The article, “It’s Biden’s Fault,” is the best analysis I have seen about the fact that Joe Biden (and Kamala Harris) bear responsibility for the attempted assassination of their political opponent, President Trump. These are basic facts about the chain of command.
The Biden-Harris Administration is getting away with nearly assassinating their political opponent.
We are now being treated to the next phase of the campaign, with Kamala Harris taking over for Biden, as if it’s politics as usual.
An American political party in charge of the federal government laid the groundwork for assassinating President Trump, wants no blame for what happened, and wants the media to move on to something else.
On Monday, we were treated to a low-level flunky, Secret Service director Kimberly Cheatle, shoveling out what Rep. Nancy Mace called “bull—-” for several hours, in a televised hearing.
We were treated to run-of-the-mill news “reports” about her lies and evasions and the endless calls from Republicans and Democrats for her resignation or firing.
The Democrats joined with Republicans in calling for her to go because they know this is a sideshow that diverts attention from those in the White House literally “calling the shots.” The assassination attempt followed Biden himself declaring Trump to be in the bullseye.
Trump says he asked Cheatle why there was nobody on that roof to prevent the would-be assassin from climbing on the roof and shooting. Trump was told the Secret Service did not have the manpower to cover what would become the shooter’s position, “which is crazy,” he added.
Trump must know he was set up to die.
Biden, of course, has been AWOL. So that leaves Harris as the one in charge. She has now officially taken charge, with the expectation that the media will move on and now treat the race as new and exciting, as if what happened to Trump is just a footnote.
The Democratic Party responds with $81 million in donations, ready for another left-wing zealot or perhaps the Iranians to try to kill Trump.
The previously cited article in Chronicles (by an attorney using a pen name) makes the following basic points:
- President Joe Biden is in charge of protecting his political rivals. He’s in charge of the Secret Service.
- Instead of taking responsibility for what happened, President Biden has repeatedly expressed full confidencein Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas who, in turn, has expressed full confidence in Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle.
One newsworthy element out of the hearing was that it was demonstrated that Mayorkas and Cheatle lied when they issued statements absolutely denying that the Trump campaign had requested additional security. The lies were brought to light by Rep. Mike Waltz.
Cheatle tried to defend her lie by saying she was only referring to the campaign not requesting additional protection for that one rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.
But that’s not what Mayorkas and the Secret Service statement, approved by Cheatle, said. They issued blanket denials.
Waltz noted that some of the requests for additional protection were made in writing.
Even one so-called “fact-checker” website had to admit that “On July 20, the Secret Service acknowledged it had denied some requests by former President Donald Trump’s campaign for increased security at his events. This admission is a reversal from statements the agency released immediately following the attempted assassination on Trump.”
The “reversal” means they were caught lying.
The record is clear: Trump’s blood and the death of the fire chief and the injuries to two other Trump supporters are on the hands of Cheatle, Mayorkas, and Biden/Harris.
The fact that one more specific request for additional protection was not made regarding the Butler rally does not make the denials by Mayorkas and Cheatle true, for their denials were broad and general in nature. It only means that the Trump campaign realized at some point that additional protection was not going to be forthcoming and that it was futile to keep asking.
The proper response of Mayorkas and Cheatle should have been to immediately admit that previous requests had been denied. They didn’t make this admission because they know this means blood is on their hands – and the hands of their bosses, Biden and Harris.
In another exchange, Cheatle admitted that she and Mayorkas had not held a single press conference in the nine days since the attempted assassination of Donald Trump.
That means they were trying to get their story together, after their initial lies.
At some point, Congress must conclude the obvious – they were setting Trump up for assassination. This was a planned and deliberate attempt to remove him from the presidential race.
The Republicans seem unwilling to go where the facts lead them.
What we have learned is that the current Administration is prepared to do anything to take Trump out of the race.
The author of the Chronicles article notes, “Biden is also responsible for providing the American people with a prompt and accurate explanation of what went wrong. Unless he fires the responsible officials, he is tacitly endorsing what happened in Butler, Pa., and inviting repetition. It’s up to him, not the American public, to restore public faith in the federal government by prying the truth from his subordinate agencies.” (emphasis added).
He is right about Biden and Harris: they are tacitly endorsing what happened in Butler, Pa., and inviting repetition.
Tacit means understood or implied without being stated.
Even with Cheatle out of power, the infrastructure for the attack remains in place. And those are the heavily armed federal agencies.
This is not a time for politics as usual.
As Americans, we are face to face with a federal tyranny that wants to kill its leading political opponent.
Thomas Jefferson said, “The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is it’s natural manure.”
Rep. Nancy Mace, who said “bull—-” to Cheatle about her lies, engaged in another enlightening exchange.
Here is a partial transcript:
Congresswoman Mace: …We had to issue a subpoena to get you to show up today. That is not transparent, by the way. You stated earlier, the Secret Service is not political. Is that correct?
Director Cheatle: Yes.
Congresswoman Mace: OK. Would you say leaking your opening statement to Punch Bowl News. Politico’s playbook, and Washington Post several hours before you sent it to this committee as being political, yes or no.
Director Cheatle: I have no idea how my statement got out.
Congresswoman Mace: Well, That’s bull—-.
We have plenty of manure in Washington, D.C.
Meanwhile, the “Tree of Liberty” Thomas Jefferson quotation has even been put on a MAGA 2024 T-Shirt.
Trump supporters must be careful not to play into the hands of those on the other side who want a backlash to the political violence to justify their campaign against Trump.
One Biden/Harris supporter has already been picked up for making deaths threats against Trump and his running mate, Senator J.D. Vance.
In one threat, this would-be assassin, Michael W. Wiseman, wrote, “Trump and Vance should be murdered before turning us in to West Russia. No time like the present.” In another post, he wrote “I am advocating Trump and Vance’s daughters get raped and THEN tell me they won’t fly their kids out of the USA for an abortion.”
So this is yet another let-wing zealot brainwashed by anti-Trump propaganda, who was either motivated to kill or wanted others to do the killing.
The Wiseman posts demonstrate that the Russia-gate and pro-abortion propaganda help create those would-be assassins. And we have to assume there are many more like him who are programmed to kill.
Since more attempts on his life are planned, Trump needs to campaign in the future behind bulletproof glass and reinforced armor plating. Those features were added to the Popemobile after the 1981 attempt on Pope John Paul II’s life.
