POST AMERICAN CULTURE: A GROWING AWARENESS THAT SOMETHING IS WRONG

Part 9: When the immigration invasion affects more and more communities with aberrant violence, drugs, languages and customs—you know something is wrong.

When you watch YouTube videos showing immigrant Somalian teens pushing over old men and women off their bicycles as they ride down—and taking videos of it to post on Facebook, you see your own culture being overturned. When you see women segregated at churches or among men as lesser human beings, you know that our woman’s rights face cultural challenges from aberrant cultures, i.e., Islam. When your kids must deal with 172 different languages in your school system, i.e., Denver Public Schools in 2015, it dawns on you that something stands wrong in your country.

My interview with Mr. Warren continues:

“After watching the Republican candidates' debate last night, I am not in a very happy frame of mind, but what else is new?” he said. “My overwhelming impression was that everybody up there -- and certainly including the Fox “presstitutes” who presided over the affair -- was essentially missing the point about what is actually happening to this country. [We are officially being invaded by a foreign body of people numbering in the millions, but none of the elites or politicians will speak up and haven’t for 30 years. If not for Donald Trump, they would still blow the immigration issue off and do nothing.]

“Instead of all of the delusional talk about endless economic growth that principally benefits the top 1% and dumps all the negative externalities from such growth on average working people and the poor* and "making America great again" (presumably by ginning up yet more disastrous and unwinnable wars with people who pose no threat to our survival as a nation), it would have been nice if someone had addressed the issue of whether or not the present trajectory of our society -- including open borders and unlimited immigration -- is sustainable and what, if anything, might be done about it.”

*That we can simply "grow" our way out of all of our problems, including encouraging still more immigration, seems to be the most widely shared belief / delusion amongst the assembled R candidates, as championed by the Dynamic Duo -- Jeb Bush and his sidekick, Marco Rubio “Boy Entrepreneur” -- from Florida.

“Likewise, it would have been nice if anyone had directly addressed the present increasingly dysfunctional state of our federal government and its institutions and then gone on to proposing some actual corrective measures. [Supporting a constitutional amendment to rescind the Citizens' United decision would be a good start, lol.] Not going to happen, of course. Instead we all go on pretending that everything is "fine," that our civilization is NOT in peril, and that merely sending "new" faces [that is to say, one of the R candidates' smiling faces] up to Washington will magically fix everything that needs to be fixed. World without end, amen.

“The fundamental problem, I believe, is that it is all but impossible to get most people to consider on a rational, intellectual level that our civilization, as history tells us in no uncertain terms**, is NOT immune to collapse, and that our present trajectory is NOT sustainable. Thus -- rather like Florida Governor Scott's denial of the impact of sea level rise on coastal communities -- they can look at the numerical data about immigration that you are providing and simply shrug their shoulders and deny that such facts can have any impact on their lives. And our "leaders" -- and their pampered catamites in the media -- keep on reinforcing this idea.”

At this point, we face horrific failure of our civilization if this legal and illegal invasion continues.

“On the other hand,” said Warren. “A growing segment of the population does seem to have at least a gut awareness that something is "wrong" with our present set of arrangements in this country, but -- without much help from either their supposed leaders or the chattering class -- they are having a hard time connecting the dots and understanding the real dimensions of the unhappy situation that they are in.

“Donald Trump seems to be tapping into this mounting gut level discontent, but he (in my opinion, anyway) offers no better solutions than the professional politicians that he rails against. Lacking someone of the stature of an Eisenhower, a Kennedy, or even a Lyndon B. Johnson (who at least understood how to get unpopular things done and to pay the political price for it) we may be destined to have a clown like The Donald [the fulfillment of Jim Kunstler's prediction of the rise of a cornpone Hitler?] presiding over the country.

“Hillary Clinton, of course, offers more of the same on steroids, and this indicates the true nature of our dilemma.”

Please realize, because of citizen apathy in the USA, Canada, Europe and Australia—the same immigration invasion continues without pause. Worse, most citizens of those countries do not realize that the third world adds 80 million net gain each and every year, decade in and decade out. Which means: no end to the line of desperate immigrants. Thus, all of Canada, Europe and Australia face turning their own countries into third world pileups of mega proportions.”

It’s time for a 10-year moratorium on all immigration in the USA, Canada, Europe and Australia. If not, things will only become worse.

Part 11: The “why” of a 10 year moratorium on all immigration.

Definition of slogan: “Immigration Shutdown Now means the American people want all legal immigration dropped to less than 10,000 annually with compatible immigrants that fit our ethos and want to become Americans, and only those who benefit our country and/or they marry an American and speak English. That means we want all illegal immigration stopped by arresting, prosecuting and jailing employers of illegal aliens. We deport all illegal aliens by taking their jobs away and as we catch them. We want English mandated as our national language. We demand a cessation of Muslim immigration in order to protect our culture, language and way of life. We can’t save the world but we can destroy our civilization. We demand a stable population that allows everyone to live, work and thrive into the 21st century. Especially our children.” FHW
