SECULARISM, FEDERALISM, INTERDEPENDENCE AND THE NEW WORLD ORDER
PART 5

In Part 4 of this series, I mentioned how television has been used by the Power Elite (PE) to manipulate the public. In the last few decades, there has been an increase in the number of TV ads that show flashing lights and quickly changing images. In Aldous Huxley's THE DEVILS OF LOUDUN (1952), he explained that techniques like these could be used to manipulate the masses. The process, according to Bill Strittmatter, works something like this. Though most of life's events are normal, our survival instinct causes us involuntarily to focus upon "highlighted moments" (e.g., a gun firing, a car screeching, a phone ringing). In the new TV ads over the last several decades, there are a number of "highlighted moments" per minute.

These may be zoom-in close-up shots of faces, flashing images of the product to be sold, etc. Your mind is involuntarily immersed in these quick changes, simply digesting the image. And because of this mental process, you cannot simultaneously engage in conscious objective thought and analysis about what you are seeing. You simply absorb the information in a manner similar to someone being hypnotized. And instead of the brain registering the sight (or mention) of a product only a few times as during a traditional 30-second or 60-second commercial, the flashing newer TV ads with quickly changing images may cause the brain to register the name of the product many times during the same 30-second or 60-second time period. Side effects from these types of ads are not only stress in viewers, but also a decline in attention span, and hyperactivity in children (many children begin to complain of being "bored" when not watching TV).

Many middle-aged people and most of those older might be "turned off" by flashing lights and quickly changing images, but the younger generation accustomed to MTV music videos find it attractive. About the mid-1980s, many individuals in MTV began to move into commercial advertising. So what we are now witnessing is a concept which was developed that no longer appeals to reasons viewers should buy a particular product, but rather through quickly changing images shows a lifestyle with which a target audience associates. For example, a "cool" rapper might affect a target audience by pounding them with "Just do it" over and over again while numerous flashing images of Nike shoewear are registered in their brains. It is a powerful psychological technique.

Television can also manipulate people not only by what it shows them, but also by what it keeps from them. For example, before Russian leader Vladimir Putin guaranteed Syrian leader Assad's chemical weapons would be turned over, not a day hardly would pass that the media would be showing the signs of atrocities committed by Assad's forces. However, now there is hardly a mention of the fighting taking place in Syria. The fighting hasn't stopped. It is just that the media now chooses not to cover it.

The only things the social planners and social engineers of the coming Brave New World Order fear are the negative exposures of their activities and plans, as well as organized opposition to their power and position of authority. As Edmund Burke said in his essay, THOUGHTS ON THE CAUSE OF THE PRESENT DISCONTENTS (April 23, 1770): "When bad men combine, the good must associate, else they will fall one by one, an unpitied sacrifice in a contemptible struggle." And by "organize," I not only mean at the local level, but also at the national level. This is because a question has arisen as to the following. When the issue of "family values" was raised before the 1992 elections, there was plenty of time for the leading national conservative organizations to join forces and have the largest pre-election "Rally for Family Values" in Washington, DC that this nation has ever seen.

But they failed to do that, and they even failed to join forces to have rallies in state capitols. Because of the lack of initiative by national conservative leaders, the social issues (e.g., support for voluntary school prayer, and opposition to abortion, pornography funding, forced busing, etc.) were put on the back burner during the campaign and presidential debates. The same could be said for every election since then, but it has been these social issues that have provided the margin of victory for conservative politicians in our recent past. It is therefore absolutely essential that we organize and prayerfully as well as peacefully do that which is necessary to resist the principalities and powers driving our nation and others toward the New World Order and eventually the Antichrist.
