I defy anyone to question the title statement after reading this article.
The 1913 Coup resulted in the government being funded by income taxes rather than by tariffs/excise taxes, which had funded the government since the founding. At the same time we also got the unconstitutional Privately-Owned Federal Reserve Bank and Tax-Free Foundations, which were an essential part of the Coup to enslave us. Income taxes required a Constitutional Amendment, and there is ample evidence that the required number of states did not ratify it (more criminality!). Also, the manner of determining the tax is unconstitutional.
All of this was a Coup that destroyed the Constitutional Republic and doomed its citizens to endless wars, reduced living standards, and loss of God-given rights. This was the work of the Parasitic Super-Rich Ruling Class (PSRRC) and their bribed minions in both political parties.
In the meantime, the bureaucrats in the administrative state were enriching themselves by robbing us blind and weaponizing government against the people.
In simple terms. the PSRRC deprived us of our Constitutional Government (The United States of America) and replaced the majority of it with a Criminal Enterprise in the form of a similar-sounding corporation (“United States”) where the Constitution does not apply!.
The PSRRC then proceeded to make wars for profit, steal everything in sight, impoverish the people, deny the people’s rights, kill millions of innocents and tens of thousands of our military. None of this would be possible without the income tax.
All wars for the last 79 years were unconstitutional because there was no Declaration of War. Congress ignored the Constitution so PSRRC could profit from wars and pay them bribes.
Remember, our Constitution is the Supreme Law of the land and the only legal basis for government. A majority of so-called federal government is not legal, and is therefore a Criminal Enterprise.
Under the Constitution, the federal establishment is not a sovereign government, as it is a subservient creature of the states authorized to perform a strictly limited number of services (Enumerated Powers).
But the worm was turned by traitors with the Coup of 1913, in direct contravention of the Constitution. Our Supreme Law requires that federal establishment be funded by tariffs/excise taxes, allowing the states adequate funds to support their Constitutional functions.
Income taxes after the 1913 Coup reversed the role of the states, giving the federal establishment the funds to usurp constitutional functions of the states. States are now being blackmailed by the federal establishment, with all power being concentrated in DC.
We now know the wisdom of our founders in concentrating power in the states where services for the people could be maximized at minimum cost. The income tax sucks up all the money and power, resulting in waste, fraud and abuse in biblical amounts producing inadequate services at a bankrupting cost.
The irrefutable truth is that you cannot have a Constitutional government financed with an income tax. You must also have law enforcement to keep the crooks in Congress and the bureaucracy honest!
The FBI for the most part is a sick joke and responsible for allowing and protecting wholesale waste, fraud and abuse in government. The FBI has been corrupt since its founding. I doubt it can be reformed. It has no legitimate police powers in the states other than very few listed in the Enumerated Powers. Congress cannot give the FBI powers in the states not authorized by the Enumerated Powers. Congress has, of course, already done this. I also doubt that the FBI is legal, as the Constitution specifies that the laws of the union are to be enforced by the Militia of the Several States. Over 100 years ago the Militia was converted into the National Guard by Congress with the unconstitutional Dick Act that also concentrated power in DC.
America prospered on tariffs until the Coup of 1913 when income taxes were used for the first time, unconstitutionally concentrating all power in the federal establishment at the expense of the states and the people.
