POST AMERICAN CULTURE: BECOMING A REFUGEE CAMP FOR THE WORLD

Part 4: Americans no more, Mexifornia, La Raza, CAIR, Asian invasion, America becoming a refugee camp for the world.

As we Americans watch our culture vanish into multiculturalism, most of us ignore the long-term consequences. We ignore the sheer numbers of people that do not subscribe to the “American Way of Life.” We ignored our language being changed. We completely ignore the numbers—even as our cities suffer gridlock, toxic air pollution and endless construction driven by mindless growth. We ignore the environmental penalties.

Mexicans crossing into America create their own barrios in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and California. They maintain their own language with no intention to become part of the American fabric.

Muslims cannot in any way become Americans. The Koran forbids it. Their entire religious context demands subjugation to their religion with no allegiance to the U.S. Constitution. The Koran forbids women’s rights, marital choice, free speech, gay rights and religious rights. Our way of life remains completely out of bounds to Islam.

Africans, with no usable skills in a first world country, escape the bush in Somalia and Sudan, only to congregate at welfare centers and Section 8 housing projects in our cities like Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota, Chicago and Detroit. Their children fly out of America to join jihad terrorists in the Middle East and Africa.

Countless Indians from the sub-continent managed to overtake all the independent motels across America in the past 30 years—given loans and chain-migration of their families by Congress over and above African-Americans who desperately need jobs and could manage motels as well as anyone.

Most of these immigrants’ “World View” contradict anything formerly known as “The American Way of Life.” To make matters worse, our politicians, fearing for their own reputations, i.e., xenophobia, racism or nativism, talk around the immigration issue without presenting any concrete solutions. Meanwhile, endless millions cross our borders legally and illegally. In the last ten years, America added 35 million people. We expect another 35 million by 2025 and another 35 million by 2035. Total 100 million immigrants within 30 years. Yet, no national leader addresses the enormous numbers.

Exactly Where Is Mass Immigration Taking America?

"Almost everyone agrees that we need to have a serious national debate about immigration,” said Warren. “It is high on the list of hot button issues in the unfolding presidential primary race. The problem is, most people and organizations, from La Raza to the Tea Party, tend to frame the issue in ways that focus on only a single aspect of this dilemma while obscuring / ignoring all of its other important dimensions. For the pro-immigration Latino lobby, the debate is only about obtaining 'justice' for their constituents and addressing perceived historic grievances, and nothing else seems to matter very much to them.

“Similarly, for market fundamentalists on the far right, immigration [to the extent that it is not embraced out of simple economic expediency] is framed as a morality play in which heroic, entrepreneurial individuals strive to create wealth despite the obstacles (such as immigration laws) put in place by the evil government. This, for example, reflects the worldview of presidential candidate Marco Rubio. See: Deconstructing Marco Rubio – The Entrepreneur With A Thousand Faces | Florida Politic Archive

"Likewise, Republican candidate Jeb Bush has described illegal immigration as 'an act of love,' and a necessary component of 'job creation.' As though creating more jobs in America would be 'impossible' with only its existing legal residents. In both cases, there is no acknowledgment of any of the well-documented negative effects of unlimited immigration, and average citizens are just supposed to shrug their shoulders and overlook these things. Really?”

Attention Jeb Bush, Marco Rubio and Lindsey Graham: never mind that 10 million Americans can’t secure jobs at a living wage or the fact that 48 million Americans subsist on food stamps. Never mind that 73 percent of African-American children grow up with a single mother on welfare because their fathers can’t secure a job. Never mind that 1 in 6 American kids needs food assistance. The farce that we need endless immigration feeds into massive consequences.

"In a similar fashion,” said Warren. “Many traditional Liberals-Democrats see immigration only through the prism of their own narrative about popular democracy, workers' rights, and the need to build a solid coalition of minority voters. Finally -- as we have talked about before -- many of the reigning elites in this country embrace open borders and unlimited immigration as a vital element of their plan to 'transform' American society into their vision of a post-national, multicultural / multilingual paradise. Thus, depending on your ideology or point of view, it is perfectly OK not to talk about such things as carrying capacity, the costs of immigration that are borne by local residents and tax payers, the impact of illegal immigration on our foundational concept of The Rule of Law, and its obvious implications for national security.

"The problem is, so long as we live in the real world -- as opposed to our sundry ideological fantasies about how things 'should' be -- most Americans are stuck with dealing with all of the many externalities of open borders and unlimited immigration, even if nobody wants to address them in a rational, objective fashion. Well, almost nobody. You, Mr. Wooldridge, have done a wonderful job of linking the critical issue of carrying capacity to immigration.

“Likewise, a number of other thoughtful people have looked seriously at the impact of immigration on our unique American culture and its institutions, and they have also done yeoman's work in sounding the alarm. Unhappily, the ruling elites and their well paid camp followers in the media continue to portray anyone who raises a legitimate objection to our current immigration policies as either an ignorant nativist, a racist, or someone who 'hates' everyone who is different from them and probably has an arsenal of assault weapons hidden in their closet."

Note that Joanne Wideman, director of www.CapsWeb.org ; Roy Beck, director of www.NumbersUSA.org ; Dan Stein of www.Fairus.org ; David Durham of www.CarryingCapacity.org ; Dr. Diana Hull of www.TheSocialContract.com and William Gheen of www.Alipac.us among other national standouts attempt to educate Americans as to the ramifications of endless immigration.

"But what if, instead, there was serious scholarly support for questioning the untoward effects of immigration and open borders on our nation's future?” said Warren. “And what if the supposed national 'consensus' of academics and writers [such as the NY Times' Thomas L. Friedman and Time magazine's Fareed Zakaria] about the goodness of such polices as open borders and multiculturalism -- as is widely asserted by the mainstream media -- simply does not exist?"

Last year, Fareed Zakaria, an Indian immigrant himself, who somehow gained the national stage at Time Magazine, wrote a soppy commentary on how America doesn’t want immigrants anymore. But he chastised us for lack of appreciation of their contributions. He wrote that absurd piece in the face of all the consequences to our society. Because he arrived from India, he wants us to become more like his overpopulated, overwhelmed and misery-stricken country that continues to grow by 14 to 16 million, net gain annually. As if 1.25 billion Indians aren’t enough! Obviously his worldview wants America to become more like India.

I wrote a counter commentary for Time, but they refused to publish it. Again, the national media controls the “news spigot” to make sure no one with an “American Worldview” or just plain common sense stands a chance at publication in Time, the Wall Street Journal, The Atlantic, New York Times, Newsweek, U.S. News & World Report, 60 Minutes, Charlie Rose, The Economist, NBC, CBS, ABC or CNN. They lock down and lock out any discussion concerning mass immigration or overpopulation.

Part 5: Reframing the Immigration Debate: A Scholarly Analysis of America's Immigration Dilemma.

Definition of slogan: “Immigration Shutdown Now means the American people want all legal immigration dropped to less than 10,000 annually with compatible immigrants that fit our ethos and want to become Americans, and only those who benefit our country and/or they marry an American and speak English. That means we want all illegal immigration stopped by arresting, prosecuting and jailing employers of illegal aliens. We deport all illegal aliens by taking their jobs away and as we catch them. We want English mandated as our national language. We demand a cessation of Muslim immigration in order to protect our culture, language and way of life. We can’t save the world but we can destroy our civilization. We demand a stable population that allows everyone to live, work and thrive into the 21st century. Especially our children.” FHW
