Tax & Spend Democrats control Both Chambers in Oregon

We all know that increasing taxes is a bad move, especially when there is no need.

This should be a political truism. This is obvious to all except those in positions of power. They just can’t escape their passion for spending your money.

Just last month, the quarterly revenue forecast showed Oregon’s ending balance is higher by $309.5 million than last forecast. You might think Gov. Kotek would be satisfied.

Yet like all collectivists, there is always a government agency (ODOT comes quickly to mind) or bureaucracy that needs your money to keep Gov. Kotek’s socialist fantasies alive. Gov. Kotek and her Democrat allies in the Legislature are desperate to sustain the unsustainable by increasing hardworking families already needlessly high taxes.

The Democrat majority controls both chambers of the Oregon legislature. Therefore they control all of the laws, rules, regulations and taxes that are hounding you and your family.

Take this chance to fight back by using the 2025 Political Tax Credit. This credit simply removes $50/single or $100/married of your tax dollars from the State’s coffers and allows you to redirect that money to a Candidate or PAC that supports your values.

Use your $50 the way you want – Use it or Lose it!

When using Tax Form 40, the Political Tax Credit contribution is noted on line 26. You and your spouse can both claim a $50 tax credit for your contributions.

For your Political Contribution Credit, fill in your total political contributions, but not more than $100 on a joint return or $50 on all others, for contributions made during the 2025 calendar year.

Contributions to the following apply:

♥ A qualified candidate (or the candidate’s principal campaign committee) for federal, state, or local office to be voted for in Oregon.

♥ This is the LAST year you can use this Credit! Use it Today!

♥ It may not be claimed for tax years beginning on, or after January 1, 2026.
