The second legitimate election win for President Trump has been a hyper speed effort to clean up the mess left from Marxist usurper “president” Hussein Obama, Joe Biden and rotten, corrupt members of the Democrat/Communist Party USA. The shadow government’s liars, crooks, thieves and the greedy have been crapping their pants for weeks. For just about every move Trump has made, including EO’s (Executive Orders), teams of lawyers are already flocking to court rooms to stop him. And, you can bet those big dollar attorneys have been working on crushing Trump since before the election.
As someone whose been in the trenches full time for 31 years (some of my dearest friends for a lot longer), we have been trying to educate and inform Americans about the ROT and CORRUPTION centered in the Washington District of Criminals. Unfortunately for our republic, America’s education system has been brainwashing America’s children for decades right along with the propaganda machine called TV. “News” became political pushing socialism and communism as the solution to America’s problems. “Give me a child for the first 5 years of his life and he will be mine forever.” “The goal of socialism is communism.” Both quotes: Vladimir Lenin, founder of the Russian Communist Party, leader of the Bolshevik Revolution and architect and first head of the Soviet state.”
President Trump has been using Executive Orders as much as possible since he was sworn in; updated list is here. Many EO’s have been overturned by courts for several presidents. Executive Order, Proclamation, or Executive Memorandum? Cornell Law School: “An executive order is defined as a declaration by the president or a governor which has the force of law, usually based on existing statutory powers. Executive orders do not require any action by the Congress or state legislature to take effect, and the legislature cannot overturn it. For example, in anticipation of the Gulf War , President George H. Bush signed Executive Order 12724 , which prohibited transactions with Iraq and summarily transferred ownership of Iraqi government property in the United States to the United States government. The executive order was issued pursuant to Congressional statutes, the International Emergency Economic Powers Act and the National Emergencies Act .

That touches on the thorny issue of statutes which is too long for this column. The legal genius who should write a column on that is Dr. Edwin Vieira.
Spending
The ONLY spending authorized by the U.S. Constitution for Congress is found in Art. 1, Section 8, Clause 17. A tragedy for our country that special interest groups have bought the favors of both parties to pass “laws” that have been shredding the Constitution for decades violating their oaths of office. Why? Most over the past 20 years have to do with America’s moral compass sliding into the sewer and jobs. Mine: Stop with the demand “Congress create jobs” rhetoric, February 13, 2011:

Elections have consequences and re-electing the same incumbents who upchuck the usual political BS during election circus season is simply asking for the same: No solutions except to spend more and blame it on the other party. And whose paying for this reckless path to penury? You, your children and grandchildren because the U.S. Treasury – OUR purse – is empty and more than $36 TRILLION in the hole.
Oh, there’s been a relatively small number serving in Congress (and your state legislature) who’ve worked diligently to stop the madness but they’re always out voted by RINO’s who are just doing what VOTERS in their district wanted and special interest groups with lots of money from George Soros and other billionaires: Spend more for me!
Old solutions surface
My column last week dealt with Social Security; if you missed it, do take the time to read. My wish came true. Tucker Carlson News on X: “JUST IN: Rep. Thomas Massie has introduced a bill to exempt Senior Citizens from taxes on Social Security retirement payments.” Press release Feb. 6, 2025: “Washington, D.C.– “Representative Thomas Massie (R-KY) announces reintroduction of the Senior Citizens Tax Elimination Act, H.R. 1040. This bill assists middle-class seniors by eliminating the unjust double tax on Social Security benefits.” Rest at link.
Here is the bill. Now we’ll see if that bill gets more than 35 co-sponsors. It needs to get passed along with a senate bill (hello Sen. Rand Paul, Sen. John Kennedy, Sen. Blackburn) so Trump can sign it into law. Don’t expect AARP to support it, but I believe AMAC will. It will be up to the 66+ million seniors in this country to roar.
On the campaign trail, President Trump vowed to end taxes on tips. Not a new idea and I did everything I could including hand out cards over the years with the bill numbers when I traveled to waiters, waitresses, bell hops, etc. Congress wasn’t interested and neither was the service industry’s big union.

Ronald Reagan campaigned to abolish the “Federal” Dept of Education and SBA – both agencies unconstitutional. When Bob Dole [R] ran for Congress, he wanted to abolish these: Commerce, Energy, Education, & HUD. (Nov 2005).
Quoting Dole: “We’re going to cut out the Department of Education.” At that time, the GOP presidential platform read, in part: “Our formula is as simple as it is sweeping: The federal government has no constitutional authority to be involved in school curricula or to control jobs in the workplace. That is why we will abolish the Department of Education, end federal meddling in our schools, and promote family choice at all levels of learning. We therefore call for prompt repeal of the Goals 2000 program and the School-To-Work Act of 1994, which put new federal controls, as well as unfunded mandates, on the States. Never happened even when both chambers of Congress had the majority under a GOP president. Instead down the road, more than $1 TRILLION dollars in student debt accumulated. Career crook and life-long criminal, Joe Biden, took it upon himself to forgive student loans in the tens of billions forcing people like me to pay off someone’s student loan.
I would NEVER ask you to pay off a student loan I might have signed a contract for. You signed for it, it’s your debt. The Founding Fathers would NEVER have tolerated such rape and even though federal courts ordered Biden to stop, he didn’t.

Forget Congress – States Must Boot Federal Dept. of Education, Dec. 8, 2010 – My column and here we are: US Literacy Rates 2025 (Latest Statistics & Data), Dec. 31, 2024: “More than 43 million adults in the US cannot read or write above a third-grade level.” Tip of the iceberg, but throw more money at the “Federal” Department of Education for the children! State legislatures keep barfing up the same BS: More money for education while teacher’s unions run the show showering them with campaign donations. Big fight going on here in Texas right now over school choice.

Yes, the DOGE bulldozer is going to cost jobs, but don’t blame me. This isn’t about the Republican, Democrat or any political party. It’s about the waste and corruption affecting all Americans. Lawsuits by the Democrat/Communist Party USA have been filed with more coming – especially the offers to buy out by Sept which gives federal employees (60,000 at this time have opted to get out) plenty of time to find a new job while getting paid. A judge has already put a hold on that. Act surprised.
I’m a federal whistleblower who took my case to the AF IG and even though they agreed I was right, I lost my GS-11 job at Peterson AFB, AF Space Command/NORAD. There was no severance package but that was back in 1989. Honesty was rewarded with an ax.
The maniacs, liars and crooks in the Democrat/Communist Party USA are melting down in a way I’ve never seen in my life. They’re doing anything they think they can get away with to stop Trump – including bluster about another impeachment circus.
Our new Secty of Defense Pete Segseth, has already begun the process of an actual audit of the Dept of Defense which has failed the last 9 audits with trillions unaccounted for and Democrats are wetting their pants and bitching like someone’s trying to take away their ice cream cone. (We did last November.) With all that’s come out so far, is it any wonder they are flopping around like a fish out of water?
With a new director of the FBI hopefully confirmed soon (and it had better be Kash Patel) and John Ratcliffe as CIA Director (an agency that needs to be abolished as we already have the DIA), heads had better roll and get out those prison outfits. We the people demand those who’ve committed provable crimes go to prison where they belong.
The illegals round up is going full speed ahead and again, mayors or governors who defy ICE and harbor and aid illegals like California gov. Gavin Newsom, need to be charged and tried. No one is above the law regardless of party or position. One of the Democrats favorite they’ve been using against Trump for years.
While the clean up and change is underway, it’s going to still take time because of partisan judges and damn fools out there who are so used to their chains, they don’t have a clue. The rest of us must stay on our reps and senators as well as state legislatures to do what has to get done; tune out the loons and special interest groups. Trump can’t do it alone. I’s now or never for our republic.
