I am writing on this subject again in greater detail, because we can never prosper in freedom while we are governed by the existing Criminal Enterprise, using income taxes against us. God bless President Trump for doing more than any other president to drain the swamp.
Without income taxes, the Criminal Enterprise loses its economic power to usurp state functions, wage no-win wars, finance Communism, and generally impoverish the people. This is an irrefutable fact, because the income tax reverses the role of the states and their federal government, giving all power to the Federal Establishment.
Contrary to the Constitution, the income tax sucks up available money, forcing the states to allow the Federal Establishment to usurp (blackmail) state functions, centralizing power and control in Washington.
Governors are complicit (blackmailed) because they need the federal benefits (services financed with federal income taxes) to meet their budget requirements, and must comply with Establishment mandates to get them.
Remember, the Federal Establishment is not a sovereign government. It is mostly a criminal enterprise masquerading as a Constitutional Republic. The states, however, are sovereign governments that created the Constitution and defined the limitations of the federal government that are being recklessly usurped today.
It is difficult to understand how income taxes alone could deprive us of the benefits of our Constitution, Bill of Rights and Declaration of Independence. I hope to accomplish this by showing you only a few of the negative effects of income taxes.
Income tax gives the Federal Establishment the money to fund and usurp functions assigned to the states in our Constitution. This results in a concentration of power in Washington. Following are only a few of the unconstitutional departments of the Establishment:
Departments of Education, Agriculture, Energy, Transportation, Health and Human Services, Housing and Urban Development, etc
In simple terms the income tax takes an inordinate amount of money from the public, allowing the Establishment To:
1. Waste, steal and squander much of it.
2. Finance no-win wars for profit of the PSRRC (Parasitic Super-Rich Ruling Class) and bribe Congress.
3. Finance Communism in the cities.
4. Cause shortage of workers by paying them not to work (food stamps, housing, medical, education, etc).
5. Pay illegal invaders more than the average Social Security payment to citizens. The Constitution says any support of enemy invaders is treason.
The quality and quantity of governmental service to citizens is reduced when done by the Federal Establishment, rather than locally done by the states.
The Establishment is using income taxes to pay people not to work and many employers can’t match those “government benefits” for not working. Every dollar that does not produce goods or services increases inflation.
The unconstitutional privately-owned Federal Reserve Bank and fiat dollars allow the PSRRC and establishment to wage wars for profit and impoverish the people. Gold and silver are the only Constitutional money because they are a store of value, anti-inflationary, and can’t be printed endlessly by a machine.
FEMA is another unconstitutional agency that has used its money to support illegal invaders, rather than Americans in disaster areas. FEMA should be abolished. Its functions can be better performed by the states (why should all other states finance disaster relief for Communist California, for example?).
The “Administrative State” refers to the unelected Bureaucrats in the Establishment who think they are entitled to benefit and control everything forever, and they answer to no one in the public. The graft and corruption discovered by DOGE is eye-opening, and will continue to expose unbelievable corruption and waste.
In the Coup of 1913, we were cursed with the income tax, the privately- owned Federal Reserve Bank, and Tax-Free Foundations. Until 1913, the Establishment was funded by tariffs and excise taxes. It was a period of great growth and prosperity (except for the civil war period). Manufacturing and jobs were protected by tariffs. This has not been true since 1913, except for about 30 years after World War Two (when American Dream was operative). The PSRRC moved its factories overseas, producing unemployment and the devastation of thousands of towns and cities (now known as the rust belt). The American Dream no longer exists, together with the demise of the middle class.
Our Economic situation is really dire without a drastic Trump miracle consisting of a reduction of more than $2 trillion a year in expenses. But that will not reduce the $36 trillion debt; the interest is more than $1 trillion a year and growing (more than the defense budget!). The Establishment is now spending 40% more than it earns, and along with the debt, is an unsustainable burden that could result in a majority of the public being unemployed if enough federal employees are not terminated (a really great depression).
The only solution is to terminate the income tax and fund the Establishment with tariffs/excise taxes. The federal Establishment would have to return to its Constitutional format and terminate all unconstitutional functions to prevent financial Armageddon.
It must be noted that President Trump can terminate any unconstitutional function created by the legislature with his signature.
Only the Congress can pass laws, which means that agencies like ATF cannot write laws, much less enforce them.
By the way, the founding fathers never meant for us to live in a pure democracy, and we never did. (Democracies are impossible to maintain, and ALWAYS fail). We live in a Republic, but a Republic requires that the representatives of the people act on their behalf, honorably.
Note, many writers believe that Israel’s many evil actions from its inception to the present day have earned them the undying hatred of all Muslims. The actions of Hamas were terrible, and BRILLIANT. Hamas was willing to sacrifice their people as their only option for change. The resulting genocide has inflamed negative feelings toward Israel in the rest of the world. The Protocols of the Elders of Zion best explain the negative feelings. ( I think the Protocols are fiction). All of this makes the long-term survival of a Jewish state problematic. Our foreign aid in support of genocide is unconstitutional, stupid, venal and costly to our reputation. Many knowledgeable writers maintain that the Jewish Lobby controls our politicians and media (the public not so much).
Note, aircraft carriers are capital ships from World War Two (80 years ago) and are now very vulnerable to modern missiles. They are now placed in a combat situation. If a carrier is sunk with 5,000 sailors, we would be at war with Iran. The warmongers here and in Israel would get what they wanted.
As is my wont, I have only tickled the surface of the issues discussed to increase readership and understanding. My notes are to inform readers of important off topic events. If I incur the anger of the PSRRC and swamp by writing this, you should at least pass it on to officials and others who could benefit.
