Dark Money Strikes Again and Again

Florida is not the only state where the forces of Anti-Americanism are at work.

Today, Ken Paxton, who has announced his run for the Senate against Tx Sen. John Cornyn was removed from the TX Senate floor by the Sgt. at Arms. The reason why is, at this time, uncertain. If you click the link on “John Cornyn”, you will see that he is really a Democrat, with a conservative voting score of 54% We need Ken Paxton in DC, although TX would miss him terribly.

Perhaps, Paxton expresses his anger at the fact that on this, the last day of the spring session, a large majority of the bills up for consideration were Leftist. State Rep. Brian Harrison went off on the Austin swamp.

“The Texas House has now spent more time debating Biden-style student loan repayment legislation… than debating eliminating property taxes,” GOP priorities are being put on the backburn, said Harrison.

Another TX Republican, Brent Money said on “X”, On the last day that we can pass bills, House leadership has prioritized a Dem-authored bill to use taxpayer funds to repay student loans of school counselors. We’ve spent over an hour on it so far. Remember this when they tell you “we ran out of time” to pass GOP priorities.”

There were 81 Democrat bills lined up for the vote. Texas does not have 81 Democrats in the House.

Sound like another “good red state”?? Yeah. In both states, conservative office holders were stymied, and BOTH GOVERNORS themselves, Abbot and DeSantis, seem to be MIA as well. Abbott we know is left of center, although he tries to hide it; DeSantis is still trying for the “poor me; they’re out of control” song.

Guaranteed, the money behind these actions are from big business. There’s history of that, which Texans have been fighting since 2016 and before. Here, one recent candidate in the 2024 primary got “AI’d” with a scam notice sent to his constituents, like Florida’s “Fake Voter Guides”.

We are familiar with some of the Florida money chain; we are learning more by the day. Time for all good Texans to dig into this as well.

This is the time for every constituent in both states to contact their political representatives and let them know who really IS boss. That would be the people whom the legislatures have tossed aside.
