steadfastly refuse to utter the words “Islamic terror.” BECAUSE, You see, to do so would be to blaspheme Islam, an offense punishable by death.

But what about the rest of his legacy? In his farewell speech, he claimed “the American people are much better off today than before I took office.” According to the Independent Journal Review, he claimed, “healthcare costs are rising at the lowest rate in fifty years.” But today, Americans are facing another round of cancelled insurance plans and premium increases. In some states, premiums increased more than 100% this year.

He also claimed, “race relations are better than they were 10, or 20 or 30 years ago.” Tell that to the citizens of Chicago, St. Louis, Baltimore, Milwaukee or any number of other cities where Obama has done his best to inflame racial tension, division and hatred.

Obama also claimed, “We shut down Iran’s nuclear weapons program without firing a shot.” In point of fact, in addition to billions of dollars given to the Iranians, the Obama administration just recently agreed to another shipment of uranium to Iran — 116 metric tons — enough to build ten nuclear bombs. In addition, his “Deal” with Iran includes a stipulation that they are allowed to “self monitor” their nuclear program. In other words, we are “taking their word for it,” even as they continue to shout “Death to America,” and are vowing to wipe Israel off the map.

He claimed, “No foreign terrorist organization has planned and executed a terror attack”?on American soil while he was in office. Time does not permit to list all the Islamic attacks on American soil, because they have gone on constantly. But let us remember all the murders committed by Muslims here in America as fathers killed their own children in “honor killings.” And in 2009, the founder of a Muslim TV station in Buffalo, New York who beheaded his wife because he found out she was seeking a divorce.

Then there was the attack on the military recruiting station in Little Rock Arkansas in 2009. Another Islamic “honor killing in Glendale, Arizona in November of 2009, when a father ran his daughter over with a car for being too “westernized.” Three days later, a Muslim gunned down thirteen unarmed soldiers in Fort Hood, Texas while shouting praises to allah. Ashtabula, Ohio, 2013: a Muslim walked into a church service with a Quran and shot his father to death while praising allah. Three weeks later, the Boston Marathon bombing.

And let us never forget Colleen Hufford, who was beheaded at her job in Moore, Oklahoma by Islamic co-worker Alton Nolen. Or the two New York police officers ambushed by Muslims in Brooklyn that same year. How could we forget what happened in Garland, Texas, when two people were killed by Muslims at a community center, where an event was taking place that featured cartoon drawings of Mohammad? Then there was the Islamic suicide attack at a recruiting center in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Need I mention San Bernardino in 2015?? Orlando Florida last June? Or St. Cloud Minnesota, where a Muslim brutally stabbed ten people at a shopping mall after first asking them if they were Christians. ISIS itself claimed responsibility, calling the attacker, “a soldier of the Islamic State.” And most recently, the carnage that took place at the Fort Lauderdale airport. These are only a few of the instances of Islamic terrorism in our country since Obama has been in office. I’d be here all day if I were to attempt to list them all. You see, Obama LIES. In Islam, it’s known as Taqiyya.

He also singlehandedly increased our national debt more during his eight year tenure than all other US presidents combined. His family vacations alone cost American taxpayers $85 Million.

We have an all time record high of Americans who are no longer in the work force. Average household incomes have dropped substantially. Under Obamacare, the average family plan now costs $18,000 a year, substantially more than most people pay for their mortgages…. and because of absurdly high deductibles, most never receive anything of value from their mandated insurance policies. We have a record number of Americans on welfare and 45 million Americans living in poverty.

Obama has also fomented hatred between citizens and police and even today, in our nation’s capitol, the Obama democrats are proudly displaying a painting which depicts police officers as pigs. He has also worked to weaken, feminize and homosexualize our military. This past July, the Pentagon issued a comprehensive manual detailing protocol for service members undergoing a sex-change transition, providing them with extended time off and a host of other special benefits. The manual also mandates how heterosexual service members are required to submit to the new rules and accept the special privileges afforded to “transgenders.” Incidentally, those with Obamacare insurance will find they are covered for sex-change operations, while the elderly and military veterans are often denied coverage for critical and necessary healthcare. Need I mention his attempt to force transgenderism into all our public schools, allowing boys to use the girls’ restroom and shower facilities and vice versa?

Further, Obama has undermined our Constitution, writing his own laws using his magic pen and phone, and allowing the Supreme Court to make laws on their own out of thin air, to fit his “new world order” agenda. He has promoted socialism, using his skills as a Community Organizer, skills honed by the likes of Bill Ayers and his mentor, Saul Alinsky. He’s alienated our allies around the globe while bowing down to Islamic leaders worldwide. He’s erased our borders to allow a free flow of illegal immigrants into our country. These illegals are then transported and dispersed nationwide, and given free housing, healthcare, welfare and a myriad of other government benefits, all paid for by you and me…. while WE go without. He’s flooded our cities with Muslims. And he has used the IRS and the EPA?to attack those who object to his tyranny.

One of his favorite things to do is to bask in the spotlight and rub elbows with celebrities, and of course, raise funds. I do not recall any other “president” in my lifetime handing out so many Presidential Medals of Freedom. Here is just a short list of some of the recipients who received Medals of Freedom from Obama:

Meryl Streep • Barbara Streisand • Robert DeNiro • Tom Hanks • Cicely Tyson • Stevie Wonder • Gloria Estefan • James Taylor • Bruce Springsteen • Warren Buffet • Oprah Winfrey • Ellen DeGeneres • Bill Gates • Harvey Milk • Gloria Steinem • Angela Merkel • Madeline Albright • Stephen Hawking • Billie Jean King, and most recently, Joe Biden. Can anyone say “PAY TO PLAY?!”

As we prepare for Donald Trump to take office, I?am encouraged; finally, we will have someone in the Oval Office who is actually an American, legally, and at heart. He has lived the American dream, and he has accomplished REAL things in the REAL world. He has not spent his entire life as a politician, nor has he spent his life as a professional anarchist or Community Organizer. I truly believe he wants to unite this country and lead us out of the pit of socialism and tyranny we have all had to endure for so long. He can’t do it alone, but he has surrounded himself with the best and the brightest of advisors, not because they have passed the Muslim Litmus Test, or because they made large contributions to his campaign, but simply because they are the best ones for the jobs.

Having said that, I don’t believe Trump knows much at all about Christianity. But neither is he a Muslim or a socialist, and he is willing to identify the enemy and protect and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic. I honestly do not believe that was true of his predecessor.

I still have some concerns and reservations about Trump, don’t get me wrong. He has a lot to learn, but there is hope. As Christians and as Americans, we need to hold him accountable as he has promised to drain the swamp in DC. Now is not the time to withdraw, saying “peace, peace, when there is no peace.” For we know from Scripture, it is when people are saying “Peace and safety,” that destruction will come suddenly. We should never look to ANY government or leader to be our “messiah.” GOD is our king, and He has instructed us to not be cowardly, but rather to stand up and as HIS Church, once again be a restraining influence, salt and light in a world ruled by darkness.

It’s going to be hard work for all of us. The battle is only just beginning. The devil’s team is not ashamed or hesitant to spread his lies. And like trapped wild beasts, they are now about to lash out and fight for the false gods they worship.

As a new day dawns on America, I pray we are ready to stand against the attacks of the enemies within that are surely coming. It is because the Church has been so apathetic that we have suffered the Lord’s wrath for so long. If we repent and turn now, back to God, He promises to hear our prayers and heal our land. I pray we will have the courage and the willingness to be true Christians, unashamed to represent and glorify HIM, and that we may all be part of the healing process that is so needed in our country…so that when we meet Jesus face to face, He will know us, and we will hear those joyous words, “well done, thy good and faithful servant.”
