In last week’s column, this journalist “spelled it out” like few other writers. “Why Are We Devolving America’s Western Culture? Can We Save Ourselves?” offered a ‘point blank’ assessment as to how America will continue to decline its culture, its own people, its language, and its own way of life.
President Teddy Roosevelt said it over 100 years ago, “In the first place, we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith (legally), becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or origin. But this is predicated upon the person’s becoming in every facet an American, and nothing but an American…There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn’t an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag… We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language… and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people.”
Whether you watch the riots at colleges, or cities in southern Florida, or southern California, you’re watching Hamas flags, Palestinian flags, Mexican flags, and Muslim flags dominate on the news, but also in those ethnic and religious enclaves. And notice, America now features “no go zones” where those ethnic enclaves dominate. You won’t see any loyalty to America or our flag, i.e. Minneapolis, Detroit, NYC, California. That Somalian U.S. House Member Ilhan Omar despises America…because she can get away with it.
As you watch the evening news, you can see that U.S. Senators Van Hollen, Charles Schumer, Nancy Pelosi, and dozens of others don’t like America or its people. They furiously work against Americans. Senator Van Hollen (D-MD) didn’t do a thing for four years to stop 13 million illegal aliens from crossing our borders in violation of our laws. But when one MS-13 terrorist named Garcia gets deported, Van Hollen rushed to bring him back to America. Notice that when one of his constituents, mother of five Rachel Morin, was killed by an illegal alien gangbanger, Van Hollen did NOTHING!
Forever Senator Charles Schumer (D-NY) did NOTHING to stop 13 million border jumpers for four solid years! Nancy Pelosi has been an insider-trader on defense contracts that have netted her husband $120 million in the past 30 years of her “forever” tenure in the House of Representatives. She’s a thief, plain and simple!
We’re talking about our U.S. Congress being a “Den of crooks, liars and frauds.” Why do you think we’re $37 trillion in debt? None of them ever get called out, prosecuted or thrown into prison. Their “slush fund” at U.S. AID has been a 50-year nightmare for taxpayers.
In that column last week, you learned that China has purchased 350,000 U.S. farmland acres. They own major food processing plants. They own hotels and warehouses. They virtually supply 90 percent of our goods in Lowe’s and Home Depot. They are buying up fast-food joints. And, nobody in Congress stops them.
So here’s a reader named “Laura” who responded to the truths that were presented in that initial column, with permission:

As to your latest commentary! I’m a speak-my-mind kinda’ woman; always was, always will be!
Anyway, the ‘woke’ crowd skewered me on Reddit when I took issue with the Palestinian uprisings not just on campuses but all around the world and my statement was that you cannot habituate people that are unhabituate-able; as in, Muslims move to Western countries with NO plans on assimilating.
The real plan is to overpower in numbers, then violence should we not capitulate. The general consensus of the Muslim males in particular, do not care for the people of the West, we are merely a means to an end – total domination of America and all she has; however, they have counted out the Chinese who have spent a considerable amount of money on acquiring this country; not just farmland, but they are buying not just condos in NY, but whole buildings; they own either all or almost all ports in SF and maybe ALL ports in CA, and then we can mention all the politicians they own!
China may wait to see how far the Muslims push to overtake various, strategic counties/cities first then make a move on the whole state if they use violence to reduce our numbers; just look at what Belgium, Germany, France and Britain are going through with them; and not just the Muslims from the usual places but the Somalians or Syrians and Pakistani men – all of whom are in HOST countries that are paying for every need at the expense of their OWN people!!!
Every time I hear about another gang rape of either a teen/young adult or child committed by an illegal, all I can think of is how they shouldn’t have been here in the first place, and now we will pay for their housing in a prison somewhere where they get appeals and an attorney all of which we pay for, not to mention the government assistance their family will receive; I have heard stories, that is why I’m so crazy for Viktor Orban and the way he controls the borders of his country and how he protects his people! It was too funny the way he shut Angela Merkel down when she thought she could strong arm him into allowing all those Muslims to storm his gates!
I believe it was Ireland that is having a Muslim problem and it was said that if not changed soon, Muslims will overtake them in the number of births and not leaving, thereby establishing roots while the native Irish, German, French and British birth rates plunge. They do NOT plan on assimilating – this is an occupation and by the time we organize, it will be too late. Already they are entering into our lower government positions and will move up and through until they reach a position of power that could cost us and our families’ lives.
Even in their Muslim homelands they have no ‘true’ peace so our countries should offer sanctuary without thought because they were the “called out ones” the people God chose to inform the world of the way. The Muslims will never assimilate into Western culture; on the contrary, parents very often do not allow their daughters to date an American and nearly all males of this culture would love nothing better than to have Sharia Saw be legal here like it is in their country. And, they have actually killed family members because of some broken rule of co-mingling with anyone outside of their own people. (According to the United Nations, Muslims “Honor Kill” 20,000 women annually.)
I just go by what I see, research and read about the people/countries that are all around me so I know what I’m dealing with. It’s called being proactive and I think we are in for a bumpy ride! Thank you for your excellent piece! Laura
If an average American citizen can see what’s happening, why can’t 535 members of Congress “see” it, and stop it? Again, we need a total “shut down” of all immigration into America. We must demand only “English” be our national language. If guys like Kahlil or Garcia don’t like our country or wave the Hamas flag…deport them.
