Ah, the federal income tax season is underway. I happened across yet another article promoting something called a flat tax and even worse, a national sales tax:
The IRS Must Fall: Liberation Through a Flat Tax and Tariffs – “The Internal Revenue Service stands as a towering symbol of oppression, shackling Americans with a tax system that suffocates freedom and drains vitality from every corner of life. We’re taxed when we earn, when we spend, when we live, and even when we die—property taxes, sales taxes, income taxes, estate taxes—it’s relentless. The IRS, with its labyrinthine rules and invasive audits, isn’t just inefficient; it’s a parasite on the American spirit. It must be dismantled, not reformed, and replaced with a flat tax and tariffs. This isn’t a suggestion—it’s a necessity…
“This isn’t about tweaking the edges—it’s about smashing a broken machine. The IRS enslaves us with its reach, its waste, its arrogance. A flat tax and tariffs aren’t perfect, but they’re a damn sight better than this tax-on-everything nightmare. We’d breathe freer, work smarter, and live without Big Brother’s boot on our necks. Congress must act—dismantle the IRS, institute a national sales tax, and wield tariffs boldly. Anything less is surrender. The time for half-measures is over. The IRS must fall, and we must make it happen.” (The IRS should be confined only to collecting corporate and constitutional excise taxes.)

“My last two columns dealt with the reality of the income tax and traps to replace it called flat tax, fair tax or value added tax. They are just distractions and the wrong discussion. The real issue is the size of government. So few Americans today know that prior to 1913, we didn’t have an income tax to feed the central bank (FED). How certain the traitors were at the time that everything would go as planned. There’s no question the events of 1913 were carefully planned and executed:
“The Sixteenth and Seventeenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution were clearly never ratified by the required number of states; fraud was committed when they were announced ratified. The Federal Reserve Act was passed the same year. A central bank needs a mechanism to syphon off the wealth of the people (a direct personal income tax, the second plank of the communist manifesto) and the states needed to be deprived of their representation in Washington, DC., (17th Amendment) in order for the long-planned world government to proceed step-by-step, one fraud at a time.
“For forty years the tax and spend Democrats ruled Washington, DC, looting the people’s treasury for social programs that are clearly outside their authority under the Constitution. LBJ’s great society jump started this insanity and sadly, my parent’s generation bought into their chains of dependency and have passed this mess to my generation. Their addiction was fed by Congress and the state legislatures for votes.
“In 1994, people said they wanted change! Clever word smithing and a stable full of carefully polished liars emerged. The “Contract with America” and the “Republican Revolution” were born…. and died. It was all smoke and mirrors. The Republicans took control of Congress in January 1995 – those “smaller government” critters who speak with a forked tongue.”
“Not one unconstitutional or unnecessary cabinet was eliminated. Quite the opposite -government exploded in size and cost with the Republicans out spending the Democrats because the American people were demanding more! more! Hello? Weren’t these the same people who said they wanted less government? Yep, then they turned right around and begged for more big spending as jobs continued to disappear overseas. (NAFTA, GATT & other “free” trade treaties.)
“Again, the people had enough, allegedly, and a “new,” improved and repackaged Congress was “elected” in November 2006. New lies for old. Of course, this was a clever hoax sold by the “mainstream” media, including cable networks. Congress is comprised of 435 members of the House of Representatives. This “new” Congress brought in about 25 new hucksters who know nothing about constitutional restraints; a few “new” faces with “new” ideas and “vision” for a “new America!” Hooray and bring out the flags, boys – Happy Days Are Here Again!
“The U.S. Senate sits unlawfully, but again, the only thing there was a few chairs rearranged on the deck of the Titanic. In the four months the tax and spend Democrats have been back in “power,” it’s business as usual. Squabbling, battles between big egos and ignorant fools like Rep. Carolyn McCarthy with her unconstitutional gun legislation. The Democrats who claim to be for the working man (another bald-faced lie) have simply picked up where they left off in 1994.
“Most of the “smaller government” Republicans who took “control” in 1995 and out spent the Democrats are still in office. Their arguments regarding taxes are the same: Democrats chant “tax cuts for the rich,” while the Republicans stick to their mantra that “we must stick with President Bush’s tax cuts because they’re working.”
“The working man and woman are drowning; millions know the federal income tax does NOT apply to domestic Americans. Out of desperation, ideas are born for replacements to stop this draining of America’s lifeblood: a fair tax, flat tax, value added tax – anything help us!!! These distractions are designed to keep the American people busy promoting their own destruction; it’s called the herding technique.
“These alternative taxing schemes are just that and will not solve the problem of the Federal Reserve and a fiat currency. These schemes will continue to feed the banking cartel – which is why this poison is being peddled to desperate Americans. Without the Federal Reserve Banking System, these crooks and liars in Congress would not be able to continue spending BILLIONS of “dollars” every day when there’s no money in the people’s treasury.
“Of course, a whole lot of these craven crooks and liars performing this magic of spending money that doesn’t exist are the same bunch who kited checks years ago. For those who might be too young to remember, back in the early 1990s, a major scandal broke about members of Congress writing hot checks. It was reported that roughly 355 members of the House of Representatives had overdrawn their accounts with the House Bank; some 110 came clean. So, you see, writing hot checks is nothing new to these scoundrels. The tragedy is that they are dooming your children and grand babies to a life of serfdom. Do you care?
“The real and true discussion needs to be a demand that Congress abolish all these unconstitutional and unnecessary agencies, cabinets and spending. I’ll get to constitutional funding in a minute. Let’s take the Federal Department of Education, a massive failure that continues to drain the people’s pocketbook like spaghetti sieve.” End of excerpt. The rest of that column is filled with important information.
That column was not long before the 2008 crash people like me (and so many others) warned was coming and no way to stop it. So, in 2010, I wrote another column about the Internal Robbing Service aka IRS. It does require a fair amount of reading but in order to fully understand what I didn’t know before my 31-year journey for the truth began, you just have to read the entire piece. Please understand when reading I am not advocating to turn off Medicare or SS but both need to get fixed and DOGE has begun the process of cutting the waste so those programs work fairly and efficiently; there are SERIOUS problems with funding for those two taxes – they are not entitlements. I was forced into Medicare when I turned 65 even though I already had full health care coverage and paid my premiums. Yes, I do receive a SS check every month; I will be 76 in June.
Here are but a few excerpts from Fair tax is a trap: Demand NO vote on H.R. 25 (Mine):
“In order to understand why H.R. 25 is just another tool of tyrants, you have to go back and see where and when the problem started. Prior to 1913, we had no federal income tax. There was no unconstitutional “Federal” Reserve Banking system and there was no Seventeenth Amendment. This nation thrived in agriculture, manufacturing and industrial output.
“The shadow government that has been controlling Congress for almost a hundred years had the downfall of America well planned. First, an income tax to siphon off the fruits of our labor. Even though the Sixteenth Amendment wasn’t legally ratified and did not give Congress any new power of taxation, we all know what that Gestapo criminal syndicate will do to you if you don’t voluntarily submit (with a gun to your head) to looting your earnings.
“In order to strip the States of the Union equal suffrage in the U.S. Congress and turn over that purse to the mobs, the Seventeenth Amendment was declared ratified even though it clearly was not. The states then became dependent upon the whims of maggots like John McCain, Chuckie Schumer, Dick Durbin, Diane Feinstein, Lindsay Graham and all the rest of them…
“The big granddaddy came in December of 1913 when Congress passed the unconstitutional Federal Reserve Banking Act.
“As long as the FED exists, there can be no economic freedom for we the people.
“As long as the FED exists, the Outlaw Congress will continue to borrow more and more worthless fiat currency to fund these grotesque, illegal invasions of foreign countries, fund massive unconstitutional welfare programs like the Department of Health and Human Services, unconstitutional cabinets like the Federal Department of Education and the EPA.
“The Outlaw Congress will continue to rape we the people to send hundreds of billions of BORROWED “dollars” to the communist UN, the USAID (United States Aid for International Development), BIS (Bank of International Settlements) and the World Bank. That’s the short list…
“For decades I have said, along with millions of others: A limited form of republican government means just that and mandatory at the top of the list is to get rid of the income tax, the FED, get us out of Bretton Woods and all the foreign financial entanglements looting the people’s purse. People can still pay their indentured servitude taxes and the Outlaw Congress can pass simple bills to eliminate the obscene death tax as well as others.
“In order to fully understand the truth about these fake “solutions” (fair tax, flat tax), you have to do the research. Those taxing schemes are nothing new, but it appears there is big money behind getting that bill passed and we must stop it. If Congress wanted to get rid of the income tax, they could have done it decades ago. The Republicans had control of Congress from January 1995 – December 2006. All they did was continue spending us into unpayable debt. And, yes, the debt is unpayable, and if you think the U.S. won’t default on its debt, you are ignoring the hard, cold facts.

Well, here we are in 2025 and along came Trump, Musk and the big cannon known as DOGE. Some of Trump’s EO’s will have to be passed via legislation by the U.S. Congress now controlled by the “Keep more of your money. Less taxes, smaller government” party called the GOP.
However, with the incredible amount of waste uncovered by the DOGE team (and hated by the communists in Congress, AOC, Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren and the rest of the human trash) the American people who are seeing the truth are demanding the financial and moral destruction of our nation stop.
Naturally the liars and crooks in Congress, the Democrat/Communist Party and unfortunately some RINO’s don’t like what’s going on with DOGE for a variety of reasons – as in they haven’t been doing their “oversight” jobs, kickbacks and profiting from insider trading.
The hyenas screeching about Elon Musk having access to their personal information is beyond asinine. The richest man on this earth wants Joe Smith’s (a bagger at the local grocery store who files his return) personal info and SSN for nefarious reasons? Well, here’s one for the dullards out there:
Even though I’m not required to file, I do and I don’t cheat to keep the dragoons off my back and praying someday we will succeed in stopping the theft of our labor to fund nonsense, torturing animals, favorite projects of reps and senators and endless, big contracts for relatives to get rich and undeclared wars as required by the U.S. Constitution. DOGE has a web site you might want to visit so you can see in real time their progress and what they uncover. The unconstitutional waste will blow your mind.
I sent my return certified mail and guess what the green return USPS card this time shows? No signature but is stamped: JPMorgan Charlotte NC Agent for Internal Revenue Service, March 12, 2025; the largest bank in the U.S. Try that one on for size. The richest man on the planet and his extraordinarily high IQ team won’t get to see my tax return but it looks like someone at JPMorgan will – unless they farm it out to a third party who can then snoop through your return.

In closing, if you didn’t see Bret Baier’s interview with Elon Musk & his team it’s well worth the time to watch. Seriously. And yes, tens of thousands of federal employees are going to lose their jobs, most likely. I know what that’s like as a federal whistleblower. I worked for DoD and saw the waste and laziness all around me every day and coming from the private sector, it was, well, shocking and this was back in 1989; I was a GS-11 going in.
Tens of millions of illegal aliens have been stealing good jobs that belong to Americans using fake documents for decades. But, if you have the skill set and we get rid of millions of ILLEGAL aliens regardless of country of origin, by either self-deporting or forced deportation, it will open up a huge number of jobs that would become available for Americans and naturalized Americans who did it the right way. Like both sets of my grandparents (Italy & Germany). New job openings for federal employees who lose their jobs. It’s stressful but no one guaranteed life would be easy.
