At the end of part 2 of this series, I related the sequence of events in regard to the Supreme Court’s decision upholding the right for “gay people to marry.” I stated that there is much more to be said on the subject of how the influence of people like those St. Paul discussed in Romans Chapter One plays out into society and ultimately consigns millions of people, especially children in the foster care program, to hell.
Today’s foster care program continually expands with more and more children being placed in various homes, some of which are anathema to nurturing youngsters in the moral and spiritual living contained in God’s Word. Many of these children have come from parents with addictions or parents who have been sent to prison or parents who have died. With the legalization of gay marriage, these youngsters can be placed in homes that are foreign to the Word of God. For it is a shame even to speak of those things done of them in secret, Ephesians 5:12.
It is almost impossible for those of us who endeavor to live right and abide in God’s word to even contemplate, much less to meditate at length on an event where a child is forced into an environment which could cripple them for life. These children can be emotionally, mentally, morally and spiritually twisted into a mode of existence which is the complete antithesis of what is right in God’s eyes.
I am describing a mode of existence which is a complete abomination to the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Contemplating this is enough to cause one who has been brought-up in a normal life-style to become physically ill.
Supreme Court Decisions
Yet, the majority of our despicable Supreme Court Justices see nothing wrong with subjecting a child to such circumstances. These Justices damn themselves.
I am not being profane here by resorting to the word damned – I’m only stating facts. For anyone to think as they do…the Lord had to have turned them over to a reprobate mind. Each of us risks this happening to us when we continue to reject God and his son, Jesus Christ. According to my understanding of God’s Word, I firmly believe that a person who has been turned over to a reprobate mind will naturally begin thinking in ways the devil would approve of. This only confirms their damnation.
The decision by the Supreme Court, to allow gay people to marry, opens the gates for many children to be placed in homes of gay couples where they will be brought up in an environment of perversion along with every amoral and immoral anti-God position.
This is only one example of what is being presented and put into action by those like the ones the apostle Paul speaks of in Romans 1:30-32, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, and inventors of evil things…
Trannie Rest Rooms
There is also this despicable rule which now allows transgenders to use the restrooms of their chosen sex rather than their biological sex. Gender neutral bathrooms have resulted in rapes, one of even a 10-year-old girl. Today, black is white, white is black, up is down, down is up, good is bad and bad is good. But Isaiah 5:20 says something quite different, “Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil, that put darkness for light, and light for darkness, that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter.”
Isaiah is speaking of those whose thoughts and opinions are completely reversed from reason; which indicates their delusion. God has turned them over to a reprobate mind which makes them completely unable and incapable to rightfully discern the truth about anything related to right or wrong regarding sin as described in God’s Word.
Isaiah 5:21 says, “Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight!” And Verse 24 clarifies even further and gives us a “woe be unto” when Isaiah says, “Therefore as the fire devoureth the stubble, and the flame consumeth the chaff, so their root shall be as rottenness, and their blossom shall go up as dust: because they have cast away the law of the Lord of hosts, and despised the word of the Holy One of Israel.”
End Results
An interesting question arises, how does all this play-out about the fire devouring the stubble, and the flame consuming the chaff and so on? And what’s the reason for all of it? Really, it’s quite simple… “Because they had cast away the law of the Lord of hosts, and despised the word of the Holy One of Israel.”
These people had made a choice; they had, in effect and in their minds, decided to completely reject God’s law and all of his ways and principles.
They are reaping the consequences of their choices. As I said in part 2 of this series, “All choices result in consequences.” This is an immutable principle that God set into action at the very start of creation. When we make a choice and follow-up with action the appropriate results follow. Let me give you a simple example, had I chosen to study English and spelling while I was in school, I would not be struggling to write this article.
God was not finished and in Isaiah 5:25, he says, “Therefore is the anger of the Lord kindled against his people, and he hath stretched forth his hand against them, and hath smitten them: and the hills did tremble, and their carcasses were torn in the midst of the streets. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still.
What a rude awakening! I am assuming here that all this terrible negative action…all this pouring-out of God’s wrath would result in some of the people waking-up. Even more terrible is that God is not yet finished, his hand is still stretched out against them.
Today’s World
What is currently playing out in our world today, along with the very possible catastrophic events we are faced with needs to be examined closely with regard to scripture. I will discuss this in more detail in part 4, but let’s look again at Isaiah.
In reference to Isaiah 5: 20, where he is saying, “Woe to those who are calling good things evil, and evil things good,” we have seen this all over our country.
When Congresswoman Pelosi, demonized President Trump for referring to the MS13 gangs as animals, (they have a long way to go to be as good as animals) she perceived them to have value, so to her they were viewed as good. Pelosi and her ilk view anything our President does to protect American citizens as evil. Have they been turned over to a reprobate mind, incapable of discerning right from wrong? It certainly seems that way.
For those who have patterned their lives according to the precepts and principles set forth in God’s Word, what we see as good will be rejected as bad. And all the things we hold to be bad…indeed, all which we are admonished by Gods word to have nothing to do with, those things are perceived to be good. Many of our leaders, both in government and society as a whole glory in what God says is evil, some even wallow in it. Even those who don’t go to that extent in participation support those who do, which makes them all guilty.
They do not see, or have any cognitive awareness of goodness and righteousness. This plays into the dialectic that Satan incrementally applies on the individual so as to gradually change them over to his ways. Ultimately, the person being changed by such small increments isn’t aware of the change. A turnaround is almost impossible.
When Jesus was contending with the scribes and Pharisees…trying to convince them as to who he was in John 8:38 he said, “I speak that which I have seen with my Father: and ye do that which ye have seen with your father.”
In John 8:39, “They answered and said unto him, Abraham is our father. Jesus saith unto them, if ye were Abraham’s children, ye would do the works of Abraham.”
The truth becomes clear in John 8:44 where Jesus says, “Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.”
