As the number of dead pile up – increasingly in the early teens to mid-twenties range for athletes, so too, is the number of severe injuries many will suffer the rest of their lives along with those now permanently disabled who can no longer work or even function without assistance.
Yes, there’s been hearings here in Texas with health and safety committee members headed up by Sen. Bob Hall but those injections are still being given in the state. Sen. Ron Johnson [R-WI] brought together those injured and maimed in front of the public and media to tell their gut-wrenching, heart-breaking stories of what happened to them after getting one or more of those experimental gene therapy injections.
And that’s exactly what they are: experimental. Again, both Moderna & Pfizer in their SEC (Securities & Exchange Commission) filings (Dec. 31, 2019) clearly state – go to page 14-15:
“To our knowledge, there is no current precedent for an mRNA-based immunotherapy such as the type we are developing being approved for sale by the FDA, European Commission or any other regulatory agency elsewhere in the world.
“Although we expect to submit BLAs for our mRNA-based product candidates in the United States, and in the European Union, mRNA therapies have been classified as gene therapy medicinal products, other jurisdictions may consider our mRNA-based product candidates to be new drugs, not biologics or gene therapy medicinal products, and require different marketing applications. Securing regulatory approval requires the submission of extensive preclinical and clinical data and supporting information to the various regulatory authorities for each therapeutic indication to establish the product candidate’s safety and efficacy.
“Any product candidates we develop may not be effective, may be only moderately effective, or may prove to have undesirable or unintended side effects, toxicities or other characteristics that may preclude our obtaining marketing approval or prevent or limit commercial use.”
The FDA then gave them permission using EUA, Emergency Use Authorization, when there never was any emergency. It was hysteria birthed and screeched non-stop by the prostitute media 24/7 using optics and the fear factor. The human world then became their guinea pigs. The number of COVID cases is a big, fat lie based on use of PCR testing. The PCR test is a manufacturing technique, NOT a diagnostic tool.
So what is gene therapy? A vaccine?

So, gene therapy is a medical intervention to fight diseases caused by genetic defects. Well, the world has been told COVID-19 is a virus not a genetic defect. I am not a doctor, scientist or lawyer but I’m not stupid, either.

Trained at the Mayo Clinic, Cole practices “high-volume pathology.” He believes he has done more biopsies than most biologists—around 500,000, a number that represents the “career of three biologists.” Cole said in an introductory video in the report:
“Lymphomas, leukemias, blood cancers [are on the rise] because that spike goes to the bone marrow. The lipid nanoparticle carries the mRNA to your dividing stem cells. Because it doesn’t stay in the arm, it can go into any cell in your body, and it turns that cell into a spike factory. It inhibits the ability of your DNA to repair itself. It binds to our mitochondria and destroys the energy of our brain cells. [It] Destroys the energy of our liver cells and destroys the energy of any cell that gets into your own immune system, attacks those cells. That spike protein causes mechanisms of cancer in many people. And I’ve been seeing that in the lab. I’ve been having it confirmed by oncologists, radiologists, radiation oncologists, and pathologists all around the world as I travel,”
“In another interview with Steve Kirsch on October 16, Cole also states he is seeing people pass away 5 to 6 months after the injection. “The spike protein causes inflammation in the blood vessels, and blood vessels are in every organ of the body,” adds Cole. He contends it is the chronic inflammation in the vessels that can cause chronic disease over time, whether it is coronary disease, cancer, or other potentially fatal diseases. It is important to note that the spike protein present from natural infection clears much more quickly from the human body than does the spike protein from the mRNA injections.”

Halt Covid Vaccine, Prominent Scientist Tells CDC, May 8, 2021 by Jennifer Margulis. “In a public comment to the CDC, molecular biologist and toxicologist Dr. Janci Chunn Lindsay, Ph.D., called to immediately halt Covid vaccine production and distribution. Citing fertility, blood-clotting concerns (coagulopathy), and immune escape, Dr. Lindsay explained to the committee the scientific evidence showing that the coronavirus vaccines are not safe.
“On April 23, 2021, the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices held a meeting in Atlanta, Georgia. The focus of this ACIP meeting was blood clotting disorders following Covid vaccines. Dr. Janci Chunn Lindsay spoke to the CDC during the time set aside for public comment.

“MIT scientist also concerned about blood-clotting, fertility issues. Stephanie Seneff, Ph.D., an expert in protein synthesis, believes that Dr. Lindsay’s hypothesis is correct. “I absolutely share these concerns,” Dr. Seneff, who is a senior research scientist at MIT, wrote to me in a sobering email.
“The potential for blood clotting disorders and the potential for sterilization are only part of the story. There are other potential long-term effects of these vaccines as well, such as autoimmune disease and immune escape, whereby the vaccines administered to immune-compromised people accelerate the mutation rate of the virus so as to render both naturally acquired and vaccine-induced antibodies no longer effective.”
“Like Dr. Lindsay, Dr. Seneff believes we need to immediately halt Covid vaccine campaigns. “This massive clinical trial on the general population could have devastating and irreversible effects on a huge number of people,” Seneff explains.”
All ignored by the CDC. Fertility clinics will be doing a booming business down the road. Scientists have been trying to produce a safe vaccine for coronaviruses for over 20 years and have never succeeded.

I have finished a project which took a lot of time but talking about these crimes as people continue dying or develop horrible medical conditions isn’t going to change anything. The guilty must be prosecuted. I am pursuing a county grand jury and state Little RICO Act indictment.
First, an attorney I know in my city works with our county District Attorney whom I don’t know. Here in Texas there are four categories: What Can the Grand Jury Investigate? No. 4: Any matter initiated by any credible person. That would be me.
I put together the first two files and yes, I printed all the material. My poor 10-year-old printer is pretty worn out. The two files were heavy and thick. I put all the material in those legal multi-section folders used in the legal system. You can’t go to a gun fight without a gun. This is as serious as it gets in the legal and political arena. I’ve made it very easy as you’ll see for anyone reading those two files to check and verify.
Once I was finished, I took one set to the attorney mentioned above and asked him to please get it to our DA. I am requesting he impanel a grand jury. I overnight mailed ($39.90) a set to our newly elected state senator, Kevin Sparks at the state capitol. My request to Sen. Sparks who’s a very intelligent, caring individual is to get it to our state Attorney General Ken Paxton to file a state Little RICO Act against the individuals I list in my cover letter.
These elected officials are all buried in legal work and cases so by printing out everything, you save them the time; it took me a lot of time to read and evaluate just what I should put in my presentation and requests.

I also sent, priority mail, a set to Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis with a cover letter which I simply stated I know a grand jury is beginning work on this issue: “The approval came after DeSantis on Dec. 13 submitted a request that alleged “there are good and sufficient reasons to deem it to be in the public interest to impanel a statewide grand jury to investigate criminal or wrongful activity in Florida relating to the development, promotion, and distribution of vaccines purported to prevent COVID-19 infection, symptoms, and transmission.”
And, oh how the “left” got their knickers in a twist slapping on the usual labels. Delicious. In my cover letter to DeSantis, I simply said I was making the research and information available as I know a grand jury is underway. Those all went out Feb. 8, 2023. Then I put together a third file which I sent to DeSantis and Sparks on Feb. 24, 2023 because two things came up. Today I will drop off a copy to the attorney here to give to our DA and hope I can sit down with him soon regarding impaneling a grand jury. Contents of third file below. The vote was 5-0 to return $167,000 in grant funding (unconstitutional, of course) from the CDC (Center for Disease Creation).
