We’ve all seen the incredible, obscene lies blasted all over the Internet for decades by career politicians (One of the worst is low-IQ Comrade U.S. Rep. AOC)
I haven’t owned a propaganda box (TV) for almost 10 years. ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC and a few others have owned the “news” broadcast world in the U.S. for as long as 60 years. (Sort of late comer, FOX, hit cable like a storm as being a conservative voice.) The “legacy” media hosts lie right there on the screen and uniformed or deranged viewers believe those lies. Let me give you one example. This from “the most trusted news man in America”, Walter Chronkite, AFTER he retired:
“It seems to many of us that if we are to avoid the eventual catastrophic world conflict we must strengthen the United Nations as a first step toward a world government patterned after our own government with a legislature, executive and judiciary, and police to enforce its international laws and keep the peace. To do that, of course, we Americans will have to yield up some of our sovereignty. That would be a bitter pill. Since the senseless, heinous assassination of Charlie Kirk last week, the Internet has gone insane printing bald-faced lies to outright threats against “MAGA” supporters and high-profile Republicans. A wounded animal is very dangerous and believe me, the DCPUSA (Democrat Communist Party USA) is badly wounded right now. The assassination of Charlie Kirk isn’t turning out so well and so the liars for hire (and Hollywood “stars”) have ramped up their disgusting commentaries and screeching about “free speech”.
Yep. Trump is a Fascist! even though these brainwashed “adults” who attend expensive colleges don’t even know what Fascism is – in fact, they know nothing but simply parrot the lies fed them by highly paid blabber mouths on TV, college professors or “influencers”. Average Americans (we don’t burn down cities or kill people who disagree with us) keep asking how does the media put out gargantuan lies about events and people and get away with it?
Well, until some guy named Jimmy Kimmell apparently stepped in it following the Kirk murder and was canned. Of course it was all about money, not his vile lies. Kimmels’ network was losing tens of MILLIONS every year because apparently no one was watching his sleep aid, er, show. I’d heard the name, of course, but I’ve never watched any of the so-called ‘late night shows in my life. I think I watched Johnny Carson maybe half an hour total. Working so off to bed before any of those late night “comedy shows”. But, from all I’ve read, Johnny Carson and Jay Leno were great at what they did – entertain.
As for “news” (radio, newspapers, boob tube, Internet), here’s a news flash for you: The Media Can Legally Lie, April 29, 2010. This was a case where investigative reporters were fired by FOX out of Tampa, Florida. What those reporters uncovered was not going to get broadcasted – just like the truth about those COVID-19 bioweapon injections.
From the article above: “Back in December of 1996, Jane Akre and her husband, Steve Wilson, were hired by FOX as a part of the Fox “Investigators” team at WTVT in Tampa Bay, Florida. In 1997 the team began work on a story about bovine growth hormone (BGH), a controversial substance manufactured by Monsanto Corporation. The couple produced a four-part series revealing that there were many health risks related to BGH and that Florida supermarket chains did little to avoid selling milk from cows treated with the hormone, despite assuring customers otherwise.” (Ah, Monsanto…)
What resulted was the reporters sued FOX (they were fired), it went to the appellate court and the black robes ruled: “In February 2003, a Florida Court of Appeals unanimously agreed with an assertion by FOX News that there is no rule against distorting or falsifying the news in the United States.”
Just like me when I filed a federal fraud, waste & abuse formal complaint against my own job with the USAF AG, Jane Akre and her husband, Steve Wilson had no whistleblower protection back then. In their case, it involved the FCC. From the analysis of the case: “The court implied there was no restriction against distorting the truth. Technically, there was no violation of the news distortion because the FCC’s policy of news distortion does not have the weight of the law. Thus, said the court, Akre-Wilson never qualified as whistleblowers.”
Public trust in the “Mockingbird” media? When pigs fly. Public trust of what comes out of the mouth of dumb or corrupt members of CON-gress like Comrade Sen. Mazie Hirono, Comrade Sen. Adam Schiff, Comrade Rep. Jamie Raskin and yes, even some Republicans? When elephants fly.
Independent media has gained more public trust over the past two decades which makes us dangerous. Slowly but we’re winning for truth. Unfortunately, some of what I read is not accurate; I believe some of the so-called “conservative” web sites are actually fakes who deliberately post nonsense or provable lies to lead concerned Americans astray. Mark my words: AI will be a big contributor down the road.
It is we, the independent media with dedicated Americas giving of their time that have been educating Americans since the home computer became as common as a coffee maker. The independent media is the future. We can only continue to grow but it takes money. Just as money is mother’s milk in politics, so too is it for independent media as they have bills to pay. Recently a couple of pretty good conservative sites simply closed down for good as they had no more operating capitol.
