Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., against all odds is now the Health and Human Services Secretary, a money sucking cabinet not authorized in the U.S Constitution; Art. 1, Section 8. The liars, thieves and crooks in CONgress over the decades have used these six words in clause 1: “…general welfare of the United States” to fund that which is under the Tenth Amendment for the states of the Union to address. In other words, INTERNAL issues.
Joseph Story, Associate Justice, U.S. Supreme Court, said in the ‘Commentaries on the Constitution’ (1833):
“Another not unimportant consideration is that the powers of the general government will be, and indeed must be, principally employed upon external objects, such as war, peace, negotiations with foreign powers and foreign commerce. In its internal operations it can touch but few objects, except to introduce regulations beneficial to the commerce, intercourse and other relations, between the states, and to lay taxes for the common good. The powers of the states, on the other hand, extend to all objects, which, in the ordinary course of affairs, concern the lives, and liberties, and property of the people, and the internal order, improvement and prosperity of the state.”
I’m cognizant of the fact that Americans are ‘busy’ with family, work and other obligations BUT if one doesn’t understand the law or in this case the true meaning and intent of a document – the U.S. Constitution – at the time it was adopted, we will never solve important issues with solutions. Yours truly like so many millions of other Americans have taken the time (for me a little over three decades) to go back and study and learn.
I highly recommend you take an hour and listen to this interview with Rob Natelson on the true meaning and application of “general welfare of the United States”. Then we should remember the wisdom of Thomas Jefferson when he wrote (Emphasis mine): “The term of redemption must be moderate, and at any rate within the limits of [the government’s] rightful powers. But what limits, it will be asked, does this prescribe to their powers? What is to hinder them from creating a perpetual debt? The laws of nature, I answer. The earth belongs to the living, not to the dead. The will and the power of man expire with his life, by nature’s law.” –Thomas Jefferson to John Wayles Eppes, 1813. ME 13:169

I always give credit where credit is due. I have slammed RFK, Jr., a dedicated zealot for the manufactured, planned scam called global warming/climate change. The earth is not heating or burning up contrary to the rants and raving of such a renowned scientist (which she isn’t, only another pawn) Greta Thunberg. I believe he’s softened up a bit on that by tossing the blame on corporations.
Kennedy has been a life-long member of the Democrat/Communist Party USA his entire life. Here’s a few issues and his stand on them: 2023: Supports abortion rights; Common sense gun control, and assault weapons ban (Obviously he has no understanding of the Second Amendment); CHIPS Act: Don’t subsidize rich nor cut off trade with China (Yeah, keep enriching the dirty, filthy barbarians in the Chinese Communist Party).
Ours: The 58,279 dead, severely wounded mentally and physically from Vietnam was to stop the spread of communism. How’d that work out? The Current Situation in Vietnam, Sept. 13, 2024: “Politically, Vietnam is a one-party state ruled by the Communist Party. The People’s Army of Vietnam has significant influence in the political system.” I will buy nothing from Vietnam. Communists always lie. They are God-less savages. In her first term, Arkansas governor Huckabee succeeded to become the first state to kick communists off their land, out of their state and more (video 10:47): Arkansas blocks China from doing business in state.
However, Kennedy has done a lot of good in cleaning up rivers from industrial waste and his tireless work to protect children (and humans in general) is to be commended and I sincerely thank him for that as well as his (he’s not anti-vax, he’s pro-safety) research regarding vaccines, exposing big pharma and greedy, crooked politicians raking in their filthy lucre. It hasn’t been easy for him but it never is when exposing the truth.
Kennedy’s goal is to make America healthy again. Yes, the environment – spaying our skies, pesticides that are full of dangerous chemicals – those contribute to poisoning our food supply but that issue belongs to the state, not HHS or the EPA which also needs to be abolished. Processed “food” is another category that’s contributed to making America very unhealthy: 70% of our population are fat or obese by their own hand to their mouth. I’m not counting individuals who take medications that do affect the body and cause weight gain.
I believe the biggest (and justifiably so) target on Kennedy’s list are “vaccines”. The issue of vaccines causing autism has been a constant war of words or I should say war of $$$ for quite some time. I’ve written about this before but getting the truth out to a country as big as ours without an audience of millions on the nightly news or cable is difficult.
Let me put this out there again because autism rates are through the roof and it does not have to continue. Joan Swirsky who writes for NWV’s, is a wonderful friend, a warm and loving person and highly intelligent. “The recipient of numerous Long Island Press Awards, wrote health, science and feature articles for The New York Times Long Island section for over 20 years, as well as for many regional and national publications. A former obstetrical nurse, Lamaze teacher, and psychotherapist, Joan is the book-and-lyric writer of four musicals, one of which, “Oh Baby!” – about three couples facing parenthood – was produced in New York City in 1983.
“For eight years, starting in 1985, Joan was a science writer for The Women’s Record on Long Island, during which time she wrote over 175 articles on the issue of breast cancer on Long Island – its clinical, psychological, political, environmental, and social implications. She has been publicly acknowledged as being responsible for two redesigns of the New York State Study on breast cancer and as being the first journalist in America to put the breast cancer-environment relationship “on the map” of public consciousness.

In addition, for 15 years, she was the founding editor of The Caucus Current, a monthly magazine on conservative Jewish political issues, which was mailed monthly to the entire U.S. Congress and Israeli Knesset.
“For 15 years, Joan wrote a monthly column on pregnancy and childbirth for Newsday’s Parents & Children Magazine and for Long Island Parent. She was also a political writer for Newsmax.com and Newsmax Magazine. To this day, she writes for numerous conservative websites. Joan is also the author/coauthor of 12 books.”
Looking For Answers to the Autism Epidemic in All the Wrong Places, April 21, 2023, by Joan. Quite frankly, her column blew me away. My mother never had an ultra sound with her 5 children (which includes me) nor did I ever get one when pregnant with my daughter.
The most important thing here is to bring healthy children into this world and getting rid of autism to me is a top priority ignored because it’s all about $$$ for big pharma, greedy politicians and doctors who ignore credible research. Every child on this planet identified as autistic – I want to see as many as possible cured and YES, it is curable.
From Joan in her column: “There is a vast human tragedy – a true man-made disaster – taking place before our eyes.
“For whatever reasons – follow the money? – the mountain of evidence that points to a causal relationship between prenatal ultrasound exams and an escalating pandemic of autism is being systematically ignored.
“Could it have anything to do with the huge investments doctors and scientists have made in ultrasound technology, which, according to Jennifer Margulis, “adds more than $1 billion to the cost of caring for pregnant women in America each year”?
“Could it have anything to do with the revenue now pouring like an avalanche into the coffers of diagnostic and treatment centers and classrooms?
“Could it have anything to do with modern journalism’s almost complete abandonment of hard-nosed reporting and life-saving exposés?” READ her column. Pass it along to your email lists, use social media because knowledge really is power but only if you use it. I absolutely believe Joan’s research and analysis is spot on.
Yes, it does take extra work by the parent(s) by first becoming aware of how to do what so many mothers (and dads if there’s one in the house) have done who now have normal, active children:

Polio Vaccine, Cancer and Dr. Mary’s Money is a column I wrote April 26, 2015 – scroll about half way down to begin: “One of the reasons I decided to read Dr. Mary’s Monkey is because one of my dearest friends, Thelma Taormina, passed away, April 6, 2015, after losing her heroic fight against small cell carcinoma cancer.” Monkey vaccines.
What about vaccines because RFK, Jr. and doctors and scientists he’s worked with for decades believe too many are unsafe? I think Kennedy should get together with Joan Swirsky and talk about the ultra sound component as well as Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride. So many parents now have healthy, normal children (I know they all loved their autistic child to the end of the earth) and that is something to celebrate.
Now that RFK, Jr., has the power and authority to get the truth out there after meeting with Joan and Dr. Campbell-McBride, he should extend an invitation to any governor who wants answers and hold a public presentation. Don’t tell me that can’t be done because it can and it should. Whether it’s Rumble, You Tube or another platform because I doubt C-SPAN will touch this), go public.
As for a healthier America, that’s up to the individual. I don’t know the source for this photo, but it all boils down to learning how to eat healthy, don’t eat processed “food” and DISCIPLINE. Read the label! Strive for a good, healthy weight for your age and height. Otherwise, you’re eating your way to nothing but health issues the rest of your life.
As a parting note, HHS with a budget of $1.7 TRILLION borrowed phantom paper money “dollars”: Congress must abolish it during Trump’s term while the House and Senate are GOP controlled. It is a Tenth Amendment issue for the states to address.

Could it be a combination of ultra sounds and unsafe vaccines? Shooting up infants and toddlers with 10 or 15 vaccines to me is criminal knowing what I do – especially the COVID-19 gene therapy injections which ARE bioweapons not vaccines.
