In the past 50 years, I have bicycled the length and width of California seven times. I have motorcycled the coast 10 times. I have driven a car up the coast 8 times. I’ve driven a United Van Lines 18 wheeler dozens of times around California during my trucking years. In other words, I have seen California from every possible angle.

I’ve visited Yosemite, Prairie Creek Redwoods, Avenue of the Giants, San Francisco, Monterrey Aquarium, Big Sur, Los Angeles, End of Route 66 at Santa Monica Pier, Sequoia National Park, Death Valley, Sultan Sea, General Sherman, Golden Gate Bridge, Hearst Castle and dozens of other incredible landmarks in that once Golden State of California.

At the same time, I witnessed the decline from “extraordinary” to what it has become today: a growing third world trash heap of something around four to five million illegal third world refugees who have created an entirely “different” California.

Added to that, an estimated 250,000 homeless Americans as well as illegal refugees. They’ve set up camps in the canyons where they subsist much like Third World encampments that I witnessed in my travels around the world. Los Angeles features 175,000 homeless. San Francisco tolerates 50,000 homeless pitching tents all over the city, human waste, drugs, mentally ill crazy people, and a total loss of the rule of law and standards.

Both cities see crime rates into the multi-millions if not billions of dollars over the past 20 years. Illegal aliens that get caught and prosecuted for their crimes fill up over 50 percent of the prisons in California.

Drug lords such as MS-13 distribute tens of thousands of doses of heroin, Fentanyl, Meth, Ecstasy, MJ, and other poisons to kill American kids or addict them into uselessness.

“Since 2000, nearly 1 million people have died of a drug overdose. As of 2020, over 37 million people 12 and older actively used illicit substances. About 13.5% of Americans 12 and older have used drugs in the past 30 days. Another 25.4% of all users of illicit drugs suffer from drug dependency.”

Shoplifting has bankrupted dozens if not hundreds of convenience stores, mercantile stores, gas stations, drug stores and more. In the past year, Walgreen’s withdrew 17 stores in San Francisco alone.

Yosemite National Park hires full time “trash pick-up groups” to clean the enormous amount trash tossed by visitors. Additionally, the park suffers millions of visitors to a point that the animals flee the park to save themselves from the hoards of humans.

Smash-and-grab gangs dominate San Francisco and Los Angeles to a point that no one can park their cars to visit the trolley cars or downtown. If they do park their cars, they suffer trunks pried open and driver-side windows smashed where the thieves steal everything in the car within 30 seconds—and they vanish into traffic. I witnessed one smash-and-grab during my last visit.

The traffic in LA and San Francisco jams up every freeway, street and avenue to the point of paralysis even with 10 lanes going one way.

Crime dominates those cities to such a point because the legislature voted to not prosecute anyone who has stolen less than $950.00 in goods. Entire gangs come into stores and steal them into bankruptcy. Who mandates that kind of insanity? Answer: Governor Gavin Newsom and the mayors of those cities.

California politicians support illegal alien refugees with food, housing, schools, medical care, interpreters and more—so the state stands $76 billion in debt. All the while, those same refugees mail billions of dollars back to their home countries, annually. Even worse, the ones that do work, get paid under the table so that California features the largest underground economy in the world. California’s taxes at 13.3 percent are the highest in the United States. Citizens pay the highest gas taxes in the country at 70 cents a gallon.

California’s roads are among the five worst states in the Union. Maintenance cannot keep up with potholes and torn up pavement.

Twenty seven percent of the people in California were not born there. They bring dozens of languages that do not and cannot learn in our classrooms. Student test scores are in the bottom ten states in America.

California pays for the health care of illegal aliens into the billions of dollars. Millions of illegals cannot and do not pay their electric bills.

California is a dysfunctional and unsustainable society declining into collapse at some point. It’s SO BAD, somewhere around 10 to 15 million Americans have fled California according to historian Victor Davis Hanson.

California features more illegal alien refugees than any other state with NO PLAN on how to integrate them into our culture, language and working class. (Source: Victor

Davis Hanson Podcast) One out of three people in America is on public assistance in California. Twenty percent of California’s population lives below the poverty line.

I’ve watched this nightmare develop in California for the past 50 years with my dozens of visits. It’s SO BAD, please watch historian Victor Davis Hanson talk about it on his podcast:

To make it even worse, because of mass and unchecked immigration, California is projected to grow from 40 million to 60 million by 2050. They don’t have the water, energy or resources. And, they don’t have a plan! If ever one of America’s states resembled the same course as the H.M.S. Titanic, California would fit that historical nightmare.

And, you must understand, once a state like California collapses, places like Chicago, NYC, Detroit and Miami won’t be far behind.

We as a civilization need to check our course, and for sure, we need to change course. Wouldn’t you agree?
