The plan to flood America with millions of freeloaders, terrorists and criminals has worked perfectly. Crime is soaring and those “newcomers” are bleeding taxpayers dry thanks to rotten, corrupt politicians and gutless cowards in Congress and state legislatures.

Governors who belong to the Democrat/Communist Party USA and mayors who ignore immigration laws already on the books are now crying like babies as their cities, towns, schools and hospitals are over run with increasing crime. Citizens are finally waking up to reality now that it’s come to their community.

Oh, those poor people are coming here because they want a better life. Think Laken Riley would have liked a nice life and lived the American dream? Now she’s 6’ under.

This invasion was planned and the first day after the impostor playing president, career criminal Joe Biden, was unlawfully sworn in, he did as his handlers told him to do: Dismantle the programs and agreements in effect under President Trump. Top of the short list: Asylum seekers would remain in Mexico (who doesn’t want them) until their court date. 93% of asylum claims are BOGUS and get dismissed.

This nightmare was 100% avoidable, but thanks to a GOP controlled Congress under President Trump, Republicans did NOTHING but point the finger at Democrats. For the thousandth time and now ten years down the road, once again: One of the biggest crooks ever to serve in the Senate, dirty Harry Reid (Deceased), member of the Democrat/Communist Party USA, introduced the strongest anti-illegals bill ever written; 76 pages. I have written about this over and over and over: Turn off the money and the freeloaders will leave. Turn off the money and they will not come – except terrorists smuggling themselves across the border during the night loaded with weapons.

“August 5, 1993, Dirty Harry’s office issued the following: In response to increased terrorism and abuse of social programs by aliens, Sen. Harry Reid (D-Nev.) Today introduced the first and only comprehensive immigration reform bill in Congress. Currently, an alien living illegally in the United States often pays no taxes but receives unemployment, welfare, free medical care and other federal benefits. Recent terrorist acts, including the World Trade Center bombing, have underscored the need to keep violent criminals out of the country.

“Our borders have overflowed with illegal immigrants placing tremendous burdens on our criminal justice system, schools and social programs. The Immigration and Naturalization Service needs the ability to step up enforcement. Our federal wallet is stretched to the limit by illegal aliens getting welfare, food stamps, medical care, and other benefits often without paying any taxes.”

“Reid’s statements were to announce a bill he introduced back then titled the Immigration Stabilization Act [S.1351]. I’m betting it was not written by Dirty Harry, but by lawyers who know what they’re doing and the sure to come legal challenges. It covers the whole gambit of turning off the trillions spent over the past 28 years since Reagan sold us out. One section I want to highlight: TITLE X–CITIZENSHIP

SEC. 1001. BASIS OF CITIZENSHIP CLARIFIED.

“In the exercise of its powers under section 5 of the Fourteenth Article of Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, the Congress has determined and hereby declares that any person born after the date of enactment of this title to a mother who is neither a citizen of the United States nor admitted to the United States as a lawful permanent resident, and which person is a national or citizen of another country of which either of his or her natural parents is a national or citizen, or is entitled upon application to become a national or citizen of such country, shall be considered as born subject to the jurisdiction of that foreign country and not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States within the meaning of section 1 of such Article and shall therefore not be a citizen of the United States or of any State solely by reason of physical presence within the United States at the moment of birth.”

“The concern was raised in an amicus brief filed Monday evening to lend support to immigrants parents who sued Texas after being denied birth certificates for their U.S.-born children, even after showing their “matrículas,” the ID cards issued by the Mexican consulate to undocumented immigrants…They should rethink their bitching because you don’t push Texas around without a fight. The State of Texas has the absolute legal right to make required documentation mandatory. Not to mention what hypocrites they are: Mexico Deports More Illegals Than The US Does – Mexico tightens immigration laws, while asking us to loosen ours, June 22, 2015.”

Of course, there were lawsuits and garbage websites like Wikipedia continue to publish the conspiracy theory that any baby dropped on U.S. soil is automatically a U.S. citizen under the Fourteenth Amendment. In 2016, a group of illegal alien mothers sued the State of Texas. Aww, they were being discriminated against. No, you have NO right to be on U.S. soil, period. In the end, Texas was basically forced to reach an agreement with criminals who violate our immigration laws so they can birth their baby on U.S. soil so Texans can be raped in taxes for their free ride – BILLIONS of our tax dollars here in Texas.

Well, now we have yet another innocent young girl with her whole life ahead of her murdered by a sub-human piece of excrement: Laken Riley, age 22. LIKE THOUSANDS OF OTHER AMERICANS OF ALL AGES AND RACES who’ve been murdered by illegal aliens.

He is an accessory to her murder: Sheriff where Laken Riley was viciously murdered — allegedly by Venezuelan migrant — pledged not to cooperate with ICE during his campaign, Feb. 29, 2024 – “The sheriff of the Georgia county where a Venezuelan migrant has been charged with murdering nursing student Laken Riley had campaigned on refusing to cooperate with Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers, a resurfaced interview shows.

“It is not my intention, when elected sheriff, to cooperate with those detainers,” John Williams, now the sheriff of Athens-Clarke County, said in a 2020 interview with Athens Political Nerds. He was referring to detainers ICE placed on illegal immigrants who were arrested on criminal charges.”

So, voters in Athens in an uproar over the brutal murder (her skull was bashed in) of that young innocent girl got what you voted for: Lawlessness, rapists and murderers in your “sanctuary city”. Those of you who voted for Williams voted to protect a career criminal here ILLEGALLY; quoting from the article above:

“He [Ibarra] had entered the country illegally in 2022 but was released pending “future proceedings,” US Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials have said. From there, he worked in the Big Apple delivering food and was arrested in Queens on Aug. 31 on a child endangerment charge — but was released before the federal agency could file a request to deport him, immigration officials said.

“Ibarra later moved to Georgia to live with his brother, Diego, and the two were busted for shoplifting at an Athens Walmart in October and charged with stealing $200 in merchandise, but were released after being issued summonses. Diego Ibarra was later detained by ICE for using a phony green card to land a job at UGA.”

NGO’s (Non-governmental Organizations) are overwhelmingly a cancer as too many of them are America haters and in the case of illegal aliens, complicit in violating federal law. That includes the Catholic Church and other religious denominations who also get big federal bux for aiding and abetting.

Quoting a great American, Jon Christian Ryter, whose deep research has always been accurate. I’ve always had a great deal of respect for Jon. From one of his columns back in 2010:

City, county or State officials that declare their jurisdictions to be “Open Cities, Counties or States are subject to arrest; as are law enforcement agencies who chose not to enforce this law. Police officers who ignore officials who violate Section 8 USC 1324[a](1)(A)[iv][b](iii) are committing a Section 274 federal felony.

“Furthermore, according to Federal Immigration and National Act of 1952, if you live in a city, county or State that refuses to enforce the law for whatever reason, the officials making those rules are financially liable for any crime committed within their jurisdiction by an illegal alien.”

I’ve said forever, you can’t fix a problem unless you go back and find when and how the problem started. Before we get to Part II, you must read this January 27, 2010, column by Jon because it is the factual history of what three previous presidents did to deport millions of illegal aliens:

The program, dubbed “Operation Wetback,” was carried out without any protests from US government-funded Hispanic advocacy groups—since there were none. The Clintonesque-liberal media political correctness dictionary was still 63 years in the future and the communist-left FDR (America’s white Barack Obama) federal bureaucracy was still some 4-years in the making.

“The Hoover roundup sent over one million Mexican illegal aliens packing—freeing up jobs for out-of-work US citizens. In addition, some 47 thousand Mexican nationals who were in the country legally, with visas, also opted to leave due to rising animosity by out-of-work Americans for any foreigner in the United States with a job. Operation Wetback was launched in the Southwest: Arizona, California, New Mexico and Texas. But deportees also came from Colorado, Illinois, Michigan, and New York. Since Mexican illegals tried hard to remain under the radar screen, few of them traveled far beyond the border States, thus we can assume that most of the deportees from the States north of the Mason-Dixon line were legal residents. During the Hoover years, immigration to he United States was virtually stopped…

“Eisenhower hired Gen. Joseph May Swing to head the INS and with units of the US National Guard, began what history now views as a quasi-military operation to find and seize illegal immigrants. As hard as Johnson tried to get rid of Swing, Eisenhower protected his man in Immigration. On July 15, 1953, the first day of Operation Wetback III, Swing’s men arrested 4,800 illegals. After the first day, the INS averaged the seizure of 1,100 illegals per day. The INS devoted 700 men to the project, hoping to scare enough more illegals to flee back across the border. The INS claims that under Eisenhower’s Operation Wetback, they deported 1,300,000 illegals. The open-border social progressives insist that all three phases of Operation Wetback were dismal flops, and that only a few thousand people—all of whom, they claim, were legal residents—were deported.” Rest of the history at link above.

Of course, today we are up against a dirty, crooked Mexican president who wants and has been happy to ship us their peasant class; uneducated and disease-ridden individuals (like TB) along with the despicable ACLU and other organizations who want open borders. The illegal who murdered Laken Riley is from Venezuela. Maduro is the president of Venezuela. Another stinking, rotten Marxist who has told the U.S. they will refuse any illegals we ship back to them to them. See those cantaloupes and other fruits and veggies at the grocery store from Venezuela? Let them ROT on the shelves. I don’t buy foreign anyway (and I’ve made that quite clear at both HEB and China (Wal) Mart over the decades since NAFTA was signed). The American people can use their wallet to send a clear message.

Trump has made a huge campaign promise: He will spearhead the biggest deportation operation in the history of this country. But can he pull it off?

If only Republicans had passed Dirty Harry Reid’s bill in 2017, this on-going invasion would NOT be happening. No doubt open border cockroaches like the ACLU and others would have sued but I believe the bill will be declared constitutional.

I tried. Three months after Trump took office, I sent him a letter with the first page of the bill along with a copy to his hot-shot senior advisor for policy, Stephen Miller. No response. I waited three more months and spent from my limited budget overnight mail, again, to Trump and Priority to Miller. No response. Over the past decade I’ve sent a similar letter and first page of the bill to dozens of U.S. Senators and House members who were all very outspoken about the invasion at the border. The last one was blabbermouth, Rep. Chip Roy. Not a single response from any of them nor has the issue of stopping welfare in ALL forms at all level of governments ever mentioned.

Trump did fight hard to get a wall built but he had to battle RINO’s in his own party as well as the DemonRats in Congress and partisan judges who should have been impeached for siding with criminals who violate our immigration laws and given a free pass.

While Donald Trump was a highly successful businessman before he was elected in 2016, he was a neophyte in the dirty, filthy world of the blood sport known as American politics. I have zero doubt he had any inkling at the beginning those around him were setting him up for failure. Now he knows.

Trump did not utilize the power he had as president to stop the invasion and either his over rated advisors were also ignorant of his presidential powers or they never told him. I do believe this time around, when Trump is elected, we’re going to see real action taken right along with riots and violence. Make no mistake about that statement. However, the American people overwhelmingly want illegals deported – especially violent criminals and terrorists the Obama, er, Biden “administration” has welcomed with open arms. Over this past weekend, another 14,000 illegals walked right into OUR country; the Tucson, AZ sector led the way for the invasion to continue.

Trump told his audience on Sept. 20, 2023, at a campaign stop, he would immediately invoke the Alien Enemies Act to facilitate deporting illegals. Never heard of the Alien Enemies Act of 1798, but am very well versed on the Sedition Act of 1798. Right away liberals (socialists) and progressives (communists) went ballistic.

Trump said his intentions in using that Act would be to deport illegals involved in drug cartels, human and drug trafficking or individuals from our enemy nations suspected of terrorist activities. Former ICE Director Promises ‘Biggest Deportation Operation’ Under Trump – Tom Homan says there will be consequences for illegal border crossers under another Trump administration. “I promised President Trump when he announced that if he goes back, I go back. And I’m going to run the biggest deportation operation this country’s ever seen because these millions of people being released in this country, nine out of 10 will get an order of removal based on immigration court data,” wrote Homan on X.

“A judge orders them to be removed. We’re going to find them and we’re gonna remove them,” he added. “If there’s no consequence, we can’t fix the border. We’re going to have a consequence in the Trump administration.”

This is a video interview featuring Stephen Miller on the Clay & Buck radio show. Miller lays out in great detail just how millions of illegals are going to be deported utilizing personnel from various agencies. Okay. One of the biggest problems is going to be what’s happened with the Marxist president of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, who has told the fake Biden administration do not send any illegals from Venezuela back to them. Miller spoke about the role of the State Department. I do recommend you take the time to watch the Miller interview here.

Besides being Trump’s chief advisor for policy and his chief speech writer, after the stolen election in 2020, Miller and a select few attorneys opened up the America First Legal Foundation. While Miller did receive a BA in political science, to my knowledge he is not a lawyer.

Now, it’s all well and fine to use the National Guard and all the other law enforcement personnel Miller covers but we’re talking about a MASSIVE undertaking and they better get it right the first time. Let me refer to the Monroe Doctrine: (Emphasis mine.)

“I transmit a return of the militia of the several States according to the last reports which have been made by the proper officers in each to the Department of War by reference to this return it will be seen that it is not complete, although great exertions have been made to make it so. As the defense and even the liberties of the country must depend in times of imminent danger on the militia, it is of the highest importance that it be well organized, armed, and disciplined throughout the Union.”

Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution: A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

Many Second Amendment advocates celebrated the Heller decision, per Cornell Law:

“In the 2008 case District of Columbia v. Heller, the Supreme Court held that the “Second Amendment protects an individual right to possess a firearm unconnected with service in a militia, and to use that arm for traditionally lawful purposes, such as self-defense within the home.”

Of course, that Supreme Court completely ignored the first thirteen words of the Second Amendment as if they didn’t exist. Prior to that we had the mess called the Dick Act of 1903 which did NOT Amend the Second Amendment to read the National Guard being necessary to the security of a free state…

Back in 2013 and despite Dr. Edwin Vieira’s best efforts in trying to explain the constitutional militia to a couple of AZ senators, then AZ governor Jan Brewer signed a toothless, worthless law: Arizona’s Volunteer Militia On Call For Public Safety. Those who had little understanding of the constitutional militia wet their pants over Brewer’s Bungle thinking that new law was the answer. Sure, it was as AZ is being still being invaded by double digit thousands of illegal aliens. So, where’s this “volunteer militia” in AZ as thousands of illegals walk right across their state border?

As those keeping up with efforts here in Texas and the human invasion are aware each time Texas takes aggressive action to stop the flood of criminals who violate OUR immigration laws, the communists file all kinds of lawsuits. As I write this, I have no doubt the communists from various organizations will file yet another lawsuit to overturn the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Trump had better get reelected and make the invasion a top priority. He CAN re-instate the Remain in Mexico policy and add Canada. Those here after filing for asylum have 30 days to go back to Mexico or Canada. Yes, I’m fully aware hundreds of thousands of them have been given court dates all the way to 2030. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

The international rule has been asylum seekers go to the nearest country from the one they’re leaving. Apply for asylum and remain there until they get a court hearing. Oh, but you can’t do that here! Why, they’re all over the country, renting houses or apts and their kids are enrolled in public indoctrination centers cheating America’s children by draining financial resources. Too damn bad. Either the Trump administration fights back or the invasion will continue and our country will be completely destroyed. OUR America will be gone.

So, which is it going to be? Real men and women warriors in Congress and our state legislatures or spineless Republicans too afraid the prostitute media might call them racists. Republicans who don’t want to offend voters in their district while our country is being invaded and believe me, the crime wave is increasing by the day.

A warrior or a senator like Susan Collins, R-Maine? Pro-killing the unborn, voted yes to add sexual deviants to the list of hate crimes for which Congress has NO legislative authority, free-trade advocate to keep destroying our most important job sectors; that’s a very short list. Why she hasn’t registered with the Democrat/Communist Party USA is a mystery.

Oh, relax, FBI. This is about the Constitution, the right of the states and legal actions by Texas; hopefully other GOP governors will find their backbone and proceed. Hopefully, your county sheriff and local law enforcement will stand up and fight back: State and Local Authority to Enforce Immigration Law

Now Is the Time for Texas to Seek a Writ of Prohibition

The on-going conflict between the State of Texas and the Biden Administration over whether that State is entitled, on her own behalf and with her own resources, to repel the invasion of illegal aliens now flooding across her borders (and then advancing throughout the remaining several States) raises an host of constitutional conundra which Texas, the Administration, and the lower levels of the National Judiciary seem to comprehend only vaguely. One of these is whether the United States District Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit — two of the “Tribunals inferior to the Supreme Court” which the Constitution empowers Congress “[t]o constitute” (Article I, Section 8, Clause 9) — are authorized to exercise any of “[t]he judicial Power of the United States” (Article III, Section 1) in this particular matter, or in fact can claim no such “Power” (that is, “jurisdiction”) at all.

The authority of the State of Texas in the premises is beyond rational dispute. Article I, Section 10, Clause 3 provides (in pertinent part) that “[n]o State shall, without the Consent of Congress, * * * keep Troops * * * in time of Peace, * * * or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay”. Plainly, this imports that each and every State may “engage in War[ when] actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay”, and may “keep Troops * * * in [such] time of [War]”, “without the Consent of Congress” and therefore not subject to the absence of such “Consent” or to the “[Dis]sent of Congress” — howsoever Congress might attempt to withhold its “Consent” or to express its “[Dis]sent”. Unlike the somewhat vague reservation of undefined powers to the States within the Tenth Amendment, this power is reserved in the original Constitution to each and every State in explicit and unmistakable, indeed emphatic, language.

Precisely because this power is explicitly reserved to the States in the original Constitution, it cannot be nullified, negated, overridden, abridged, infringed upon, or otherwise impaired in its exercise by the exercise of any power the Constitution delegates to Congress. For all constitutional powers are of equal dignity. None is supreme over or superior to any other. Each must be exercised in harmony with all of the others. In this regard, Congress is not superior to the States, and the States are not superior to Congress, but each is situated on the selfsame constitutional plane.

For this reason, the statutes which Congress has enacted (or perhaps will enact) with respect to immigration and control of the National borders (pursuant, say, to its powers “[t]o establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization”, “[t]o regulate Commerce with foreign Nations”, and “[t]o make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof”, under Article I, Section 8, Clauses 4, 3, and 18) cannot interfere with the constitutional power of the States under Article I, Section 10, Clause 3. Certainly the so-called “Supremacy Clause” (Article VI, Clause 2), upon which the Biden Administration sets such unjustifiable store, can have no effect whatsoever. That Clause provides (in pertinent part) that “[t]his Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof * * * shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding”. Self-evidently, the “supremacy” being invoked on behalf of “the Laws of the United States” is over “the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary” — not some fictional, indeed logically and legally self-contradictory, “supremacy” of one provision of the Constitution of the United States over another provision of the selfsame Constitution. In short, the Supremacy Clause is irrelevant to matters arising under Article I, Section 10, Clause 3; and anyone contending otherwise is simply constitutionally illiterate (or astride some ideological hobbyhorse).

Now the peculiarity of the present situation, unknown in the tortuous course of constitutional law heretofore (as far as the present author is aware), is that both of the “Tribunals inferior to the Supreme Court” with which Texas is now enmeshed in the toils of litigation are the mere statutory creatures of Congress. Neither of them has independent and self-sufficient constitutional provenance, existence, recognition, or authority of any sort. That being so, at least arguable is that these “Tribunals” neither enjoy authority of their own, nor can claim authority from Congress, either to withhold “Consent” or to “[Dis]sent” from the exercise by Texas of the powers explicitly reserved to her in Article I, Section 10, Clause 3. Surely the Constitution affords these “Tribunals” no such authority directly, and Congress cannot delegate any such authority to them, because Congress itself enjoys no authority either to “Consent” (which option is irrelevant), or (conversely) to withhold “Consent” or express “[Dis]sent” (which alternatives are prohibited), with respect to the exercise by Texas of those powers. Thus, these “Tribunals” can claim no “jurisdiction” whatsoever in the premises, from any constitutional source, directly or indirectly. Therefore, they cannot issue any purported “judgements”, “rulings”, “orders”, decisions”, and so on in any litigation supposedly involving Texas (or any other State similarly situated) which arises under the “keep[ing] Troops” and “engag[ing] in War” provisions of Article I, Section 10, Clause 3.

So, what is to be done? The most direct course would be for Texas to present “a suggestion concerning absence of jurisdiction” to both the District Court and the Court of Appeals, respectfully but firmly requesting their recognition of their lack of jurisdiction. (A litigant can always bring to a court’s attention the court’s lack of jurisdiction, at any stage of the proceedings.) Simultaneously, Texas should file with the Supreme Court of the United States an emergency petition for an extraordinary writ in the nature of prohibition, to compel these lower courts to cease and desist from their improvident exercises of nonexistent jurisdiction, if they fail to do so on their own sua sponte.

This would not leave unaddressed the constitutional questions arising out of the State’s assertion of her powers under Article I, Section 10, Clause 3. No, indeed. For the United States (or some officers thereof) could sue Texas, or Texas could sue the United States (or some officers thereof), with respect to those issues in the “original Jurisdiction” of the Supreme Court, because any such suit would be a “Case[ ] * * * in which a State shall be a Party” (Article III, Section 2, Clause 2). This, of course, is precisely the venue in which all weighty matters of constitutional first principles involving the States should be heard — especially in this “Case[ ]”, given that it brings to the fore questions of constitutionally reserved State sovereignty stemming from no less than the Declaration of Independence itself, wherein the thirteen original “Free and Independent States” assumed for themselves (and for all other States later confederating with them) “full Power to levy War”, a power not relinquished outright in the Constitution, but only qualified in Article I, Section 10, Clause 3.

To be sure, the Supreme Court might attempt to evade its plain constitutional responsibility to hear such a “Case[ ]”, by invoking a supposed privilege to refuse to exercise its “original Jurisdiction” (as it did in the “Case[ ]” which Texas brought, raising the issue of voting irregularities in the 2020 Presidential election). One can hope that the well of judicial dereliction of duty is not so deep that two buckets of everlasting shame can be drawn from it in such a short span of time.

Whatever the Supreme Court might or might not do, it would behoove Texas to follow this course of action in order to bring to the public’s attention, in the sharpest focus possible, exactly how extremely serious constitutionally (as well as politically, economically, and socially) the invasion of this country by illegal aliens actually is. As always in matters of such grave consequence, time is running out. Pussy-footing around is no longer an option, if it ever was one.

Trump, Insurrection, and Disqualification

One is easily overwhelmed by the fatuity and even imbecility of the politically motivated drivel which has inundated, and continues to flood, the Internet concerning Mr. Trump’s supposed disqualification for the office of President of the United States under the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States because of his alleged participation in the so-called “January Sixth Insurrection”. One wonders whether any of the self-satisfied gurus, talking-heads, and other pundits breathlessly pontificating on this subject have ever actually read, let alone carefully studied, the entire Constitution of the United States, or pondered how it must be construed and applied according to the tenets of constitutional interpretation with respect to this matter in particular. For, when all of that effort is expended, it becomes beyond dispute that, even if the “January Sixth Insurrection” were an “insurrection” (an extremely doubtful assumption at best), at this point in time Mr. Trump could not possibly, let alone even arguably, be disqualified for the office of President. And, one may confidently predict, the Supreme Court will soon so hold. Actually, the explanation for that expectation is easy to understand.

In pertinent part, the relevant portions of the Fourteenth Amendment read as follows:

“Section 3. No person shall * * * hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, * * * who, having previously taken an oath * * * as an officer of the United States * * * to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection * * * against the same * * * . But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.”

“Section 5. The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.”

I. First, in fairness to Mr. Trump’s opponents, it would be well to dispose of some really ridiculous contentions which a few of his more deluded supporters have advanced: namely, (i) that a President is not “an officer of the United States”; and (ii) that as President Mr. Trump never took “an oath as an officer” — so that even if he had actually “engaged in insurrection” during his first term in the Presidency he could not be disqualified from seeking election to, and serving in, a second term.

1. The Constitution — each of the provisions of which must be construed consistently in light of and in consonance with all of the others — itself eliminates any possible doubt that the Presidency is an “office” and the President is “an officer of the United States”:

a. Compare Article I, Section 7, Clause 3 (“Judgment in Cases of Impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust or Profit under the United States”) with Article II, Section 4 (“The President * * * of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment”).

b. Consider Article II, Section 1, Clause 1 (“The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. He shall hold his Office during the Term of four Years”).

c. Consider Article II, Section 1, Clause 4 (“No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years”).

d. Consider Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 (“In Case of the Removal of the President from Office, or Inability to discharge the Powers and Duties of said Office, the Same shall devolve in the Vice President”). And

e. Consider Article II, Section 1, Clause 7 (“Before he enter into the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation: — ‘I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States”).

When the Constitution, including all of the foregoing provisions, was ratified in 1788, “office” meant “a public employment”, and “officer” meant “a man in office”. Noah Webster, A Compendious Dictionary of the English Language (1806), at 207. So “office” and “officer” were inextricably linked. No basis exists for any contention that the Fourteenth Amendment in 1868 radically transmogrified the English language so as to preclude (or even raise any doubt as to) the conclusion drawn from the original Constitution that an individual who holds an “Office” is an “Officer”, by definition. Moreover, Section 1 of Amendment XXV, ratified in 1967, also refers to the Presidency as an “office” (“In the case of the removal of the President from office”), proving that between 1788 and 1967 (at least) no one ever imagined that the Presidency might be something other than an “office”, and therefore the President someone other than the unique “officer” in that “office”.

2. It has also been contended that, the niceties of the English language aside, several provisions of the original Constitution do, in fact, indicate that the President, although incumbent in an “Office”, is nonetheless not an “Officer”. Namely,

a. Under Article II, Section 2, Clause 2, “by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, [the President] shall appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the Supreme Court, and all other Officers of the United States, whose Appointments are not otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by Law”. Apparently, the argument here is that, if the President “shall appoint * * * all other Officers”, he himself cannot be an “Officer” or he would have the self-contradictory power to appoint himself. This is an especially stupendous piece of self-evident stupidity, because the President need not and cannot appoint himself pursuant to the authority granted in Section 2 of Article II, in as much as his “Appointment[ ] * * * herein” (that is, within the Constitution) has “otherwise [been] provided for, and * * * established by Law” in Section 1 of that Article (which, of course, precedes Section 2).

b. Under Article II, Section 3, the President “shall Commission all the Officers of the United States”. Here, too, the contention is that, were the President an “Officer[ ]”, he would be authorized to “Commission” himself. The obvious rejoinder is that this Section, in the exercise of common sense, must be read as “all the Officers of the United States [other than himself]”, or it would directly conflict with Section 1 of that Article, which (as with any other purported conflicts among constitutional provisions) is a legal impossibility. And

c. Under Article II, Section 4, “The President * * * and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment”. This supposedly creates a dichotomy between the President and “all civil Officers”, excluding him from that class of persons. Besides not taking into account that precisely because the President “shall be removed from Office” he must be the “civil Officer[ ]” in that “Office” to begin with (as explained above), this contention requires one to disregard the obvious reading of the phrase “all civil Officers of the United States” to import “all [other] civil Officers of the United States” — that is, other than the President, he having already been explicitly singled out in that very sentence.

3. Finally, it has even been argued that Article VI, Clause 3 of the Constitution proves that the President is not an “Officer”, because that Clause mandates that “all executive * * * Officers * * * of the United States * * * shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution”, whereas the “Oath or Affirmation” of the President in Article II, Section 1, Clause 7 goes far beyond the simple words “support this Constitution” — and Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment refers simply to persons “who, having previously taken an oath * * * as an officer of the United States * * * to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection”. But why the expansive words of the President’s special “Oath or Affirmation”, being explicitly mandated by the Constitution, do not in substance constitute an “Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution” no one has ever explained. Surely to “preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States” (the “Oath or Affirmation” in Article II, Section 1, Clause 7) amounts to, and indeed greatly exceeds, “support[ing] this Constitution” (the “Oath or Affirmation” in Article VI, Clause 3). And surely someone who, as President, has taken the more extensive “Oath or Affirmation”, and then “engaged in insurrection”, is arguably even more blameworthy and subject to disqualification from office than someone who has taken only the simple “Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution”.

II. Second, having disposed of the absurdity that the President is not “an officer of the United States”, analysis can turn to the question of how, if at all at the present time, Mr. Trump could be disqualified for the office of President under Sections 3 and 5 of the Fourteenth Amendment. The answer to that question is that his disqualification is constitutionally impossible.

1. The key operative terms in Section 3 are “engaged in insurrection * * * against the [United States]”. Because the Fourteenth Amendment is a provision of the Constitution of the United States, not of the laws of any of the several States, the definitions of these terms must be uniquely constitutional –that is, to use the adjective common in legal parlance, uniquely “federal” in nature. Unless the Constitution is misconstrued as a formula for legal and political chaos, there cannot be up to fifty different definitions each of “insurrection” and “engaged in”, depending on the particular State in which the issue might arise, with any or all of such definitions being in one way or another inconsistent with “federal” definitions. For, under Article VI, Clause 2, “[t]his Constitution * * * shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution and Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding”. The several States’ constitutions, laws, and judicial decisions — let alone determinations by their administrative agencies — can have nothing whatsoever to do with it.

Plainly, too, these uniquely “federal” definitions must be derived from common legal usage as of July 9, 1868, when the Fourteenth Amendment was ratified. And as to “insurrection” specifically, the definition must be consistent with the meaning of that term as of June 21, 1788, when the Constitution was ratified, containing the delegation to Congress of the power “[t]o provide for calling forth the Militia to * * * suppress Insurrections”, in Article I, Section 8, Clause 15. For there is no reason to believe that the Fourteenth Amendment adopted some new, idiosyncratic definition of “insurrection” at odds with the purport of that noun in the original Constitution. This, of course, excludes all of the politically motivated pseudo-definitions being proposed today to twist the Constitution out of shape in order to inculpate Mr. Trump.

Moreover, these uniquely “federal” definitions must be circumscribed by the Bill of Rights, which the Fourteenth Amendment was never intended to disregard or limit (but rather, as the Supreme Court has long maintained, to “incorporate”). In particular here, these definitions must take into account the strictures of the First Amendment, which guarantees in principle and protects in practice the freedoms of speech, petition, assembly, and association, even with respect to advocacy and activities verging on a true “insurrection”. See, e.g., Brandenburg v. Ohio, 395 U.S. 444 (1969) (individual who advocates the violent overthrow of the government); and contrast Scales v. United States, 367 U.S. 203 (1961), with Noto v. United States, 367 U.S. 290 (1961) (differently situated members of an organization which advocates the violent overthrow of the government).

2. The uniquely “federal” definitions of “insurrection” and “engaged in” must be applied by “federal” officials through some uniquely “federal” process, not potentially fifty or more different legislative, judicial, or even administrative processes conducted by various officials of the States (unless, perhaps, Congress were to provide otherwise through the exercise of its unique power under Section 5 of the Fourteenth Amendment, which it has not done).

a. “Insurrection” has always been deemed an “infamous crime” — that is, a “felonious offense”. For that reason, under “federal” law an alleged “insurrection” must always be the subject of a criminal prosecution, not mere civil litigation, let alone some administrative procedure.

b. Because “insurrection” is an “infamous crime”, under the Fifth Amendment an alleged perpetrator “shall [not] be held to answer * * * unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger”.

c. As to a “criminal prosecution[ ]” for alleged “insurrection”, under Article III, Section 2, Clause 3 of the Constitution “[t]he Trial of all Crimes, except in Cases of Impeachment, shall be by Jury; and such Trial shall be held in the State where the said Crimes shall have been committed; but when not committed in any State, the Trial shall be at such Place or Places as the Congress may by Law have directed”. Moreover, under the Sixth Amendment “the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district where the crime shall have been committed, * * * and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining Witnesses to his favor; and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense”. As the supposed “January Sixth Insurrection” occurred in the District of Columbia, obviously a trial cannot be held in any State (unless Congress were to so provide, which it has yet to do).

d. In any “federal” criminal trial involving “insurrection”, “federal” evidentiary substantive standards and procedural rules must apply as to: (i) which facts are relevant, (ii) discovery as to such facts, as for example under the rule of Brady v. Maryland, 373 U.S. 83 (1963), (iii) how such facts may be proved to the jury or the court, (iv) the degree of certainty to which proof must rise (“beyond a reasonable doubt”), and so on.

e. All of this will require various “federal” statutes making “insurrection” a “federal” crime, to be enforced according to appropriate “federal” rules of Grand Jury practice, of criminal procedure at trial, of appellate review, and so on. These particulars must be provided by Congress, which under Section 5 of the Fourteenth Amendment exercises the exclusive “power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of [Section 3]”. In principle, Congress could enact a statute which permitted the States’ courts to enforce the “federal” statute making “insurrection” a “federal” crime. In practice, however, Congress has done the very opposite. Specific “federal” statutes make “insurrection” a crime, and define it as a “felony”. Title 18, United States Code, Sections 2383 and 3559(a)(3). But these statutes cannot be enforced in the States’ courts. Title 18, United States Code, Section 3231.

3. In sum, as a matter of “federal” law applicable to Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment, Mr. Trump: (i) has not been arrested for the “federal” crime of “insurrection”, (ii) has not been formally charged with and arraigned for “insurrection”, (iii) has not been indicted by a “federal” Grand Jury for “insurrection”, (iv) has not been convicted of “insurrection” in a criminal prosecution in a “federal” court, and (v) has not unsuccessfully exhausted all possible appeals or other post-trial remedies which might result in reversal or negation of a conviction. I’ve asked NWV’s to run this old column because inflation is absolutely killing all but the very wealthy. It is critically important we educate our fellow Americans about this issue, so please do share with your email lists and all social media. Manipulation of the currency and the “Federal” Reserve – something the majority of our adult aged population knows absolutely nothing about.

The fools in state legislatures continue to raise the minimum age. Like throwing gasoline on a fire. McDonald’s CEO says fast food chain will focus on affordability amid outrage over menu hikes, Feb. 5, 2023 – Customers have blasted the fast-food giant in recent months amid a spike in menu prices, including a nearly $18 Big Mac combo. Carl’s Jr: Cheeseburger deluxe + medium French fries: $11.24 in Midland, TX. Yes, for one person; I checked menus.

It’s not just the “fast food” industry but all sectors. We the People are being taxed into poverty by our city, county, state and federal elected “servants”. People need higher and higher wages just to break even while the solution – not another Band Aid – is there but Congress does NOT want their candy store to disappear.

Every few years, the same bleeding-heart members of the Democratic/Communist Party USA start beating the drum to raise the minimum wage. Factually challenged bureau-rats in some state legislatures also want to continue punishing the employer by passing higher minimum wages in the private sector. Those mental midgets claim this will benefit the worker. Nothing like twisting logic upside down to get more votes and it’s not just confined to Marxists. This is what a Republican had to say a few years ago when raising the minimum wage was the rage in the Outlaw Congress:

“Whether people like it or not, we need to go ahead with it,” said Rep. Mike Castle, R-Del., who supports the idea. “There’s a general agreement among Republicans (opposing the raise) that “maybe we don’t like it much, but we need to move forward with it just for political reasons.” So, you see, this isn’t caring about the little guy, it’s about politics and votes.

Where does the U.S. Constitution, Art. 1, Section 8, give Congress the authority to dictate to any private employer what they can and can’t pay an employee? America is a free enterprise system. A system driven by competition and hard work. Do most Americans understand what Fascism is? Fascism is defined as a system of government marked by centralization of authority under a dictator, stringent socioeconomic controls; oppressive, dictatorial control. For the federal government to centralize the labors of the common man under laws that dictate socioeconomic controls is to strangle free enterprise and competition.

Poltroons in Congress can wrangle about tax cuts for the rich and raising the minimum wage, but it will NEVER cure the cancer, only prolong it. Those sandbaggers in Congress are the ultimate liars who have led us down the path of slavery and unless the people stop rewarding such deceit with reelection, the game will go on with the losers being we the people. I can tell you real men who birthed this republic would never have allowed any Congress to get away with this type of oppression and the deliberate destruction of a free enterprise system.

As for “tax cuts for the rich”, thieves like Nancy Pelosi, who has a net worth of $58 million bux, might not be financially bothered by paying more in taxes, but the common man is being destroyed by them. Former Congressman Ron Paul introduced several bills in the past that would boost the economy and create jobs through spending. All ignored by those caring Republicans and Democrats in Congress – including Nancy Pelosi and Dirty Harry Reid [D-NV].

It should be noted when Ron Paul introduced the TIPS act to help the very people who make minimum wage and see their tips taxed, there were more than 300,000 service workers in Dirty Harry’s own state of Nevada. Did he support the bill? Not a chance. The bill died in committee – not a single Republican or Democratic/Communist Party USA rat in the Outlaw Congress supported it.

Why the silence from the thugs who run the SEIU (Service Employees International Union birthed by the Communist Party International) who don’t give a tinker’s dam about their members when those bills were introduced and died? If they cared so much about their workers, they would have fought to get Ron Paul’s bill passed through Congress because those bills – especially the TIPS Act – would have greatly benefited their membership.

As the gluttony of the bloated federal and state governments continues to grow unchecked, the burden of taxation is killing off the middle class; for those with a combined household income of less than $35,000 a year, it literally is living one can of beans to the next. Those ever so benevolent politicians with a Gestapo agency like the IRS to carry out their dirty work, continue to upchuck the only way to help those hard-working folks who really do need a break is to continue raising taxes for more useless federal, state and county jobs that produce nothing and raise the minimum wage level of pay.

Such stupidity actually hurts minimum wage workers. A sure recipe for failure, but then again, most politician’s thought process is driven by campaign contributions and reelection. Politicians tend to be weepy, cowardly, emotion driven creatures who can’t seem to help themselves.

While those same career politicians sell financial poison, the reality of raising the minimum wage tells a different story: Minimum Wages and Unemployment: Case Closed – “In short, the preponderance of the evidence over the last 75 years is that low-skilled jobs (mostly held by the less-educated and less-skilled young and minorities) are extinguished by government wage fixing.”

I have every respect for any individual who gives an honest day’s work for a day’s wage. Traditionally in this country, workers are compensated for their labor according to their skill, education and experience. Minimum wage jobs were never meant to be a ‘living wage’ because those are jobs that generally require little to no experience, i.e. high school drop-outs, unskilled workers, or by college students because of flexible schedules and retired folks looking to supplement their retirement income and stay active. Paying an entry level clerk, a hotel maid or burger flipper $100.00 an hour isn’t going to solve the problem.

Besides the endless confiscation of someone’s hard earned labor via more and more heavy, progressive taxation, the single biggest reason why making the minimum wage $100.00 an hour isn’t the solution, it only feeds the “Federal” Reserve. It’s the devaluation of our currency and the purchasing power of the “dollar” that is the problem. An issue completely ignored by most adult aged Americans in this country.

Sadly, the owned by Wall Street Outlaw Congress did not abolish the unconstitutional “Federal” Reserve six years ago when Ron Paul introduced a bill. Hell, most of them had to be dragged kicking and screaming to even sign on to a bill to audit the “Fed”. As Dr. Edwin Vieira wrote in one of his articles: The Road Not Taken (Nov. 2011):

“My “Cross of Gold” address to this audience in October of 2010 said all that needs to be said against the substance of proposals of that kind. Of course, I shall be the first to commend the proponents of such plans for their patriotism, imagination, courage, and optimism. But, as General Sosobowski reputedly said when General Browning reviewed the plan for the ultimately disastrous Operation Market Garden: “I am thrilled that your great Field Marshall Montgomery has devised such a plan. I promise you that I shall be properly ecstatic if it works.”

We are too far down the road to ruin brought to all of us by the same incumbents Americans keep reelecting over and over and over. I urge you to take the time to read all of Edwin’s column because he provides the only solution left to us for our very survival.

Unless and until Americans fully understand the disabilities of our monetary system, they will continue to take the road to financial destruction by demanding more Band Aids to “fix” the problem. Of course, this requires an investment in time and the ability to understand the subject matter. While no one likes to say it, tragically, we have tens and tens of millions of adult aged Americans who are so under educated, it’s heart breaking. Graduating high school seniors who read at seventh grade level. We’ve all seen clerks at a grocery or convenience store who can’t make change unless the computer tells them the amount. So sad, but those who have done their homework know it has all been by design.

I knew nothing about the “Fed” and our debauched currency until I was 40 years old when I was handed a book that had a lot of information about it; that’s where my journey began 23 years ago. I read the chapters on the “Fed” and said, what a minute, that can’t be right. The “Federal” Reserve is part of our government. After all, it’s called the Federal Reserve! How wrong I was. Dozens of books later, thousands of hours of reading them, Dr. Vieira’s two volume tome, Pieces of Eight, as well as so many of his speeches, I learned the truth about the central bank. It IS the head of the beast dragging us over the abyss. A ravenous beast devouring everything in its path, sucking the life blood of this country for 100 years come Dec. 23, 2013.

That two volume set is available at Amazon; every State Law Library received one. Most major law-school libraries received one as well as a few big-city libraries. Once they understand the problem, people will realize they’ve not been given the solution (raising the minimum wage), but rather more of the same down the path of ruin. In 1913 (the year the unconstitutional “Federal” Reserve Act was passed) you could purchase an item for $20.00. Today, that same item will cost you $473.03; an inflation rate of 2,215.1%.

People always say they don’t have time to read. Well then, they don’t have time for freedom, either. Knowledge is power, but only if we acquire and use it.

Freedom is our noble cause. Stay the course.

Stay focused on finding when the problem started so we can all pursue the only solution at this point in time (The Road Not Taken). Folks are going to have some spare time with the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. A perfect time to share this information with family, friends and members of our state legislatures. I voted for Huffines against Abbott in the last gubernational primary race. Of course, he lost because of misplaced blind and undeserving loyalty to Abbott. So, of course, come Nov., I had to vote for Abbott to keep another Marxist Democrat loon from winning.

MILLIONS of new illegals (who knows how many were/are ‘get aways’) are KILLING our health care system. Coming here diseased with TB and a long list of medical problems getting “free” health care while you struggle to pay your health care premiums which keep going up. Can’t get an appointment for weeks when you need one now because illegal aliens are clogging up our health care system (and courts) while stealing the fruits of your labor to reward them.

Hard to believe Thanksgiving Day is but a few days away…ah, do I hear groans? You know what comes the following day: Black Friday. Don’t know how it got such a gloomy label. Silly, really. The Friday following turkey day is the beginning of the Christmas shopping season. A tradition in America. No matter what’s going on in the world and no matter how hard America haters try to destroy our traditions, we will NOT submit or surrender.

While Christmas is just another “holiday” for millions, it is the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ by Christians and Messianic Jews[1] world-wide. While I am one of those who believes Jesus was not born on December 25^th, tradition throughout the world sets aside that day to celebrate His birth. I have all my life. For a lot of Americans Christmas Day is another paid holiday, lots of football and suds. However, when you take your last breath, none of that will matter.

“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” John 14:6 (KJV). Money itself is not evil, but how the money is used is what’s important. One can have family stuff million-dollar bills (if they existed) in your coffin with your corpse but its meaningless. Eternity is a long time. Your soul is eternal. It doesn’t matter how much money you’ve accumulated in your lifetime.

Americans are very worried about the economy. Millions more have been added to poverty level since President-Elect Donald Trump was cheated out of his second term. Not going to get into the finer intricacies of the root of that problem and why Congress refuses to implement the only solution in this column.

What millions of us do know is inflation has been killing the middle class by design for decades. Americans – especially seniors – have been dipping into their retirement just to make ends meet. Those at the poverty level are totally dependent on food banks and either state or unconstitutional federal welfare. This holiday season (Thanksgiving through New Year’s) is going to be a huge challenge for so many families and businesses. But, know what? We can make a difference that will be positive long term good for our republic.

First, buy nothing, if possible, from our mortal enemy, Communist China. For another column, they’re in financial trouble more than people know. Stop enriching corporations that hate America and who only want your wallet. “Woke” corporations who want to jam nonsense (pronouns instead of a person’s name) down our throats and promote the horror and destruction of the trans cult; the list is endless in their social engineering agenda. So many lives destroyed because impressionable young people – or parents who decide their son should be a girl at age 5 and start them on dangerous hormone blockers and then mutilate them by their teens – don’t give them your money. They need your wallet; you don’t need them.

Second, support American companies that make quality products and who want your business. Be creative by making something for a gift. America has millions of wonderfully talented people. My little sister works at a nail salon and every year, she puts together something she’s made special for each of her clients and they love it. Buy local and support your fellow Americans who provide the things you need or want. The more products we purchase from American companies, the more competitive they will become. The more we demand Made in America from big retailers, the more they will seek out those companies as suppliers.

The more clothes we buy from American companies, the more jobs we create along with quality and competition. We are under no obligation to keep people in foreign countries employed with jobs that used to be here on our soil. Now, now. I’m not against trade, but I am against “free” trade which has been destroying our ag, industrial and manufacturing sectors since NAFTA (No American Factories Taking Applications) now replaced with an even more destructive one: The United States-Mexico-Canada (USMCA) “Trade Agreement”. [2][3] Tragically, Trump listened to his globalist advisers and agreed to yet another agreement we should never have entered into.

After pounding on this issue since 1994, there are signs that ‘Buy Made in America is making a come-back and it warms my heart. I can only tell you what it’s been like looking into the eyes of Americans who lost their factory and manufacturing jobs since 1994. Throughout my travels over nearly two decades after the signing of NAFTA, I spoke with old timers in towns who darn near cried talking to me over the destruction. Displaced workers who hate living in big cities, forced to leave their places of birth and family, just to find any work to feed their families because “free” trade destroyed all they have known. Families scattered all over the country because of the gutting of our most important job bases; so many cannot afford travel expenses to see each other for years. How very sad.

Fathers who asked me, “What am I going to do? I have two children to feed. My wife wants to stay home with our children to give them the love and nurturing in those important first years. We could do it on my former pay. Now my job has gone to China. What am I going to do?” If only the American consumer could have seen the pain of their fellow Americans when more than a million good-paying jobs (especially textile workers) went overseas or to Mexico after NAFTA and GATT were signed.

Now the sovereignty destroying USMCA Agreement is in place with more trade agreements being signed on a regular basis that do not benefit US. I’ve refused to be part of it since 1995. I don’t need some electronic gadget made by “cheap” slave labor, thank you. I don’t need 65 pairs of shoes, an iPOD, a play station or 19 purses. If Americans would just buy Made in America, competition would keep prices reasonable and we will all be supporting America first. We will be investing in America and the future for our children and grand babies.

Might I make some suggestions for this Christmas? Make memories. One year I gave my niece’s children a family gift: a one-year pass to the Las Vegas Natural History Museum. Cost: less than $50.00; not sure the cost of family passes this year. That gift was used many times over the year and the kids loved it. There are wonderful museums all over this country. Get kids off those dang phones. Bring family together and give children the gift of learning. They have wonderful shows that are not only entertaining, but kids learn something instead of mindless garbage electronic toys that promote laziness and atrophy of the brain.

I believe in my heart that children would rather spend time with their parents and family on an outing than get another cheap piece of plastic that gets thrown aside for another cheap piece of plastic under the Christmas tree that gives nothing meaningful to the child. The money stays in the local economy, does not support communism or sweat house labor run by brutal regimes.

I visited one of my nieces years ago in Colorado Springs, CO. Got to her house, she was blabbing on her ‘smart’ phone. After hello and for the next half hour, one call after another while I sat in the kitchen. I finally got up to leave and my niece said, “Auntie, where are you going?” I told her I didn’t drive 10 hours to listen to her gab on that damn phone. Turn it off or I’m going back to my hotel. That took care of that and I spent two days with her and the kids which I remember today. Fond memories.

Another suggestion is humane aquariums and zoos (like the fabulous San Diego Zoo). Just look up on-line for your area. Oh, boy, the aquarium in Monterey Bay, California, is absolutely a must visit. Maybe a family member is financially struggling. Give a gift card for an oil change at the appropriate location. Giving from the heart. I read or hear all the time, “Everything is made in China.” Wrong. Small to medium businesses are the backbone of our economy. American owned, American made, American pride. Sure, it might take a few extra minutes to look up Made in USA but if we don’t support our own, we’ll end up owned and controlled by international corporations who don’t give a damn about you. They will turn on us like rabid dogs, make no mistake about that.

Here in Texas with our supposedly great governor, Greg Abbott, 50,000 businesses closed their doors for good. Thanks, gov. Of course, big box stores like China Mart aka Walmart got a free pass.

Making America Great Again means starting right here at home. On Thanksgiving I always think of my fellow Americans who work so hard in so many sectors for you, me and our families. I am thankful for all their sacrifices. I am thankful for our farmers and ranchers who have been so badly SCREWED by Congress longer than I’ve been alive. Let me tell you, they have a tough life whether it’s raising cattle, chicken, turkeys or pork. Besides battling weather – it’s a constant fight against being driven off the land by big tech farming operations.

Our dairy farmers/dairy ranchers get up before dawn every day of the week no matter the weather or how tired from the previous long day of labor. Family farms are under constant attack either by unelected state bureau-rats choking them to death with regulations or the vermin in Congress or state capitols. Our truckers fondly known as ‘road warriors’. Without them, well, you can just imagine. So, I want to thank all of them this Thanksgiving for what they do for all of us. Not an easy life.

WE – you and me – WE are the Masters of our Destiny and while America is ready to go over the cliff, WE can and WE will stop those out to destroy us. Those who fought in the Revolutionary War had it worse than us but with God’s help, we will prevail. Those sitting on the sidelines afraid of their own shadow, get out of the way.

This is the most extensive list I’ve seen of “woke” companies and corporations who not only want your money, they want to control your thoughts and brainwash you through clever Market Steet advertising. Anheuser-Bush made a HUGE mistake pushing some guy dressed up as a woman (part of the trans cult) to sell their beer. As of July 2, 2023, their stock has lost $27.5 BILLION dollars. It will be a long time, if ever despite partnering with UFC which is apparently the world’s premier mixed martial arts organization before they might make it back.

Sadly, so many rank-and-file hard working people have been laid off (distributors, drivers, etc.) since Anheuser-Bush unleashed their social engineering stunt which backfired spectacularly in their face. Men and women with families to feed, mortgages/rent to pay, their job gone in a NY second. It’s been awful. But, you can only push us around for so long before we strike like a scorpion and we do it through our wallets.

California’s maniac governor, Gavin Newsom, is having hissy fits even though he declared California a “sanctuary state”. Why would Newsom or any city mayor complain? What’s a few busloads from Texas? Hard-working Californians are happy to go without so illegals can get a free ride.

Of course, the illegitimate ‘Biden Administration’ ended that fair policy. In December 2022, however, a federal court slapped Biden’s handlers by blocking ending that program. Made no difference as more than 1.8 million have invaded since then.

Think illegals care? Think asylum seekers care as they literally walk across the border, turn themselves over to Border Patrol where they are “processed”, given immigration court dates TEN YEARS down the road and then head somewhere in the U.S.?

Our asylum policy is broken; a damn mess. It is not for domestic abuse which is world-wide. There’s no way to verify anything from so-called asylum seekers from Guatemala, El Salvador, Mexico, Venezuela or any of the other countries. Those free-loaders come with the clothes on their backs and fancy phones so they can contact pro-illegal alien lawyers and groups. They lie through their teeth to stay on U.S. soil. And shame on parents of illegal minors who sent their precious child(ren) on the way with coyotes who rape girls and boys. Some have died as we’ve seen at our border near the Rio Grande or simply abandoned in desert areas – little older than toddlers, some of them. Who knows how many will end up being trafficked for sex.

We Texans have been raped for BILLIONS and BILLIONS of taxpayer dollars trying to stop the hordes at our border. There is one permanent solution (plus a wall) which I’ve covered over and over and over since 2014. During Trump’s presidency I sent it to him twice in 2017. Crickets. Sent it twice to the same list of senators and house reps; both chambers GOP controlled. Crickets. Over the years I’ve kept sending it to GOP senators and house reps who speak out strongly about the border. The last one was Rep. Chip Roy [R-TX]. Crickets. I’ve never read or hear a word about the bill below from any member of Congress. If the Republican controlled Congress had passed that bill, Trump, I believe, would have signed it and this very real invasion threatening our republic would be long over.

Re-introduce the Immigration Stabilization Act [S.1351]. It IS the most comprehensive immigration reform bill ever written; 76 pages. It stops ALL welfare and any other compensation or freebees and it WILL force millions and millions of illegal aliens to self-deport. They will leave.

Add criminal offense along with hefty fines: Employ illegal aliens, go to jail and that includes you, Jeff Zuckerburg. No driver’s license will be issued to any illegal alien by state legislatures, period. Illegals caught driving will be immediately deported. States, including mayors who refuse to cooperate with ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) will be in violation of the law and will be charged. Federal immigration laws trump some mayor who refuses to obey the law.

Add: Asylum seekers are hereby notified you are to return to Mexico or Canada and remain there until notification of a hearing date is set. You are required to leave the U.S. within 30 days. Re-entry will be allowed with proof of your new court date. If you have a current hearing date and don’t self-deport to ‘remain in place’, your application will be rejected and you will be automatically deported. It’s easy to track them – especially if they have children because every school in this country knows every student whose an illegal alien. I know because I was a substitute school teacher.

This is not difficult to do because everything is in computers: When asylum seekers are processed all the information goes into a file. It is far less costly both in dollars and manpower than the destruction being done to OUR country. Forget all the screaming by Democrats, pro-illegals, pro-open border organizations and NGO’s.

Congress – NOT the ACLU and all the other pro-illegal alien organizations, charities, NGOs or partisan, activist judges – make immigration laws. A country without borders is not a country and that’s EXACTLY the goal of the globalists like Hussein Obama and the rest of the scum.

Where the hell is the backbone of Republicans all these years? What? It might cost you an election? I’ve got news for you gutless cowards: I’ve been to the border. I’ve spoken with people who came here legally from Mexico and they highly resent illegals – especially those I spoke with at hotels and restaurants in AZ. I know several people here in my city whose families came here legally from Mexico and they are royally pissed the money they work so hard for goes to free-loaders, illegals with criminal records and illegals who hate this country.

This is why is it absolutely critical the House and Senate are given a GOP majority as well as getting Trump back in the WH. I have NO doubt they will receive full support from Americans and naturalized Americans to get the bill passed and signed into law. And the American people must put the heat on all of them – including sheriffs. Turn those buses right around and head back for the border. There are many, many militia groups in the U.S. who are not white supremacists or any of that manure. These are patriotic Americans who train so they can help friends and neighbors in times of natural disasters like earthquakes, hurricanes and tornadoes. Assist with overwhelmed first responders. And, in defense of their state if necessary.

However, they have no legal authority nor do they represent the true meaning of the Second Amendment: A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

Over the decades many well-meaning Americans, mostly men, have been down at the border trying to assist Border Patrol and in at least one situation I know almost got himself shot by Border Patrol. Those Americans have no legal authority to act as militia. It’s a real shame tens and tens of millions of gun owners in this country have no understanding of the Second Amendment. I was one of them until 2005. Dr. Edwin Vieira’s columns are a treasure trove on this issue. His archives go back to 2005 trying to get gun owners and lawmakers to understand the true meaning Second Amendment. Too bad most are not listening.

Greg Abbott talks a good game but he has refused to do the one thing that would have stopped hundreds of thousands of illegals flooding the border since Jan. 2021: Do not let illegals put one foot on U.S. soil. Yes, this would require thousands of Texans give some time on a rotating basis to do THEIR DUTY as part of the Texas State Militia for their safety, their families and our state.

I have no doubt if called into service, enough Texans will become a wall to repel the invaders. FedNow is the first U.S. government-created and -backed portal allowing banks to send and receive funds almost instantly.” And, “Part of the confusion stems from separate discussions on whether the Fed should create what’s called a central bank digital currency (CBDC). The Fed has clarified that it has made no decision on issuing a CBDC, and that it would “only proceed with the issuance of a CBDC with an authorizing law.”

Is Hometown Bank in the mid-west (imaginary name) or my federal credit union here locally required under the Federal Reserve Banking Act of 1913 to be part of their system?

Credit unions: Supervision and regulation

Changing banks is always a hassle – especially if your mortgage and vehicle payment is auto deduct like mine. But, I would never have any account at JP Morgan Chase, B of A, Wells Fargo or any of those big names who think nothing of canceling out someone’s account for purely political bias. Not to mention globalists at the highest levels who really don’t give a damn about you. I’ve been a credit union person since the 1980’s. One either takes a stand or gets trampled – even when it’s a hassle.

Banking Solvency Problems Are Everywhere And The Backstop Guarantee Is Worthless – “The reality is that central banks have already lost control over monetary policy and interest rates. Interest rates are now being driven by contracting bank credit, not by monetary policy. The point which is commonly missed is that contracting credit at a time when credit demand is still increasing inevitably leads to higher interest rates and bad debts.

“Having lost control over interest rates, the Fed has been forced into its much-heralded pivot, not by reducing interest rates, but by offering to buy Treasury and Agency debt at face value whatever the coupon and maturity. This rescues banks from the immediate fate that collapsed Silicon Valley Bank. And it makes it easier for the US Treasury to fund its deficit while containing borrowing costs.

“But it is highly inflationary. The pivot has now been made. The Fed has decided to rescue financial markets at the expense of the currency. Other central banks can be expected to follow suit to help rescue their banking systems. But in the process, they are writing the death warrants for their fiat currencies.”

I hope this column provides you with helpful information about banks like Old Glory and I say good for them! You don’t have to live in Oklahoma to have an account with them. If I owned a bank or was part of the board, I would do everything in my power to become state-chartered or chartered.

Of course, that doesn’t solve the problem of fiat currency but it helps dilute the “Feds” power base and control. Digital currency isn’t going to solve their problems, either. At some point, the “Fed” is going to fall off the cliff and real economic experts know it likely isn’t far off.

Do We Want to Stop Judicial Tyranny?

The herds of useful fools on what is called the left, but in reality, are disciples of Marxist ideology, continue screeching about the U.S. Supreme Court whenever those nine robes issue an opinion on a case they don’t like. Stack the court! they bellow.

On the “right” are individuals who identify as conservatives but one has to wonder: What exactly are they conserving by reelecting the same gutless cowards back to Congress who refuse to exercise their power to clean up our rotten, broken federal judiciary?

Like those on the left, conservatives also wail and fret when a federal judge or SCOTUS issues a decision contrary to what they want. As we all know, elections have consequences and one of the biggest is a legally elected president’s nominations for federal judges and SCOTUS.

Right off the top as an example is the choice by usurper “president” Joe Biden (actually he just reads off a card what his controllers have composed) to put yet another partisan nitwit on the Supreme Court. Ketanji Brown Jackson was also a Hussein Obama choice for federal courts. During her confirmation hearings, Jackson was asked to define a woman.

Would seem like a simple enough question. Her response while scratching the top of her head: She can’t because she’s not a biologist. No, I didn’t make that up. I guess Ketanji Brown Jackson doesn’t know she’s a woman because she’s not a biologist. Perfect for the Supreme Court and RINO senators who backed her: Romney, Murkowski and Collins.

Biden, who doesn’t know what day it is, rejoiced after Jackson’s confirmation, “We’ve taken another step toward making our highest court reflect the diversity of America.” Translated that means top qualifying factor was skin color, just like the female court jester, Kamala Ho Harris, playing VP. Of course, the court’s decision to stop discrimination in colleges using race-based selection known as affirmative action caused Jackson to have a snit fit. Diversity of America? Pray tell what does that have to do with a case between two states over, say water rights, or two corporations with a case granted a Writ of Certiorari?

During all these nominations and hearings for federal judges and Supreme Court Justices we always hear the same refrain: They’re appointed for life so we have to take back the Senate so when a justice retires, we can get “one of our own” on the court. I’m so sick and tired of hearing that as if federal judges and those on the Supreme Court are some sort of Gods who cannot be held responsible for their actions.

How many Americans even know how many federal judges and supreme court justices have been impeached? Up until 2019, a total of 66 federal judges and supreme court justices were investigated. Since 1803, a grand total of 15 judges were impeached. Mostly for lying (aka “making false statements”), showing favoritism and being drunk. This is a list of impeachments; many were acquitted in the senate.

The one I remember so well was the impeachment and removal of Alcee L. Hastings, a Democrat, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. “Impeached by the U.S. House of Representatives, August 3, 1988, on charges of perjury and conspiring to solicit a bribe; Convicted by the U.S. Senate and removed from office, October 20, 1989.”

But, wait! In his big come back, Hastings won a seat in the U.S. House of Representatives in 1992. Off to Congress he went. Hastings kept getting reelected until he died in 2001. Of course, he was a member of the House Black Caucus. Yep, voters in his district just loved a judge removed from the bench for perjury and bribery charges.

But, then again, Democrats love to elect liars, cheats and morally bankrupt politicians. Current senator Richard Blumenthal flat out lied about his military service record (Vietnam) and got caught when he was Attorney General for Connecticut. Good old tricky Dickie apologized because he was running for the senate. He was sorry – sorry he got caught. But Blumenthal supports killing the unborn, the myth called ‘same sex marriage’, hates the Second Amendment, supports Hussein Obama’s unconstitutional ‘ObamaCare’ and is another eco-climate change fool. Just what Democrat voters in Connecticut apparently want.

“Day by day, case by case, the Supreme Court is busy designing a Constitution for a country I do not recognize.” Former Associate Justice of the Supreme Court, Antonin Scalia.

Americans paying attention to what’s destroying our republic are fed up with the rot in our federal courts and clearly partisan Supreme Courts. But what can be done, you ask?

Dr. Edwin Vieira wrote what I consider a must read: How to DeThrone the Imperial Judiciary, published in 2004. It’s a shame that book isn’t in every senior high school class dealing with government and mandatory for college freshmen.

Let’s start with the U.S. Constitution and this “appointed for life” narrative. Art. 111, Section 1:

“The judicial power of the United States, shall be vested in one Supreme Court, and in such inferior courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The judges, both of the supreme and inferior courts, shall hold their offices during good behaviour, and shall, at stated times, receive for their services, a compensation, which shall not be diminished during their continuance in office.”

Appointed for life as long as they are good boys and girls. We must understand what that means and it is found in Edwin’s book, How to DeThrone the Federal Judiciary:

“The most important constitutional issues of this generation concern the meaning of the rule of law and the ability of the people to enforce true law by restraining runaway activist judges. For decades, such judges have been simply making up the law. What is worse, liberal and conservative lawmakers have been reinforcing such behavior by treating such rulings as if they are legitimate…Dr. Edwin Vieira offers us the best researched and clearest overview to date of the power of the people to control a runaway judiciary.”

Chapter 14 of the book is quite important: Removal of Judges for Lack of “good Behavior” or by “Impeachment…and Conviction”

Now, we can continue down the same road to a dead-end or get educated on how to clean up our federal judiciary and make sure our U.S. Congress critters and our state legislators know their role. They don’t here in Texas which I covered in my Jan. 23, 2023, column: Two New State Nullification Bills – Will They Pass? (An important read.)

Those two bills (Texas) should have been the subject of talk radio and conservative organizations statewide: House side: HB 384 and on the Senate side by one of our best state senators, Bob Hall: SB 313 – State Sovereignty, Tenth Amendment.

Oh, no. Instead, lots of coverage about our RINO House Speaker, Dade Phelan, pushing to eliminate sales tax on tampons. No, that’s not from an episode of Twilight Zone. Phelan is and has always been in bed with the DemonRats in our legislature. Both bills were referred to the State Affairs Committee (Republican Chairman on both senate and house on that committee) where they died. A Republican controlled legislature let two critical bills die.

Apparently, Republicans on that committee don’t want Texas to exercise their Tenth Amendment rights using nullification to stop federal tyranny. Our legislature went out of session at the end of May and don’t come back until Jan. 2025, although we’re now in the second special session called by Gov. Abbott over property taxes and a couple of other priority items. In the meantime, because our legislature didn’t pass those bills, the illegitimate Biden “administration” will keep stomping Texans into the ground.

I hope you’ll get Edwin’s book, read it and get the word out to all the conservative organizations in “red” states. If you can purchase a few copies (your organization can pool the cost) get one to your state rep, state senator and U.S. House member and Senator along with as many people signing a letter telling he or she this must become a top priority.

Solutions or just more talking? Judicial tyranny or curing the problem? If we do nothing, nothing gets done. Just like Congress.
