Article IV, Section 4 of the United States Constitution:
“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union, a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot convene) against domestic violence.”
And:
A person (including a group of persons, business, organization or local government) commits a federal felony when she or he: assists an illegal alien, she/he should reasonably know is illegally within the Unite States or who lack employment authorization, by transporting, shelter, or assisting him or her to obtain employment, or encourages that illegal alien to remain in the United States by referring him or her to an employer or by acting as employer or agent for an employer in any way, or knowingly assists illegal aliens due to personal convictions.” Federal Law—Section 8 USC 1324 (a) (1) (A) (iv) (b) (iii)
In other words, in excess of 22 million illegal aliens remain in the United States in violation of our laws. And, another 7,000 to 12,000 approach our southern border with the explicit intention to breach our borders in the form of an invasion.
President Donald Trump, by authority of the Constitution, may send troops to California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas to defend our borders against the impending attack. But he could face a Federal judge neutralizing his authority as president, and negate his orders. Thus, any Federal judge can stop the president from his duties of office.
Judicial Watch said, “The caravan moving north toward our border is a serious threat to the sovereignty of the United States. It is a blatant challenge to the rule of law. For this reason, we sent our Director of Investigations and Research Chris Farrell and Judicial Watch Investigator Reporter Irene Garcia to Guatemala to uncover the truth about “caravan.”
“The migrant caravan marching northbound through Central America is an “elaborately planned” movement that’s benefiting human smugglers and bringing disturbing numbers of violent gang members and other criminal elements through Guatemala, according to government sources in the capital city.”
The realities grow that, “MS-13 gang members have been detained and coyotes (human smugglers) are joining the march with clients who pay to get smuggled into the United States,” a Guatemalan official told Judicial Watch. “People from Asian countries waiting to get smuggled into the U.S. through Central America are also integrating with poor Hondurans in the caravan, a high-level Guatemalan government source confirmed.”
What the main stream media won’t tell you continues: among them are nationals of Bangladesh, a south Asian Islamic country that’s well known as a recruiting ground for terrorist groups such as ISIS and Al-Qaeda Indian Subcontinent (AQIS). “There are lots of dirty businesses associated with this,” Guatemalan authorities told Judicial Watch. “There’s lots of human trafficking.”
What makes this journalist angry stems from the fact that our last president, named Obama, encouraged such invasions by allowing 65,000 unaccompanied kids to cross the border. Then, another 40,000 found their way across. Obviously, huge organizations planned the former invasions and facilitated them.
Did Obama stop them? No! He broke our own laws by illegally granting DACA to illegal kids. Then, he shut down the U.S. Border Patrol to give them less ability to interdict those illegal migrants. And, he neutered ICE agents internally.
Worse, Congress stood by doing nothing: no passage of E-Verify in the past 20 years. No passage to stop Anchor Babies. No enforcement for employers of illegals. No enforcement for landlords to give illegals housing. No enforcement to stop transportation companies from moving them.
In other words, our own government violates our laws and facilitates this invasion. And, the American people continue watching it for the past 30 years while their country becomes infested with 22 million violators and millions of employers who hire them. Ironically, we pay for all of it with our tax dollars and our diminished jobs.
It’s amazing we still maintain our own country. It will be even more amazing if we survive this continuous invasion by immigrants from all over the world, legal or illegal. My prediction: we’re going to devolve into an overpopulated, chaotically cultural quagmire with no national identity or language. We a face racially divisive future not only of blacks, whites and browns—but Muslim, Hindus and Sikhs. Our culture will degrade into more Pittsburg, PA killings and bombers like that nut in a white van.
We shall degrade into an incendiary country much like you see in Yemen, Pakistan, Syria and Bangladesh.
We lose the core of our national culture, identity and language. Guess what? It’s already happened and we’re in for one hell of a nasty ride. At this point, I don’t see us saving our country.
