Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves. —Matthew 7:15
Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears. And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. —2 Timothy 4:2-4
What is a Neo-Con Trotskyite?
Let's look again at the definition of a neo-con Trotskyite, since this term represents the people of the secretive Council for National Policy, as well as the Republican politicians of the last 50 years.
Forty or fifty years ago or more, those who have become leaders in today's Republican party drifted away from Trotskyism and began to identify themselves as democratic socialists. Still later, under the guise of neo-conservatives, Irving Kristol and William F. Buckley, who emasculated true old right conservatism, slithered into the Republican party as "moderates." They stole the name of "conservative" and seized intellectual control of the true conservatives, as well as the entire Republican party. I strongly suggest the purchase of John McManus's well documented and referenced book, William F. Buckley, Pied Piper for the Establishment. Buckley was CFR, CIA agent, Skull and Bonesman from Yale, as well as an invited guest to Bilderberger conferences. [Link]
We must not ignore Leon Trotsky. Trotsky, unlike Stalin and Lenin, favored the slow and patient imposition of Marxist socialism without murders and gulags, yet he had no problem murdering three million Russians. Trotsky wished for the people to "choose" Marxism, rather than having it forced upon them. Irving Kristol, father of Bilderberger, Bill Kristol, stated, "I regard myself as lucky to have been a young Trotskyite and I have not a single bitter memory."
Let's take a look at just a couple more of the top CNP members, and then we'll close the next article with a list of members who can be found on the web.
William Rusher
William Rusher was on the CNP Board of Governors in 1982. He was a former Trotskyite. In 1955, William F. Buckley, Jr. founded the National Review with William Rusher as editor/publisher.
William Rusher and William F. Buckley
Rusher and F. Clifton White, having cut their political teeth in the Young Republican National Federation ("the powerful and shadowy YRNF 'syndicate'"), became the political strategists of the ideologically distinct conservative movement that gained organizational control of the Republican Party in 1964. In 1961, Richard Viguerie (See part 18) answered an ad in National Review for a political organizer, and was hired by Rusher as YAF's (Young Americans for Freedom - founded by Buckley) executive secretary.
In 1976, at an American Conservative Union Conference reception, Rusher was asked the following question by Charlotte Iserbyt, (former Senior Policy Advisor for Reagan's education department), "Why won't Human Events, National Review, and the American Conservative Union ever deal with the subject of no elected boards (unelected boards) and regional government?" His response was, "I guess they don't think it's so important." Well, if it's not so important, why do the communists love it?
In the Communist Daily World of November 8, 1975 it carried a very interesting article entitled, "Planning is Socialism's Trademark," by Morris Zeitlin. The Daily World was the newspaper of the Communist Party USA, and was formerly known as The Daily Worker which was founded in 1924. The importance of this article lies in its blatant admission that regionalism, which is gradually becoming the accepted method of unelected governance in the United States (unelected councils and task forces, participatory democracy, public-private partnerships, etc.) is the form of government used in democratic socialist and communist countries.
The entire article by Zeitlin is on page 134 in Charlotte's book, The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America, and is on her website in pdf download. Planning and a "planned economy" is socialism's trademark. Think too, of United Nations Agenda 21! Apparently, the neo-cons believe Communism is not very important.
Richard Allen
Richard V.Allen, CNP and CFR member, who with Dr. Edwin J. Feulner,Jr., founded Heritage's Asian Studies Center in 1983. Mr. Allen has served as its chairman. The 1993 Annual Report of the Heritage Foundation of Washington, D.C. was dedicated to their twentieth year celebration, and revealed the following:
The idea of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) originated with Heritage Fellow Richard Allen and has long been advocated by Heritage policy analysts.... The idea of creating a North American free trade zone from the Yukon to the Yucatan was first proposed by Heritage Distinguished Fellow Richard Allen in the late 1970s, refined by then Presidential candidate Ronald Reagan, and further developed in a major 1986 Heritage Foundation study.
The Free Trade Agreement got the ball rolling for the development of skills standards by the newly formed National Skills Standards Board, endorsed by the U.S. Labor Department Secretary’s Commission on Achieving Necessary Skills (SCANS) study originated under Labor Secretary Elizabeth Dole, and eventually led to the School-to-Work Opportunities Act and the dumbing down of American education curriculum for workforce training.
With all of this emphasis on “standards” it should be pointed out that NAFTA allows exchanges of all categories of professionals, with those coming from Mexico and Canada having met their own countries’ standards, not necessarily equal to those required in the United States. If this process evolves the way most of these exchange processes have in the past, that disparity will be addressed in one of two ways—by changing U.S. standards to match foreign standards, or by altering both NAFTA nations’ standards to align with international standards like ISO 9000 or ISO 1400 monitored by UNESCO. This should be of concern to professional organizations in the United States. See page 315 in The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America on charlotte's website on the "Impact on Education of the United States Signing the North American Free Trade Agreement."
From the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel of April 5, 2015 comes this article, Help wanted: Most U.S. Job Openings are for Low-Skill, Low-Pay Workers, and it all started with "free trade." Thank you Heritage Foundation and Council for National Policy member, Richard Allen, along with all the neo-con radio hosts who pushed this garbage for the Republicans.
Lt. Col. Oliver North
North is a long time member of the CNP. He came into the public spotlight as a result of his participation in the Iran-Contra affair. Christians should find it disturbing that many CNP members, such as John K. Singlaub and Oliver North, were involved in one of the greatest modern day examples of deep politics: the Iran-Contra Scandal. John K. Singlaub and Oliver North, were part of the secret team of covert operators carrying out the Reagan and Bush Administration’s secret agenda.
North claimed partial responsibility for the sale of weapons through intermediaries to Iran, with the profits being channeled to the Contras in Nicaragua. He was convicted on three different counts for helping deceive Congress about the Reagan administration's trading arms to Iran for release of hostages, for destroying documents, and for illegally accepting a home security system that was paid for by a government contractor, (Richard Secord), whom North had brought into his operations. North himself in a message sent to John Poindexter (a message that he attempted but failed to destroy), lays out the chain of organizations from Tehran right down to the hostage holders - a well-known Middle Eastern terrorist group called the Hezbollah. His conviction was later reversed on the grounds that immunized testimony had been used at his trial.
Richard Secord
Rex 84 was Oliver North's 1984 "controversial" readiness exercise' that called for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), to round up and detain 400,000 imaginary 'refugees,' in the context of 'uncontrolled population movements' over the Mexican border in the US. North's activities raised civil liberties concerns in both Congress and the Justice Department. Rex 84, short for Readiness Exercise 1984, was a classified "scenario and drill" developed by the US federal government to suspend the United States Constitution, declare martial law, place military commanders in charge of state and local governments, and detain large numbers of American citizens who are deemed to be "national security threats", in the event that the President declares a "State of National Emergency". The plan states, events causing such a declaration would be widespread U.S. opposition to a U.S. military invasion abroad, such as if the United States were to directly invade Central America. To combat what the government perceived as "subversive activities", the plan also authorized the military to direct ordered movements of civilian populations at state and regional levels.
Rex 84 was written by Lieutenant Colonel Oliver North, who was both National Security Council White House Aide, and NSC liaison to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and John Brinkerhoff, the deputy director of "national preparedness" programs for the FEMA. They patterned the plan on a 1970 report written by FEMA chief Louis Giuffrida, at the Army War College, which proposed the detention of up to 21 million "American Negroes," if there were a black militant uprising in the United States. Existence of a master military contingency plan (of which REX-84 was a part), "Garden Plot" and a similar earlier exercise, "Lantern Spike," were originally revealed by journalist Ron Ridenhour, who summarized his findings in an article in Counter Spy.
North gave us both FEMA and Rex 84 which would suspend the Constitution and declare Martial Law during a state of National Emergency. He lives on a huge estate on top of Mt. Weather, the underground city that would hide the politicians in the event of nuclear catastrophe. It is a FEMA operation with armed guards.
Gary Bauer
Gary Bauer founded the Family Research Council, in 1983. In 1996, he was featured as a speaker at the Moon's Women's Federation For World Peace Conference in Washington DC, and had a full page ad in the Moon-owned Washington Times in August, 1997.
In 1997, a new headquarters for FRC, a six-story building which stands at 801 G Street N.W. in the heart of the nation's capital, was built and decorated with funds through resources provided by FRC benefactors, the families of CNP members, Ed and Elsa Prince and 33º Mason Richard DeVos of Amway fame. Mr. Bauer ran for President in 2000, withdrew and backed pro-abortion candidate John McCain.
Bauer was under Secretary of Education beginning in July 1985, when he was confirmed by unanimous vote in the U.S. Senate. While serving at the Education Department, Bauer was named Chairman of President Reagan's Special Working Group on the Family.
One has to wonder just how much Gary knew about the US/Soviet education agreements of 1985 and 1988 which brought Skinnerian behavioral training into American schools and eliminated academic education. B.F. Skinner used a system of "reward and punishment" for teaching. He stated, "I could make a pigeon a high achiever by reinforcing it on a proper schedule." Thus, thanks to Reagan's education agreements, we now have American children being trained like dogs, rather than being academically educated. See Anita Hoge's article Manipulating Students by Reward and Punishment and Charlotte Iserbyt's Back To Basics Reform, Or…OBE *Skinnerian International Curriculum? booklet available on her website.

In November 2009, Bauer signed an ecumenical statement known as the Manhattan Declaration calling on evangelical, Catholic and Orthodox Christians not to comply with rules and laws which they claim would compel participation in or blessing of abortion, same-sex marriage and other matters that go against their religious consciences. Sounds great doesn't it? The Manhattan Declaration is Catholics and evangelicals together. It's co-signers include CFR members, Robert George and Richard Land, both of whom, along with Dr. Albert Mohler, are United Nations non-governmental organization members (UN-NGO's) who serve UNESCO. Having said all that, Gary Bauer supports strong ties with Israel, our only middle east friend, and is a critic of Islam. He has written some excellent articles on Israel and the Obama administration. However, he also believes we should advance and protect freedom worldwide, but we are not the world's police.
In Part 23, we'll look at a few more top members of the CNP. I will link to the few membership lists available on the web, but they are incomplete. No one knows the total number of members today, and who they are, as they are kept secret.
