Corrupt Adam Shifty Schiff’s Schitt Show should have ended on Friday, November 15, 2019.
Based on sworn testimony by a handful of ‘key material witnesses’ – minus the alleged whistleblower who never was a whistleblower but rather a purveyor of 2nd and 3rd hand hearsay – it’s over folks. A non-whistleblower who will not testify which should tell even the most rabid Trump haters something is very wrong here.
As Gregg Jarrett, an attorney himself, points out:
“Article II of the Constitution gives the president sweeping power to conduct foreign affairs, negotiate with leaders of other nations, make demands or offer promises. The Constitution does not grant the power of review, approval or disapproval to spies or other unelected officials in the executive branch.
“The ICWPA law defines the parameters of an “urgent concern” complaint as an abuse or violation of law “relating to the funding, administration, or operations of an intelligence activity involving classified information, but does not include differences of opinions concerning public policy matters.” The president’s conversation with a foreign leader does not seem to fall under this whistleblower definition.
“It appears the acting Director of National Intelligence (DNI) agrees with this assessment. His agency’s general counsel wrote a letter stating the complaint did not meet the ICWPA definition because it involved conduct “from someone outside the intel community and did not relate to intelligence activity”, according to a report by Fox News. This is why the DNI refused to forward the complaint to congress.”
Quid Pro Quo has gone the way of the dinosaur – for some:

After the testimony of the first herd, it became apparent there was no quid pro quo, ‘Pencil Neck’ as Rush Limbaugh is fond of referring to that scumbag, Schiff, had to change allegations once again which I will get to in a moment.
Let me once again reinforce a very important point. An investigation into Hunter Biden and his corrupt cronies at Burisima started before Trump became president. His comment during the phone call to Ukranian President Zelensky was referring to Hunter Biden, not his corrupt father. Ukraine officials were not investigating Biden, Sr. It was Biden Jr., and his corrupt business partners.
The fact that Joe Biden entered the presidential race for the 2020 election was a calculated risk that old fool took knowing the dirt his son is buried under just might get hauled out by a giant bulldozer named Trump.
Yovanovitch knew of the investigation into Hunter Biden and Burisima and did nothing about it – despite the anti-corruption treaty between the US and Ukraine. That is a fact backed by her own mouth. Yovanovitch Admits Burisma Probe Was Open when Biden Pressured Ukraine to Fire Prosecutor
This past Friday, the Grand Dame prominently featured during the low-drama political theater called an impeachment inquiry, former Ukranian Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch, mewed about her recall by President Trump. Boo-hoo. She acts like Trump did something no other president has ever done: Recall an ambassador for which he needs no reason as they ‘serve at the pleasure of the president’. Oops:

If you haven’t seen Friday’s closing act starring Yovanovitch, I encourage you to watch this four-minute clip. Please keep in mind Yovanovitch was Ambassador to Ukraine from August 29, 2016 – May 20, 2019. The phone call between Trump and Zelensky was on July 25, 2019.
Rep. Devin Nunes shows her testimony is worthless and a complete waste of time. It should have ended right then and there. Why Nunes handed the baton to their counsel to chat with Yovanovitch for a long, boring time is beyond me. Their counsel’s questions were beyond snooze and had zip to do with the phone call. Jeez. I had to keep reminding myself to stay awake watching that worthless exchange so I could do this column.
“I don’t really have that many questions for you,” Nunes told the former ambassador. “You admitted in your opening statement that you don’t have any firsthand knowledge of the issues that we’re looking into.”
“I’m not exactly sure what the ambassador is doing here today. This is the House Intelligence Committee which has now turned into the House Impeachment Committee. This seems more appropriate for the subcommittee on Human Resources at the Foreign Affairs Committee if there are issues with employment and the administration… instead of an impeachment hearing where the ambassador is not a material fact witness,” Nunes said.”
Yovanovitch no doubt wished she could go back to her current cushy job as a Senior State Department Fellow at Georgetown University’s Study of Diplomacy. Despite the endless fawning from every Demorat on that committee for Yovanovitch’s stellar career, it appears there might be more to her image.
Adam Schiff’s first witness today was herself accused of obstruction of justice and perjury: “Yovanovitch has been accused by Ukrainian prosecutors of preventing criminal evidence from being given to AG William Barr and was exposed as lying under oath during her testimony to Adam Schiff’s double secret hearings in the congressional basement.”
Going back to the alleged quid pro quo – and this should put that one to bed before Demorats continue making fools of themselves. Again. ‘THE CALL’ was July 25, 2019:

“Recall, previously released text messages showed Gordon Sondland defending Trump and making it clear there was no quid pro quo in the President’s communications with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
“As I said on the phone, I think it’s crazy to withhold security assistance for help with a political campaign,” Ambassador Bill Taylor said referencing a Politico article in a text exchange with Sondland.
“Sondland responded by saying that was not what was happening. “Bill, I believe you are incorrect about President Trump’s intentions. The President has been crystal clear: no quid pro quo’s of any kind. The President is trying to evaluate whether Ukraine is truly going to adopt the transparency and reforms that President Zelensky promised during his campaign.”

During Prissy Yovanovitch’s worthless testimony, Trump sent out a scathing tweet criticizing Shifty Schiff’s star witness. Think Trump doesn’t have her entire career dossier – up to and including when he decided to fire her for incompetence? And her cables with other diplomats both US and Ukraine?
Now, since Yovanovitch was testifying she knew nothing about Trump’s tweet. Fear not! Knight in black armor, Pencil Neck, gleefully rides in and proceeds to read Trump’s tweet out loud. Poor Adam. He was so excited telling on Trump his unusually large eyeballs actually bested global bull frogs.
Immediately, the Democrats went ballistic, political pundits and their prostitute media who serve the Democratic/Communist Party USA all released such a load of political gas you could see the cloud from the Pacific Ocean.
Pray tell how did Trump intimidate Yovanovitch who later said she ‘felt intimidated’? I guess she might be clairvoyant among her yet to be discovered other talents. She was able to see his tweet through extra sensory contact!
Intimidating a witness. Here is the legal definition. Witness intimidation means the threatening of a crucial court witnesses by pressure or extortion to compel him/her to not to testify.
Yovanovitch was already testifying to knowing nothing. Trump did nothing to prevent her from testifying and in fact, I think he wanted her to stick her foot in her mouth.
So, where do we go from here? New “witnesses” are giving Star Chamber “testimony” and on Tuesday the horse and pony show cranks up again. For what?
Quid pro quo has been sunk.

Witness intimidation isn’t going to wash, either, despite the ravings of politicians and dried up old prunes like John Dean, ex-White House counsel for Richard Nixon who pled guilty to one felony charge. I know! Let’s bring dear Sgt. Schultz to testify. Millions of Americans remember his lovable character on Hogan’s Heroes and would love to see him again. I know nuthin! I see nuthin! I hear nuthin! Because that’s exactly what this political farce has been from day one.
Hopefully the American people will vent to their Demorat reps in the House and Senate to stop this pre-election smear now.
