Early, I received information that made it appear as though the American Oversight case was filed in the SDNY court. It was in fact filed in the DC Circuit Court with the same Obama Judge already embattled with Trump over Executive Branch powers.
Is TEAM Trump making a critical error in relying upon the corrupt unconstitutional Supreme Court to save his agenda from the Obama/Biden appointed lower court activist judges?
Democrat President Andrew Jackson addressed this quite well in Worcester v. Georgia, 31 U.S. (6 Pet.) 515 (1832) when he reportedly responded to then Chief Justice Marshall, “John Marshall has made his decision, now let him enforce it.”
Numerous previous Presidents have openly ignored court orders concerning court opinions related to Presidential powers, including Obama, Biden, Clinton, Bush and Reagan…in addition to Andrew Jackson and others!
“Nothing in the Constitution has given them [the federal judges] a right to decide for the Executive, more than to the Executive to decide for them. . . . The opinion which gives to the judges the right to decide what laws are constitutional and what not, not only for themselves, in their own sphere of action, but for the Legislature and Executive also in their spheres, would make the Judiciary a despotic branch.” – (Jefferson letter to Abigail Adams, September 11, 1804, immediately following Justice Marshall’s seizure of unbridled unelected power in our courts IN 1803.)
(NOTE: However, in truth, because every federal judge must be appointed by the Chief Executive and confirmed by Congress, both “elected” branches do indeed hold ultimate power over the Judicial Branch.)
This is an all-out war over who holds the ultimate power in the USA, as it pertains to the powers of the Oval Office.
- The duly elected President and Commander-in-Chief?
- The duly elected Congress?
- The unelected Judiciary?
In the end, YOU (the People) will decide!
“We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America.” So declared Barack Obama in Columbia, Missouri, on Oct. 30, 2008, on the cusp of his historic (fraudulent) presidential election.
This is exactly what Americans have been witnessing ever since this Obama declaration in 2008. They have used five critical tools to do it.
- The unelectedCourts (Obama/Biden appointees)
- The mass media they control (news and social media)
- Academia (The Poison Ivy League and Teacher’s Unions)
- International Money Laundering (ACT BLUE, USAID, CIA, Soros Orgs)
- Marxist mobilization of Obama’s “citizen army” (BLM, ANTIFA, Pro-Hamas, anti-Israel)
You either believe our Constitution granted unlimited power to the only “unelected” branch of government in the country, or you don’t. You either believe in constitutional self-governance, or you don’t. Even God cannot help this Republic if YOU get this one wrong!
My personal recommendation to Trump…
- Waltz and Wong have to go. Pick better next time!
- You have to get back on the campaign rally trail to get in front of those who voted for you…but are fast losing faith. They are your power. You need them to defeat the very well organized, funded and mobilized enemies determined to stop you from ever Making America Great Again. Get back out with your supporters!
