Probably like tens and tens of millions of Americans, I didn’t give a great deal of thought about the FDA other than it’s a government agency that approves drugs and treatments that are allegedly safe for humans and animals. The American people (under, say, age 90) have grown up with so many federal alphabets soup agencies, they’ve become immune to the dastardly deeds done by these unelected officials – except when it hits their life.

That agency derives its jurisdiction from treaties (circumvent the Constitution) and has been getting away with destroying people’s health for decades, and in too many cases, the result is death. The FDA is nothing more than another out of control agency answerable to no one.

Back in 2004, I wrote a piece on Donald Rumsfeld and aspartame. The mail came flooding in with accusations that aspartame was perfectly safe because the ghouls at the FDA said so! I followed up the deluge with a column under my own by-line; Aspartame Concerns – Junk Science, Quack Doctors?

Dr. Betty Martini has been a pioneer in exposing the devastating effects of ingesting that deadly chemical. Naturally, she’s been attacked on a regular basis as have doctors and scientists who have studied the effects of aspartame on the human body – particularly the brain. Anyone who dares expose the truth which cuts into the profits of the big pharma houses is persecuted by the pimps at the Federal Death Administration. Many are political prisoners for doing nothing more than trying to naturally treat their patients.

In 2007, our former governor (TX), Rick Perry, issued an Executive Order that blew up in a NY second regarding forcing 6^th grade girls to get this new HPV vaccine, GARDASIL. Our state legislature struck back like lightening and Perry ended up eating his EO. Oh, not because he cared about the health of young girls, but purely for political reason$.

Perry walks back his HPV vaccine stance, Aug. 19, 2011 – “So why would Rick Perry sign this executive order so unpopular within his own political base? The answer may be in his relationship with Merck & Co (the pharmaceutical company responsible for creating the HPV vaccine GARDASIL) and the advocacy organization Women in Government.”

Judicial Watch: 16 new deaths from Gardasil vaccine, Sept. 30, 2010 – “Records Document 3,589 Adverse Reactions Related to Gardasil between May 2009 and September 2010, including 213 Cases Resulting in Permanent Disability

The ghouls at the FDA need to be held accountable, but they never are. Too many of them come from big pharma companies. And, of course, it’s all about the money – BIG money. “Once again government has taken something that was both cheap and beneficial and turned it into a monopoly that hurts the general public and drives up the cost of medical care to the benefit of Big Pharma.”

Economists Against the FDA, Sept. 1, 2000: “Today men with risk of heart trouble know to take half an aspirin a day. By 1988 it was well established that aspirin greatly reduces the risk of myocardial occlusion. But for years the FDA forbade aspirin makers from advertising that fact (the FDA still significantly restricts advertising about it). The FDA surely killed tens, and quite possibly hundreds, of thousands of Americans by this restriction alone.[4]

“The FDA delays, stifles, and suppresses life-saving drugs and devices. Such drugs and devices as Practolol, Interleukin-2, Taxotere, Vasoseal, Ancrod, Glucophage, Navelbine, Lamictal, Ethyol, Photofrin, Rilutek, Citicoline, Panorex, Femara, Prostar, Omnicath, and Transform have been subject to long delays, killing tens of thousands and causing awful suffering.[5]”

Big pharma OWN not just greedy career politicians in CONgress but also our state legislatures. Their media presence on the boob tube is incredible. HUGE advertising bux. In Feb. 2022, I spent 4 days in the hospital for pneumonia. On Oct. 30, 2023, I had spine fusion surgery; overnight stay because I’m a widow. August 27, 2024, vascular surgeon removed an entire vein from my left leg; incision about 14”. Groin to below my knee; overnight in the hospital again because I would be home alone. Had to board my furr-babies a week each time so I could take care of myself.

Since I haven’t owned a TV for 8 years, what did I do laying in a hospital bed? Why the TV, of course! Only watched one channel, ID, the whole time. EVERY commercial break (which I muted) was a pill for this, a pill for that, shots for the flu and on and on. Actually, I was shocked and it takes a lot to shock me anymore. A 4–5-minute commercial break and you might see one for laundry detergent.

I recently became aware of relatively new FDA approved arthritis drugs for dogs and cats. Anyone whose read my columns over the decades and receives my free email alerts knows how much I love dogs. Been a dog owner for 57 years; all rescues from dog pounds, humane societies or rescue organizations. The article I saw caught my eye as my Tibetan Mastiff is 14-15 years old and has some arthritis. My severely physically abused over time Cardigan Corgi (I’ve had two years now) has some arthritis. He’s about 12 now. No one wanted him because he was considered a “senior” at ag 10; he spent 10 months in a cage when I adopted him. I wanted Cesar; I love him dearly.

But, after reading the article I happened on, I spent quite a bit of time researching, pros and cons. I’m not a doctor, veterinarian and have zero training so I must rely on CREDIBLE sources in order to make an informed decision. So, FDA, keep your goons harnessed, this isn’t canine medical advice.

Pet owners must ask their vet about side effects because they are endless and too many deaths. Below are but a small number of articles by vets or researchers about those drugs approved by the Federal Death Administration (FDA).

Solensia is the same drug used to control pain from osteoarthritis in cats. Despite its promise of relief from arthritis pain, Librela & Solensia have resulted in thousands of adverse reactions, leaving dogs & cats in agony and their owners desperate for answers. It is imperative that action is taken to address this urgent issue.

Too many pet owners have had to surrender their beloved companions because vet bills are through the roof. But, with inflation and all these new FDA approved “safe” drugs for your furr babies – that in this case appears to hurt your furr babies – more trips to the vet you can’t afford for something that could have been prevented.

Per the suit, there is no available antidote should a pet have an adverse reaction to the long-acting drug, which was approved by the FDA in 2023 to treat osteoarthritis-related pain and is administered by injection on a monthly basis.

“The suit alleges misrepresentations about Librela by manufacturer Zoetis, the world’s largest animal health company by sales, have caused “millions upon millions of dollars in damages for pet owners,” with the company to date continuing to maintain that the drug is safe for dogs.

“The plaintiff, a Florida resident, says that within days of the first administration of Librela, her dog, Jake, a poodle mix diagnosed with coxofemoral osteoarthritis, began to experience drastically increased thirst, decreased appetite, limited mobility and worsening pain. In May of this year, Jake had to be euthanized as his condition had “become so dire and his quality of life so poor that there was only one humane option,” the lawsuit states.”

Trust the FDA or CDC (Center for Disease Creation)? When pig’s fly.

I know we as a nation are in dire straits on so many levels; the rot and corruption run deep from city councils, unconstitutional cabinets and agencies to the WH. But, our beloved pets bring joy and comfort during the bad times. They are companions for the lonely, not to mention guide dogs for the blind and saving lives every day. I know I’m prejudiced, but I believe dogs are a gift from God. They only want love, not being beaten on a regular basis. The love they give back is priceless.

Thanksgiving is in four days. From all I’ve read, yes, some dog foods are turkey but not the same as you might be cooking: no spices, onions, etc. You might wish to look up feeding your furr baby turkey on Thanksgiving – especially not giving them turkey bones.

Entire families swept away by thousands of tons of mud; As Pue says, winter is here and you can imagine living in a tent right now in that region is simply beyond words. Come January, a VERY serious plan targeting DoD and our state legislatures must be started about what really happened during Helene in that area – here we’re talking about weather manipulation which is very real.

That makes FDA guilty of Title 18, Section 1001 of knowingly misinforming the public on aspartame, the same law the FDA themselves used on the original manufacturer of aspartame, Searle, for lying and misinforming.

“You say, “Aspartame is one of the most thoroughly tested and studied food additive the Food and Drug Administration (FDA or the Agency) has ever approved. More than 100 toxicological and clinical studies reviewed by FDA confirm that aspartame is safe for the general population.” Now here’s the real truth of the matter on those studies:

“On January 10, l977 in a 33 page letter, FDA Chief counsel Richard Merrill recommended to U.S. Attorney Sam Skinner that a grand jury investigate Searle for “apparent violations of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, 21 U.S.C. 331 (e), and the False Reports to the Government Act, 18, U.S.C. 1001, for “their willful and knowing failure to make reports to the Food and Drug Administration required by the Act, 21 U.S.C. 355 (i), and for concealing material facts and making false statements in reports of animal studies conducted to establish the safety of aspartame.” The FDA calls special attention to studies investigating the effect of NutraSweet on monkeys and hamsters.

“Both U.S. Prosecutors Sam Skinner and William Conlon hired on with the defense team and the statute of limitations expired. Who does that surprise? We know the power of the pharmaceutical industry. Don’t want to get indicted just hire the prosecutors. When the District Attorney goes to work for the godfather expect acquittal.

“In August, l977 The Bressler Report (FDA audit) compiled by FDA investigators and headed by Jerome Bressler, was released. The report found 98 of the 196 animals died during one of Searle’s studies and weren’t autopsied until later dates, in some cases over one year after they died.

“Records for approximately 30 animals showed substantial differences between original observations on pathology sheets and the observations on pathology sheets submitted to the FDA. There were numerous other inconsistencies and errors noted. For example, a rat was reported alive, then dead, then alive, then dead again; a mass, a uterine polyp and ovarian neoplasms were found in animals but not reported or diagnosed in Searle’s reports. The FDA investigators found dose-related uterine polyps in 15% of 34 animals.

“And you have the audacity to say aspartame is safe? And this is just the tip of the iceberg. I personally spoke to Jerome Bressler as did Dr. H. J. Roberts and Dr. Russell Blaylock.” Rest at link.
