Whether unbelievers want to accept it or not, down on this earth we are living in a demonized world. If you doubt this, all you have to do to be convinced is read your newspaper or watch your television newscast and we can see the footprints of Satan all over the world while he walks “to and fro in the earth.” (Job 1:7) As our evil adversary goes forth, he inspires people to do his bidding. Thus, much of the pain and misery we see in the world is inflicted by people under demonic influence. In fact, there are a growing number of individuals in the U.S. who knowingly and unabashedly worship Satan. The Jan. 5, 2018 L.A. Times said “a new generation of Los Angeles Satanists finds community blasphemous times.”
My afternoon “coffee” break is at 3 p.m. to turn on Dr. Phil. Recently for two days he had a guest called Jordan who was 23 years old, 5’ 6” tall and weighed 75# and starving. She was anorexic and her parents were sure she was going to die if they didn’t get help. She’s been to the ER 20 times costing her parents $100,000 to try to save her life. Her best friend is “Anna” who she can’t let go because of all the attention she receives and then there’s a boyfriend who claims to be her only support system. She says she doesn’t want to die but she enjoys the “shock factor” she receives when people see her emaciated body so she allowed Dr. Phil’s camera crew to go to her home, follow around as she shows off her spine, her ribs and skinny legs.
TUG Of WAR
But a tug of war has developed between her and her mother who she claims is influenced by her new husband who says she’s a manipulator and wants attention. Dr. Phil laughed as he tells the step father he is no therapist because he’s not cut out to be a listener and has no patience and the step father admitted he’s taken out a life insurance policy on her. Jordan claims her mother in the divorce was awarded guardianship of her “to keep her under her thumb” and she admitted she acts this way to “piss her mother off” and Dr. Phil blames the mother again. With these types of cases, Dr. Phil usually asks the parents, “Well, who raised her?”
CAN JORDAN BE SAVED
Bear in mind Dr. Phil has been a psychologist for 45 years and a Christian Baptist. He earns an annual salary of $88 million, thanks to the success of his long-running, daytime TV show now in its 14th season. He says, “Let’s assume she will harass her mother until death and gets a ‘high’ from seeing her parents fret. He said they should stop bribing her with material things, clothes, a car and special treats at the grocery store. While Dr. Phil does great things for many guests, I recall Goal #39 of the Communist Takeover of America is to dominate the psychiatric profession and use mental health laws as a means of gaining coercive control over those who oppose Communism. Today we have Prozac in the alleged Parkland school shooting on Valentine’s Day. While mass killers generally have guns in their hands, another commonality is that they often have psychiatric drugs in their blood and the drugs can cause homicidal ideation. TAKE A LEAP OF FAITH
Dr. Phil tells the parents to stop playing the game, stop rewarding bad behavior and take a leap of faith. I got excited. I thought he may talk to her about Jesus and God’s grace (2 Thes. 1:2) and that Peace is the world’s softest pillow that you can sleep on at night. It is the peace that comes when you know that your sins are forgiven. Peace comes, not from some psychological gyrations you go through, like YOGA or through counsels of a psychiatrist but it comes from a supernatural source, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. It’s available to sinners who turn to Christ so I’m continually befuddled that Dr. Phil avoids the subject of sin but does say, “Let me be very specific. Her health needs to be protected and she should be in the hospital receiving some very focused therapeutic intervention by professionals” and, of course, he just happened to have one in the audience. Jordan seemed willing to enter the program but he warned her, it was easy to say but she must be willing to comply. I recognize he tries to avoid lawsuits but I wondered how this scenario could have ended if he arose from his chair, placed a hand on her head and prayed in the name of Jesus for healing before exiting the platform to join his wife in the audience as they walked off together. The world is a terrible place and the church, which ought to have a message of hope and power for the world is not helping this demonized world. As a result, the church is being ridiculed and forbidden to speak up and in one sense, rightly so because the church is not about the Father’s business as it should be thanks to Madeleine O’Hair who became the almost only recognizable voice and face of atheism in America wanting prayer out of school. I was deeply disappointed to the lack of conversation in this subject which appears only the Catholic Church seems concerned.
However, I did have four people comment about the 9/11 Twin Towers. The one person that contacted me wanted to take the three lines I wrote about my daughter and 9/11 to set me straight which turned into quite a debate. She said her brother is a senior FDNY Hazmat who was responsible for examining the entire site and building 7 which also collapsed due to it being a storage area for NYPD with potentially explosive materials in the basement and I shouldn’t let the testimony of a “highly trained professional” ON SITE interfere with my inexplicable need to believe otherwise. There is NOT one FDNY or NYPD employee who responded to this debacle who questions in the slightest the official narrative…NO evidence of explosive devices such as dynamite at any place on site. The architectural engineer who worked on original construction did, however, publish an article in the New Yorker explaining that if they had been allowed to use encapsulate asbestos the frame would have held.
She said if I am one of the “kooks” who think the planes did not fly right into the buildings, then I was wrong. She said she was on the phone with her neighbor on the elevated portion of the F train into city telling her she was watching it from the subway car and her husband was standing on the street and saw it with his own eyes.
Sensing her anger, I debated whether I wanted to continue the discussion further about holograms and Oregon’s underground secret cloning facility which the CIA uses. Dr. Peter Beter in the late 70s and 80s reported it’s not an accident TEKTRONICS in Portland, Oregon does work/research with holograms.
Then there was a Naturopathic Doctor, Naval Nuclear Power School and a UCLA engineering school graduate who sent two attachments for my consideration regarding the twin tower collapse. One said, “Conspiracy theorists have long claimed that explosives downed World Trade Twin Towers. The long-awaited report from the National Institute of Standards conclusively rebuts those claims. Fire alone brought down the buildings and WTC 7 collapsed because of fires fueled by office furnishings explosives or from diesel fuel fires.”
And then there was the usual 1000+ word single-spaced e-mail from My New York popinjay with his usual jabberwocky (1Tim.1:6) berating President Trump and praising Obamacare, and saying gay people are normal people or perhaps he doesn’t think the lesbian couple – the Harts- who drove their car off a cliff into the Pacific Ocean killing six innocent adopted children was normal or the prominent LGBTQ New York city attorney, David Buckel (60) who led lawsuits legalizing same-sex marriage set himself on fire in Brooklyn on April 15 and left a note in a shopping cart not far from his body found by passers-by saying his suicide was a grisly protest against ecological destruction. Once again, could homosexuality and mental illness be the cause of these strange atrocious happenings?
He goes on to say most Christians aren’t bad people, but a tiny minority of them are vicious, evil, hateful, narrow-minded, tolerant (?) and self righteous jerks. Some of them are contributors to News With Views. (And nearly all of them have heard from this fellow just like me). He tells me I’m not a bad person, just terribly misguided. I tell him I pray for him. The religious right is the Christian Taliban. And last but not least (because I’ll hear from him again after he reads this article,) he says people who undergo exorcisms are not possessed by “demons,” which are entirely imaginary. They are mentally ill and need psychiatric help, not priests. I’ll let my readers be the judge.
Henry Makow in a 3/11/2013 article: EXCUSE ME, GAY IS NOT GOOD reported that Charles W. Socarides, M.D. (1922-2005) was clinical professor of psychiatry at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center in New York. Over 40 years, he treated hundred of gays and helped about 33% return to heterosexuality, are married and happily so with children. One third may not sound like a very good average but it is just about the same success rate you will find at the best treatment centers for alcoholics, like Hazelden in Minnesota and the Betty Ford Clinic in California.
And then let me close with the three word response to my Exorcism article: “You’re an idiot!” I responded, “Thank you” and she said “You are welcome.” Gotta love ‘em.
HATRED FOR CHRISTIANS IN THE LATTER DAYS
Now today Constitutionalists and Christians are mentally ill. As we saw in the old Soviet Union, the use of psychiatry as a weapon of totalitarianism was most effective. Hundred of “mental hospitals” were built in the 1930s and 40s to confine political dissidents and freedom-loving individuals.
I can relate to Daniel the prophet, who after being given a vision of the future reported in Daniel 8:27 “And I Daniel fainted, and was sick certain days; afterward I rose up, and did the king’s business, and I was astonished at the vision, but none understood it. What Daniel saw in his vision was so distressing that it made him physically ill for days. In Matthew 24 our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ gives us many details regarding the condition of the world in the latter days of the earth just before His second coming. One of the predominant characteristics of that time period is prevalent hatred. This is a hatred not only for God’s people but also hatred that wicked men have for each other as they turn on each other and betray one another. Matthew 24:9-10 tells us “then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake. And then shall many be of offended and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.” The hatred often leads to violence and this violence has caused great turmoil in the United States.
It’s all over the news about 72 year old former police officer Joseph James DeAngelo, who became known as the Golden State Killer and how he was apprehended after 40 years on the run for rape, murders and burglary. Simultaneously a Seattle policeman was sentenced on 3/22/2018 to six years in prison for playing a role in a drug trafficking ring. And last but not least, in February it was announced a new Monopoly game was to be released this fall teaching children to cheat and what they can get away with. Just what our kids need: Prozac, Police and Politicians!
