The whole world knows, thanks to the digital world, radio and propaganda box (TV) about 20-year old U.S. National Guard woman with her whole life ahead of her is dead: Specialist Sarah Beckstrom.  Shot Thanksgiving eve in our nation’s capital; died Thanksgiving Day.  For the rest of their lives, her family (and friends) will never likely ever celebrate Thanksgiving as they have their whole lives.  Every Thanksgiving they will probably be at the cemetery putting flowers on her grave.

Specialist Beckstrom was not murdered by an animal (animals kill for food, to protect their young, ward off enemies and in some cases, who’s going to ‘rule the pack’ – they generally don’t kill each other, just a testosterone battle.)

Thank God, the second National Guardman, Sgt. Andrew Wolfe, 24, is still alive as I write this and latest reports are he’s making progress, although still critical.  New video emerges of DC National Guard shooting, I’m betting there’s more camera footage.

In this case, the “alleged” shooter, 29-year-old Afghan national Rahmanullah Lakanwal, who was heard by witnesses’ yell ‘Allahu Akbar’ before opening fire, is going to live. One trial.  If found guilty, one appeal within one year and then take him out and shoot his worthless being straight to Hell and skip the phony 72-virgins crap.

The families of this savage murderer have never forgotten:

Hasan, a psychiatrist, killed 13 people and wounded dozens more by the time police arrived and subdued him.”  He shot 43, 13 died.  A muslim, of course.

That gutless coward jihadist did not want to be deployed to Afghanistan where OUR troops were guarding poppy fields. His oath meant NOTHING.

Found guilty in 2013 after a court martial.  How DISGUSTING.  That piece of human garbage has been on death row over 12 years while WE pay for his three hots and a cot when he should have been executed more than a decade ago.  There was NO doubt he was the shooter.  I wrote about the death penalty years ago.  If there is NO doubt such as this case, execute Lakanwal – the same as Hasan.  If there is doubt about circumstantial evidence in a first-degree murder case that carries the death penalty, no witnesses or “smoking gun”, either not guilty or life without parole and appeal.

Sept. 24, 2025 (Stupid heading since he was already convicted) Hegseth seeking death penalty for convicted Fort Hood shooter:  “Hegseth is asking President Trump for final approval for the military execution of Hasan, an ex-Army psychiatrist who gunned down 13 people and wounded 32 others at the Army base near Killeen, Texas, in November 2009.”

I sent President Trump email a few days ago (https://www.45office.com/info/share-your-thoughts) and politely told him to give the yes and execute Hasan now.  No excuses. That muslim murdered 13 of our serving, innocent military and wounded dozens of others. He’s been on death row for 12 years and doesn’t deserve to take one more breath.  The WH hot line to President Trump:  202-456-1111.  Post it on X and Trump’s Truth Social.  You and I have been paying for Hasan’s three hots and a cot since 2009.  Give the families the justice they deserve for what that savage did in 2009.

As most know by now, Lakanwal, was brought to our country by Biden’s handlers in a country we should NEVER have been involved with regarding big money “war on terrorism”.  We lost 13 precious lives serving in uniform during the chaotic “withdrawal” DISASTER.  Think dementia riddled Biden gave a damn? When elephants fly. President Trump has been calling up the National Guard in an effort to lower violent crimes in “blue” cities across this country from DC to the West Coast.  Of course, the communist governors and mayors have been blowing out their tiddy-whities that Trump would dare to uphold his oath of office while their own citizenry are being robbed, raped, murdered and killed by illegals (or “refugees scamming the system) driving drunk on their roads.  Too many are muslims or Somali’s committing things like massive fraud. They don’t assimilate and their goal is a world caliphate no matter how many innocent “non-believers” they have to kill. MULTICULTURIALISM DOESN’T WORK AND IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH RACISM.

We the People, OUR America is under attack by several factions and anyone who denies this is either uninformed, brainwashed or doesn’t believe the violence and infiltration of communists and muslims into elected offices and yelling about their First Amendment rights even though Islam is NOT a religion. Muslims (migrant invasion) have all but destroyed France and England with Germany now on the chopping block.  To say the people over in those countries are fed up is putting it mildly. Good for them.

Every day we are seeing useful fools out on the streets screaming and yelling about ICE doing their LEGAL job of rounding up (first) criminal ILLEGAL aliens to reduce crime in their own towns and cities!  I don’t have to rehash a hundred pages of incidents.  Brainwashed un-American mobs who allegedly voted a socialist for NYC mayor, Comrade Mamdani.  They are worse than fools.  Socialism is the first stepping stone towards communism.  Go read Karl Marx.

War on drugs? It’s called supply and demand.  LOOK IN THE MIRROR AMERICA.  As long as Americans (including the music industry, Hollyweird, Silicone Valley and I’m betting a few in CON-gress) continue to use those illegal highly addictive drugs which destroy them and their families, the cartels will continue shipping the drugs here.

That didn’t work out too well, did it, guv.  The invasion over ran over this country and we are still paying the price (Lack of affordable housing, have rapidly collapsed our medical health care system, stealing jobs that belong to Americans along with our necessary resources like water; over running our public schools cheating American children out of a decent education.  The 1,500 U.S. active duty military sent by brain gone, Biden, were sent to process paper pushing, NOT enforcement.  Our republic, not just Texas is in even more danger now.  Abbott who is adored by millions of Texas voters apparently – especially gun owners which is just about all of us except the “liberals” (socialists) and “progressives” (communists) in big cities like Austin – missed the solution:

TITLE 4. EXECUTIVE BRANCH, SUBTITLE C. STATE MILITARY FORCES AND VETERANS, CHAPTER 431. STATE MILITIA, SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Sec. 431.071.  MILITARY DUTY.  (a) The reserve militia is not subject to active military duty, except that the governor may call into service the portion of the reserve militia needed for the period required in case of war, insurrection, invasion or prevention of invasion, suppression of riot, tumult, or breach of peace or to aid civil officers to execute law or serve process.

“(b) The governor may assign members of the reserve militia who are called into service to existing organizations of the state military forces or organize them as circumstances require.  Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 147, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.

Gov. Abbott put Band Aids on a patient hemorrhaging to death on the operating table.  Abbott should have immediately ‘called into service’ our State Reserve Militia and believe me, there were plenty of well-trained, well-armed retired military and law enforcement who would have been happy to serve.  Who wanted to get on the border right away to assist the National Guard and DPS.  The National Guard is NOT the constitutional militia as written in the Second Amendment:  A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Not to go deer hunting.  Yes, We the People have the God-given right to protect ourselves, family and property but a well regulated militia REQUIRES ownership of arms.  Dr. Edwin Vieira explained this quite succinctly in his 3-part series.  Excuse me if I sound angry but I am FED UP with these domestic enemies being brought into our country with the sole purpose of turning America into the sh*t hole they left and destroy our Constitution while at the same time stealing from us raising our taxes. Text of Monroe’s Speech – Seventh State of the Union Address.  Monroe was our fifth president (1817-1825) and a member of a member of the Democratic-Republican Party.

“I transmit a return of the militia of the several States according to the last reports which have been made by the proper officers in each to the Department of War by reference to this return it will be seen that it is not complete, although great exertions have been made to make it so. As the defense and even the liberties of the country must depend in times of imminent danger on the militia, it is of the highest importance that it be well organized, armed, and disciplined throughout the Union.”

I know many gun organizations (like the GOA) fully understand the true meaning of the Second Amendment. I see nothing to indicate the NRA demanding revitalizing “the militia of the several states”.  Just more lawsuits for personal protection.  My late husband and I quit the NRA long before he passed away after I got a full and complete historical education on the true meaning of the Second Amendment starting in 2005 thanks to Edwin.

Edwin wrote a manual titled A Proposal to Revitalize “The Militia of the Several States” in 2005 and yet here we are today ignoring OUR responsibility under the Second Amendment to assist in homeland security.  It was not for sale (Edwin only sent it to a select number of real Americans; I am grateful he sent me one) but it should be read in every senior high class and more importantly, every damn GOP governor and state legislator in “red” states and act NOW.

It doesn’t matter if your legislature (like here in Texas) is out of session, trouble is coming.  I pray I’m wrong but to quote Patrick Henry: “I know of no way of judging of the future but by the past.”

Portland, Seattle, Chicago, NYC – you name it, Sheriff.  We will not stand by and allow our America to be destroyed from within.  Have a constructive conversation about the true meaning of the Second Amendment and that you’re there to help once a governor calls up the constitutional militia or what Abbott should have done here in Texas the day after Biden was unlawfully sworn in.

Remember Monroe’s State of the Union Address.

If we do nothing, nothing will get done and America will become another barbaric, totalitarian hell-hole.  Don’t wait for your daughter or wife to be raped and murdered, your city or town controlled by the VILE Sharia Law.

As we get closer to the end of 2025, Americans are preparing for turkey day and Christmas. But, while not welcome news, many Americans are spooked by what’s going on and spending for tens of millions is being targeted towards survival needs like food, rent/mortgage, gas to get to the job vs their monthly income.

The horse and pony show partial shut down of the government is nothing new – except for the unconscionable length which in this case accomplished nothing for the Democrat Communist Party USA in CON-gress – all the freebies for ILLEGAL aliens and the gross failure of Obamacare.  As I’ve been in the trenches full time for 32 years, I’ve seen this before but the vicious shenanigans by the Democrat Communist Part USA and RINO’s in the House and Senate this time around has been off the charts.

First of all, each one of those gutter trash Comrades know NOTHING about members of the military (Uniform Military Code of Justice) and their Commander-in-Chief altho’ apparently some have served; don’t know how many of them might be reserve status.  My late husband was a retired U.S. Army Colonel who presided over court-martials a few times.  I got a good education on how it all works. Lucky they are no longer active duty.

More bellowing by the low IQ miscreants in Congress to “get Trump” and attempt to destroy him before those mid-term elections – also good for fund raising.  They pump out more gas from the pie holes in their faces in one day than a cow does in a month.

“Under Article I, Section 5, clause 2, of the Constitution, a Member of Congress may be removed from office before the normal expiration of his or her constitutional term by an “expulsion” from the Senate (if a Senator) or from the House of Representatives (if a Representative) upon a formal vote on a resolution agreed to by two-thirds of the Members of that body present and voting.

“While there are no specific grounds for an expulsion expressed in the Constitution, expulsion actions in both the House and the Senate have generally concerned cases of perceived disloyalty to the United States, or the conviction of a criminal statutory offense which involved abuse of one’s official position. Each house has broad authority as to the grounds, nature, timing, and procedure for an expulsion of a Member.

“However, policy considerations, as opposed to questions of authority, have appeared to restrain the Senate and House in the exercise of expulsion when it might be considered as infringing on the electoral process, such as when the electorate knew of the past misconduct under consideration and still elected or re-elected the Member.”

I am not a lawyer and have no legal training but I know how to read and comprehend content.  Those six members of the Democrat Communist Party USA, I believe can be removed for disloyalty but that won’t happen.  There might be a U.S. Code where DoJ could go after them for telling members of any of our armed forces or reserves to deliberately disobey lawful orders from a sitting president as that is disloyalty to these united States of America in IMHO.  My dear friend and expert in these matters, Dr. Edwin Vieira would know.

As president, it’s Trump’s job to make sure laws are faithfully executed and that includes cleaning up the mess from the planned invasion (Biden’s handlers) by ILLEGAL aliens which has brought nothing but destruction to our country which I and so many others have written about in detail.

“In addition, violent protests threaten the security of and significant damage to Federal immigration detention facilities and other Federal property.  To the extent that protests or acts of violence directly inhibit the execution of the laws, they constitute a form of rebellion against the authority of the Government of the United States.

“In light of these incidents and credible threats of continued violence, by the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, I hereby call into Federal service members and units of the National Guard under 10 U.S.C. 12406 to temporarily protect ICE and other United States Government personnel who are performing Federal functions, including the enforcement of Federal law, and to protect Federal property, at locations where protests against these functions are occurring or are likely to occur based on current threat assessments and planned operations.

“Further, I direct and delegate actions as necessary for the Secretary of Defense to coordinate with the Governors of the States and the National Guard Bureau in identifying and ordering into Federal service the appropriate members and units of the National Guard under this authority.  The members and units of the National Guard called into Federal service shall be at least 2,000 National Guard personnel and the duration of duty shall be for 60 days or at the discretion of the Secretary of Defense.  In addition, the Secretary of Defense may employ any other members of the regular Armed Forces as necessary to augment and support the protection of Federal functions and property in any number determined appropriate in his discretion.

“To carry out this mission, the deployed military personnel may perform those military protective activities that the Secretary of Defense determines are reasonably necessary to ensure the protection and safety of Federal personnel and property The Secretary of Defense shall consult with the Attorney General and the Secretary of Homeland Security prior to withdrawing any personnel from any location to which they are sent.  The Secretaries of Defense and Homeland Security may delegate to subordinate officials of their respective Departments any of the authorities conferred upon them by this memorandum.”

Returning to the issue of taxes and how the ‘big beautiful bill’ is going to affect YOU. Of course, the real head of the financial beast was never touched during the partial shut-down:  The privately owned unconstitutional “Federal” Reserve Banking Act of 1913.  And so, both parties will continue to submit bills for any sitting president for trillions of unconstitutional spending.  Just keep borrowing from the candy store heaping unpayable debt on us, our children and grandchildren.

No more double taxing your social security!  You pay SS taxes during the year and then pay again when forced to file a federal income tax form.  Medicare:  I was forced into it when I turned 65 even though I didn’t want to as I was already paying my yearly dues for full health care under Tri-Care because of my later husband’s 27-years of honorable military service.  If I refused, I would lose my TriCare coverage. So, I have Medicare A, B + Tri Care for Life.

Sit down:  Standard Medicare Part B monthly premium to jump 9.7% in 2026, Nov. 17, 2025.  Starting in January I will now be paying over $200 a month for Part B from the previous monthly tax of $185.00. (It has gone up many times over the years.) But, oh, whoopie!  SS recipients will be getting a 2.8% cost of living increase (COLA).  Get the picture? Continuing from article: “Because those monthly premiums are typically deducted directly from Social Security benefit payments, those rates affect just how much of a cost-of-living increase beneficiaries will see in 2026.”

Great. Your SS benefits might get you an additional, say, $51.00 COLA monthly while Medicare Part B gobbles it up.  Do YOU know how many of the “tax cuts” are TEMPORARY and expire in 2028 – right in time for the 2028 selections elections?  Oh, yeah.  Then it’s back to the political wars and dare I say another partial government shut down?

Have you read the final text of the bill Trump signed into law?  These monster bills must be eliminated as the average American trying to survive, raise a family – they either don’t have time to read 900 or 1,000 pages or don’t know how to locate information and data on the Internet. There’s an old saying:  The big print giveth, the small print takes it away.  Thankfully for my poor eyes, that bill is “only” 331 pages. Wait ‘til you see it.  Your head will be spinning.

I want to also say sadly, too many Americans unfamiliar with all the BS in these monster budget bills have no understanding of the final product.  Many rely on tax filing on line with various companies or in some places lower income seniors can have volunteers in their city who are tax experts at no cost.  Check with your mayor or city councilman or woman.

Having said that, I’ve spent many hours combing through that bill. There’s no doubt whatsoever in my mind President Trump sincerely is trying to help Americans financially on top of his international peace efforts.  At age 79, he’s at it full time – except for a few rounds of golf here and there. Trump depends on his advisors and those on his staff who read what’s been passed by the House and Senate and send to him to sign into law after briefings.

I’m providing you with what I hope will help you try to figure out how that bill is going to affect your taxes and planning how to feed you or you and your family if you have one starting in January.

Kiplinger has been around a long time.  You’ll see it appears they hold little regard for Trump. I seldom hit on their web site but they’ve made a decent list and breakdown on that bill. To me, this SS tax provision in that bill does NOT help seniors during the year.  Oh, just keep getting taxed during the year and then next year you might qualify for a bonus!

New $6,000 ‘Senior Bonus’ Deduction: What It Means for Taxpayers Age 65-Plus – (Note:  This fabulous bonus is for 2025—2028 but then would expire unless the liars and crooks in CON-gress renew it.  Translated, they kicked the can down the road and need to catch it by Dec. 31, 2028.

This is another important breakdown on exactly how and who is going to get what bonus.  Please note, again, it’s only temporary and more like a jigsaw puzzle.

Kiplinger’s super long article breaking down a large number of the categories and tax changes and not just for individuals but also businesses, hopefully will be helpful.  I highly recommend you go over it so you get a good idea of what’s in that bill.  Yeah, it will take an hour or perhaps more.  There are a few changes that are good and will help millions with deductions and it also is good-bye funding the “climate change” hoax but, well, you be the judge how you’re going to get fleeced.

GovTrack:  H.R. 1: One Big Beautiful Bill Act – This bill was enacted after being signed by the President on July 4, 2025.  “This bill incorporates provisions from:” – Long list, see link above.  And Congress.gov.  Here’s the full 331 pages.  Some of the tax breaks (like interest on some car loans) sound great but will add about $3 TRILLION more to the debt plus interest.  Add another link to the chains for your children and grand children if the “FED” isn’t abolished. President Trump is counting on tariffs but that’s another column.

Nov. 12, 2025:  Congressional Bill H.R. 5371 Signed into Law. White House: “On Wednesday, November 12, 2025, the President signed into law:

H.R. 5371, the “Continuing Appropriations, Agriculture, Legislative Branch, Military Construction and Veterans Affairs, and Extensions Act, 2026,” which makes continuing appropriations and extensions for fiscal year 2026, and for other purposes.” That is a good bill.

Is your head spinning yet? 

One last thing.  The big shopping day of the year, stupidly known as “Black Friday” is later this week to celebrate the beginning of Christmas shopping.  America First:  I hope you’ll buy local.  Support the businesses in your city or town (regardless of population) if possible.  It brings in revenue (sales taxes) to run a city and county and keeps you and your fellow residents employed.  Above all, I hope you don’t buy one thing from communist countries:  China, Viet Nam, Cuba, Romania to name a few.

Abbott is putting Band Aids on a patient hemorrhaging to death on the operating table.  He must ‘call into service’ our State Reserve Militia and believe me, there are plenty of well-trained, well-armed retired military and law enforcement who will be happy to serve.  Who want to get on the border right away to assist the National Guard and DPS.

Indeed, the States are not only entitled, but also are required to do so. And here we are today with local law enforcement out-numbered – even with a couple hundred National Guard – while these anti-American groups and their ignorant and foolish groupies out to kill us and turn cities and towns into hell holes get treated like heroes.  Sane Americans like me do NOT want a civil war so it’s got to be your governor and state legislatures working with ICE and DHS for now but the duty of OUR homeland security is us.

Americans who are paying no attention to the violence that’s been targeting certain cities across America have ZERO understanding of the criminal domestic operation identified as ANTIFA who are nothing but thugs allowed to run wild in big cities like Portland, Oregon. Comrades and Nazis together pumping violence like a fire hydrant. Our republic is their desired prize.  Freedom will blow like dust in the wind.

If you’ve watched enough coverage over the past six years, so many of the useful cannon fodder participating (most wearing masks) have no clue or understanding of what Fascism is, how it started, who started it and that they are just gullible brainwashed fools in the game being playing out across this country.  Oh, they think they’re protecting “democracy” but are in fact working to destroy our country – a constitutional republic and the greatest free nation on this planet – ever.

They all love to scream and yell President Trump is a Nazi, a Fascist and more (part of the script) while burning local communities, attacking law enforcement and killing people.  THAT is the history of this so-called “anti-Fascism” movement here. Violence is their weapon while too many governors and mayors protect this human trash (many being paid to travel from one city to another) who hate America and are willing to go jail for doing as much damage and destruction as they can.

So what if they get arrested. They know this country is over run with bought and paid for DA’s with George Soros non-profits money and they’ll be out of jail before you know it. Likely it’s not just Soros’ money.

The real push for this started with illegitimate “president”, Comrade Hussein Obama, who usurped the office of president. A flaming Marxist Muslim and continued once career criminal, liar and cheat (like Obama) who stole the 2020 election, old money bags himself, Joe Biden.

Guv Tina Kotek is a proud queer (it’s okay to “identify” as queer now). Everyone one of them not only approve but promote violence and resistance to federal agents lawfully rounding up illegal aliens – criminals who rape, murder, kill families while driving drunk and rob the citizens in their states.  They don’t give a sh*t as long as those illegals vote Democrat.

That hardly describes America as a Fascist nation or Trump who has been endlessly persecuted by rotten, corrupt DA’s given their marching orders by the shadow government. Twice they’ve tried to kill him for trying to protect the rights of all Americans.

In the case of Black Lies Matter and ANTIFA, they (if arrested after throwing Molotov cocktails at police cars, burning buildings and beating up innocent bystanders, severely injuring police) are simply let go after a quick trip to the police station; their bail paid for by anti-American organizations.

Never in my long life have I ever seen so many selected elected officials side with criminals – in this case illegal aliens (the proper legal description, not the marketing ploy migrants, immigrants or undocumented) as we’ve seen the past few years.  President Trump, our brave ICE and BP risk their lives everyday to get the human trash off U.S. soil as they have no right to be here regardless of what some high paid lawyers who hate our constitutional republic bellow.

However, things didn’t go the way the Destroyers thought their grand schemes would could be shoved down our throats using the Internet. At least as far as timing is concerned.  Americans were waking up, getting informed, educated and began to fight back. But, it’s been a long and painful time for those of us who wanted the truth.  And still today, there are millions and millions of Americans I call the Unreachables.  They are simply fools.

The Unreachables are either in denial, could care less as long as the government continues to rob the treasury to give to them or have sold their soul to Satan for earthly wealth and decadent lifestyles as well as making killing an unborn baby the basis for voting for a candidate for public office. The Unreachables don’t want the truth because they can’t handle the truth.  They’re also so brainwashed by social media and what they call public education schools which are little more than indoctrination centers.

Just look at the “protests” (so many violent) in major cities to protect ILLEGAL aliens.  Just look at the number of cockroaches like Rep. Mad Max Waters and dozens of other members of CON-gress, mayors and city councils who have stirred up the mobs (democracy) to protect those who have NO “right” to be on U.S. soil.

This past week has been some roller-coaster ride with President Trump dealing with a mountain of problems created by illegitimate president, Hussein Obama, who promised to “transform America” when he ran for president in violation of the U.S. Constitution and old Uncle Joe Biden.

As President Trump has been working long hours every day (at age 79) to improve the lives of Americans and restore our economy and having a serious war with Jerome Powell regarding interest rates.

Initially it was reported Trump was going to fire Jerome Powell, “President Trump has backed off of his threats to fire Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell — for now. “The president appeared to reach a breaking point with Powell last week when he told Republican lawmakers he would likely be nixing the Fed chair soon. But he has since backed off, while officials and outside voices have warned about such a move’s impacts to the markets., July 23, 2025, The Hill

Jerome Powell’s term of Chairman ends in May 2026 but he can remain on the Board of Governor’s until Jan. 2028.

While the cat fight is going on, the real issue is abolishing the privately owned unconstitutional “FED” that creates inflation, deflation, stagflation, recessions and depressions. (Read The Coming Battle) The “FED” is what caught my attention in 1992 and I’ve been writing about it ever since.  If someone would have told me almost 32 years ago my main focus would be the “FED”, I would have laughed myself silly.

Art 2, Section 8, Clause 5 U.S. Constitution; “Congress shall have the power ‘coin money, regulate the value thereof, and of foreign coin, and fix the standard of weights and measures”.  This authority is vested only in the U.S Congress.  On April 19, 1982, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit ruled that the Federal Reserve Banks are privately owned, locally controlled corporations (Lewis vs United States, 680 F.2d 1239)

In reality what Congress has done to you me, our children and grandchildren is nothing short of what thieving outlaws in the old West did on a daily basis, kissed and blessed by rotten, corrupt members of both parties – most of whom have no understanding of the issue.

So few Americans have any understanding (like me) until I became aware of how the “FED” came about, who was behind it and most importantly: what is fiat currency? How do you create “money” out of thin air?  It’s not just “We the People”, the profound ignorance by members of Congress (AOC at the top): regarding one of the most important things in his country, our currency, is inexcusable.

In doing a ton of learning and research I read a lot of old dusty books the robber barons hope most wouldn’t read.  One of them was Secrets of the Temple by William Greider.  Testimony at the House Banking Committee, Oct. 7, 1993;

“The veil of secrecy certainly does enhance the mystique surrounding the Fed and the general ignorance about it.  Otherwise confident and intelligent people including members of Congress – defer to the Fed’s wisdom mainly because they do not understand it.  They are understandably intimidated by its mystery and power.

“And, as every governor freely acknowledged to me, the Fed also makes mistakes just like the rest of us mortals.  The difference is that the mistakes can have devastating impact on the lives and fortunes of millions.  It can sink viable business enterprises and force debtors to the wall and put millions of people out of jobs.  It can reward some investors and punish others.

“Given these vast powers, it is fatuous to pretend that the Federal Reserve can somehow be insulated from politics.  And, indeed, it is not.  As any candid governor will tell you, the institution is bombarded constantly with pleas and demands and unsolicited advice from selected interests.

“As a matter of style, lobbying the Fed is done more delicately and discreetly than, say, lobbying Congress or the White House, but the private and semi-private dialogues surrounding monetary policy go on continuously – between the Fed and financial markets, bank and brokerages and other major players, both foreign and domestic.

“The only players who are let out of this conversation are the American people and to a large extent their elected representatives.  Instead, they are provided a frustrating stream of evasive euphemisms and opaque jargon and platitudinous generalities and, sometimes, even downright deception.

“As more than one Federal Reserve governor confided to me, it would be very difficult – perhaps impossible – for the fed to have an honest discussion of monetary policy with Congress or the public because the level of ignorance is so profound.”

No?  One of the most fascinating and historical books I’ve read and wrote about in a column is Debt Ceiling Battle – More of the Same, May 1, 2023 (Doesn’t this remind you of the ‘big beautiful bill’, spending and waste?)

It’s a long story but let me give you a few excerpts from All The Presidents’ Bankers:  The Hidden Alliances That Drive American Power by Nomi Prins.  The author has done an amazing favor for Americans.  Besides the Table of Chapters, she provides the names of key bankers and a quick bio on each one which is quite important.

Then The Original 1929 “Big Six”, all banks you will recognize and then Key Political Officials.  At the end of Prins’ book is a mammoth list of notes for source references and finally a very helpful Index. The Creature from Jekyll Island: A Second Look at the Federal Reserve by G. Edward Griffin is also considered one of the most important and bestselling books on this issue.

How many times have we heard from Democrats (in Congress or the White House) how greedy the banks are and how none of them want anything to do with Wall Street?  Do you remember back in 2011, the Occupy Wall Street 59-day shout-out about economic inequality, big money in politics from the banks?

Well, who was president back then?  Oh, that’s right.  We didn’t have one as Hussein Obama was ineligible to run for the presidency.  He simply usurped the office through fraud and deceit while Republicans trembled and did nothing for fear of being called a racist.  The Constitution no longer matters to a huge percentage of Americans including elected officials; local and state to Congress including state and federal judges.

All The Presidents’ Bankers, pg 411: “Bankers believed Democratic candidate Barack Obama would help them more than his opponent, John McCain – particularly at Goldman Sachs, Obama’s largest corporate contributor for the 2008 election.”  Pg. 412: “In classic Democratic Party fashion, Obama promised to “reign in Wall Street forces and their risky practices” while taking their contribution money.”  Wonder how many of the Occupy Wall St. protesters voted for Obama?

What makes Prins’ book so extraordinary (I couldn’t stop reading) is the massive amount of research she did, second only to Dr. Edwin Vieira’s, Pieces of Eight – The Monetary Powers and Disabilities of the United States Constitution; A Study in Constitutional Law which should have won a Pulitzer Prize in Economics. Much of what Prins writes I already knew but not a whole lot of early history; or have forgotten since school days if it was even taught. Prins meticulously explains for anyone to understand the world of banking shenanigans and crimes.  She uses the actual words from major players in their letters and meetings. After the Federal Reserve Banking Act of 1913 was passed, it’s all gone to hell over the decades.

Scheming on the part of the biggest banking tycoons is eye-popping.  How they manipulate presidents and Congress to see things their way in order to accumulate unimaginable wealth.  In reality, presidents wanted to use the bankers, too.  A big incestuous cabal.  But what goes up, must come down.

President Andrew Jackson took on the robber banker barons:

“You are a den of viper and thieves.  I intend to rout you out.”  Jackson was discussing the recharter of the Second Bank of the United State. 1832.  WH Archives:

“Henry Clay, Daniel Webster, and other Whig leaders proclaimed themselves defenders of popular liberties against the usurpation of Jackson. Hostile cartoonists portrayed him as King Andrew I. [Note: Now President Trump is called Hitler and other nonsense.]

“His views won approval from the American electorate; in 1832 he polled more than 56 percent of the popular vote and almost five times as many electoral votes as Clay.

“Jackson met head-on the challenge of John C. Calhoun, leader of forces trying to rid themselves of a high protective tariff.

“When South Carolina undertook to nullify the tariff, Jackson ordered armed forces to Charleston and privately threatened to hang Calhoun. Violence seemed imminent until Clay negotiated a compromise: tariffs were lowered and South Carolina dropped nullification.”

Simply explained and screwed again.  (Deceased) Congressman John William Wright Patman’s words from a speech he made on September 290, 1941, entered into the Congressional Record. Patman was a Democrat who sat on the United States House Committee on Banking and Currency.  He was always after the “Federal” Reserve.  (Emphasis mine)

“When our Federal Government, that has the exclusive power to create money, creates that money and then goes into the open market and borrows it and pays interest for the use of its own money, it occurs to me that that is going too far. I have never yet had anyone who could, through the use of logic and reason, justify the Federal Government borrowing the use of its own money… I am saying to you in all sincerity, and with all the earnestness that I possess, it is absolutely wrong for the Government to issue interest-bearing obligations. It is not only wrong: it is extravagant. It is not only extravagant, it is wasteful. It is absolutely unnecessary.

“Now, take the Panama Canal bonds. They amounted to a little less than $50,000,000 — $49,800,000. By the time they are paid, the Government (OUR tax dollars) will have paid $75,000,000 in interest on bonds of less than $50,000,000. So the Government is paying out $125,000,000 to obtain the use of $49,800,000. That is the way it has worked all along. That is our policy. That is our system. The question is: Should that policy be continued? Is it sane? Is it reasonable? Is it right, or is it wrong? If it is wrong, it should be changed.

“The Constitution of the United States does not give the banks the power to create money. The Constitution says that Congress shall have the power to create money, but now, under our system, we will sell bonds to commercial banks and obtain credit from those banks.

“I believe the time will come when people will demand that this be changed. I believe the time will come in this country when they will actually blame you and me and everyone else connected with this Congress for sitting idly by and permitting such an idiotic system to continue. “We have what is known as the Federal Reserve Bank System. That system is not owned by the Government. Many people think that it is, because it says `Federal Reserve’. It belongs to the private banks, private corporations. So we have farmed out to the Federal Reserve Banking System that is owned exclusively, wholly, 100 percent by the private banks — we have farmed out to them the privilege of issuing the Government’s money. If we were to take this privilege back from them, we could save the amount of money that I have indicated in enormous interest charges.” *End*

Full text of “Congressman McFadden on the Federal Reserve Corporation” May 23, 1933: “Mr. Chairman, we have in this Country one of the most corrupt institutions the world has ever known. I refer to the Federal Reserve Board and the Federal Reserve Banks, hereinafter called the Fed. The Fed has cheated the Government of these United States and the people of the United States out of enough money to pay the Nation’s debt. The depredations and iniquities of the Fed has cost enough money to pay the National debt several times over.

“This evil institution has impoverished and ruined the people of these United States, has bankrupted itself, and has practically bankrupted our Government. It has done this through the defects of the law under which it operates, through the maladministration of that law by the Fed and through the corrupt practices of the moneyed vultures who control it.” Rest at link.

President Trump appears to have changed his mind about firing Jerome Powell.  Likely one or more of his attorneys explained the process regarding the Fed’s Board of Directors and the legal process.

President Trump then goes on a tour with Jerome Powell on July 24, 2025, to see the new golden palace being renovated using debt since OUR treasury currently is $36.2 TRILLION in debt!  President Trump posted this on his Truth Social: (WHAT?)

“It was a Great Honor to tour the Renovation (and some new Construction!) of the Federal Reserve Building with Chairman Jerome Powell, Senator Tim Scott, and others. It’s got a long way to go, would have been much better if it were never started, but it is what it is and, hopefully, it will be finished ASAP. The cost overruns are substantial but, on the positive side, our Country is doing very well and can afford just about anything — Even the cost of this building!”

Perhaps President Trump is giving Powell enough rope to hang himself (metaphor) with a big smile.

We’ll never be financially independent, stop being raped in interest to rent our own hard-earned dollars – and stop all the fake “money” being spent on wars in foreign lands until the “Fed” is abolished.  YOUR children will grow up drowning in borrowed debt so CON-gress can spend borrowed debt and then borrow more for unconstitutional cabinets, agencies and  programs while overlooking the massive fraud and waste.

Of course, CON-gress refuses to even consider cutting off the chains around our neck. It’s nice Sen. Rand Paul and a few others have been calling for a full audit of the “Fed” but that can be done AFTER the Federal Reserve Banking Act of 1913 is abolished and its physical assets sold off with the money going to the people’s purse, the U.S. Treasury.

It’s most unfortunate President Trump literally hates Rep. Thomas Massie for not voting for more spending over the years. Once again, Rep. Massie has another bill that will die in December:

No One is Above the Law – Except Illegal Aliens – Push for Amnesty

In my column last week, NO Amnesty for Illegal Aliens, I covered the latest effort underway to give certain illegal aliens special treatment:

This legislation is being cooked up by Trump’s new Agriculture Secretary, Brook Rollins and Susie Wiles, his Chief of Staff.  Trump apparently told his supporters at a rally at the Iowa State Fairgrounds Americans who don’t support amnesty for illegal farm and hospitality workers are “Serious Radical Right People”.  Really?  Doesn’t the Trump Organization own hotels and golf courses – hospitality workers.

In Trump’s opinion I am now a “serious radical right” like millions who voted for him as I did three times. Don’t support amnesty for illegal farm and hospitality workers and suddenly I’m the bad lady. Americans do want the truth about the of Jeffrey Epstein mess.  Was there a cover-up and who was paying for his lavish lifestyle?  The CIA? Who? Now President Trump doesn’t want me as a supporter of what he’s trying to get done for asking legitimate questions.

Elected officials who believe they are above the law right along with illegal aliens. Not amnesty but a new program only for our ag sector.  Returning to the issue of giving special treatment for agriculture and hospitality workers.  I covered this extensively in my column last week regarding the need for seasonal ag workers who follow OUR immigration laws.

Question of Pathway to Citizenship

Some argue that ILLEGAL aliens who smuggled themselves across our border 10-20 years ago and have been model “citizens” since, should be given special treatment to become LEGAL citizens.

That’s like saying, well, okay, I snuck across the border in violation of U.S. immigration laws, robbed a bank back in 1987 but then I got forged papers, hired illegally by a company, grocery store, have a family, am a good neighbor so I should be given special treatment.  And, I get to keep my house or car financed by a crime!

No matter how “nice” your illegal alien neighbor or co-worker is, this isn’t a popularity contest.  Reagan should NEVER have given amnesty to illegals because all he did was open the door for more to come here, steal jobs that Americans WILL and do, steal our resources like water, created a massive house and apt shortage in the mythical “sanctuary” states and/or cities while you struggle to pay your medical plan costs, that nice neighbor gets it free to treat all the diseases they brought with them.

Joe Biden’s handlers opened the border after President Trump was cheated out of his second term. The tidal wave hit and tens of millions of illegals have all but collapsed our medical system; treatment and availability of doctors and services for which they have NO right.

Ask me. I have a particular problem and have had to wait from 30-50 days for an appointment with a specialist.  I never divulge my sources, but fact:  Illegals are taking up available appointment dates and overloading ER hospitals in this West part of Texas flooded with illegals.  They simply present their federal “free” card while you sit around for HOURS waiting. Think I’m exaggerating?  Oh, and let’s not forget how this has driven up the cost of YOUR health care premiums while illegals raid your wallet.

Illegal aliens are entitled to NOTHING but a ticket back to where they came from regardless of when they got here or what country; under Biden, illegal aliens have come from over 100 countries. The list goes on.

Think the feds are going to fix the problem?  Great but it’s just the beginning: HHS Bars Illegal Aliens From Taxpayer-Funded Health Programs, July 11, 2025: “For too long, the government has diverted hardworking Americans’ tax dollars to incentivize illegal immigration,” HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. said. “Today’s action changes that—it restores integrity to federal social programs, enforces the rule of law, and protects vital resources for the American people.”

“Several programs have been added to the definition of “federal public benefit” under the new rule, including programs controlled by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, health workforce grant programs, and most notably, Head Start programs for children.”

So, tell me Secretary Kennedy, just where in Art. 1 Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution does it authorize Congress to fund anything to do with education as it’s a Tenth Amendment issue – internal for the states.  It doesn’t nor is there any language authorizing CON-gress to fund “federal public benefits” – again, that falls to the states. I could write a whole column (and have over the past 3 decades) regarding the blatant disregard by CON-gress for the U.S. Constitution for votes.

Besides the endless crimes committed by illegal aliens (a neighbor says, he was such a nice man, such nice hard working people), the costs are bankrupting our hospitals, referring back to the column above: “In August 2024, Gov. Greg Abbott also signed an executive order requiring Texas hospitals to collect and report healthcare costs for illegal aliens every quarter.

“In April, the Texas Health and Human Services Commission reported that $121 million was incurred in a single month for healthcare costs for individuals who are not lawfully in the United States.” My tax dollars.

There is only one pathway for citizenship:  You either refuse to leave will not be allowed to apply for citizenship or leave now, voluntarily, and then do it the legal way.  ANY form of amnesty is just an invitation for more illegals to stay here and work jobs that belong to Americans – with the exception of a special program only for agriculture.

After the George Floyd hustle and criminal riots by the Fascist group known as ANTIFA and the money-grubbing BLM (Black Lies Matter) the movement to protect ILLEGAL ALIENS – not immigrants, not migrants cranked up.  Protecting these criminals who smuggled themselves across our border had already been underway for years after Ronnie Reagan opened the flood gates.

In violation of federal immigration laws, even the FDIC was busy ignoring the law:  Should Officials of the FDIC Be Prosecuted? (Mine), April 19, 2005 – “The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation is encouraging banks to sign up illegal aliens in the banking system, calling the growth of the market “a compelling incentive for U.S. banks to enter this largely untapped market.” And the FDIC program demonstrates that unbanked Latin American immigrants can be brought into the financial mainstream.

On March 24, 2006, hundreds of high school students in LA walked out of their classrooms to protest the newest piece of completely unnecessary immigration legislation by the incompetent fools in Congress. Within hours 15,000 criminals (illegals) were marching in Phoenix and roughly 10,000 in Georgia. On March 25, 2006, waving their Mexican flags chanting the same worn out “racist” garbage and demanding their “rights” 50,000 of these criminals marched in Denver, thousands in North Carolina and here in Sacramento. All because the House of Representatives has passed legislation that would make it a felony to be in the U.S. illegally, impose new penalties on employers who hire illegal immigrants and erect fences along one-third of the U.S.-Mexican border. The counterfeit Senate is to begin their bickering on March 28, 2006. Since Trump was sworn into office, the massive invasion of ILLEGAL aliens has pretty much stopped at the border (yes, there is still human smuggling going on but on a much smaller scale).  President Trump was dead serious about stopping it and getting the freeloaders, criminals and terrorists rounded up and deported. Because this mass round-up and deportation has been so successful, the cockroaches are now rioting just like Fascist ANTIFA. Just as I predicted.

It’s most unfortunate our governor, Greg Abbott (I voted against him in the last primary), didn’t do what should have been done five minutes after career criminal, liar and cheat, Joe Biden, was unlawfully sworn into office made possible by cheating:  Call up the Texas State Militia:

There are many, many militia groups in the U.S. who are not white supremacists or any of that manure.  These are patriotic Americans who train so they can help friends and neighbors in times of natural disasters like earthquakes, hurricanes and tornadoes.  Assist with overwhelmed first responders.  And, in defense of their state if necessary.

However, they have no legal authority nor do they represent the true meaning of the Second Amendment:  A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

Over the decades many well-meaning Americans, men and women, have been down at the border trying to assist Border Patrol. However, at least one situation I know about, the patriot almost got himself shot by Border Patrol.  Those Americans have no legal authority to act as militia.  It’s a real shame tens and tens of millions of gun owners in this country have no understanding of the Second Amendment.  I was one of them until 2005.  Dr. Edwin Vieira’s columns are a treasure trove on this issue.  His archives go back to 2005 [1] trying to get gun owners and lawmakers to understand the true meaning Second Amendment. Too bad most are still not listening.

Greg Abbott talks a good game but he refused to do the one thing that would have stopped millions of illegals flooding the border since Jan. 2021:  Do not let illegals put one foot on U.S. soil.  Yes, this would require thousands of Texans give some time on a rotating basis to do THEIR DUTY as part of the Texas State Militia for their safety, their families and our state.

Over this past weekend, the vermin were out in full force attacking law enforcement and even attempting to breach a federal building while elected political whores vomited up their support of ILLEGALS.

Pam Bondi Puts Judges and Members of Congress on Notice Amid Violent Anti-ICE Protests in Los Angeles, June 7, 2025: “It doesn’t matter if you’re a judge, a member of Congress, or a protestor in Los Angeles: If you obstruct or assault a law enforcement officer, this Department of Justice will prosecute you,” Pam Bondi said.”

For the millionth time (Mine): “A Bill: Stop all Public Welfare in Any Form for Illegal Aliens, Mine August 24, 2014. I was referring to a bill introduced by career crook (now deceased) Dirty Harry Reid [D-NV) that would stop all welfare at any level for illegal aliens – city, county, state, federal.  Go read his press release at the top of the article where he hammers against illegal aliens:

“Safeguards like welfare and free medical care are in place to boost Americans in need of short-term assistance. These programs were not meant to entice freeloaders and scam artists from around the world. Even worse, Americans have seen heinous crimes committed by individuals who are here illegally.”

“His statements were to announce a bill he introduced back then titled the Immigration Stabilization Act [S.1351]. I’m betting it was not written by Dirty Harry, but by lawyers who know what they’re doing and the sure to come legal challenges. It covers the whole gambit of turning off the trillions spent over the past 28 years since Reagan sold us out. There were 3 cosponsors for the bill. Then Dirty Harry did a 180 and became a champion of illegals.

“I sent page one of the bill with a letter to more than a dozen GOP senators and dozens of GOP House reps over the years who claim during boob tube interviews how we have to close the border! The last one was to Rep. Chip Roy [R-TX]. After Trump was elected in 2016, I sent it to him twice and twice to Stephen Miller at the WH. I’ve never received ONE SINGLE RESPONSE FROM ANY OF THEM. Trump I understand as he has staff who open the mail.” I doubt Trump ever saw my letter as I’m a nobody, don’t play for a winning sports team or own a high-tech company.  (There is an Appendix with my column above to make a few changes, see here.)

CON-gress is GOP controlled. They could get that bill passed or a shorter version in less than a week; I have no doubt Trump would sign it into law and then come the lawsuits.  BUT, despite these partisan, rotten judges, I believe the bill will stay law.  I also believe illegals would see the handwriting on the wall and start self-deporting but it won’t get done unless millions of Americans burn up the phone lines to their congress critter and demand they shut off the gravy train.

I don’t know what’s going to happen by the time this column gets posted but if the National Guard and other law enforcement don’t play big boy, the rioting will continue and it won’t be pretty.
