A fascinating group of leaders emerged in the time of King David. We are told in 1 Chronicles 12:32 “And of the children of Issachar, which were men that had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do;”
Today, as disciples of Jesus Christ, we need to possess these same two qualities of the Sons’ of Issachar: we need to understand our times and know what we ought to do.
Recently, as you well know, a mass murder took place in Las Vegas. The propagandists would have us believe that it was a lone wolf who killed all 58 and injured more than 500 concert goers. But there are too many facts that do not add up.
One fact being a video of an interview by a European news outlet of a concert goer who tells how 45 minutes before the shooting began, concertgoers were warned by a strange couple of the extreme violence and death to come. Their words to the front rows were, “you are all going to die tonight.” Security came and removed them from the venue. But what did they know 45 minutes ahead of time?
The Lone Wolf narrative has also been undermined by eyewitness who heard rounds expended from multiple places. One taxi driver parked at the entrance to the Mandalay Bay recorded 5 minutes of the barrage. In the recording you can clearly hear very close range as well as far off reports that were not echoes.
A cell phone video by a concert goer on the ground shows a man in a yellow vest pulling out a gun shooting into the crowd.
Mike Adams asks a series of telling questions which punch large holes in the official narrative. He writes, “In summary of all this, we’re told that a flabby 64-year-old senior citizen accountant with a gambling problem managed to expertly lay down highly effective fields of fire, killing 58 and wounding 500+ people by firing off thousands of .223 rounds well outside their effective range, all while producing merely dozens of pieces of expended brass that were magically cooled before they hit the carpet of his hotel room.
This was accomplished, we’re told, by one man firing 10 rifles… wait, no, 27 rifles all by himself, without any military training whatsoever. This same man set up a James Bond spy camera in the hotel hallway to monitor police in an attempt to defend himself against the inevitable police assault, then he just changed his mind and shot himself the moment the cops showed up… all for no apparent reason.
Oh, and one more thing: This same guy who meticulously planned the hotel room, the rifles hidden in the luggage, the huge collection of 100-round magazines, the window hammer smashing routine, the concert calendar dates, the monotonous lugging of ammunition to his room…
So wait, millionaire gambling man who has no military training, no familiarity with automatic weapons, no James Bond super spy training, no political affiliations and nothing in the world to complain about just got tired of living in a $400,000 home …and flying around his private Cessna? Instead of that rather well-off life, he wants to run a suicide mission, set up spy cameras in the hallway, shoot a bunch of innocent people he’s never met and then shoot himself in the head while going down in history as a man ….who will burn in Hell forever? Oh yeah, and before he does all that, he wires $100,000 to his girlfriend in the Philippines?
Something doesn’t add up here. I don’t know if it’s the missing brass, the missing carpet burns, the wildly fluctuating rifle count, the staged police photos, the suicide story, the totally laughable ballistics miracles of .223 rounds or the magically disappearing evidence of all the rifle rounds that hit pavement but then seemed to be whisked away by law enforcement. The official narrative is highly suspicious. But one piece of interesting information from the FBI hostage rescue team is that they found a lot of Antifa literature in his room. In understanding our times, we need to understand that Antifa is nothing less than godless communism in its more violent manifestation. Listen to their own words, taken from a new ebook published by World Net Daily:
“[T]he process of continuous social revolution has no limits. Average citizens may say they are opposed to “racism” but… that word is being continuously redefined so that almost everyone who is not actually Antifa is a “racist,” and therefore a target. Words such as “ableism,” “heteronormativity,” or “transphobia” would have drawn confused stares from the vast majority of the population even a few years ago. Today, they are seen as grounds to get someone fired from his or her job or attack him or her in the street.”
The Author of the World Net Daily ebook continues, “As ‘Anti-fascism’ quite explicitly defines itself as anti-liberal (in the classical sense of liberalism), repudiates the right to free speech and takes upon itself the responsibility to enforce though violence a remarkably narrow definition of what people can and cannot say, it is of course quintessentially totalitarian.
“By definition, Antifa must have enemies that can be dehumanized as evil and dangerous; otherwise they lose their entire reason for existence.”
Indeed, many European-Americans are starting to understand the demands for “equality” were never about equality. The goalposts will always be moved; the demands for more concessions and redistribution of wealth always increased. No matter how much conservatives (and whites in general) give, the Establishment Left, following in the train of its Antifa vanguard, will always demand more.

We can see this hateful mindset in the firing this week by CBS of their network’s legal executive who wrote in a social media that she is “not even sympathetic” to victims of Sunday’s Las Vegas shooting, given that most country music fans are Republican. Hayley Geftman-Gold wrote, “I’m actually not even sympathetic bc country music fans often are Republican gun toters.”
One thing is clear: the godless communists hate their opponents and want them dead. So that all fits with an unusual series of statements made by leftist leaders about two months ago. Leftists such as Al Gore, and former deputy director of the CIA, and former deputy director of the FBI, as well as Michael Moore and other Democrats have all said on national TV that a violent revolution is coming to America in Oct 2017. How did they know that precisely 100 years after the leftist in our country and Britain financed and directed the violent overthrow of the Russian government, there would be a violent attempted overthrow of the United States government? How did they know?
Antifa now says they are prepared to begin killing people in mass in a race war. What October 1st in Las Vegas tells us is that the attempted revolution has actually begun.
Yet last Sunday as 58 were murdered, that same day 1600 babies murdered, and the next day 1600 were also murdered and the next and the next as well. So, since that scene of bloodshed in Las Vegas, 11,200 babies were murdered all across this land.
The Sons of Issachar “had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do.” And the most important thing we need to understand is what this mass murder reveals about mankind. Jeremiah 17:9 tells us, “The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?”
The second thing which made the Sons of Issachar outstanding in their day was that they knew what the people of God should do. What should the people of God do in these dangerous times?
“Yet for love’s sake I rather beseech thee, being such an one as Paul the aged, and now also a prisoner of Jesus Christ,” Philemon 9. The Love of Christ transforms us from the inside out.
Antifa is an organization filled with hatred for other human beings. Violent hatred as demonstrated repeatedly throughout the election season and then in Berkeley and other so-called protests. (And very clearly at Charlottesville where they came prepared to violently attack those all who were not Antifa.) Now if the story we are being told is accurate, one of the mass murderers of Las Vegas was Antifa.
Think of the horrific evil that was displayed by the mass murderers. They coolly and methodically plotted mass murder as if it were a video game. Months in advance renting a hotel suite with windows overlooking a coming country music concert. Coordinating who knows how many separate murderers from the air and on the ground. Carting in, over five days, an enormous arsenal with the semi-automatic assault rifles modified to fire fully automatic.
They succeeded in murdering 58 people they did not know and against whom they had no specific grievance. How did these evil beasts come to treat fellow humans as vermin? And what does this say about our country?
The conscience of these mass murderers was completely dead. Their souls were dead, they were moral nihilist, they were and are human monsters. That is what happens when the love of Christ is rejected.
The hatred the world has for Christ followers should not surprise us. Antifa hates Christians, Antifa wants to kill Christians. Jesus told us in John 15:18 “If the world hates you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.”Contrast that with the agape love demonstrated by the people being murdered”
“At the Las Vegas concert, men died protecting women, using their bodies as shields and standing up in the middle of gunfire to direct the women to safety. The New York Post reports that one woman said she “was running away and a couple of guys said, ‘Hey, come stand behind us,’ and boom, they went down.” Heather Melton has described how she felt her husband, Sonny, being shot in the back, fatally, as he shielded her from the rain of bullets.” (www.vdare.com)
The way Christ loved us is the way we learn to love one another, that is the whole message of Philemon.
1 John 3:16 states, “Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.”
