Let’s get right to the point here. The Democrat Communist Party USA, despite endless conspiracy theories by the prostitute media, stole the 2020 presidential election and cheated candidates who ran for seats in the U.S. House and Senate.
Now close to four years later and with so much proof having been uncovered by dedicated Americans, the game plan to steal federal elections this November for Congress had to be adjusted. And, make no mistake, the liars, cheats and thieves who belong to the Democrat Communist Party USA have put our republic and citizens at dire risk with their reckless open border invitation for MILLIONS of unvetted rapists, murderers, terrorists and leeches now here to suck down your paycheck.
Anyone with an IQ above 70 knows the lying career criminal walking corpse in the People’s House (White House), China owned Joe Biden, is in the first stages of Altzheimer’s. The dementia phase is over and so is Biden. While he embarrasses our America at these elite meets with foreign “leaders”, the middle man, another liar who cheated his way into the WH, is running the show partially under the direction of, I believe, Valerie Jarrett who was born in Iran.

That’s nice but it will not stop the federal elections from being stolen. Again. I’ve covered two very important lawsuits percolating in the courts. “Well, imagine my surprise two days ago when I read this on foxnews.com that magically disappeared from their front page an hour later: RNC files an election integrity lawsuit in Mississippi challenging ballot counting deadlines, Jan. 6, 2024. “The Republican National Committee filed a lawsuit Friday to stop Mississippi ballots received days after Election Day from being counted, arguing a current statute violates federal law. The state’s current deadline allows ballots postmarked on or before Election Day to be counted if received within five business days of the election.
“The RNC, along with the Mississippi Republican Party and the Hinds County Republican Party, are claiming the practice violates the federal Election Day statute, which states that “the Tuesday next after the 1st Monday in November, in every even numbered year, is established as the day for the election.”
“FINALLY, a lawsuit backed up by a U.S. Supreme Court ruling. The U.S. Supreme Court rarely overturns a previous SCOTUS decision. Roe v Wade: 49 years and after murdering 62+ MILLION unborn babies with a beating heart, that horrible, immoral decision was correctly overturned.”

The second lawsuit was filed May 3, 2024, in the United States District Court, District of Nevada. Another state Trump absolutely won in 2020 despite election deniers on the Internet, junk cable programs like MSNBC and the nightly “news” on the propaganda box aka TV. How many of them watched the hearing years ago with Trump’s attorney, Jesse Bennell, present solid PROOF in paper form thousands of dishonest Americans who no longer lived in Nevada received ballots and illegally voted in that state in 2020? I did and was absolutely sickened when the partisan judge ruled fraud was just fine and dandy, dismissed.
Plaintiffs in this second lawsuit are not just the RNC, but also the Nevada Republican Party and Donald J. Trump for President 2024, Inc., and Donald J. Szymanski. Case 3:24-cv-00198. Last docket entry was June 21, 2024; see here.
They better get a move on it as hard to believe, early voting will start within a few months. Those two cases are the big game changer. ALL the “swing” states in 2020 violated a 1997 9-0 decision regarding counting of votes ON election DAY as so stated in the U.S. Constitution. THAT is how the evil doers cheated Trump. Those two cases are critical and if not successful must go to the U.S. Supreme Court on an emergency basis. This is it, fellow Americans.
In the Mississippi case, the next hearing is set for July 5th. I called the offices of the lead attorneys for the plaintiffs in both cases this past week in an effort to see if they have an estimate as to when their cases go to trial. No one has returned my phone calls. Well, I’m not Tucker Carlson or Lara Trump.
No question the human invasion at the border was planned and continues. Mayorkas should have been impeached years ago, the rotten, corrupt SOB. Illegals are being given instructions on how to register to vote, where to vote as are non-citizens. Sewers like Washington, DC are allowing non-citizens to vote with no ID required and “blue” states are about to pull the same tactic.
Illegal aliens have NO RIGHT TO BE ON U.S. SOIL, period. Allowing them to vote in our elections is sickening. Any and all NGO’s including the DNC should be charged for aiding illegals getting registered to vote. An illegal alien could vote in our elections for candidates who should never serve in office. Then the illegal is deported, but their vote was counted. One of Trump’s number one priorities is to begin a massive deportation program.
Look at the massive jump in crime since nearly 10 million illegals have been welcomed with open arms by Hussein Obama’s puppet, career criminal, usurper president, Joe Biden, Kamala Ho Harris and their cockroach errand dumbos. Millions who come from our enemy countries like commie China, Iraq, Afghanistan, Iran – nearly 120 different countries.
Most speak no English; many are bringing diseases causing a huge overload for our health care system. They have no allegiance to America nor do they have any respect for our laws. They have ZERO understanding of the founding of this constitutional republic and don’t give a damn. They’re here to steal jobs that belong to Americans, suck up our resources like water, power, collapsing our health care system you and I are being raped in taxes to pay for and overloaded schools. Gangs are here from crap holes like Venezuela; their numbers will grow.
When you come here legally as did both sets of my grandparents (Palermo, Sicily [Italy] and Munich (Germany), they had to pass an English proficiency test and could not board the boat without a letter less than 30 days old they did not have TB. Individuals who come here legally, apply for citizenship, pass the U.S. Nationalization Test and lawfully wait until it’s time to take the oath:

Those who come to America, follow the law and take the oath: Welcome. Work hard and achieve your American dream. That one of the reasons I am 100% against dual citizenship for any elected official. You’re either an American or you’re not.
I am not a fan of the Heritage Foundation by any means, but the author has done an excellent piece of research: The Threat of Non-Citizen Voting: citizenship is and should be a basic requirement for voting. citizenship is a legal requirement to vote in federal and state elections, except for a small number of local elections in a few jurisdictions.

“The evidence is indisputable that aliens, both legal and illegal, are registering and voting in federal, state, and local elections. Following a mayor’s race in Compton, California, for example, aliens testified under oath in court that they voted in the election. In that case, a candidate who was elected to the city council was permanently disqualified from holding public office in California for soliciting non-citizens to register and vote.[9] The fact that non-citizens registered and voted in the election would never have been discovered except for the fact that it was a very close election and the incumbent mayor, who lost by less than 300 votes, contested it.” Rest at link.
It’s going to be up to us – you and me – to stop this as early voting will start soon. Having a 100,000 poll watchers and cadre of lawyers at precincts will not stop the steal – especially if electronic machines and scanners are used. Voting methods and equipment by state. Here in Texas, you must prove you’re a U.S. citizen to vote. BUT, how clean are the voting rolls in YOUR county? Judicial Watch and other groups around the country have and are taking serious action against counties. Are votes for federal offices stopped being counted ON election DAY in your precinct per the U.S. Supreme Court, Foster v Love?
