It is very disturbing to see how fast things are changing in America. And the changes are not for the better. Little by little our rights are being chipped away at and no one, republicans included seem to be willing to take a stand. We’ve lost so many rights over the last fifty years it is scary. They do it in such a way so as it is not really noticeable. They make it look like it is for the good of all but it is rarely good for the people and only good for the powers to be.

We have just seen the Supreme Court in a unanimous decision dial back the powers of the EPA overreach on wetlands that was extended exponentially under the Obama administration putting almost every puddle of water under government control even if the land owner had water rights. The U.S. Supreme Court on Thursday put another dent in the regulatory reach of the Environmental Protection Agency, embracing a stringent new test for declaring wetlands protected under a landmark federal anti-pollution law in a ruling favoring an Idaho couple who challenged the agency.

The 9-0 decision authored by conservative Justice Samuel Alito overturned a lower court’s ruling against Chantell and Mike Sackett that had upheld the EPA’s determination that their property near a lake contained wetlands protected by the Clean Water Act of 1972. The Sacketts have battled with the EPA for years over their plans to build a home on the property.[1]

We are now seeing the government laying the foundation for a monetary system that will allow the government to control what you buy. If they do not want you to buy a gas-powered car, they will not release the funds for you to do that. If they do not want you to buy a home that is over a certain size or that is not in a condo complex, they will not let you have the money to do so. You may say that the government can not do that think again. When social security first came out it was voluntary then it became mandatory for all workers to be involved. You can watch a short video on what they call Central Bank Digital Currency here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0tc2yx_IoLY .

We now have the freedom to buy what we want but that is coming to an end. I do see the government having problems implementing this government takeover of our finances because there will be a massive backlash that will occur. There are still a lot of people who are not willing to give the government the right to do this. What this is is a outright act of taking our constitutional rights away from us. The Democrats hate the constitution because it will not let them do whatever they want. They have forgotten that the Constitution is an instrument for the people to control the government not the other way around. More importantly, We the People have forgotten that too! It is said that we no longer teach the Constitution in our schools because it is easier to take rights away from people that do not know what those rights are. I believe that 100% that is exactly what they are doing.

Another thing to think about is the hatred of Donald Trump by the media, the liberals, and the established Republicans. If you remember when he was inaugurated the speech he gave was a slap in the face to most politicians because he stated that he was going to give the power of government back to the people. The establishment has spent the last hundred years taking it away and they were not about to give any of it back. That is why you heard the communist Maxine Waters calling for his impeachment even before he was sworn in. The devil hates giving up ground he has stolen as do most politicians.

I remember back in the 1960s they instigated Affirmative Action in the workplace. I knew at the time as a high school student that it was not a good idea. Having to have a certain number of minorities simply because they were minorities on your work force was not a good business practice. My dad ran several businesses as I was growing up and he always looked for the most qualified person for whatever position he was looking to fill. Color, race, or religion had nothing to do with it. I worked at a car dealership prepping new cars. I want to get on as a new car mechanic so I did what my dad taught me to do, worked my butt off. I could prep 3 new cars by lunch time all by myself. There were three minorities doing the same thing but could only do two cars among them by noon. When an opening came up for the new car mechanic one of the minorities got the job because, well, he was a minority. He even told me that he loved the Affirmative Action program because he did not have to work hard to get a position. America had always stood on the side of the achiever, now we look only at equality whether it is deserved or not.

We no longer have an education system that renders our students at the top of the list with a world class education. There are third-world nations that have better education systems than we do. Our enemies’ children are learning quantum physics and ours are learning the proper pronouns and reading porn. Our enemies’ military are learning to kill us and our military are having drag queen shows. This path leads only to disaster.

We have unelected officials setting standards that are completely unattainable at a cost that is prohibitive for results that are not worth the cost.  The EPA has set a demand for all power plants to have carbon capture system to fight the non-existent climate change hoax. The main problem is these capture systems are so expensive that most power plants can not afford them. According to Jasen Isaac of the Texas Public Policy Foundation “Carbon capture technologies are so expensive that the result will be the sudden retirement of reliable generation, and the will be nothing to replace it. This is a prime example of an unelected executive agency run amok, with a single-minded agenda of elimination fossil fuels and controlling how we produce and consume energy regardless of the costs or consequences, all the while doing nothing to mitigate a changing climate.” Even if they get all these plants to capture all that CO2 worldwide it will only result in an increase of 0.5% capture of man-made CO2. Not at all worth even a tenth of the cost to implement this order.[2]

Again, this is a massive overreach by the federal government. An overreach that they have no authority to do. Congress should stop this as there are no provisions in the Constitution for this to be allowed. If these overreaches are not stopped we will have no rights left in a couple of years.
